Nice hotel! My family and I stayed a few nights for our son to play at lakepoint. It’s right by the park and convenient to so much! The beds were comfy, breakfast was great, indoor pool was so nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank You!

We liked everything, the room was very spacious, it was very quiet, the staff was very friendly and kind. Close to many restaurants. Easy to find. Definitely will come back. There was nothing we didn't like.

The location off 75 was convenient for our stay. I used a separate card for the pet fee which was authorized & payment taken on and the card i used for the room was also authorized for the pet fee. At the moment I am patiently waiting to make sure it is an authorization & not an actual charge. Not very happy about bith cards being authorized for the same fee, it shouldn't have happened.

Was disappointed that there wasn’t a mat in the tub for safety- tub was slippery, and there wasn’t anything to hang onto in the tub. Otherwise, the room was clean, all was in good shape , and comfortable.

Staff was helpful. Extremely convenient to LakePoint sports complex. Very good value for the cost. Complimentary breakfast had good options. Breakfast didn’t open until 7am, which isn’t ideal, but Chik fil a across the street opens at 6.

Just passing through, and arrived late at night. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable!

Wonderful desk staff. Good breakfast and clean room. The only down was our refrigerator was not plugged in and not near an outlet and there was noticibleconstruction dust along baseboards and on fridge.

My granddaughter birthday she loves to swim so we stayed here. The room was very clean. The beds were so comfy. Parking was plentiful and well lit. The night was quiet and Breakfast was good. 10/10 would recommend.

Breakfast was great and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. They are currently updating the hotel and there is a lot of construction going on. It really didn't affect our stay other that the hallway smelled bad and we had to walk around equipment. Our room didn't have a smell and it was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated.

Frankly, it was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Huge, beautiful breakfast buffet with dining areas. Bed was super comfy. It’s definitely at the top of the list to look for in future travels

The hotel was under construction and it was not presented to us when booking. The hotel had an indoor heated pool that was not heated, the water was EXTREMELY COLD and we were not able to go swimming. The parking lot was loaded with construction crew trucks and building materials.

Friendly staff, the room is nicely renovated and I loved the huge glass shower. One suggestion is to add a blanket to the bedding or change the comforter out for a cotton one. The polyester comforter had a plastic feel and made us too hot but then we were too cold with just a sheet.

This time it was filled with even more work vehicles and equipment. Again no place to park. The TV's were also not working. There was plastic over all of the windows so you couldn't see anything outside. This is usually our stopping place on our way to Florida but I think it's time for a change.

Although my stay was only one night, everything from the proximity from/to the highway, cleanliness of the grounds, quick and friendly check-in, comfortable room and amenities to the excellent breakfast. Truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip through the area.

Beautiful new property that is located extremely close to the sports facility. The only "negative" is that if your room is on the first floor, there is a large gathering area that can get loud. Also, the local restaurants is very slim pickings with mainly fast food. If you want non fast food you will need to drive into a nearby town to get something. Not far... i just didn't want to get out...

The front desk attendant, John, was excellent and friendly despite a huge crowd checking in and keeping him very busy. The property is low-cost, and therefore you cannot expect anything fancy. The area around it is busy due to the Love's Truck Stop. But if you need a cheap place to sleep that meets basic standards, it is fine.

We stayed for the Georgia State Championship for Level 6 gymnastics. The hotel was convenient to the venue and had lots of activities to do during down time. It was very clean, and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it. Oh....and the breakfast was good too.

Hello everyone, it is difficult to describe our 15 minute stay at the hotel. It started with no one being at the front desk, and we had to wait for more 20 minutes, tired, to check in. We even have called on their phone but no one cared enough to answer. No one even apologized for the wait and not doing their work. We are a family of three, our daughter is 20 years old, we were offered to stay in a room joined to another room from which there was free access to our room, thank god the door was locked, the neighbor behind the wall was in an inadequate state, knocked on our door and tried to open it. There was someone outside of that room too, drunk with a beer bottle in hand, banging on the door and screaming to get inside. We asked the manager to give us another room but we were told that there were no free rooms, the time was 11:45 pm, we had to leave! No one even said sorry and they have not returned our money yet, we felt unsafe and no one offered us help!

Perfect hotel if you are playing at the sports complex next door. There are plenty of food options in walking distance directly by the hotel. The free breakfast was “ok”. Rooms clean. AC got really cold.

We were traveling through great place to safely spend a quiet nighr. Priced right

I had been traveling all day and I needed a room so I pulled over and picked the hotel and when I got there they said I signed up for the next night. I got online with your agent and they called the hotel and we got it done in about 10 minutes. Dawn at Sleep Inn was super helpful.

We stayed here because my daughter had to have a surgical procedure and it was a good drive home. They gave us a 1:00 check out in order for her to rest before having to travel back home. The staff were amazing the breakfast was really good I would recommend to anyone.

My only problem with our state was that it is directly next to it truck stop, and there was traffic noise all night.

Expedia messed up the dates of my reservation and refused to help. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and was able to correct my reservation. Hotel was very clean and had great breakfast options before we left. Staff was above and beyond. Wonderful stay, would highly recommend

Some good aspects about it, as noted above, but it definitely is NOT a "9" as shown in cumulative reviews. which, in turn, lead me to select it. Housekeeping is available only upon request, which is fine, but when i requested it, no one showed up to perform the few services we requested. I had to call down to the desk to have someone come up. Front desk was courteous and prompt to respond, but it made me wonder what happened with the scheduling.

No tub. I accidentally booked a room with one bed instead of two. No usb port on TV or anywhere to charge my phone or watch. Had to leave a day early due to winter weather advisory in my home area and only stay one night

Customer service was great. Hotel rooms was broken down and very dirty. Changed rooms twice and same results, visible stains on bedding, dusty surfaces, a grimy bathroom, noticeable hair or debris on the floor, a foul odor, or other signs of poor cleaning very unsanitary.

Great location, the property is practically new and a perfect spot to stay if you’re going to Lake point.

Used Orbitz to rent this King room. Got in the room and smelled like animals. They suggested trying a double queen (downgrade) but then said we coupd not switch rooms because it was through Orbitz. In my opinion, this is a wrong way to treat a customer who paid you. Whether it was through a third party or not. Avoid this hotel to prevent having any troubles during your stay.

The only thing better than the excellent breakfast buffet (biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage patties, waffles, French toast, 3 different juices, GOOD COFFEE,….), was the staff working the desk. They were efficient, friendly, and very helpful, a reflection of dedicated and involved management. Well done!

We chose to stay at this inn due to its very high customer rating, and it proved to be a good choice. Everything about the place was excellent from the staff to the public areas to the room and to the breakfast.

Dawn Dawn Dawn amazing help!!! I accidentally left my work and personal laptop behind and didn’t realize it until we were 4hrs away!! Called the hotel and due to privacy policies she couldn’t just go into the room to retrieve. But tried calling gusts for hours into the night to reach them. Well by the morning she had reached them and gotten my items back😄. And let me tell you I paid the shipping label and they shipped the items back to me and everything was bbbke wrapped and packaged so nearly when it arrived!! I can’t thank all involved enough for all of the assistance!! In addition the hotel is in a great location especially if you have activities at Lake Point Sportsplex. Walking distance to that and also there is a lot of entertainment for adults and kids at the gaming center…bowling, arcades, mini-golf etc…

Friendly front desk employees; nice area

We were looking for a property close to Lakepoint Sports and this was the location was within walking distance which is a plus. I wish there were more dining options; however, there were plenty within a 10-15 mile radius. The staff was super friendly from check-in to check-out.

OVER ALL GREAT, FAMILY REUNION. SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME VISITING & ENTERTAINING IN POOL AREA & DINING ROOM. EVERYONE KIND & ACCOMINDATING EXCEPT ONE EMPLOYEE VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. I REPORTED AT CHECKOUT
