It was okay but overall I will spend the extra coins next time to stay at a much better place.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Not in the best of area but beds were comfortable and the price was right.

My stay at the Radisson was a mixed experience. One of the primary reasons we chose this hotel was the large swimming pool that was prominently featured in the photos and advertisements. Unfortunately, the pool did not meet expectations during our stay. When the pool was functional, it contained a noticeable amount of tree debris and did not appear to be well maintained. On the other days that we attempted to swim, the condition had worsened. The water had an oily sheen on the surface and contained even more debris. We were informed that chemicals would be added to clean the pool, but this significantly impacted our ability to enjoy one of the hotel's main advertised amenities. Most of the staff members we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. The bartender in particular provided exceptional customer service and was extremely welcoming throughout our stay. The only negative staff interaction involved the breakfast host. On both mornings, we were not greeted upon arrival. Instead, the first question asked was, "What room are you in?" During one visit, she appeared upset because we walked through an area she had already mopped and that had dried. She commented, "That's why I put those signs out." While I understand the importance of safety and respecting wet-floor signs, the interaction felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Overall the staff friendliness enhanced our stay however the pool condition was a major disappointment.

The beds were very hard. Not comfortable. Squeaky also. The refrigerator wasn’t that cold. And don’t have a freezer portion. I was unable to adjust the temperature of the room . Staff was great. Room was clean property was nice.

Multiple issues with the bathroom. As it was only a one night stay I couldn’t be bothered to ask for a different room. But these issues must be known to management, and obviously ignored. That alone sends a badd d message.

Clean rooms and good location The reason why we booked this hotel was because they offered breakfast. However, it was way too salty! The second day we ended up having to buy breakfast somewhere else because of how salty the food was.

We had our dog with us. We appreciated the VERY large pet relief area. Unfortunately, there was a guest that didn't clean up after their large dog. Every day when I walked my dog (and picked up after her), there was a new large pile left by an inconsiderate dog owner. That is NOT the hotel's fault. They have excellent Happy Hour. Menu choices were limited, but we took advantage of what they served. Drink prices were fair.

Mold in the showers (I have pictures of room for proof. Air conditioner vents were sticking out. Furniture peeling. Overall a bad experience.

The hotel was clean and looked like it had been updated recently but they did not update the plumbing. The toilet stuck when flushing, the water would NEVER get cold (something I require to wash my color treated hair) and the hotel is right next to the train tracks.

We should be able to bring food up to the room if one of the guests are unable to make breakfast. I also had to get my own items instead of them being brought to me. New glasses and cups should be given or dishwashing liquid should be provided.

We were very surprised to find out the complementary breakfast was for only 2 adults but there were 3 of us. For the price we paid this was very wrong. We were never notified of this and when we mentioned it to the staff, no apologies.

But food from bar was excellent! Breakfast was good too. And pool was nice. I would stay agian if they do updates and clean better . But staff was great. Thank you

Buffet breakfast was hearty and full of good, healthy options. Coffee could be better, but it was solid, hot, and ready. Facilities and public areas are time-worn, and we had a big bucket on our hall capturing a ceiling water pipe leak. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Check in was at 3 and I finished my appointments early so I was hot and tired and decided to go there early, around 1. They said that my room was cleaned and ready but it would cost me $20 for early check in. I explained that I was going to check out early and if they could wave the fee. They said no so I paid it but it left a bad taste. I will never stay at another Radisson again. I hope clipping for an extra $20 was worth it.

The Radison in Casa Grande was in a location close to the I 10, had a nice breakfast and was in in good condition.

We arrived a few minutes before check in and they were able to get us in but unfortunately my sibling that had rented another suite was made to wait 45 mins after check in time because the room was not ready. The bathroom in the room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast in the morning was not good. Id rather go elsewhere for breakfast.

Yes. I paid for a suite. However they were sold out. So they gave me a regular room for the price of a suite. No manager available or any staff that could assist me. I paid $---for a room that rents for $100.

For me it was not a good fit, but I was stuck with no refund. The bathroom seat was up, there were hairs I seen, the toilet wouldn’t flush a few times. It is a dated property. They put me a single female in the back with a conjoining room, I found that suspicious but hadn’t slept in days. Me personally I was uncomfortable.

The elevator closest to our room was broken. That is not really anyones fault but the room we were given was as far away as possible from the second elevator. It took us a long time to get in and out of the room each time. The desk clerk was apologetic but it just took up a bunch of our time as it is a quite large hotel. We are in our 70's which makes it even harder. Old folks should get the more convenient rooms.

They put us right next to Florence avenue the busiest street in Casa Grande. Elevator didn't work and of course they put us on 2nd floor. Really disappointed.

Room bathrooms need updating. Breakfast had good variety but the cooked food was not cooked well.

It could have been cleaner. The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold. I wish there was some flavored cream cheese. It would have been good to have some sausage or bacon.

When we arrived after 7 hr drive they accidentally charged us double the amount and supposedly reversed it and we then had to put the room on another card which has now messed us up as far payments. I had to go back down after spending most of the first day fighting over the the accidental charge and found out they hadn't reversed the charge. They finally fixed it but only gave us 2 drink vouchers for the bar downstairs and we have a 3 year old and there was no way to go use them af the 21 and over only bar.

The staff is amazing. Dennis at the front desk and Anita in the breakfast area were amazing. Anita is the hardest working individual I’ve seen in a very long time. They are lucky to have her. Rooms were clean and the patio is wonderful. Great place. We’ll be back!

Drain didn’t work in bathroom. Night maintenance unable to fix sooo no shower. It was giving cheap remodel. Photographs better than it is. Staff on the other hand was great.

There was mold in the shower and a black spot behind the toilet. It seemed like the floor had not been mopped because we had used paper to pick up hair on the floor and it came up black and the furniture also appeared to be dirty. The ceiling near our room had a leak, so they had placed a bucket to catch the water in the hallway. The elevator was out of service the whole 2 day stay, so we had to use the stairs or walk across the building to use a separate elevator. The room we had was near the road, so we could hear loud trucks and motorcycles throughout the night. One of the beds in our room was broken so it leaned in towards the headboard. The hotel is in an area thats not so great, so better security measures would have been more comforting. For the price i paid (about $170 per night)i was hoping for at least a clean room that I felt comfortable to sleep and stay in.

We had a couple issues with our room and the staff took care of us well. Very pleased.

The Central Location. The Restaurant was a little low, and the shower never got hot .

The bath tub had a drip. And the bath tub was clean but didn't look like it.

The air conditioner made a loud clanking noise and the jacuzzi was no where near above about 80 degrees at 09:00 in the morning. The maintenance person told us it should start getting warmer and it never did after another 1/2 hour.

They have an amazing breakfast buffet, lots of options and the hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I didn't like that I couldn't bring my breakfast to my room, you have to eat it in their dining area but other than that no other issues.

Parking lot lighting needs lots more lighting. Room was adequate. Property needs a bit of TLC.

The overall room was clean, but the bathroom door knob became jammed from the outside and we were unable to access. I called reception twice and it went on answered at about 5:34pm. I personally went down to the front desk and there was a young lady tucked away in a nook off of the front desk applying makeup. I reported the problem which she seamed unconcerned while calling maintenance. After about 15 mins a Young lady who Identified her self as maintenance assessed the issue and apologized and offered to tape the locking mechanism on the door with duct tape, she was kind and very polite. I felt unsatisfied overall because for the price I paid I expected a better quality experience of the promises.

Only one tiny issue and it’s really not the hotel’s fault, but it’s literally in the middle of a small town. But the place itself is great! Very clean modern room, the whole hotel was kept clean inside and out! Friendly staff as well. Would definitely stay here again if I ever had to go back to this city.

Over paid for a hotel room that was clearly a used and dirty room. Old walls covered up with white paint, shower floor has a dirty brown color, beds were hard and not comfortable. Paid $300+ to stay at a hotel that looks like a Motel 6.

Maintenance needs better skill set. Electrical was not up to code for the air conditioner, screws falling off the door lock…

We really liked the breakfast. It had excellent choices and everyone in my family was very pleased with it. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that I didn't like the small "Smart Fridge" refrigerator in the room. I really needed a small freezer like most have above the refrigerator, but there was not one. I have small ice packs that I travel with. Excellent staff, very pleasant and helpful. Anytime we made a request they were right on top of things. We would stay here again. The trash cans in the room were very small, they didn't hold much at all. It would have been nice if they were a bit larger. No freezer at the top of the refrigerator. It was a modern refrigerator, but I like the older style with the freezer option.

The rooms are falling apart and left that way. No towel rack to hang your wet towel but you can see where they patched up holes for the racks. tile isn't grouted so its just collecting mold from the water in the bathroom. The shower tub is warped so there's air pockets under it. They didn't finish tape and mud on the seams so you can see the sheet rock and edges. There's a weird opening above the lights thats just open to electrical wiring with a shower and the steam thats just asking for trouble. Remote wouldn't work so I had to use the TV to change channels. The bed was very well made and nice sheets and mattress. The staff were actually really great for a lot of the finishing touches being left off.

The breakfast menu was all carbs and processed foods, the bathrooms needed more detailed cleaning, stained ceiling, caulking, felt dirty over all. The bed was comfortable. The bar had very bad service and NO COLD BEER!

Most of the employees seem to have some kind of mental disorder. The food at breakfast was awful, at times there was no coffee and the fruit had dirt on it. We come to this area a few times a year and I will never stay here again.

Staff was accommodating (with the exception of the young lady that checked us in), the grounds and room were clean, the breakfast was limited and the coffee could remove chrome from the bumper of a 55 Chevy. I do not believe I will be staying at this location in the future.

Great facility and amazing staff. Jessica & Lindsay at the front desk where very helpful with our requests and provided a wealth of local information. Housekeeping was also very accommodating during our week-long stay. Good free breakfast and the food in the on site restaurant was tasty at dinner.

Great facility and amazing staff. Jessica & Lindsay at the front desk where very helpful with our requests and provided a wealth of local information. Housekeeping was also very accommodating during our week-long stay. Good free breakfast and the food in the on site restaurant was tasty at dinner.

The staff was extremely friendly and the property was super clean and inviting.

Check in was smooth. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable beds, nice sheets, towels and pillows. However the shower rod was loose, causing the shower rod to sag and curtain to slide towards the middle of the rod, and gaping open on the ends, enabling water to spray out of the shower onto the floor. Thank goodness we had a few pool towels we'd worn back from our swim to put down ,or the entire bathroom floor would have been flooded. We left a note in the room, alerted the housekeeping gal we encountered in the hallway, who immediately reported it, and also notified the the front desk upon check out. Our room was in the front of the building, and there was street noise all night. The pool was a bit cold and even though it was dark neither the outdoor around the pool nor the lights in the pool were turned on. The spa was also cold and the jets wouldn't turn on. The breakfast buffet was very good, and advertised as free, but even though we reserved the room for 3 people, we were made to pay an extra $10 for the 3rd person. This was not disclosed at check in, even though I asked her about the breakfast times, and she could clearly see that our reservation was for 3 people, a warning would have been nice.

I’ve been staying at this property for many years when I come to town to visit family. This is the first time in over 20 years that there have been extremely large black bugs (no exaggeration) crawling around in the bathroom and from under the door from the adjoining room.

The only issue was the shower took a long time to drain, otherwise, everything was great.

Overall a nice property, clean and comfortable. The area is very noisy, so bring some ear plugs specially if your room is facing west. Breakfast is only for 2 people so keep that in mind if traveling with family.

I don’t like the idea that I have to pay for my complete party for breakfast they just accept 2 guest per room and I bock for 4 I’m paying a room for 4 people we they only give breakfast for 2

Property was nice and staff was good. Floors could be cleaner. They are wood type flooring and we went barefoot and the bottoms of our feet were almost black after walking from bedroom to bathroom and back. Bed was very comfortable and good internet. My husband slice his leg on the edge of the bed (a metal piece of the bed frame was sticking out) and really bled all over. They need to check them because it could happen again.

The hotel is old and scary. The hallways are dark and moist. You can tell that the property was once beautiful. It needs a complete overhaul. The room was bright but had a ton of bad construction mistakes, such as the baseboards that were not nailed to the wall correctly. The bathtub was terrible. It had more of a motel feel than a hotel. On the other hand, the staff are truly amazing and just a breath of fresh air.

The place was very clean and the front desk ladies we so helpful Would definitely stay here again.

I'll come to casa Grande every year for a spiritual convention. I will probably stay at this hotel again next year.

I expected better based on reviews and pics, however the room was older and the air conditioner was not cold enough and super loud ; was hard to sleep. Pool was warm and in bad shape , poolside was not kept clean and pool was always with debris . overall it was always hot even in hallways and room . Only good thing is housekeeping coming in everyday and keeping room somewhat clean .

This is an older building thats been renovated recently. The rooms are clean but the commnon areas, elevators, hallways, etc really need some attention. The area around the hotel outside, especially at night leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of local wildlife walking around the area.

Check in was not good, beds are hard, bar area for dinner had no A/C, last night we were there we went to pool to find out there was a pool light that was loose and and hanging in the pool and had been there since 10:30am that was supposedly fixed but had still fallen out into the pool. When front desk was told they said they would get maintenance out before the lights came on at night but that didn’t happen. They also didn’t think it was necessary to warm people about the light or close the pool which could have caused an incident that they didn’t seem to feel was something to be concerned about. The refrigerator in the rooms are “smart fridges” which never cooled the fridges down below 45 degrees and caused our food we purchased the night before for lunches the next day to be spoiled and not able to eat. The fridges do not work properly and should be replaced with normal mini fridges.

I liked everything. I had one problem with the front desk. I asked to see review a room before making a decision to stay. The clerk said there was no one available to show the room although there were two clerks standing there.

It was a bit noisy. There must have been a train going past a couple of times in the night and some cars were racing past making a lot of noise around midnight. Maybe the rooms on the inside track are quieter.

We booked this hotel through Hotels.com. The room was noisy, you can hear all noise from outside. In the details and prior to booking, it stated breakfast included, never did it say only for 2. We booked a 2 queen bed room because we have kids. When we checked in, the front desk gave us the breakfast times but never did they say only for 2 people. We show up next day in the morning for breakfast and they say only 2 can eat per room, I said excuse me ? They said that’s there rules. No we’re did it day in the booking it front desk when checking in. They stoped us half way in to the breakfast dinning area, telling us we had to pay for our kids. There was 2 ladies in the kitchen and 2 in front desk, they were not nice, let alone embarrassed my wife kids and I in front of everyone there. My kids just felt bad and didn’t want to ever near anymore. We walked out and checked out, while checking out the front desk realized the kids eat free and don’t pay. They then tried to let us go back to eat but it was to late, we already had been embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone and didn’t feel ok going back to eat. We then requested a refund and was still declined. We will never be staying here again and will not be using hotels.com either as well, we have been a loyal customer to Hotels.com for years and they couldn’t refund us either. Not a great experience, one of the worst we’ve had at a hotel.

Hello my stay and comfortableness was your pool was horrible. I needed some RnR for 2 days so i was looking forward to swim , and your pool was very dirty green tint was in rhe water and foot prints at the bottom. So i never had enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi was not working .i should get some kind of reimbursement for our convenience. Plz send me a letter on how you will resolve these issues ...thank you very much

Pulling into the parking lot all the landscape is dead, when was the last time the parking lot was resurfaced. It’s crumbling and dirt. Walking into the lobby it’s not air-conditioned, and you get to see the beautiful green pool. The property is dirty, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The air conditioning does not work well in the room is warm, the room is pretty clean, but the rest of the property is disgusting.

It was close to where we needed to be. We did not like the fact that there was only enough coffee for 2 people when we had 3 adults listed to be staying. There was a pair of discarded black underwear in the bush in the smoking area. The hot tub was very dirty and unusable. The 2 free breakfast limit sucks, especially if there is a family. We saw kids get turned away because someone from the party had gotten coffee. The room was clean and the staff were great but I would not recommend the hotel for anyone that was traveling with more than 2 people

We stayed for 2 nights, and they originally told me that they will only clean the room on the 3rd day. However, they came to clean the room the 2nd day and threw away some foods that I was saving for snack/lunch, but by the time I came back, they were gone. :( In the bathroom, the faucet won’t completely shut off, continuously dripping water all day. Overall it was a clean and nice hotel. I’d stay here again. Hopefully by then the bathroom is fixed.

The room itself was nice, but the bathroom wasnt re-modeled when they did the rooms. The restaurant in the hotel was not good for dinner, the breakfast was fine though.

Room was spacious, clean & well stocked. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful pool. Lidia worked hard keeping the hot food coming and everyone happy at breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was wonderful, the staff was really nice always greeting morning and night. The hotel was very neat and clean I loved staying here, will definitely come back & stay here again.

Weather was great Pool was kind of dirty. Hot tub didn’t work very upset about that because we had a long weekend of Softball and we’re unable to use the hot tub.

The trains that go by all night are loud.

Tub would not drain properly. 3 inches of water in the tub when trying to shower which is just gross. At 2 am ( room 103) the water supply line for the toilet blew off flooding the bathroom and into the room itself. Was given a new room (401) the tub in this room also had a drainage issue only worse than the first. I was given a free breakfast the next day for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms, but not offered any compensation for a totally inadequate nights stay. I had poured a coffee to try to wake up a little after a horrible night and the creamer I put in instantly curdled indicating it had gone sour. Wow. Unsatisfactory to say the very least. I expect much higher level of service from Radisson, and will have to take this disappointing stay into account when considering any future travel .

I liked everything about the hotel . But you guys should have an option for us to use the heat because it a chilli at night and wanted to turn the heat on but system was sealed off
