Staybridge Suites Cedar Park - Austin N by IHG

The room was immaculate. The staff were very kind as well. Breakfast was basic but it was good. The kitchen in our room was great.

We had to move twice during our stay. One night after a storm we had a water leak. 2 days later we had bugs that looked like termites in our room. The food was better than most extended stays and the staff was attentive.

The manager, Liliana, was very helpful and friendly. She made our stay great!

I arrived early anticipating waiting in the lobby until 4:00 but instead was given a room right away. So as suspected, the employee just wasnt going to be bothered when I made the initial inquiry. Obviously it worked out fine but it was a bad first impression.

The breakfast was great and the evening cocktail hour is a nice gesture, but we were never in the hotel to rate how it was. The staff was super nice, the biggest issue was 4 of the first 5 nights we had cigarette smoke coming in our room through our bathroom vent. It was terrible. We brought it up to the staff each day and they always said they would look into it. They finally offered to move us to a different room and it fixed the issue. The hotel is suppose to be 100% smoke free.

The breakfast was wonderful and varied day to day. Housecleaning staff were all very nice and did a good job. Always a pleasure to stay here. 😊

The desk clerk who first greeted us was super nice. I know I will spell this wrong, but his name was Najah. Very nice each time we saw him. All in all, we were quite disappointed with this hotel. I don’t believe we would ever book this hotel again.

The staff is friendly, they have Dr Pepper in their soda machine and breakfast had a great variety to choose from. This hotel is in a great area, less than 3 minutes to shopping and it offers several different roads to help avoid traffic, if needed. It’s a hidden gem.

This property is great! It was nicely furnished, very clean, had an awesome hot breakfast and the employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. It was great for just our one night stay but would be really great for a longer stay since it has a full kitchen with everything you need for a longer stay. We also loved that they had Dove products for the bathroom!

Management was friendly and attentive, room was updated, clean, and well-insulated from noise; and breakfast yielded a delectable assortment of delicious foods to start my day! We will definitely return for another great stay when in the area!

The room was great. Plenty of space. It was great being in a room with a full sized fridge that came with cutlery, dishes, and cups. I also enjoyed the fitness center. Was able to get a great workout there. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay here again next time being in Cedar Park.

The manager, Jimmy, really went above and beyond. We had to shorten our stay and he did all he could to make sure we didn't have to pay. Hotels.com made the adjustment as hard as they possibly could. The hotel was fantastic, but hotels.com ihas horrible customer service.

This hotel has always been awesome. The staff is so friendly and honestly care about their guests. Rooms were clean and the whole hotel was awesome. Breakfast and social hours were always spot on. We have stayed here 3 times and will always be our go to.

We stayed in a suite with a bedroom and there was plenty of room. Everything looked clean and new. We heard about the 5:30 social hour and decided to check it out. We expected popcorn for a snack but instead there were delicious pulled pork tacos! The breakfast was also great. We came towards the end but everything was still hot and fresh.

Well the room was great when we got there, it seemed clean and nice. But on the second day, on my fiancee side of the bed, we kept hearing a phone buzz so we started to look for it. She looked under the bed and found a small toy and something kinda disturbing. It was a used tampon.

A nice, clean, comfortable and well-maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood (I could actually take a walk in the evenings). Friendly and helpful staff. Stable and reliable internet connection - good enough for online meetings. Free drinks and snacks 3 evenings a week. Perhaps a few more options on the breakfast menu would help. It kind of got boring after a few days.

My family and I experienced some delays in our arrival, but the hotel staff was very understanding and friendly. We attended the Formula 1 event and really enjoyed the hotel, the location, and Austin itself. We hope to return. I have no negative comments, everything was excellent, we had no incidents, in fact everything was facilitated in a good way, everything worked well.

This was our second time to stay here. The bathroom is relatively small and the couch cushions need replacing but for 2 quick nights it was all we needed. The beds and bathroom were clean which is most important to me.

Door banged on the shower door handles! Couldn't watch TV from sofa, only from the beds. We moved the sofa out and rotated the TV as much as possible. 2 nice beds in our room (sleeping for 4) but only one chair in the suite. No table for eating, only desk & desk chair. Clean towels every day was great. Nice breakfast and happy hour treats, but go early!

The suite was updated, and the couch included a chaise lounge which made "working while relaxing" easier. Also, I liked that it was close to great shopping and restaurants. I did not care for the continental breakfast offerings.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room is showing its age and could use a deep cleaning. Half the lights in the room didn’t work when we arrived, a quick check of the breaker panel and I found two breakers tripped. I reset them and all was fine, but most guests wouldn’t know how or be comfortable with doing this. Our toilet also had issues with low flush velocity. I would call the free breakfast average, but it was well attended by the staff and they worked to keep the dining area clean between guests.

The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had to get a hotel because our AC was on the fritz, which is already frustrating. Everyone I've interacted with at the front desk has been super nice and accommodating.

I stayed for 5 nights and was very impressed with this hotel; it was better than several others I’ve stayed at in the area over the years. Every employee I interacted with was extra friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average, and everything was very clean. The room was very large, with the kitchen and even a dishwasher helping my longer stay.

I booked this hotel a few months in advance, disclosed that had two pets and I was staying with two other adults, we all came in through the front door, and I signed a pet agreement, when I came in the room was dirty, told management about this and they changed our room but he said I was lying about my pets, I told him very respectfully that I had notified them about my pets and they said I had to leave the hotel, the manager left without explanation and the owner decided to side with him, the customer service was awful and they were very rude.

We love staying here when visiting our friend in Cedar Park. The front desk person was cheerful and friendly and made check-in a breeze. Breakfast are was clean with many selections. I especially loved that they had scones!

Our room was not ready till 1 hour after the supposed check in time at 4. We had to wait till 5 before we could check in. This is unacceptable and no monetary compensation was offered. Only a free drink from the snack bar. We will not be returning.

There was an issue between communication between Expedia and the hotel so I hd to sit there in detention while they figured it out. I offered to have them charge the card that I had just put on file while the issue got worked out. I don’t understand why I had to sit there and wait. Worst experience ever!
