The staff was great always around to help five stars

The staff were friendly and tried to help when they could Pool was broken but we were not informed (the entire reason we booked here was the pool). Then we were allowed to swim during evening hours but not during the day, despite the pool being broken? Breakfast was absolutely awful, definitely not worth 14 dollars. And the rooms were average, the bathroom had hairs on the floor, bath and toilet.

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. In fact, I had left something in our room and contacted the front desk and they were very helpful in locating it and making sure that it was returned promptly... Ever so grateful The bartender not so much... Didn't show up when we were told the bar we're going to open... When he did show up he was not friendly. We did not eat any food at the location so cannot comment on that. Close enough to stores and food that you could walk if you wanted to.

The rooms Needs a jacuzzi

Easy access to Downtown Raleigh, Cary & Apex. Near shops, restaurants, etc. Bathrooms can use some updating - peeling wallpaper, etc.

Target and some outlets are just in walking distance, about 200 meters only. They even have a flight shedule TV screan in the lobby, airport shuttle bus on time.

Harvey was great The water was dark brown. They were not forthcoming with why it was brown. Couldn't wash hands, brush teeth nor shower. Other guests complained of same problem. We went to bar. Literally not one product on menu was available to make other than beer, unsure of wine. Didn't have coke to do basic rum and coke. No food to order even though advertised.

Clean room pool needs be cleaned more often for the price of the per night of almost 200 a night

Our stat was amazing. The bath amenities were dove into n easy to use bottles in the shower and lotion on the shower sink. We slept well on the bed. We plan on using this hotel again on our next stay in Raleigh.

To cap it all there was no bottled water available and the girl on the desk was too busy on her cell phone to care.

The type of room I reserved was not available so i was given something else.Blackout blind was not working correctly. It was bunched up and hard to let up and down.I tried to fix as best as possible fir my stay. Toilet kept running after flushing.Must fix

Mr. Harvey checked us in at the front desk and I have never had such exceptional customer service. He was kind, attentive, and comedic while remaining professional. Room was clean and we had everything we needed! The pool only goes to 5ft deep and has a very strong chemical smell. More than the usual chlorine smell of other pools. Breakfast was underwhelming.

The staff was amazing. But for what we payed I was expecting at least a smart tv. We have a toddler and trying to find cartoons was a nightmare to find.

THIS FACILITY WAS WONDERFUL. ALL OF THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT, HELPFUL AND ALWAYS ACCOMMADATING. YHR HOTEL WAS CLEAN, SMELLED AMAZING AND EVERYTHNG WAS AS ADVERTISED. THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN MOST DINERS...IT WAS PERFECT. WE WILL TRY AND STAY HERE ANY TIME WE HAVE TO TRAVEL TO RALEIGH.

First, the positive. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The pillows plush. There were three sets of couples that came to stay. We chose this hotel because it was close to where we were going to a Christmas party, and because it had a bar. When we checked in, we were told the bar would be open from 5 PM until 11 PM. After the Christmas party, we went back to sit at the bar for a nightcap. The bar was not open. The man at the front desk said that it had not been opened at all. The lobby was full of people there to socialize, etc. It was extremely disappointing that the bar was never opened. We did not eat breakfast because we did not want to pay extra for the breakfast. They do have coffee in the lobby, however, when we went to get coffee, it was completely empty.

The water in the Swimming pool was very cloudy and a lot of dead bugs were in the water. The filter system seemed to be turned off, very unhygienic.

We attempted to check in again after waiting and were told the room was still not ready and the employee said he did not know when it would be, housekeeping had not responded. After the entire line of people checking in were taken care of, we asked another employee to help since we were getting none from the first employee. We were given a different room after an hour of trying to check in. Never again will we stay in this hotel. No excuse for this to have happened.

We called the hotel three times in advance of arrival indicating we wouldn’t be arriving until after midnight. Left my phone number for anyone to call. Arrived at property at 2:30 am and told our room had been cancelled. Audit running and can’t check in. Front desk said they had no idea if we were coming or not. We sat in lobby 30 min until audit done and we could check in. Fortunately our room was available as we had booked a second night as well. They didn’t charge us for that first missed night but had someone called us to inquire if we were still coming which we said we would be there after midnight, they could have charged our card and let us check in on arrival after five hours of driving and not made us sit in the lobby. We almost were going to leave to find another hotel but the audit finished. The clerk at the desk was snappy but we let the hotel know we would be late. My guy almost lost it with the clerk as we didn’t deserve the attitude. That said, hotel staff overall are great. Would definitely stay again but just arrive earlier. Great hotel overall!

I specifically chose this hotel for their indoor pool, and my family and I were very unhappy to discover the pool was closed when we checked in. Our hotel room was better than expected, with two full rooms that included a locking door to the bedroom. The desk clerk working at check out Friday morning was the most amazing woman and made my sons day with her generosity.

We stayed there two nights while visiting relatives nearby. We did not eat there. Our only complaint was the coffee it was awful, like water! Otherwise, everything else was great!

Upon checking in there was an issue with my room reservation that was the hotel’s fault and without hesitation Ms. Christa did a fantastic job making sure my family and I had proper accommodations. She was very pleasant and helpful. Ms. Cassandra was present when I checked in and everyday she went out of her way to make sure the kids and I had everything we needed. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that out thr breakfast out but the food was delicious and he was so friendly. He made sure all the potions were refilled in a timely manner. Lastly, Mr. Timothy was very professional and was able to provide blankets for the cot when there weren’t any provided when it was brought. I joked with him that he must libe there because he was always there in the evening when we needed anything and in the morning when we woke up. These staff members turned what could of been a disaster for my family, very pleasant stay and visit to N.C.

The building is old and needs a few repairs. I woke up a few times from other people banging around at night. But the staff was amazing! From check in to check out, staff was amazing, helpful and informative!!

Additionally, there does not seem to be anyone at the front desk throughout the night. This just happened to be right under our window so the noise woke us up. After listening to the yelling for 1/2 an hour, I tried calling the front desk to ask them to tell the people to keep it down, but there was no answer. We were in town for a high school wrestling tournament and there were many, many teenage boys staying in the hotel which I figured would make the stay a noisy one. Turns out all the boys were extremely well behaved. It was the random adults staying at the hotel that caused the problems. I thought it was very odd not to be able to contact anyone at the property if there were problems in the middle of the night.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It was fantastic. Everything you could want to eat and the coffee was fresh ground for each cup. The server was so sweet and helpful. She was a pleasure to greet each morning. The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was great. Very clean and roomy. Loved the soft bed.

Window blinds broken - either fully open or thrown over valance to let light in. Toilet not secured and difficult to flush with normal pressure on handle. sink plumbing disconnected under sink - water on floor when sink used. wallpaper repairs in squares that werent properly adhered.

Room was very comfortable. I needed a bathroom that was accessible & it was outfitted perfectly. One drawback was how high the bed was - there wasn't a stool to use. Luckily my husband was with me or I would have had to ask the front desk to help me out.

The first thing that I noticed was that there was a strand of hair on the table next to the chair. Second disappointment was went to order something to eat, and no one was available to take the order. The cook/chef didn't show. Had to order out!

My husband and I liked the property's central location to most nearby amenities. Our room was another matter, unfortunately. We had to be moved to another room after finding someone else's blood stains on our bedsheets! Also, our reservation included breakfast. On Day 1, one of the staff advised us that only the continental portion of the breakfast was included with our stay. When we returned for breakfast on our check-out day, a different staff member on duty advised non of the breakfast was included, at which point we just left. Finding blood stains on our sheets and negative service during breakfast from some of the staff are why this stay was rated just "average."

Only true issue i had was the water pressure (the faucet would run with the showerhead so shower wouldn't run at full pressure) but not bad enough to bother the front desk. The bed was very comfortable.

Only true issue i had was the water pressure (the faucet would run with the showerhead so shower wouldn't run at full pressure) but not bad enough to bother the front desk. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a nice enough hotel for the price, but there were a few maintenance issues: the bathroom faucet was missing an aerator so the water would come flying out of the spout and splash all over, the toilet wouldn't refill with water about 1/2 of the time after it was flushed so you had to remove the tank cover to fix it each time, the shower door didn't close all the way, there was no water in the workout room, one of the elevators broke down during our two week stay. Overall, a decent hotel for the price, but they could do a better job with maintenance.

Cooked food at breakfast was cold

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Will stay here again if I am in the area.

Overall the stay went very well. The wallpaper was stating to peel in the bathroom, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

Room was nice and big, parts of the window unit were taken apart but that wasn’t a make or break for us. The paid breakfast was lack luster and not worth the price point and the only time we were present for the restaurant to be open we were told they’d have to call to see if it was open or not.

The room was quiet, clean, and safe for a solo traveler with dining options available within a 5-minute drive. The hotel is conveniently located near PNC Arena.

Beautiful hotel is nice part of town. Close to anything you need but nestled in a quiet area. Rooms were clean. Bed is super comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Indoor pool looked lovely!

Beautiful hotel with excellent hospitality from the staff. Everything was extremely clean from the front lobby to the room.

The room we were in at 12 am the air conditioner started making a loud noise. When we asked to be moved they gave us a key card but the door wouldn't unlock.we cane back they told us to try ot again at 12 am not cool if there is an issue get off your butt and inspect. Come to find out someone was in the room. So after the third time they gave us a room that had two queens when the entire reason we selected this hotel over the other was because it had a king. The room bed also smelled like cheap perfume like the sheets were never washed. When i expressed that I wanted a king they told me we could either have the queen, our room woth the loud ac or leave. We just drove 12 hours and it was 12 am. The guy never apologized for the inconvenience. Also when we first came in they told us thier printer was down and to fill the paperwork in the am. After breakfast I tried to fill the paperwork they told me they were busy and to coem back in 5 minutes. Like I got things to do not track you down for paperwork. The waitress in the morning was the only pleasant experience here. Also they moved us right next to the dumpster the garage trucks woke us up at 630 am. The experience was horrible, im not sure how they have a 9 for review, they must be paying people to leave a nove review.

Carpet was very dated and price of hotel in addition to paying for breakfast was not worth price of stay.

The room/facility were not that clean. We had opened coffee wrappers on our counter and the lobby was very dirty.

Great hotel! Would have been great to have free breakfast, but that’s OK I get it. Felt comfortable and safe for my one night stay. The front desk person who checked me in was so incredibly kind and joyful.

Quality of the paid breakfast was not great. It was fine, but not a huge variety of foods, and the food was mushy when we came down at 8:00am to eat. (Breakfast ended at 10:00am). Staff was very polite and accommodating.
