Everything about the room is excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the material of the armrest of the couch is wearing off. Other than that the amenities were great.

I stay here once a month with my wife and everything usually is amazing but this time. When I first got there the staff couldn’t find my reservation. And instead of helping me figure it with why my reservation won’t showing. All she did was tell me over And over that she couldn’t find my reservation that she couldn’t help. Well after a hour and a half of sitting in my car and paying for the room twice with the help of Hotel.com C.S. I finally figured it out. Than at about 1:00am our AC unit started making a really loud banging and scraping noise. So we were forced to unplug it. Which led to a ready long an uncomfortable night. Staff didn’t do anything about composing for the problem

Upon check in to my room the television didn’t work no volume I was moved across the hall, the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work in that room then as I was getting dressed for my day I found out the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and couldn’t give me an explanation on why, just said I don’t know it was all just a mess, had to jump through hoops to get my second night cancelled ended up leaving and booking a different room for the night

At 10:00 AM, the hotel called my room to remind me that check-out was at 11:00 AM. Why exactly am I being disturbed a full hour before check-out? Am I supposed to spend an entire hour packing my luggage? As a paying guest, I already know the check-out time. Receiving a wake-up-style call just to remind me to leave felt rude, intrusive, and unnecessary. Instead of making guests feel welcome, it creates the impression that the hotel is eager to push people out as quickly as possible. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced such an irritating practice. Customer service should be about hospitality, not pressuring guests to leave. Very disappointing.

Nice place, but we stayed 2 nights. We didn’t get clean sheets/towels or housekeeping after first night. Maybe, that’s customary? Overall stay nice. Clean. Free breakfast is minimal. Tangerines, yogurt, packaged muffin and packaged hard boiled eggs-it was ok.

The front desk lady was very nice to me when checking in, however I did not appreciate how she apparently spoke to my 12 year old son, and 13 year daughter. They're both pretty responsible kids, and they just wanted to check out the hotel to see if they had a pool (They do not). They walked into the exercise room and were in there for maybe a minute or two when the front desk lady angrily told them to leave. I do believe my kids story because they both accurately reported it to me, and the time frame made complete sense (They were gone from the room for maybe 4 minutes and then returned upset.). I've stayed at this location twice before and never had a problem with the cleanliness. However, this time the shower wasn't cleaned properly. There were hard water streaks/mildew down the glass door, and something black (No idea what it was.) dropped from somewhere on the wall and then slipped quickly down the drain. I hadn't stepped into the shower yet, so it did not come off of me. Regardless of these two minor issues, the stay was very relaxing, comfortable, convenient, and I will stay at this location again in the future. The breakfast was adequate as well.

It was a good stay. Only issue was there was this constant banging sound. Sounded like it was coming from the walls.

This is our first time at the hotel and were impressed with the cleanliness and courteous the staff was. The rooms are very nice and clean with the restrooms being very well kept. A plus is that if in need of an iced coffee and donuts there is a Dunkin Donuts right across the parking lot.

Unique room design, loved the separate beds areas. Full size fridge! I didn't see a blow dryer but may be available by asking. You put in an order for any kitchen supplies you want at check in.

There was no breakfast unless you want to call wrapped granola bars and wrapped muffins breakfast. The eggs were mass produced boiled eggs in a bag. Outside of the breakfast the staff was ok after check in. The clerk that helped me check in was awesome. Very upbeat and helpful. There was almost never anybody at the front desk. Especially when we needed aomething.

I was very surprised and disappointed that there is not a coffee pot in the room. I don't think I stayed in a hotel that didn't provide a coffee pot in over 20 years. a basic coffee pot in the room.

We loved this place so much, we wish we stayed here sooner since we booked it after needing a hotel transfer for the last day of our visit. The staff was so incredibly sweet and super helpful. The rooms were super clean, and it was fairly spacious. We always love the kitchen features since it adds to the homey vibes. Parking is super simple (and free) and the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area only a few minutes from the mall. The bed was also super comfy and the room had a lot of outlets everywhere which was super helpful! The set up of the room was just super convenient and we enjoyed the large shower with the sliding glass doors. We didn't get to try the breakfast but the lobby area has a nice place to lounge outside of your room.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Greeted daily while we came and went. Property and room was very clean with everything working as it should. Plenty of parking with lights in the parking lot. Breakfast snacks and coffee was a plus. We stayed 5 nights, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel is very mediocre. The so called breakfast was coffee, packaged muffins and four tangerines. Really no amenities that I felt were worth the price of the motel. No place to sit to eat the mediocre breakfast unless you sat outside in the heat with the flies. The staff was nice and helpful but had no control over the rooms, breakfast, seating or general atmosphere. Not a fun birthday adventure with my grandson.

Hotel is not what I expected, sort of old, wasn't too comfortable. Place was clean. Not family oriented. NO hair dryer, and space/room is too small. Couldn't watch TV with my co work. TV located in one bedroom area.

The kitchen had a full size fridge with freezer and kitchette area. Two separate areas for beds that make you feel like two bedrooms and a common area. The floor being all non carpet was nice where you can tell it was clean. The remotes sometimes didn't allow us to press guide to select channels to watch. The only treadmill they had jerked when you walked on it so it was not able to be used.

Rooms are modern , very nice set up, smells clean upon walking in. Nice lighting in bathrooms . Love that it comes with mini kitchen Toilet was dirty inside , staff upon check in never greets . Also waited at the front desk to check in for 5-10 min before they finally came behind counter. Also my room wasn’t ready at 3pm when it stated online I could check in at 3pm

The property was in a good location. The beds were comfortable and having a refrigerator was nice. The fans were covered in thick dust in the bathroom and the floors could have been cleaner. Breakfast consisted of prepackaged muffins, and small yogurts.

The room was clean. It had a nice little stove that was touchscreen, but we did not use it as a full-size fridge, which is nice. You could definitely stay here for a couple weeks and be fine.

Expedia should have investigated this site. It is no longer a motel. It is now a apartment complex as I found out the day that I was supposed to arrive.

The gym was good if you only wanted to do cardio, wished they had more equipment like weights. The rooms were big and clean. The only downside was I wish they had a better selection of breakfast or breakfast even. There wasn’t any breakfast just a bag with to go snacks. Overall, stay was nice.

The room is decorated like a Freshman dorm room. Absolutely bare bones. The TV is to the side, not at the foot of the bed. The A/C unit is exceptionally loud. And the free breakfast? Really bad coffee and a packaged mini muffin.

I thought It was maybe just my feelings but as I sat there waiting for my room after check in time because my room still wasent ready… I over hear another customer complaining about the same issues. I have stayed at another location in chandler and staff are delightful and inviting they make feel right at home. I gave it 4 stars because my room was nice and clean and I had what I needed.

Room could use some touch ups and housekeeping cleaning was subpar. Front desk is like a bloodhound when checking out and that is my main reason I likely won’t return. I’ll go back to paying the extra dollars for some courtesy.

I was put in a dog room because I had a service dog (a real one) and it smelled like urine, then I pulled the covers down and there was a dead bug and then black dog fur.my dogs red. I requested a new room front desk kept telling me I had a "per" I reiterated the difference of a service dog. Next room was fine.

Upon checking in nothing was said about them spraying for roaches the very next day. When I got to my room, there was a paper on the door telling me just that so everything had to be put away and we had to be out of the room for three hours the next day. Not happy about that.

We had a very terrible experience. We were assigned a room that was already taken. We have zero idea until we open the room and realized it was taken. Luckily there was no one but what if our room keys were given to someone & what if they attacked us thinking we are robbers. It is a very horrible experience we had. We wait another 30 minutes for a room to be assigned. It was already 9:30pm we had a very long day & they made us wait 30mins to assign another room.

I know this hotel is designed for convenience but there was absolutely no comfort there. Everything was in good condition and clean but I just didn’t enjoy the vibe. We were there because of plumbing issues at our new rental so I was already not feeling well. Just a cold and unwelcoming environment.

My biggest concern, some lady in the parking lot when I got there after 9pm, a lady in the parking lot slowly walking around with her kid checking car doors, ALL doors, including hatchback handles. I found it odd, watched her for a bit and told front desk staff. I started to call PD myself but not being from Chandler, I had to look up that number and then I didn't know the address of the hotel so had to look that up, by the time I got this all figured out, she entered the hotel from the side door, I believe the east side of the building. I'll be back as I have events often in Chandler and don't want to drive home in the dark. But I will only park out front from now on. Thank you.

I was greeted by a young woman fast and easy check in. All staff here is great except Ryan.

Was looking for a place to stay for the weekend that was safe and in the area as a 1 guest stay. The moment, I walked in Ryan, the front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. I immediately felt like I was in a good place and that if I had any questions, Ryan would be the one to help. His energy was awesome and he seemed very knowledgeable of the guests staying here. His friendly demeanor was so welcoming! Shout out to Ryan!

The man that checked us in was very rude he told my husband that he could not use the restroom until he was a paying customer. He denied our paperwork that we called in advance to check on for training a service dog. We had the puppy there for socialization and being training.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room I booked. It had a full kitchenette, bathroom/shower was upgraded. CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Mexican food place nearby. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Management is amazing and very pet friendly. Brought my Aussiedor that barely made the weight requirement and the staff was calm around the fur baby. Greatly appreciated since he is still a puppy and learning. Also very clean and management asked if there was anything they could improve on when I said I had a good stay. Seems like they truly care about your experience here.

Staff is so nice! They go above and beyond! I went to get ice and the machine was going really slow. I mentioned it to the front desk and went back to my room. Few minutes later I got a call that the machine was working and I could get ice!

Very clean rooms, fast checkin. Only issue was breakfast shouldn’t promote free breakfast literally just had coffee and muffins that was disappointing. Had an event early morning and we had no time to go stop anywhere for breakfast was counting on hotels.

Overall, our experience was good. Everything was clean and in decent condition. The only issues I had, were with the breakfast and the shower. The shower drain was gross to look at and the bathroom fan was coated in dust. I also think that there needs to be more options for breakfast. I get it’s a grab and go, but you can have prepackaged cereal, individual milks, bagels, cream cheese, orange juice, etc. the options were pretty lacking and if you got down towards the end of breakfast, it was mostly gone. The washing machines also need to be cleaned. They stink and the dispensers were dirty.
