We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always had a great experience. The hotel is always extremely clean and well kept. The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of things around it.

Good location. Very clean. Efficient staff. The room layout was poorly designed and inefficiently used the available space. Although the room included a kitchen, there was no table to use with it. There was also a TV, but it was positioned so it was impossible to comfortably watch from either the bed or the couch. Despite the room's spaciousness, the layout was impractical. Another major issue was the curtain, which did not close properly. As a result, light entered the room throughout the day and night, making it difficult to sleep and reducing privacy.

The room and the property were clean and nice. The location was very convenient.

Hotel suite was ver spacious. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. This was is my first time at this hotel; I will definitely book for another stay.

Our room (suite/studio with King bed) was super nice, larger than other ‘studios’ we’ve had. Very clean and it had a full stove, full sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Consequently the toilet and shower stall were in a small space by themselves, the single sink with mirror in a separate, open space. Also had a full sized couch with good, open space. Bed was very comfortable. A great place!!!

Breakfast was very good. The mattress in the suite was concave, it put my lower back out. I found it very difficult to sleep. The view was a concreate wall that is part of the building marquee, lucky me it existed as the view in both the living room and the bedroom. The room was clean. The staff was not very customer service oriented. It was easy to park.

It was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was hot. The food selection was great. The room was nicely appointed and easy for my handicap parents to navigate.

Nothing pre paid, and they couldn't put me in a room or help with getting a refund I had to jump thru hoops to get my money back supposably im getting a refund haven't received it yet and on top.of that had to find another place to stay after driving 6 hrs hilton this is the second time I've had major issues with yall and I'm done staying at any hilton from here out.

My fiancé is from North Carolina but we now live in Missouri... after a 12 hour drive you want to stay somewhere clean and comfortable & this hotel did NOT FAIL AT ALL... We loved EVERYTHING!! The staff, the hotel was exceptionally clean and so was the rooms. Breakfast was great.. The staff was amazing. I love full size refrigerator and stove top was great.. I will definitely stay here again. They are pet friendly which was great for my 2 yorkie fur babies!! I loved everything... Had plenty parking but I came late and all the handicap parking was gone.

The fax was not working and my girlfriend had a rough experience from being too hot in room. Overall the staff was wonderful as usual and I had wonderful time. Just the issues with room being to hot and the her being uncomfortable The room air quality and the fan.

We were i Raleigh to get our son settled at NCSU. The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and had everything we could need. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We will be returning anytime we are in Raleigh visiting our son.

I liked the location and the neatness of the lobby When arrived after check-in prior to my arrival my room was not clean. There were sheets on the couch, pillows on the floor, bed unmade, and wet towels in the shower. Then desk staff was very apologetic and moved us to another room. When checking out we brought it to the attention of the morning staff and manager.

Great room very hospitable was Mrs Sherry the check in lady. Only complaint was breakfast very small and literally could not find milk. Nice area as well. Would def recommend

It's an impeccably clean, well decorated hotel from lobby to gym to rooms, with very nice, welcoming staff. We stayed in a 1BR suite which was spacious had a full-size fridge, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The breakfast was so-so but has both hot and cold food options. Overall it was an amazing hotel and we would highly recommend to anyone

I relayed my concerns to two management staff and they offered to have the room cleaned but not one thing I addressed was changed. There was also a dirty water-filled cup in the dishwasher and a half opened dishwasher pack on the counter. I never felt comfortable in the room especially for the amount of money I payed and I would not recommend this place due to lack of cleanliness.

Homewood Suites by Hilton in Cary, NC was such a beautiful place to stay. Our suite was very clean and had everything we needed for comfort. The breakfast buffet in the lobby area was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

This location was conveniently located. Only 10 minutes away from NCSU. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would call out was the breakfast was just okay. However, I would stay here again.

Enjoyed stay. Just wish they would put in a regular charger for electric cars. We had a rental and had to pay the fuel charge to recharge at airport because no option for a non-Tesla. Even just having adaptors at the front desk would help.

We had a wonderful stay at Homewood Suites. Staff was so nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and kitchem was great. Followed by a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend! Will definitely be staying again and will find Homewood Suites to stay when we travel again.

This HOTEL IS SUPER AMAZING!! I loved the extremely wonderful service!!! The rooms were extremely spacious. We will definitely come again to this hotel as we had an amazing experience. The hotel could have been nice had it been cleaned and taken care of a little better. After a long day of travel we needed to shower when we first checked in. The room appeared to be nice at first, until we noticed the floor was covered in all sort of black fuzz, so we had to wear sandals at all times. The shower had hair from previous guest stuck to the floor, walls, and body wash dispenser. We decided to go down to the pool the next day which was filthy. My boyfriend skimmed the pool so ourselves and other guest who were out there could use it. He spoke to the front desk about it and they offered him an extra coffee at breakfast if he wanted (coffee that was already free). We also reported the cleanliness or rather lack of, of our room to the front desk. Then I find after check out I was charged a fee of $75 for smoking and we are not even smokers! So basically we clean their pool, make a complaint about our room being dirty and in return they charge me $75 for smoking and we absolutely do not smoke! Great customer service.

Great stay! Breakfast is a staple! Convenient location to the airport about 15-20 minutes max away. Many restaurants nearby.

Property was very clean inside and outside, staff was very friendly and helpful. 3 items that were a little disappointing. The elevator on the right was squeaking going up and down, the bathroom in our room did not have a magnifying mirror, and for a room as big as ours with a small kitchen it would of been more convenient to have a table and four chairs to sit down and eat. Easy access. Room wasn’t clean and was only cleaned once during a five day stay. Lawn mowers woke us up at 7:00 mowing and trimming right outside our room on the last day. Apparently there was a sewage pipe from the upper floors that came down behind the wall in our bathroom so it always sounded like there was water flowing or dripping.

The hotel is located almost on walking distance from the crossroads shopping area which was great for a meal and shopping during free time

Very comfortable and clean stay! We have a family of five and our options are limited if we try to reserve just one room. This suite has a separate room with a couch so we were able to spread out comfortably. Breakfast in the morning was pulled chicken tacos or eggs and bacon and waffles lol. It made no sense, but it was delicious and the fact that it was an option exceeded our expectations. We hoped for an EV charger but it was taken. It’s a level 2 NACS charger but it was in rough shape. Would absolutely stay at this location again and will look for homewood suites as a reliable option for upcoming trips.

I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone. Clean. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast options. My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t clean, which I would’ve taken advantage of had it been clean. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and I would book again

This area (Cary,NC) was so beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Manager's reception Wednesday was an unexpected treat! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was super clean. Our room was huge, comfortable beds. We were just minutes from lots of shopping and restaurants, and the drive to the convention center was easy and not too far (about 12 minutes by car). I HIGHLY recommend Homewood Suites Cary!

Quiet, friendly, relaxed. Love the gas flame in the lobby. But I truly dislike Fox entertainment every morning in the dining room. Put on local news or something less fake. HGTV, Good Morning America, etc. Thanks.

Cost is what you pay — Value is what you get and for the cost, the value far exceeded expectations. Location location location — wonderfully located, walking distance or short 2-4 minute ride to shops, bars, restaurants etc… perfect locale! Breakfast was hot, delicious & plentiful! Great options and very clean. Every staff member we encountered was professional, happy, helpful and delightful — which is not the norm for most hotels or places now-a-days. It was a very warm feeling. It’s going to be our go to place to stay now that our daughter has committed to NC State Vet school for her clinicals at least for the next year plus. Check in was fast and easy. The suite was clean and spacious. Here for our grandson’s wedding, location near wedding venue. Looking forward to returning in April for our granddaughters’s wedding. Already booked the same hotel.

2. Breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday ran out around 9:15. There was hardly any food other than cereal. When I provided the feedback the answer was 'We ran out of food. The property was sold and lot of people came this morning for breakfast. And that their food delivery comes on Monday'. It was very disappointing to see hear these responses.

Conveniently located near Lenovo Center. The room had a few issues with cleaning. Bathroom sink had not been cleaned very well. Overall experience was good.

Cozy, quiet and clean. Loved the lobby fireplace on my cold North Carolina weekend. My only small rant was having FOX News on the gigantic television over breakfast. A local channel with weather, or a more useful channel would have been much preferred over politics.

The hotel is really nice! We stayed for two nights and the price for two nights was really affordable. Especially since breakfast was included. Speaking of breakfast, food options for the days we had was excellent. They had an array of breakfast options. The rooms were clean and up to standard. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice that they had one in the room. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and wants. Additionally, I liked that there were many shops and stores nearby, that is also walkable (about 6 minute walk). Overall, a great experience here at Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Cary I-40.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was accommodating and professional. Made us feel as if we were "FAMILY". The areas that we stayed in was quiet and safe. Clean room, clean lobby, professional staff, and good breakfast choices. Would DEFINATELY book again...

Our experience here was excellent from the check in process throughout our 7 day stay. Staff is friendly professional and courteous. Room and hotel features are modern and well kept. Breakfast is beyond my expectations on variety from what I’ve had at many other of my hotels. Every was just perfect. Thanks to everyone and Management should be proud

Pull out sofa was horrible to sleep on. Bathroom vanity was broken with a piece of the finished front hanging down. Staff was courteous. Holiday decor was pleasant.
