Our little family of 6 loved our stay very friendly staff

Clean and comfortable stay.

The rooms were spacious and looked to have everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. The breakfast was wonderful and had more variety than what you would find at a standard free hotel breakfast. This was our first time staying at a Home 2 property, and we will definitely be staying at more in the future.

The staff was very nice .. only 1 time the coffee was cold.. but was taken care of right away... The parking fee was not right... never had i paid for parking at any location...

Everything was nice but, having to pay for parking in a place you already paid to stay is ridiculous, next to California's tax everything twice, that takes the cake, i will not stay at any of your establishments again.

The front desk rep Joseph (Joe) has excellent people skills. He was very helpful, friendly & kind. We’ve stay at this hotel 4 times now and he is the best.

Weird sewer smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was OK more greasy then good.

I can stay anywhere as long as it is clean. Home2 Suites Phoenix Chandler did a phenomenal job at that. From when you first walk in to the rooms it felt and was so nice and clean. And a perk, breakfast is complimentary!

This is the second time this has happened to us at this specific hotel, and it is unfair. Breakfast should be open and available to guests until the cutoff time, not before. Because of this, many guests were unable to eat breakfast. Please address this!

When I arrived I was a little irritable because I had been driving 13 hours. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind, allowed me to have my moment and then I went to my room. I was floored when I walked into my room. It was simply amazing. Clean, warm and I loved the layout of the room. There was everything I could possibly need in one room. I thought if I were in a palce of needing a studio apartment this would be a definite 1st contender. I have paid hundreds for a room like this and this was fairly inexpensive. I know I will come back here again. Again I can't say enough, other than thank you.

Reserving the room was simple, and then when I checked in the hostess was so nice and friendly and welcoming. Great service Samuel thank you the rooms were clean. Parking was convenient and with hotels.com. I get points every time I get a room so I used them on this stay and got a great deal.

Overall the room was large and comfy. The bathroom certainly would benefit from a deep cleaning (mildew and mold in several corners)

Our air conditioning went out and i needed somewhere for my 3 kids and 2 dogs. Found this place last second and glad i booked it. They even have a grassy area nearby to walk the pets. Pool was nice but a little too warm which the hotel cant do anything about and the hottub was nice. Complimentary breakfast was diverse enough for my kids. The only 2 things i could think of that could be negative is: only 1 elevator in the place so if you cant do stairs keep that in mind and the showers are like warm or scalding hot haha couldnt get cold water in the shower.

Paid for a king suite with a king bed, got a room with 2 full size beds!! Went back down to see about getting another room with a king bed, nothing avail!!! Will never stay here again!! Elevators are steaming hot as is the hall ways!! Uggg!

Staff was awesome Thee only frustration was the shower head. Like a doggy one stream, shower head not cleaned lately so the streams was hitting up in the ceiling. I can tell it’s been hitting the ceiling of the shower due to its discoloration. That’s it…the room, staff was phenomenal. Breakfast could of been better with more selections of the main food

This place exceeded our expectations. Less than a mile to our training facility, close but not to close to freeway on and off ramps. Easy to get to different cities from here. A lot of shopping for example Walmart and Costco nearby. More than enough food selections and close enough to local attractions. The room had a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher with all the plates, cups and utensils. It was awesome large room with an area to be an office a couch and lot drawer space The breakfast was enough but selections weren’t clear and could be a little heartier with fresher cooked eggs and meats

The staff was wonderful. I had a friend with dementia staying with me off and on. The staff was welcoming and kind. It really made her comfortable. I appreciate everything they did.

Nice hotel. It is new and has good amenities if you are using for a longer stay, I was staying for 7 nights. Only downside is I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Mattress seemed worn down, even though the hotel was new...which is strange.

1. The TV never worked was advised to reset it we did that over 10 times it still never worked. 2. Seen a roach in our room. 3. Tissue and the people unable to look through the people. 4. Kids running up and down the hall for more than 20 minutes. 5. Fire alarm sounded I guess they were working on. It scared the mess out of us no message to the customers letting them know what was going on or if it was a real fire 6. Parking I think I would wanna know if I had to pay $15 a day for parking after the room is over $100 a day that is a little concerning and a shocker to most of the customers that I spoke with that were in that hotel. 7. they take way too long to refund you your deposit. 8. Garbage is always sitting in the hallway.

All was great, there was a spot at kitchen in the Room that shown it was not properly cleaned, which raised concern of other cleanliness in the room. Although, I so nothing visible of other concerns in the room for cleanliness.

This Hotel is the best we’ve stayed at so far! Was a last minute find and the price was great! Check in was great , the staff was pleasant and quick. When we entered our room we were blown away! It was like a little apartment! A little kitchenette with a mini fridge, real dished , glasses, and a dishwasher . For a minute I thought I was on house hunters in Europe where they have a tiny kitchen, minus a little stove lol. The bathroom was great too, clean ! Bed and pillows were comfy and couch turned into I think a full or queen bed. Wish we were staying a few days but it was just an overnight stay. Restaurants were not even a mile away and reasonable prices. When we’re back this way in Arizona we will definitely stay here again!Breakfast was goo Belgium waffles,cereal, variety of juices oatmeal toast, coffee, scramble egg patty, sliced ham, muffins . Very impressed with this hotel, each room was identical with the kitchen suite. Will try to find same Hotel in other towns on the road.

The property and the room was very clean and inviting. The front desk staff and housekeepers were also very nice. For a property that is over 7yrs old, it has been well kept. Breakfast was also good and there was a nice variety of choices.

Great location, newer hotel. Didn’t know they charged for parking until I checked in. First time I’ve ever been charged as such for staying at a Home2 - especially a property located in a suburb. Probably will cause me not to consider staying at this property again. Most other similar chain properties don’t nickel and dime their customers - also stayed at the Wyndham near the airport and they didn’t charge for parking.

Good location, quiet room. Love the layout of the room. Great use of space. Comfortable bed. Sink was clogged and there was no soap in the shower (container was empty), nor at the sink.

Staff friendless The fact that now they charge for parking when we pai close to $300 for a night automatically the parking is included not good it's an open parking and idea will be that parking should be with # if you've múltiples car for a room then the multiple car should pay parking me thinking ? ? but honestly I didn't like that at all..... breakfast it had a good verity before now it doesn't I remember the breakfast bowls and now it gone sadly paying higher prices for low quality and before they had body lotion and now nothing.....

There were a few problems during my two day stay. First the wall control did not respond and the front desk person had to come up and figure it out. Then the coffee maker did not work but they brought me a new one. The last issue was strange. The water temp in the shower kept cycling from hot to cold all by it's self.

Quiet, huge rooms, nice continental breakfast, cozy. The one thing I didn't expect was having to pay $15 per night for parking only via a QR code when I checked in. I probably won't be back because of it.

The company "providing" this "service" was PMC. The "service" was announced only by a sign at the door with a QR code. The charge for parking was not disclosed on the hotels.com website nor on the hilton-hosted website for the hotel itself. We elected not to pay the "parking charge", since it was not disclosed anywhere in the rate prior to our arrival, and there were no consequences for us not paying. However there was a consequence for Hilton in that our esteem for the Hilton brand has fallen dramatically due to being confronted by this gratuitous money grab when we checked into the hotel in the evening weary after travelling all day. I understand that many hotels are doing this now. Hilton has an opportunity to be a "market leader" by stopping this kind of surprise BS and instead honestly advertising their rates and services.

Have always enjoyed staying here but will be our last. We have stayed at this hotel plenty of times so we were disappointed to find out that they now charge for parking. Won’t be back! Too many other properties to choose from. Seems like we’re being nickel and dimed and not getting anything extra for it!!

The breakfast was adequate. Very routine. I did like the cleanliness of the entire hotel Ice maker on 4th floor didn’t work our entire 4 night stay. Only one of the two elevators were operational. Paying to park???? What’s up with that. Ridiculous. Parking should be included. Not a surprise when I arrive!

Everything was great. One exception. If you want a snack or drink, you have to wait in a long line. Check ins/outs and purchasing snacks are done at the same counter.

Restaurants across the street was great and walkable. Big fridge in the room and beds were comfortable. Staff was a little slow and coffee was awful. Pay for parking?? That was ridiculous.

No real complaints about the room, it was clean and in good condition. However, the laundry room was closed and there was some renovating going on so everything smelled like carpet glue. What I did not like is parking is nearly $20 a day for a suburban hotel on the very outskirts of town - that's just price gauging.

Patrick and crew great. They fix the phones but other that than they really try to accommodate and think of everything.

Modern style and clean environment

We stay at the Home2 as often as we can. The service is great, the rooms are clean/modern and it’s on the quieter side of town. Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here when we come into town.

Great for business travel extended, or need for eat in comfort.

The Location was beautiful

The staff is great the gentleman at the check was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most hotels that include free breakfast.

Our stay was great. It was family friendly and the staff were very helpful and nice.

Front desk was real nice at check in and gym was clean and equipped with towels. Kitchen in room was clean and sufficient towels and soap. Parking was easy and location was convenient.

Great stay. Front desk was wonderful. Housekeeping was disappointing. Supposed to clean rooms every other day but never did. Went 4 days until I said something.

The room and staff were Awesome. That was one of the most spacious and accomadating rooms my family has ever stayed in, with the nicest and most welcoming staff. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay for first trip to Arizona. The only negative on the whole trip was the bed. To have a bed like that in such an amazing room was a little disappointing.

We was bombarded by emails to check in a head of time to skip face to face check in. But I am handicapped and often checking in on a computer or mobile device dont see that and gives us a room I did not reserve. The girl with color hair seemed to be bothered she had to check us in. I know hotels cant control guest but the fire pit in front had guys loudly having a conversation the little league kids did not need to hear. We rushed to get our luggage so my daughter did not have to hear this loud conversation. The hotel decor seemed cluttered and messy. With many long term-live in guest. We got to our room where there was used soap in the bath tub and the drain was sitting on a shelf dirty, the curtain did not close, no bedding for the pull out, no clean soap bars, black streaks on the ceiling and the carpet was dirty with stains. We talked to the front desk they said someone would be up at 9 am to fix things and that never happned. The girl also told us to fix our own drain. Read well because this place says once booked you can not change reservations including if you buy the insurance off Expedia. Thank goodness we were only there 2 nights and the Marriott was booked up. The breakfast was oatmeal with toppings, some bread items, yogert, oranges and warmed up pre-made preservative laden sasuage egg sandwich or a egg and potato bowl or an egg white frozen omelet. We asked the front desk for local activitys he gave us a paper of costly non family activities in the area.
