    Early check-in was an extra fee but really easy and that was fantastic for us. My wife and I were spending the night after long jet lag of getting back into town from Sky Harbor airport on our way back to Tucson. So being able to shower and take a nap at noon instead of waiting until the usual 3:00 p.m. was fantastic. The staff were also very friendly at this location. This was our second time staying at this specific hotel and both times have been a positive experience.

    We stayed for 4 nights while we were waiting to finalize the selling of our home and buying another home. The location was great, easy access to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m taking off a star because the pool was very dirty and unusable which was unfortunate. We would have liked to use it. The breakfast had a nice assortment of options. Liked that it had free parking.

    When we checked in I asked about the pool and was told it was closed for renovations. When I mentioned it at checkout I was informed that was not true, the pool was open. We were there two days and would have used the pool☹️

    I like the politeness we’ve received overall and cleanliness of the hallways/public rooms. In the room though, only two towels are stocked instead of four and patches on the ceiling can be found in room and restroom. Along with mold above the shower. For the timing and price, the location was fair enough to stay. The phones, curtains and shower were not wiped down and had dust or hair still on them.

    In town for doctors appointment and it was close to everything I needed and wanted. I felt safe and quiet area. The bed was comfortable and suited all our needs. I will stay again.

    I got these reservations for my best friends. First night, the bed linens have holes and hairs. They complained and told them the room was supposed to be for construction workers. They got them a new room late at night. The next day, my friend talked to the manager and while he was talking to her he was chewing seeds and put it in a bottle when finished with chewing it. He did it throughout while talking to my friend.

    Everything was great for the most part. The only issue was that some of the breakfast items didn’t seem fresh. I got pretty sick one day, and another guest told me she did too. I noticed that waffles tasted sour. I’m not sure if that’s it or not. Other than that though, I had a great experience. I would definitely stay again.

    Overall, the room was in fair shape. Woke up early to take a shower and found that the bathtub was clogged. Had to stand in about 10” of standing water to take a shower. Also found that the bar of soap was previously used and just placed back in the packaging. A hair was found on the soap. Building only has one ice machine so if you want ice, you have to go to the third floor. Breakfast was basic. Nothing special. When I checked out, I informed the man at the front desk about the issues and his reply was simply “okay”. Wouldn’t recommend this to business travelers.

    One night stay. First i didnt know there was going to be a $100 automatic deposit. We had already paid for our room ahead of time and nowhere was there a statement of a deposit. Second our rooms 2nd deadbolt lock was broken. We notified front desk but we didnt have time to switch rooms so left it as that. Went to our event and came back for the night ready to get in bed, when we noticed the sheets had black scuff marks indicating they werent washed or changed. It was late and we were just tired so we chose to just sleep on top of the main blanket. Notified front desk upon check out and was told i would receive an email of my check out, etc. Still waiting on receiving that.

    I was supposed to stay four days but I cut it short a day. Overall the experience was okay for what I paid, the tub wouldn’t drain so every time I showered or used the tub water it filled up quick which I am not a fan of. The hair dryer kept turning off on me. The bed was super comfy and the AC was so cold! So that was nice, and the room itself was cute. Unfortunately my 4mo old caught an eye infection somehow so she’s been having fevers. I personally wouldn’t book here again but the stay is okay if you’re looking to stay somewhere inexpensive but still decent condition. Front desk was nice as well.

    Consider other options in the area before staying here, we arrived early and were able to check in however there was no staff member at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait about 5 minutes before any staff member was present at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy however a laundry cart was left in the elevator on multiple occasions which made the elevator cramped. Stayed 3 nights and the breakfast that was provided did not rotate items had the exact same items each morning. There were some oddities with the room, toilet was low to ground, sink/vanity area was very small, beds were comfy however really high off ground. Overall I would rate this stay as okay but not great, given the choice hotel brand.

    Hotel itself seemed clean enough but the room was a disaster. Bed was wet, which I discovered agreed laying down for a bit and my back soaking up ... Whatever it was. Shower pipes we're noisy/squealing the whole time, ironing board was literally disintegrating, sharing broken pieces all over the floor. Iron ruined my white shirt leaking rust all over it. Floor felt skinny to talk barefoot on. Really a horrible room experience.

    Great hotel. Very nice staff and clean. Staying onshore are and needs some updates. Pool is showing age cracked in the corners inside of pool. Lights flickering in my room and our other family member room. We did need to ask for extra towels and an ironing board. All said and done I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Very nice amenities. I am sure the managment will address and update the hotel. I can see they have pride in what they do. Chet John

    That I'm not longer there, that's what I like.That background checks aren't done on the housekeeping or any of the employees, if they can clean they hire them, let Laila tell it everybody she has there is on probation and did she also tell that I bought lunch for her employees on several occasions cause they dont get breaks like normal people and I can prove it. I dont eat meat, so I ordered meatlovers and wings for her employees. But to sit and then air your employees business to whoever you see, makes me wonder why she would do that and if she's disabled like she told me then why is she cleaning rooms and other jobs when the employees dont show up, she doesn't look disabled to me so whose paying her disability but she is working doing stuff I can't do, but she's disabled, seems to be some fraud going on somewhere. Since the police was called on me I just wonder us she getting disability and working. He stepped right in and took his mother's side which his mother lies alot and she degrades people, when they dont do what she wants she fires them and threatens them with ice, this is what was done with Andrew when she had him working on the electricity in the hotel and he had no license at all and the lights flash in the hotel and mine did the whole time I was there and several guest complained about it and im surprised they haven't had a electrical fire there. This is really said cause I've been a Choice rewards member for 12 years at the most but this right here like I said im done with Comfort Inn. This was a bad experience, his mother is a liar and I have the text messages of the retaliatory behavior, like the older lady that was there and she had her put out, she took the TV out of her room since she had to give her a discount. I let her use my TV cause she kept trying to get me to pay her instead of booking.com, so she was a very manipulative person and at that point I knew I needed to remove myself. Laila is very nasty and she gossips and talks about everybody's business even her own children. Especially her son Rog..the manager. I dont think its a good idea for family to be working together like that she's a trouble maker and Rog he allows this bad behavior and he'll defend it and it's tacky. That causes a problem. So her text messages proved she considered me more than a tenant, but I have a problem with people who can't handle the truth and she escalated this and her son Rog he allowed it, so I will be contacting corporate Comfort Inn, cause they are allowing this and the reviews that I have prove it.

    Staff was nice. One of the managers was very helpful and pleasant. No complaints there. Rooms are fine, nothing special. Some updates have been done but others not, like the bathtub. A little stained. Toilet had issues from the get-go and backed up once. They brought a plunger and handed it to me. I guess that's normal for this level of hotel. They won't do it themselves. Ok, so just have to flush 6 times while using the toilet. Its a 4 story hotel with only one elevator. It was busy so had to wait a few minutes sometimes. No biggie. Breakfast included and its the same as any other hotel. Powered eggs, saugage, waffle maker, toast, small muffins, etc. No all-day coffee like others, and only one toaster which was broken, so two pieces of bread at a time which created a line. The hotel is generally small, so the breakfast area is tiny. It was busy, so people were literally rubbing elbows waiting for coffee or toasf or whatever. And the sitting area is cramped, so if its busy, you feel people on top of you. Very congested. Note for the hotel owners: instead of using space for the sofas and lounge chairs, swap them out with more tables and seating. And don't use foldable tables and chairs. Not a good look. Anyway, its definitely a one-night spot, no more.

    To pack and leave and get away from how nosey she was in everybody's business and she wonders why she has bad luck and it will continue nobody gets away with anything, period. Make sure you dont leave anything in the room I specifically heard her tell a guest that they didn't leave anything in the room and she said if they didn't get it its not her fault they should've checked the room before they left and yes someone stole something out of my room and put your stuff in your car if its if importance cause they do no background checks and let her tell it she says majority are on probation and one for murder, so iI know what everybody's life story. She tells everybody's business even her own son. Just talking behavior all the way around. Key Issues: Hostile Environment: Following my refusal to engage in workplace gossip regarding staff personal lives, General Manager Laila became confrontational. After a verbal disagreement regarding her behavior and a missing TV from my room, she escalated the situation. Retaliatory Eviction: On March 7, while at a doctor’s appointment, I was informed my room was "re-booked" and I was being evicted. A staff member (Coolidge) explicitly stated I was being put out because I mentioned seeking legal counsel for her retaliatory behavior. Fraudulent Documentation: Despite my reservation being made through Booking.com (non-refundable), management falsely claimed they had refunded me to justify an immediate checkout. Identity Tampering: Corporate records now show my name was manually changed in the system to "Ali Moore.this was told to me by corporate on a recorded call." This is a fraudulent alteration of a legal reservation requiring government ID, likely intended to distance my actual identity from the incident report. Police Misuse: Management called local law enforcement, falsely reporting me as a holdover guest. When the officers arrived, management admitted my checkout date was originally Monday but claimed they had "changed" it in the system. Request: I am seeking a full investigation into the fraudulent name change on my reservation and the retaliatory actions taken by Laila and her staff. So yes we have a very big problem.

    Clean room. Problem with room lighting dimming when ac compressor kicks in or clothes iron switched on. Towels were stained but not smelly. They were cleaned but the stains did not come out. Some towels had holes in them. Breakfast was always the same, burger patties and scrambled eggs. Waffle machine available. Some yoghurt fruits bread etc

    The gym is tiny with two treadmills, a rowing machine and some weights, but it did the trick; the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable as per Confort Inn’s name -very very nice; I will say the individual staff member at the desk, well, not really bad just seemed to have a slightly sour disposition as if they weren’t super happy to be working there and then the breakfast I just thought was awful. They were shrink wrapped plastic wrapped balls of some kinds of carb the eggs look like rubber. The sausage looked inviting, but tasted oily. there just wasn’t anything really good for breakfast.

    Check-in was great. It is right off a freeway right as you come into Phoenix so there were lots of “unsavory” individuals around. Heavy smoke smell in the parking lot and the young lady I rode up the elevator with made the elevator smell so strongly of MJ it lingered long after she was gone. I live nearby and was only there for the night to focus and work. Hotel manager was not overly helpful. Won’t use this spot again.

    I probably should have asked for a handicapped room. The bed was hard as a rock, the toilet was close to the ground, there was no remote for the TV, the room took a long time to warm up. Maybe my fault but I couldn't connect to the internet. The real thing that bugged me was a wanted to buy a bottle of water. Front desk wouldn't take cash and the machine reading the code was (seemingly) broken and no one offered to help. Too many other places to choose from if needed.....

    We were in Phoenix for a baseball tournament check-in time was at 3 o’clock. We got there at two tried to check in. They told us that we couldn’t that there would be an extra fee if we wanted to check in we wanted to check in because we’re gonna be late checking in, after checking in the next day we had room service pounding our door at 9 o’clock asking to clean our room when checkout was at 11 was not very happy and the breakfast was horrible lots of customers throwing the eggs away

    It wasn't the newest place and nothing stood out but the little things that mattered were done well. The breakfast looked basic but actually tasted really good. The gym was super small, had another person come in the room it would have been awkward (thankfully no one did). The room was super comfortable. Great water pressure. Good TV. It was nice.     Phone was broken in room for several days, they stated someone would come to fix it 4 days in a row and never came. Desk was damaged in the room on arrival. Water pressure was terrible and would go in and out during the stay. Housekeeping would come and take the trash and never leave new towels or make the bed or changed the sheets. Front desk staff were incompetent, rude, and inattentive to try and get back to their phones or book. Offered a room change after leaving for the day and coming back and they said there were no changes offered to send someone to the room at 10pm and no one ever showed up. Worst hotel in the area. Asked for a 1 hour late check out as a courtesy and they said they already charged the card for one day despite all of these issues that were brought up. The manager at night said he had no idea any of these problems existed and ensured a room change that never happened, zero compensation offered.

    Photos depicted in HOTELS.COM are a falsehood. This particular hotel needs an overhaul. The sheets are old; the pillows were yellow and old. The hotel room was old and dingy; the bathroom is very dated. The shower is not regulated properly. A letter will be sent to HOTELS.com and COMFORT INN to submit a formal complaint. Not worth the daily rate.

    My wife got sick and even though it was a no refund situation I had expedia reach out to see if we could change dates.i would understand if they refused. However they wouldn't even respond to expedias email, (no one answered the phone. Never booking a room at this hotel or subsidiaries of this chain. No communication whatsoever. Very bad experience all around.

    The entire property could be cleaner. Just seemed like it wasn’t well maintained overall. It really looked like cleaning was not a priority. The TV remote was in between the mattress and the wall under the headboard- which I didn’t use until the morning. This made me think the sheets hadn’t been changed. For why would the remote not have been grabbed from the crack if so. Gross!

    Absolutely nothing The staff was completely rude and obnoxious how they had my minor children be escorted all because the booking app had errors this morning and it still took my money . The staff should have contacted me the adult and they never did and the service was so rude and cursed at me for my child leaving towels for housekeeping to get in front of the door. The breakfast was always stale and taste horrible and the facility needs a whole new everything as the air conditioning was horrible in the rooms and they made up some bs excuse and moved me and my kids without permission or proper reason. Gave me the runaround for days then they waited til I was at work to move my kids. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you are a single parent don’t come to this hotel the daily rates alone for the piece of shit rooms isn’t even what it should be priced at. Hated the entire time I had no choice one there and never again.

    I loved the hotel but the room did have a few flaws that I didn’t love and may be a concern. The ceiling above the tub was cracked so possible water problem. And a lot of hard water build up. There were a few hairs that weren’t mine but other than that it was a great stay. I would go there again. It has a a few good options for vending machines and snacks or stuff in general. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was perfect! I felt safe being alone, and I would be happy to bring my family there too!

    I have to say the only true plus was how friendly Luke was when I first checked in. At the point of check in I had high hopes about my stay until I got to the room. First thing I noticed when walking into the hotel was it was clean however there is a strong order of cleaning product. Not sure exactly what it was but it was definitely overbearing. Once in our room the floors had not been vacuumed or swept and mopped. With a 1 year old who is constantly on the floor this was very upsetting. The sofa was disgusting, so dirty, cushions full of stains one side worse than the other so that tells me they just flipped it at one point instead of cleaning it. The sofa has no support you sink into it. There were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The shower curtain barely touched the top of the tub so the floor was wet after we showered and once all of us were done showering the floor was completely soaked. I was told this room was one of their “updated” rooms and well I don’t see how it was. One thing I personally do not like in any hotel I book is adjoining rooms. There was nothing in the description that stated adjoining rooms or else I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. So, unfortunately, our neighbors were horrible. Around 2am they were so loud dropping things in the bathroom which is where the adjoining door was playing music loudly and that went on for a couple hours. I understand you can’t choose your neighbors but again it would’ve been nice to know about this during the booking process so I could’ve avoided it. At check out the girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. She would not provide me a receipt for our stay without the room keys. I told her we left them in the room as we always do after our stays and she stated they would email me the receipt once they find the keys! I asked for a print out of the receipt and she said they could not to give me one!!! It’s been 2 days since our check out and still no receipt. This is the first comfort inn that we have had any issues with in the past few years and in multiple cities.

    Decent weekend stay. Property was clean, breakfast was good, typical egg, sausage, coffee, cereal, waffles — and not too crowded. Plenty space for free parking. Pool was gated and no towel (you have to ask). Check in and check out process definitely needs some improvement. Core check in hour only 1 person running the front desk. And core check out hour, nobody was manning the desk.

    Returned from a 25 day trip and found my home flooded from a water leak, Booked a 1 night stayed that turned into 10 days. The owner/manager Lola , was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Luke the afternoon front desk clerk very helpful and Gabby who takes care of the morning breakfast was fantastic she kept everything clean and neat and she was very friendly and helful!     The management was confused on my room assignment, and abruptly knocked on my door and attempted to open my door without permission. The female Manager and the Front Desk staff questioned me for 5 minutes as to how I got into the room, and who checked me in. They were rude and aggressive. I immediately checked out and will never stay at that property again.

    The room was filthy look like it was never cleaned the shower was clogged had to take a shower in dirty water room looked like it was never vacuumed or mopped I paid for a sweet and when I got there they gave me the regular room

    Front desk staff was very personable. Room had an odd odor just on the cusp of disagreeable - could not discern what it was. Tub drain was clogged - shower water accumulated to lower calf level and took over an hour to fully drain out. Not sure the age of the hotel but this one seemed older and not nearly as nice as other Comfort Inns we’ve stayed at around the country. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were lacking the quality offered by other hotels in this price range. I would choose a different hotel next time.

    My room was quiet, which I enjoyed. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They have a free breakfast, which was ok. They offered eggs, and sausage patties. I saw danish and also juices, coffee, tea.

    The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so very friendly every time they saw me. I had daily housekeeping service which is very rare these days, so I enjoyed that ! I would definitely stay here again !

    The only thing was hard was the toilet was too small & was hard for me to get up from it .air conditioner was great kept our room cool . We were so blessed to find a room . We were driving from Las Vegas at needed to find a place at 12:30 am . My husband was so tired of driving .

    A/C's a bit noisy, but nice rooms and comfortable stay, with room care everyday, which is rare these days. Some other hotels I have been, are still stuck to Covid days, when service was not done in a daily base.

    The property is very new. We were upgraded to a suite. The room is large and the bathroom is split so the sink is outside of the toilet/shower area. It was very clean. We were there one night so were unable to have breakfast. It looked like it would have been good since there were dishes for hot items.

    Front desk clerk was no where to be found when I arrived for check in. After 20 mins the clerk comes out of a room fixing his pants. My stay was for four days. I checked out the next day. I have not received a confirmation from check out.
