Staying here was a breath of fresh air. I didn’t feel like away from home everything was near by comfy hotel bed, staff was amazing. Highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back soon love it here. Sad to go.

Great staff. Lobby looked great, but rooms were under renovation. There were obvious paint touch ups on the ceilings. The sofa couches had no support and the “pull out” bed was literally a mattress that we had to lay on the floor. We had to rebook due to a third party mishap, otherwise it would not have been a preferred stay.

The room had a mini fridge. I don't know if they changed the refrigerators in all of the rooms but our room was advertised on your site as having a full sized refrigerator so if they now have a mini fridge you should update your posting and pictures. We didn't ask about it because we were only staying one night but it we couldn't put everything in the refrigerator we wanted to. Other than that, everything was as expected, which was excellent.

I LOVED the chobani yogurt bar!! I also love all the natural ingredients in the shampoos, juices for breakfast ect... My entire family really likes the breakfast sandwiches. Building was so clean & love the lamps and lighting very attractive

We weren’t to impressed. The foldout bed had stains all over it and was not comfortable. The lighting was weird you had to have the front room light in to have the bathroom light on. The staff was great though and very accommodating. The pool was also not 84 degrees like it said it was is was cooled. I don’t think we would stay there again.

Everything was amazing , me and my partner had an amazing 2 year anniversary, kitchen was perfect , everything was perfect. Plus loved the hot water in the shower

Front desk staff was nice . Rooms could definitely be cleaner . Bought cleaning supplies to clean our room because it wasn’t clean. Dishes were dirty, utensils were dirty, floors were black after wiping them with a cleaning wipe, toilet had urine on the seat, hallway carpets to the rooms are very dirty, couches in lobby and floors are very dirty as well.

The room was clean but they only clean the room every other day. Also, the day they came to clean, they did not clean. They only dumped the garbage in the garbage cans and replaced the towels with clean ones. They did not clean the sink, toilet, shower, counter tops or the bathroom floor.

I've never had a complaint up until this point, my experience was okay when i first walked into the building i wasn't greeted with a hello or hi the lady up front told me "what's going on" and when i told her i was here for check in then I was greeted normally, and as far as the room goes it had a lot of problems, missing blinds, missing towels, light switches broken, door handles broken, the bathroom door didn't lock or close properly, the mattress and couch felt old and worn out, maybe it was that room in particular but who knows i probably wouldn't stay here again. i will say the price wasn't too bad but i could of definitely of gotten something better, on paper the room seemed great the description and pictures is what had me sold initially. I will say the area of the hotel is great so many things near by but there is also a lot of other hotels in that area, and their complementary breakfast is good for what it is.

It was nice pull out bed could've been better a little more roomy for 6 people would've been nice, loved the pool. Overall it was nice. Was looking forward to pancakes or waffles. But it was a good experience thank you for your nice staff.

The place is run down. The room was dirty. It had stained walls in the bathroom and dried toothpaste. The black out blinds were broken, the carpet was frayed and the Fridge had a bunch of dents. We stopped here about a year ago and the rooms were not like this. In just a years time, it has gone down hill. Only bright spot was the lobby and staff up front.

Breakfast had berry and ganola with yoghert. across the road from shopping mall and restaurants. staff friendly. breakfast could be healthier with more fresh fruits and unsweetened oatmeal options. fairly basic breakfast. no fresh pastries. Spring water bottles in the room would be nice as the tap water is salty

The suites are large with a separate bedroom with is own door and living room and small kitchen making longer stays very enjoyable. I highly recommend the Element when considering hotels in the Gilbert/Chandler area!

There was a stove shown in the pics of the room I booked as to why I chose this extended stay but no stove was in our room. We did however love the esthetics and the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and quiet. We loved the location

Room set up was amazing with the kitchenette was perfect, and the help they gave to set up the room romantically for me and my wife was perfect definitely will be back.They have a wonderful team and service thank you !

Very loud ac/heating units on top of building cycling ALL NIGHT LONG! Had to move from top floor (4th floor) to 2nd floor at 3:30 am just to sleep. Also did not help to have hotel full of noisy teenage soccer players in for a tournament. Not a great stay.

There was scrambled egg with cherry tomatoes and guacamole and Greek yogurt to mix with fresh fruits, granola etc which were nice. Great location. Walking distance to chandler mall and other shopping areas and restaurants. Fitness center is nice too. Overall, I won’t return because of cleanliness and room condition.

Our stay was so amazing due to Carson at the front checkin desk. He made many accommodations for our family during our visit. He was also happy to help us with the questions we had and recommended some kid friendly places nearby.

The room was clean outside of ants everywhere! My luggage was full of ants by the time I left, all over the counter and kitchen area. The room above me was incredibly loud. I was across from an elevator and underneath a room with really profound noise transfer which made for. horrible nigh of sleep.

Something there gave me a rash. I don't know if it was from the pool or the linens? My wife was unaffected but the rash is still prevalent today (one full day after).

we’ve stayed here before and loved it. it’s close to everything we want to do, staff is wonderful, and overall hotel/pool is clean The pillows suck! ? Breakfast is ‘eh’ but it does the trick when you just need something small to get you out the door

Bad communication with front desk and workers getting room cleaned, got charged $250 for linen because my son threw up and we notified immediately and they didn?t act on it and blamed us

We were in 326 and the window shade was broken - when I called the front desk the guy just said maintenance would be out tomorrow. Unfortunately the sun rushed in at 6 am. The next day we asked to switch rooms as it was a Sunday.

The employees were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The pull out couch was less than desirable and stained pretty good. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen had a lot of items to use (we didn't need the kitchen, but it was nice.) The shower floor was in need of a good scrubbing, but, one could just bring shower shoes. This works out well for families.

Unfortunately the guest in the next room yelled all night profanities had to call front desk they did act fast but it did not stop them from yelling until after 1130pm. No fault to hotel but made my stay miserable. I wish they offered me a different room.

While the hotel is pet friendly, and something I needed, the fee of $75 is definitely up there. I am not sure what that fee provides. I doubt it means extra cleaning to the room.

Was a used bloody pad in the bathroom, which indicates the room was never cleaned. The box behind the TV was not on so we had to unravel it and plug it into the wall so we could watch TV.

The hotel did not have hot water, so the morning shower was extremely unpleasant. The outside temperature was in the low 40’s, so this to me shoikd never be an issue.

Our usual place to stay. This time is was lacking hospitality. Possibly the large groups of sports teams and lack of staff.

The hotel was located right across Chandler Fashion Valley Mall. Great for kids and AC activity. Although the room was missing shampoo, lotions and toiletries, the staff was friendly and the hotel was super clean. We will be staying here again.

This hotel is great with accessible EV charging and amole parking. Across the mall and all amenities. The lobby is clean and modern, grab and gro breakfast was until 10am on weekends which was a great addition. The hotel room was well appointed with full kitchenette. These rooms are awesome for families and cooking. The washrooms were clean and modern. **The downside**of this hotel is the cheap building materials. Paper thin walls and floors. We could hear the people in the hallways and the people above storming around while our whole room shook. My advice get a top floor rooms while we could still sleep this was the only issue.

Had a great time a the hotel Element, my only complaint would the very low water pressure in shower, also the bed was so low it made getting pn and if very difficult.

Very quiet and easy to walk to mall

We enjoyed two nights at this hotel very much. The rooms are spacious and have just about everything you need. The location is terrific, and everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. I would only add that the breakfast needs some help, especially on the weekend. Not many options available, especially on Sunday for those who are not meat eaters, and the opposite problem on Monday with not meat to be found for those who'd like to have some for breakfast. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Hotel was clean and smelled good upon check in. Room was also clean and spacious. Close to plenty of good food and drinks. Went to the free social hour and had some bread and cheese and beer on tap. Would definitely stay here again.
