My room however, had a worn out shower floor, very poor television reception and poorly fitting sheets.

A hotel should have a really good bed, and although the place was clean and property seemed maintained and the staff in the front desk was excellent, the queen bed was on a metal frame, the old timey kind that I’ve bought for 35 bucks and assembled when my family was young. There wasn’t a box spring and the mattress sagged. When you laid down or rolled over it made noise and the head board banged. Sorry, but it was a disappointingly unrestful night on our last night of vacation. And there was a great deal of great noise.

I like that I didn't spend the night out in the streets. First, there's was no directions what to do if you arrive after 8pm. It was a joke to find the office in the first place and when we got there it was closed.. nobody picks up the phone, of course. Left a voice message in one of the phone numbers we could find..and finally somebody came to give us a key. The hotel is old and it shows. The whole place needs renovated. Shower head literally fell off when we turned the shower on. The lights outside your room are on ALL NIGHT, and guess what..the blinds are not sufficient to block the light. So couldn't even sleep. Stupid little coil stove stank up the room and made the smoke detector go off. My friend's room stank like someone had just smoked in it. Oh and guess what, it was 9am when we went to the office give keys back, and they were closed, again. Had to try to slide it under the door, give them a call and leave a voice message explaining what we did, and hope that they don't charge me for a lost key. Very much would like to go back in time and had picked another hotel. It was cheap but boy it was not worth it.

Clean and reasonably comfortable. Desk staff was very pleasant which I appreciated! The rooms were maintained well enough, but could stand for some paint and detailing. And I never realized how much I liked having motel art on the walls until staying here. There was none!

Could not stay there the room smelled so bad that we could not stay in this place and it was on the second floor and they had no elevators.

That the shower was a little to small

It’s very old, not kid friendly. Several people out side on balconies smoking pot. Would not want my kids there. Very run down, no counter in bathroom, just a small sink that was broken.

Parking was plentiful and safe. Convenient to I10 and Casa Grande shopping and dining. A bit outdated, but for a room under $75, can't really complain. My room did have a musty smell but not overwhelming. I stayed 3 nights and had no issues. For longer stays they advertise $287 a week which is a great price IMO.

It was very clean and very comfortable. It was a little noisy but was expected to be because it was on a main road.

Personal is only available from 8-8 daily. Entry cards demagnetize easily and if its after 8pm you have to wait for security. Room was not cleaned properly before i was given the keys. I will not be staying here again.

Reserved ADA room. Got there and no ADA room for us, even though the front desk person could see we reserved that type of room. Neither of us can hardly walk up stairs. Then told our room would be on the third floor and the elevator was broke down. Ok we will make do. We will go out and eat first, run a few other errands and then come back so we only have to climb the stairs once to our room. I felt like I ran a marathon after climbing up that mountain, but I did it. There is a reason I have those disability plates on my vehicle. Anyway, after getting into our room, surprise, a full size bed. Now we are not small people, reservation was for a single queen size bed as they don’t offer king size and that’s ok. We fit in a queen, a little snug but it works. What do you do when the front desk and lobby closes at 8pm and it’s now 9:30 pm. I tell you wha5 you do, you make the best of it. The full size bed was as hard as a rock, everytime one of us moved, it woke the other up. Nearly the worse motel stay I have ever had. Needless to say we woke very early that morning and went to get some breakfast and car wash before returning to check out of the motel. Check out was straight out of a movie seen. The old sayin* no shirt, no shoes, no service is taken literally. I had to wait for another guest t9 c9 plate her checkout. She did have a shirt and shoes on, just nothing below her shirt, yes naked. Staff appeared t9 th8nk this is normal. I am shell shocked!

It was a place to sleep. The office staff during check-in was great! Not just with me either there was a rush! The hot tub which was the reason I drove to the middle of nowhere had been broken for forever. The fan/ac in the room sounds like 2 squirrels playing with light sabers, half the bed is literally so broken down I almost fell out.

One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on. It was nice not waking up with back pain. I arrived beyond office hours, which I called and stated. I had to search for Security. I was unable to contact them as told. I was not expecting anyone to enter my room. They left sheets, towels. Took my toilet paper and left me none.

I was able to spend my six-night stay comfortably, so thank you so much for all your help♪ I'd especially like to thank the security guard for helping me out when I arrived late at night. I think I'll have another chance to visit, and I'd definitely use this hotel again.

Don’t let the photos fool you! This is not a good place to stay. It’s old and run-down,it looks like a place where construction workers stay for extended jobs. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff was very courteous and the room was clean . Bed not comfortable and when I went to make morning coffee for two, there was only one paper cup that was too big to fit under the spout. Something so simple to accommodate your quests .

Room was exceptionally clean. Nice fluffy white towels. No coffee cups for coffee/tea. Unfortunately the elevator is still not working and my room was on the 2nd floor and I am handicapped. Tough climb up the stairs. Elevator still not working. Was there over Thanksgiving, wasn't working then either, and agai my room was on the 2nd floor.

When we arrived at 9 pm the officer was closed. I thought we were locked out and would have to find another hotel. The night watch let us in but it colored our whole stay.

The room was clean the shower was a newer one and was nice. The bed was a little broken in but not bad. It meant all the needs we were needing. One of the things was when you parked next to the building, there were a lot of birds in the bushes, which we didn't mind until the next morning when they pooped all over our tunnel cover of our truck and we could see on a lot more cars.

Wouldn't recommend, definitely a heavy stalking zone which police need to pay for their crimes in area. Bring your civil suits ready or avoid hotel area. Go to florida instead- at least they have beaches there. Its a hell zone in arizona so dont come to az

It was terrible! The rooms were not clean, sticky floors, and very outdated. The housekeeping service was only every 3 days. As a result we had to empty and throw away our own trash. We had to leave several days earlier before our original booking because the conditions were not acceptable and we felt unsafe.

The room was truly ADA accessible. The large bathroom has a full size roll in shower with a hand held shower and large comfortable bench. The bed was a bit soft for me but right down my wife's alley. The was a bit of traffic noise, but the residents were quiet. Will stay here again.

I just wanted a basic hotel night not luxury. But a clean, safe place to go to sleep and function the next morning. I did not sleep. There were not enough pillows no extra blanket, no chair or loveseat. The towels were small and extra scratchy.

Unit was well located to fairgrounds. Room was clean, but no frills. First time I stayed at a hotel with no hairdryer, and although it has a hit hen, there was no dishes or cooking utensils. Siegel Select is fine if you are looking for a clean room only.

This place was horrible. The room was dirty, the shower had no hot water, the bed was horrible, the “kitchenette” was not even usable since there was no place to put anything other than on the stove or in the sink. They were refinishing the parking lot and were threatening to tow cars without notifying anyone. Luckily one night I went out to my vehicle and saw they were placing tow notices on vehicles at 11:00 pm stating they would be towed at 3:00 am if they weren’t moved. There were no warning signs stating that the area was closed or closing for the work. The did the work at night so you could hear workers and machinery all night long the whole week. The dust they blew off of the pavement came through the poorly sealed door and covered everything including the bedsheets with dust. My keycard to get in quit working twice. The night security guy was nice, but when it happened again, I went to the office and the front desk lady was very rude. She kept telling me I wasn’t ding it correctly. Key cards are pretty simple. Oh my the young lady at the front counter was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond by accommodating me. I was darn near two hours late checking in and she also let me know about the extended stay if I ever needed it. I will always come here if I need to. She made me feel like I was at home my goodness. We checked out on Sunday and had to wait till 9am for someone to check us out, we weren't told they open until 9am, a little inconvenient if you are heading out early.

Room was fine except blinds had a 1” gap on the side. I made a toilet paper shade, worked fine blocking passersby’s views. As the office isn’t open early, it needs a key drop box, had to slide my key card under the door. But not a bad place. Would stay there again.

The place is huge, lots of parking, lots of dining options, close to the freeway, some highway noise but not bad.

No hot water, took an ice cold shower, no curtains, only blinds which allowed people to see in and let to much light in. Front desk staff said it would take 45 minutes for my reservation to be available. Loud other tenants. I will never stay here again.

I liked the clean smell of the bedding and friendly staff. The floor in the room needed to be mopped, people on the 2nd floor were noisy, and there was dog poop outside our front door.

The place is layed back everyone minds their own business and I like it that way

Had two persons open room door with a key card that was issued at the front door. Scared the hell out of use. Luckily the two were very apologetic. After they left our key card stoped working. Not happy. Called office they apologize and re- issued key cards. They did offer to change our room we decided to stay in room.

The bed was uncomfortable, bathroom didn’t seem sanitary. The place was confusing to find our room. Thank god for ear plugs!

The sink was coming off the wall, and there were brown smudges on the door, but other than that, the room was nice and clean. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, either. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay, and the pool was heated and delightful.

There is a very nice kitchenette, but no kitchenware which we didn't know to bring our own. No ice provided either

Paucity of amenities; no chairs, only one wash rag, the heater did not work to our satisfaction.

Do not try to check in after hours. They do not have staff throughout the night. I didn’t spend the 4.50 for the trip guarantee so I’m out 150 bucks

There is se urity but they must be in a camera viewing room. Got ringworm a few days after our stay. No sure I got it there but the sheet did not fit the bed.

Front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. The only downside is the beds are extremely hard

It’s ok ,if all your wanting is a place to stay but ,we prefer a cleaner place

My husband and I were quite surprised to get this nice of a room for the price. We had truck issues so to pay less then $60 for a clean room for a few hours was nice! Thank you 🙂

Room is ok, a little noisy as it’s right by the highway, I may be quieter on the ground floor. Each day I had to visit reception to get my key card reprogrammed which is a pain when you are on the third floor carrying a bunch of gear. Cheap and cheerful is what I’d say, it’s a budget hotel so do not expect too much.

I arrived at 9 pm on day of reservation. The office was closed and security informed me that this is a constant occurrence and he was told to say I can go ahead and go somewhere else. I did

Liked having a fridge and the size of room. Coffee pot wouldn't work; not replaced at all but refused to be replaced at the time I needed it. Room key didn't work and staff wouldn't come up to my room to let me in but insisted I drag all my baggage back down to the office to fix my key. They were very apologetic but totally void of action.

The room was nice. The floor was a little dirty if you walked around barefoot your feet would have dirt on them after. There is no way to check out earlier than 9am on a Sunday so don't plan to leave early because the office is closed.

Well maintained, clean, not allot of "lil" trash laying around. (Facility).

No coffee cups in room and none provided by front desk. Coffee machine had black mold in water dispenser.

I wasn’t able to check in at all. The office was closed and body to help me at all.

Room had insects coming out of the base boards and were all over the bathroom area.

In 7 days they never cleaned the room. People at the front desk lie to you about availability. It’s always tomorrow. You have to reserve online or you ll never get a room.

Room was filthy, and not just a little dirty, it has not been properly cleaned in a very long time

The price was just beautiful on that but when it comes down when somebody said they got a pool and a hot tub on Saturday you couldn't use it cuz it was for kids and adults come back Sunday and the pool is closed because they got a dirty on Saturday and didn't clean it so that's my problem is that would have been nice after working 12 hours that's what we thought could happen but no but other reason it was really good

Checked in. Showered the next morning. At noon that second day, I reported no hot water. Management seemed surprised. Me too since the entire first floor had to be impacted. Cancelled the rest of my 6-day stay.

The set up of the room and amenities inside were just what I like to have when traveling out of town.

Stains on all the cement walkways. Dirty diapers, beer bottles in parking lot. No cleaning of any of the outside area of the hotel. Elevator was filthy. Several areas marked off with yellow tape because cement on upper levels cracked. The room had tiles that were not glued down. We requested on our third day of our stay for a new washcloth and hand towel, since we only received one of each when we first arrived. Also, requested more soap, since we only received "slivers" of soap in the room. They were never delivered to our room.

It was an awful experience. My shower cold water did not work. Maintenance finally fixed it when i got back to my room i was locked out both keys did not work. Had to wait call security to let me in. Terrible service.

A lot of poo of dogs on side walks, doors very durty.
