It was under construction when I went but still amazing. The lady who checked me in was great. The check out could have been better but other wise a good stay.

Staff was really top notch with customer service. Friendly and had smiles always. The place was decently clean. Pool was perfect, because it was indoors during all the rain while we were visiting.

The stay was great. The room was very spacious and had what we needed to get through our stay. They are currently renovating the exterior but the interior of the hotel was squared away.

We were in town for a tournament at the Lake point sports facility and the hotel was literally in walking distance which was perfect for us! The hotel was clean, spacious and the staff had excellent customer service! If I'm ever in town again, this will be my go-to spot!

It was perfect for our family.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Convenient to the venue dining and shopping. Room was adequate for 2 adults and a teen girl. Everyone had there own bed which is important for us. Kitchenette was nice.

Location is great ~ Elevator shook violently when going to 2nd/3rd floor, Room 206 riddled with mildew and smell of mildew, mattress was VERY stained, lamp shades covered in dust/mildew, and exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't work.

Staff was absolutely amazing! They can only do so much. Property was gross I sliced my leg on a broken bed frame in the room. Shower sprayed out into the bathroom no matter the setting. I have another booking with this property unfortunately

Lots of grubby hand prints on some items in the room - curtains, desk, TV. Due to remodeling the outside, there was a lot of soot throughout the room. A few chairs had some very noticeable damage. Bathroom toilet could of been a cleaner (still fecal stain on outside of bowl from previous tenant).

The place is currently being renovated and the common areas are in urgent need for a deep cleaning. The staff are very nice and friendly. Wasn’t able to check out the kitchen much and left before breakfast was set out.

The service at the front desk was great. However we didn’t have anyone come clean the room between Thursday and Sunday. The lobby area smelt like body odor. In general this place needs to be cleaned up.

My only complaint is that when I checked in, my card was charged for the full amount, and then two more separate charges for the nightly rate. So the check- in withheld double the original amount for the room. They are telling me the “extra” charge will fall off of my account in a few days, but until then I do not have access to that money. It is extremely frustrating that no one can make it right for several “business days”.

The room itself was very nice, and it fit the amount of people in my family. The room had a pull out bed, the bed was extremely dirty with food on it and the housekeeping never made the bed up, so who knows how long the food had been sitting in there. The people staying in the room next to us were extremely loud with music until close to midnight.

During check in, we were not able to get the room we actually booked. I also left a cell phone in the room, by accident, and paid to have a UPS box shipped and returned for the phone. The staff found the phone but never returned the phone after several touch points during the week chasing it down with the management team. Extremely disappointing so we have removed our upcoming booking and changed to another hotel.

Nearby fast food Taco Bell, Chic Fil A and Starbucks were all excellent when we grabbed it. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are an athlete’s family attending LakePoint tournaments.

The food service employees were courteous and working hard to meet guest needs (kids in house for sporting event, so good chaos management). The facilities are in need of a renovation, but the bed and pillows were comfy and the kitchenette, very handy. The breakfast is plentiful. This is a very good budget motel.

We had decent beds and breakfast. There was immediate musty/ mold smell in room when walking in. A few little spots in shower area, under cushions of couch (pullout bed area), on a lamp cover, and mostly in air unit. I would of had a perfect review and stay if there was no mold.

A very nice comfortable bed is my most important part of any stay. These beds were comfortable and cozy. The receptionist was very accommodating. The breakfast was ok… i missed having toast. Recommend requesting a room on the side of the road not near the truck stop. I give it excellent reviews.

Great location off I-75 for getting through Atlanta. Room was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hallways and elevator were in fair condition.

This place was the best. Dawn was great too. We had an issue with our TV and she was most accommodating, to the point she was willing to change our room. It didn't come to that. Dawn even let us get treats for our trouble. The breakfast was awesome too. I can't say enough about this Hotel it was really home away from home.

Perfect for a 2 night stay during a music festival! A little difficult to find a parking spot when we came in Friday night but it was 2 am.

Area is great! Walking distance to McDonald & Subway located in Loves Gas station. Our room had a full refrigerator and stove top. The hotel also has full breakfast with ham, eggs, biscuits and gravy.

It was ok. The hotel was less than I expected for the price. It served the purpose for our visit. The bathroom door was torn at the bottom, pretty tacky. It wasn’t very clean.

This was an extremely functional room with a small kitchenette, sink, small refrigerator, microwave and cabinets. Everything was clean and convenient and price was very reasonable. I will look for MainStay Suites for future travels.

The bed was extremely comfortable and let me have a very deep and restful sleep after an exhausting day of cheering. We will stay there again next year.

Attended an event at the nearby sports arena which was within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast bar also, was disappointed in the dirty sofa in the room, so much that we couldn't sit on it.

Extremely friendly and helpful young lady at the front desk when we checked in. We were able to early check in at noon what was fantastic!

Overall the room was clean. Floors were a little sticky from the cleaner - you could see the spray marks and could smell the cleaner so confident it was cleaned. Breakfast was good but could use more variation. Add bacon or grits. I would stay again if I’m the area.

Very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and professional. Parking was difficult to find and the walls seemed a little thin. I could hear the folks next door talking.

Our experience was a good one. The property is clean and close to Lake Point which is why we were there. The breakfast is really good. The hotel employees were friendly. There were some construction workers staying at the same time and they took up a majority of the parking which made parking a nightmare (had to park on the sidewalk two times). Our bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it wasn't terrible. Overall a good stay and we will stay here again.

Nice accommodations. Was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how clean and comfortable our room was.

I go every year to this hotel because of its location to the LakepoitbLakepoint Sports Center and the eatery places. The saff is great and never once gave me an issue with always needing towels due to my boys playing multiple basketball games!

Overall great stay. Very convenient to lake point sports complex, I75 and misc fast food options. Bed was comfortable and clean, breakfast was very good. Couch in room had many stains and carpet/floor did not feel clean. Both could use an upgrade. Original room reeked of cigarettes and Carrie at the front desk wasted no time in moving us to another room. She was very accommodating. I think the property could use some improvements at this price point, but I would still recommend.

We had some bugs in our room and left over food under bed.

There was water bottles and other trash under the beds. Kitchen was well appointed. We have food allergies and need to make our own food. It was perfect for that. Just wish it felt cleaner.

We were traveling south and icy weather caused us to behind schedule by several hours. I tried calling the hotel at 3am but no one answered. I called at 4:30am to say we were arriving shortly to get a few hours sleep and a shower and they told us we were dropped from their system as a no show! This was a non-refundable purchase and I could not get my money back!!! And they would not give us a room! We were exhausted and ended up trying to sleep in the car before driving 8 more hours…not easy for seniors to do!!! Even worse, they kept our $140+ and Hc would not help!!!! Why, if we pay for a room, can we not get access to it at any time up until the check out time??? Absolutely the worst business set up and not conducive to travelers who can’t fit into their “preferred” check-in times!!!
