    Overall a good stay, clean room, good price, good location. Staff at the desk during check-in was sadly a person who clearly is being forced to work there. I would dare to say that maybe he is being exploited having to work there against his will. Maybe customer service is not his call in life.

    When we got there. They wanted to change extra. I sent an email 24hr. To let us check in at 11am. That's most check in are. My son got murdered and I was on a budget. But they want to change extra after I sent an email. They said that the never got it. But still charge extra.

    Vending machines wouldn’t take dollar bills. Work out space had broken machines. Breakfast progressed from decent to no thanks. Back door was never locked. Laundry facilities were closed.

    Price was fair. They hardly had any breakfast items when we went down to get some breakfast. they where out of everything. no Syrup for the waffles. The waffle when it was done, the middle part was was not fully cooked and i could taste dough. My child could not eat cereal because they didn't have any Milk. food items the only thing they had was patties. (no eggs or sausage). No bread to toast, cream for the coffee or fruit either. We had to ask to get these items and they took long time to get. also rooms where not as clean. Very disappointed.

    Horrible place. I reserved a room a month and a half in advance for a handicap room. When i arrived I was checked into a normal room with out being notified of the change. When i address the front desk after 30 minutes of the lady on the phone in a foreign language. I was told that my room was out of order. I'm disabled with one leg and in a wheelchair the room was tight and bathroom almost impossible for me to use. Front desk didn't offer anything.

    The breakfast was very good and fresh. Room was clean but could have used the proper number of bath towels needed for amount of people in room. Had to ask for more, I specifically asked before booking if pool was open and told YES. When we arrived, we were told it was closed and had been for a week already. Very disappointed for grandson. The coffee in breakfast area was horrible. Everyone was complaining. The machine made it so strong that you had to add 1/2 water to it to make it somewhat normal strength. Staff response to complaints were "JUST ADD WATER TO IT!"

    The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard (fewer options than other hotels). The coffee bar had no fluff- powdered creamer with sweeteners. This only mattered because I had to be up super early and needed the caffeine. I am not a coffee lover and need it flavored.

Paint peeling and cracks in the ceiling. At 430 in the morning guests were allowed to let adults and a baby scream in the hallway for 15 minutes. When I called the front desk to report the issue I was told "they should settle down soon". I woke up with strange bites (not bedbug) on my back that have taken a week to heal. The coffee in the lobby in undrinkable and we didn't even attempt to eat the breakfast.

    The room was great, my only "complaint" was the breakfast which was OK but missed a few things i would have liked. I usually have yogurt, a banana and wheat bread for breakfast. Today.. there was only plain white bread for toast, no Bagels or wheat bread; there were apples only, no bananas or other fruit available; and no yogurt.. As i said, OK but only needs a few additions to make it awesome!

    Hotel was fine, but the key cards are constantly deactivated, so you are having to go to the front desk daily to get it fixed, which is a bit annoying. Also, stayed 8 nights and requested housekeeping one time and they did not come.

    Check in to dark stuffy lobby that looks nothing like pics. we can 4 hrs to help with flood rescue and relief time in leander. after long days and night we only wanted clean bed and feel safe. doors are never locked. i saw same people in parking for 2 days in and out using bathroom/littering but not staying in hotel. i ask sweet lady at front desk (this was friday 11th) when doors get locked as me and son are in and out sorting and working in car on our donations and flood work stops for next day . this is not ok. i have pictures of the stained walls and disgusting globs of whatever bodily fluids. I’m not gonna talk about mattress but pics of them is enough. two times i went to talk to someone at desk . empty. we waited 10 mins at front desk at 12:30am to check out early. The sleeping guy at desk ask for card, never if asking of stay or way we are leaving. i called tonight and was literally laughed at by Gustavo when i told him that we felt unsafe. we checked out several hrs early and stayed in car close to our volunteer site before being evacuated. originally i called tonight to see how long it took to receive my invoice after quality inns property manger “approves” it. i told him first thing “i know yall are not booking.com” but i am wondering how long does this take to receive” i immediately got interrupted as Gustavo says,”yea we aren’t with booking.com” that was the first thing that i said to Gustavo. this was a simple question and i simply wanted a invoice for my own record keeping. i am not happy now and i am needing to get a call back in regards to #1 review of your safety policies for guest #2 get an invoice #3 and now some form of compensation doors open all night-safety issue!!! stains everywhere in room!!! loitering in parking front desk rude (minus lady at check-in ) chairs in room are so so dirty smells tv never works smoke detector in room 220 chirp at night

    It's a lower-end hotel chain, so the hotel looks and feels like a 3-star but I found this particular hotel in Cedar Park to be quite nice. I consider it good value for the money. The hotel is clean, has acceptable service levels and in a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly for the most part, and they have 24x7 coffee available in the lobby. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cool and all the plumbing in the bathroom was clean, modern and working. it was all fine, no complaints

    The service at the front desk was excellent. The building was okay and the area where the hotel was located was good. The room and bathroom were okay, they were kind of old but looked clean. The sheets had a bleach smell, and the bed area was not completely clean, I spotted dirt by the bed. I was very concerned about a back door that stayed completely unsecured all night long. The lock did not work as it was supposed to be locked so guests with a room card could access to open it from outside.

    The service at the front desk was excellent. The building was okay and the area where the hotel was located was good. The room and bathroom were okay, they were kind of old but looked clean. The sheets had a bleach smell, and the bed area was not completely clean, I spotted dirt by the bed. I was very concerned about a back door that stayed completely unsecured all night long. The lock did not work as it was supposed to be locked so guests with a room card could access to open it from outside.

    I booked a room for 5 people. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our room had a funny odor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty and it had no sheet. The restroom didn’t lock at all. The breakfast was very basic. We only had two towels. When we asked for 3 more we were told we needed to bring the dirty ones back.     Upon check-in and during my 2-night stay, the staff (front desk, cleaning staff) were not friendly. I was never greeted, though I spoke to them when checking-in and in passing.     I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this place warrants a warning for future guests. The property looks NOTHING like the website puctures, it is run down. Our room was dirty and musty. The AC felt more like an evaporate cooler. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the sink barely drained, and the toilet was wobbly. The pool was locked at 845 pm even though posted hrs are 10-10. The breakfast was a joke. Juice was watered down, barely any assortment of food, and when my husband was in there making his waffle the staff put away all of the utensils and plates, so we had no forks. Staff was rude, housekerpung tried to bardge in 2 hrs before checkout even though we were still in the room with the do not disturb sign on the door. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Avoid this place at all costs. I just pray we didn't catch bedbugs from this place.

    Stayed overnight to take train from Cedar Park to Burnet with our grandkids. Quality Inn was basically across the street from the depot so an excellent local. Many nearby restaurants for evening meal. Complimentary breakfast was not outstanding but filled us up.

    This hotel has seen better days. You don't have to look hard to see signs that it's coming apart. It was adequate, but doesn't really deserve "Quality" as part of its name. However, or biggest complaint is that we called ahead of time to ask if the hotel had a crib or playpen type thing for our infant daughter to sleep in. We were told yes at that time. When we arrived, that turned out to not be the case. We ended up buying one at the nearby Walmart; but since we couldn't take it home on the plane, we left it for the hotel to use with future guests. We hope it gets used for that purpose.

    Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was clean. Place was quiet. Location is next to a railroad track, with runs all through the night, the bells qnd horn could be heard but not so much the train passing. The wifi speed was slow probably due to everyone utilizing. I have T-mobile and the cell service was crappy, I could hardly get a signal. Overall the stay was great.

    So I went on Expedia for my trip and booked a hotel here, I called to confirm and they never had my reservation so I call Expedia and they get told the same thing. I get relocated to a new hotel with no extra charge supposedly but then I wake up the next day with 2 charges of $85.34 for this hotel that I didn’t even stay at and that states I was not in their system. When I called Expedia to get my money they call the property and they are unable to do anything so I had to call my bank and I am yet to receive a refund for money on a place I did not even stay at!

    I accidentally got the dates wrong for my reservation and when i called them to change it they were unwilling to help and refused to give me a refund despite me not staying there. I then called back the next day to speak to the manager who they assured me would be there and would be able to fix my issue and she again wasn’t there. They assured me that she would be calling me Monday and here we are still no call and no resolution to my my refund.

    The guy at check-in "announced" my room number loudly with several guests (men) standing just behind me in the lobby. Not good ! The coffeemaker did not work in the room. The bedding appeared clean, minus the comfort, but the room in general felt old. It is VERY loud at that location as it is next to the highway and railroad tracks. That was my undersight.

    The biggest issue was that 9:08 am (well before checkout) the same person who checked us in opened the door to our room. He didn’t knock or announce himself and if he had been 90 seconds sooner I would have been undressed.     The place is showing signs of being run down. I have stayed at this property multiple times in the past. Granted it has been a year since my last stay. It has gotten run down. It seems like they are doing the bare minimum in repairs. The toilet was 3 different shade of white and wobbled. Only 2 towels in a room that sleeps 4. The side door mechanism fell apart while using. The air conditioning barely worked. Thank goodness a cold front blew in and really didn’t need much ac. For 4 dollars more I could have stayed at a Hilton. I was familiar with and had good experiences in the past here. I will not be staying again.

    The staff is quite gracious. I know a number of hotels are short-staffed right now. I’m not sure what happened with housekeeping, but the long story short is that the front desk clerk and I changed the bed sheets in the evening before I slept because there was apparently an egregious oversight between guests. She was extremely apologetic. When I came at noon, there was a different clerk there who walked outside with me in the summer heat to make sure I knew where to park the truck I was driving. He was very helpful.

    The front desk personnel after the initial person were either not at the desk, hard to understand, or accomodating but not pro-active in helping solve the issues without a great deal of prodding. The rooms and hotel overall are clean. The hotel is extremely convenient to shopping and major roadways. Great dining and shopping nearby. Having a microwave and mini-fridge in the room made the HEB grocery store across the street a huge plus. We will be staying here again.

    Spacious room. Comfortable bed. didn’t have ac on/fan on always option so it would shut off at night and get warm. We had it set to coldest to keep it running but it wouldn’t stay on so it was slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Would prefer a fan at least. Toilet had black ring in bowl and anti-slip stripes in tub looked dirty but I tried cleaning it and it wouldn’t come off. Probably could use a good bleach job. Breakfast was meh…sausage wasn’t browned and eggs were spongy cakes (other options were toast, granola bars and yogurt, apples, waffles and juices/coffee. Nice shopping area nearby. Police dept behind property (across a field and large parking lot so it’s not noisy). Would stay again, for the price, but might bring a fan. Major complaint was AC at night and went to breakfast the next day and both our cards had been deactivated and still had several hours until checkout. That was frustrating. Their excuse was it does that if phones are near cards but neither of us had them remotely close to our phones.

    I could not understand what the desk clerk was saying. I told her I could not understand what she was saying but she made no effort to speak louder. The credit card reader would not accept two different credit cards. Those two cards worked everywhere we went going to and from the motel on our travels.

    Hairs on the toilet and in the shower. But I didn't take a shower because I had used bar soap and zero towels. Sink had hair and tooth paste spit on the counter.
