It was a good stay The hallway and elevators were hot...no A/C

Room clean and cool. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was good. Places were easy to get to for eating

Not much its sad that hampton has gone down hill in the last few yrs it just seems run down like the carpet looks really worn the place just looks old The air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep also were old school and the TV was hard to figure out not to mention the batteries were dead in the remote..

I just spend 12 days there. Perfect location for highway access and restaurants, fair price, decent hot breakfast, room serviced every other day, large bathroom, comfy bed. Only 3 things bothered me: 1) not really any cold water - went from warm to boiling hot. 2) The A/C would freeze the area around the A/C in 30 seconds, and stay off for 5 minutes. And lastly 3) the A/C was loud and blowing directly on the desk I was sitting at most evenings. Not enough to complain about, but worth noting.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was wonderful with so many options, and it was very centrally located with many shopping & dining options right there. I always enjoy Phoenix & will very likely return to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Room was clean, it was clearly remodeled complete with new furniture. Previous review stated the noise from the remodel was a thumbs down but we got the completed version. We selected the room with sofa bed but we didn't open it to be able to review. Room was on the smaller size but we expected that per previous reviews that is why we selected the room with extra space. Breakfast was great, pool was clean, lots of kids and adults using it in the May heat. Location was safe and near restaurants and shops, reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. We came in about midnight from out of state parking lot was small and full. We realize the location may not allow for more space but we did find parking near the rear entrance. Area is safe and also we were tired from driving so this perspective is from a weary traveler.

Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper

Had problems that the hot tub not be that hot and towels where left around by the people that left shortly after we got there. But that part is not the hotels fault it was the guest.

Bathroom had hair all over in the shower and it was slippery. Also, the change over to large screwed to the wall soap and shampoo bottles must be checked there was no shampoo and no soap. Bed was just average for comfortability. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Room was clean but the king bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It did not have beside tables and lamps on both sides of the bed, which was very inconvenient.

We did not get the room type that we booked. Hotel claimed to have different room (double) on record whereas my confirmation from expedia showed king room - so not really sure who was to blame on this one, but would have been nice to know in advance if King room wasn't going to be available. The 2 double beds were of different height in the room which was weird. Dried blood stains on the underside of bedspread. Look for a different hotel ....

We were traveling with our service dog and they were very accommodating

gross and old… rundown, toilet wasn’t properly secured to the floor, shower enclosure had broken pieces, no bath, smelled, just antiquated and nasty. It should be a motel instead. Other Hampton Inns in the same city aren’t nearly as gross.

Even though the hotel was sold out due to spring break and several tournaments in town, he took the time to accommodate us and make sure we had a place to stay. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help completely turned our night (morning) around. Thank you, Carlos, for going above and beyond—we truly appreciated it. Nice quiet stay

I arrived around 9 am for breakfast, the dining room was not packed with people, no scrambled eggs and no cream cheese for bagels. Breakfast staff said it would take 45 minutes for the eggs to bake and maybe the cream cheese will arrived on the truck the next day. IMO This was poor planning on the kitchen mgt. It is Spring Training, there was a car race nearby, so they should have been better prepared.

Room was clean, the area was quiet and well lit. Was unaware they charge for parking. We had a 2 night stay. Was disappointed that the room was not serviced in between the stay. Either a larger trash bin or a second one would be helpful as our trash was overflowing by the end of the stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast bar was enjoyable as well.

Loved the wonderful breakfast with all the choices. Not happy with the daily parking charge of $13.43. It was not disclosed online when we book our reservation nor was it told to us when we checked in. ?‍♀️? Probably won’t be back because of the parking charges. They didn’t even ask if we had a car.

The first room had no bedding so they switched us rooms, that room had snot all over the blankets, only two outlets worked, hooks falling off the wall, toilet flusher was broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the fridge was discussing! I will never stay here again!

Checkin was fast and efficient. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Please bring back luggage racks...2 guests in a double room have more than 1 bag. Amenities were good. Soap was empty.

We always love staying at Hampton inn. The breakfast was very good. Pool/hottub was relaxing. The only reason i didn't give 5 star was the pillows. I used 3 and they are just too mushy. I like a pillow with some firm to them. The ones they have just collapsed. Other then that, the staff was great and we enjoyed pur stay.

My kids LOVED the waffles and had one each morning. The only thing that we thought was not up to snuff was that one of our beds was not right on the frame or something and flipped when the weight changed.

The mattress had stains all over it. You could tell it had been cleaned but sleeping on someone else’s yuck isn’t my idea of pleasant. My daughter’s room had a leak from the unit above and was initially told they would give some extra towels, even though water was leaking through the light fixture. She was eventually able to move, but the initial customer service was very poor.

The door to my room sticks open. That is the way I found it when checking into my room. That was very creepy and worrisome. The air conditioners in the room are very loud.

The room was nice, however the air conditioning was loud and the blind for the window was not good at all. Bright light from the parking lot interrupted my sleep many times. Easy check-in. Overall, room fine, clean. Bulb burned out by the bed, poor room lighting. WD40 the bathroom door as it squeaks loudly. Also, the main door does not shut completely, but stops just short of closing. Had to check and push shut to ensure safety.

At 0530 this morning I realized that my charger wasn’t working so I went to the front desk, and the gentleman working was looking for a cord that was compatible to my phone. He searched multiple areas but was unsuccessful. He then suggested that I go to the Circle K across the street, success. I appreciate that type of customer service, he went above and beyond.

The common areas and parking lot was very unkept. Lots of trash outside and trash and VERY dirty floors in the halls and elevator. No A/C in the elevator

The room was clean and xomfortable. The pillows were lumpy. I wish I had brought my own. The hotel is doing l.renovatiins which always lends to daytime noise.

The elevators l, call button wasn't working 100% of the time hailing the lift.

We was y the pool side looking down and the staff were awesomel.

The down button on third floor elevator won't allow u to push down. So u have to go up to go down. Trash bags put by third floor ice machine.

Well we were glad to see and be greeted by one friendly face. A Hispanic young woman I don’t remember her name but she was very nice. The other staff members were not. They didn’t acknowledge me and I’m very friendly. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky. The carpet in hallway and room not clean. It was stuffy and hot in building but room ac worked great. This really could be a nice hotel with the proper maintenance. I do go by reviews myself and I hope something is done about this. I wouldn’t stay here again. Unless I see current reviews in the future that state much improvement.

There was a broken towel holder, there also was a missing piece of metal on the shower. The position of the spigot was installed in the wrong area of the sink making it difficult to even wash your hands.

I liked the room. Staff was good and good breakfast. Easy access to 10. Hot tub was out of service and pool was dirty.

I really enjoyed the king size bed.

Staff did not provide sufficient breakfast items, and many patrons left when they were told that the kitchen is closed and breakfast will not be available in 20 minutes because they must close it to any late comers. Your advertisement states that breakfast will be available…period! I commented this to the front desk and she concurred with kitchen staff.

Woke up to the next rooms alarm? Walls must be non noise cancellation. Breakfast option are not consistent with other Hampton I have stayed at. Bikers hanging around the entrance and doing snoop doggies activities (smoking weed).

Our room was clean and staff were great.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud and hard to sleep with. The room reservation said it sleeps five but when we asked for a cot or something for our fifth person, they said no.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, we had asked for housekeeping and never came. We had to go walk every time to the front desk to get clean towels. Room was never serviced. Night desk was great but the day shift was something else. When we checked out the guy was on his cell phone the whole time. Never acknowledge us, we asked for a receipt and stated it will be emailed to us.

The TV remote, USB ports, window blinds none of them worked. Continental Breakfast was poor, sausage and eggs under Cooked. Overall disappointed in this property especially for the price. I would not recommend or stay there again.

Had to ask for toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, and conditioner the next morning after checking in which seemed to annoy staff Toilet bowl was cracked, shower door leaked onto floor causing me to slip and fall Breakfast staff did not keep items full and shut things off early Cheaper rate

Room was clean and breakfast was great. Linens were kept fresh. Drawback was automatic blinds did not work and was not fixed during the stay. Also, bathroom door could not be left partially. Had to be closed fully or would swing open and block the entrance into the room.

Pretty decent. Not bad. Room couldve been a little cleaner but wasnt anything i would be upset about. Overall i would stay again but the price would have to be a bit lower.

Our room had staids on the floor and the shower bottom head was coming apart.

The room was clean. The lobby was very nice. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was awesome all around. Friendly and helpful. Room did need some maintenance the blinds were broken and the shower didn’t work properly.

Property under construction and windows were taped over so no natural light could be let into the room. Room lighting is awful.

makes me uncomfortable to see humans in despair digging through other people's belongings packed in the back of their parked truck. reported it to the front desk.

Great location for airport

Quiet and safe location. Easy to walk to restaurants. Clean hotel.

Rusty bathrub, backedup toilet, slow draining sink, loose ypilet seat, dirty carpet, blind could not be opened, no line in phone. Could not reach front desk. Water came in through window when window cleaners were power washing windows, noisy ac. Plus we had to pay for parking. Never had to do that before.

Good location and good service.

Stayed there twice and both times was a great experience! Highly recommend my kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and glad pool was heated.

Room was very clean, quiet, no street noise and no noise from nearby rooms.

Very friendly staff, coffee all day & LARGE dining area w/nice living room area in front of TV.

Toilet and sink smelled like sewer. I removed the sheets and there were toothpicks, oreos crumbs and wrappers and a whole bunch of other nasty things. horrible

The hotel desk staff were rather unenthusiastic and robotic. I have stayed at much nicer and friendlier Hampton Inns.

Close to everything, including freeways, restaurants,and shopping! Friendly staff, too.

They charged us $15 to park our car at a suburban hotel with a big parking lot. Don’t be surprised!

The property was close to freeways, restaurants, and convenient to the airport.

Our electric window blind was not working. Trying to take a rest but couldn't because it was too bright. Called in for service but instead, they gave us a blanket to cover up the window.

The property had a strange smell.
