The shower had hair left in it and we waited way too long to check in. There was no one at the desk and we waited so long that a line formed behind us. Finally, when the girl came to the desk she said “Oh I just love when everyone stares at me all at once, it’s my favorite part of the day.” That was unprofessional and everyone was staring at her because we’ve all been standing for 20 minutes at the desk waiting for someone to come. We won’t be back.

Property was clean and kept up. There were some cost cutting measures that made us uncomfortable. The refrigerator was not turned on. My husband turned it on, but it automatically shut off after 2 hours. Also, a sign in the bathroom said towels wouldn’t be replaced unless they were on the floor, so they didn’t have to rewash “clean” towels. We have to rely on the previous guest being honest that they used a towel or washcloth and didn’t hang it back up?

Breakfast was good. Room clean. Comfy bed. The toilet in it was either was either Rm 221 or 321 handle would stick. We had to hold the handle down for everything to go down. Then we stopped to stay there about 10 days later on the way home. Somehow we ended up with the same room we had on our way down & the toilet was the same way. Both times spoke to the front desk personal. Second, visit the manager on duty was in charge, she thought it was fixed, but guess what if it was it broke again between our visits.

TV, coffee maker did not work, air conditioning temperature had to be kept very low otherwise the room became stuffy.

Good room setup! And excellent service from the staff, front desk and breakfast. TV remotes/TV's didn't work well, which made things difficult with our two young kids. The staff were excellent at trying to help us solve the problem, but those need to be fixed.

If you need wheelchair access ability do not come here. The chair in the shower was less than 2 feet off the floor. I picked this site for having an accessible shower and was very disappointed. If I had tried to use the shower chair I would have never been able to get back into my wheelchair. I will never stay at another Fairfield Inn.

Good location, very clean, welcome gift with snack and water bottles was a very thoughtful touch. Coffee at breakfast was really good. Comfortable bed and pillows

The room had a smell. Pool was tiny. They charged us 4 times For our one night and then were extremely rude about it.

The room was spacious, clean, and exactly as pictured. We had a king suite with a pull out sofa. It had plenty of space and lighting. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The AC unit worked wonderfully. The pool was small but it was indoors and clean. The shower/bathroom was clean and updated. The fridge worked great too. The staff were friendly. Check-in was fast and convenient. Parking was plentiful. Elevators worked quickly and safely. The only complaint I have is that our door to our room didn't feel safe. It appeared to have some damage from a previous tenant or staff who tried to enter the room. The lock feature seemed secure but I felt uneasy about the weaker part of the frame. We ended up stacking our luggage and belongings in front of the door to feel more secure for the night.

Nice stay. Check in with William was quick and easy after druving for over 12 hours. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Just out of curiosity, i called central reservations to see what the rate was instead of booking through the app. It was almost $100 more for the night!

Was there for 5 nights they charged me again upon arrival , apologized for the mistake said the charge was reversed but couldn't and never provided a reciept , The 1st and second night we didn't much need heat , but the next day was very cold the thermostat didn't work then to learn the heat didn't work not even turning it on manually on the unit , So eventually they switched our room to the took next door where the microwave didn't work , I tried to use another outlet and I was so grossed out when checking behind the cabinet to plug it in elsewhere ,seeing food items and garbage , I called and informed the front desk , also I explained this to the GM the next morning before I left for the day she said that she is aware of the filth and that they are deep cleaning next week. I left in shock , when I returned later that day she seemed confused of what I was even talking about ... She didn't much want discuss anything with me she was very short and she didn't want to understand that the first room had a heat issue the 2nd room the microwave did not work even if plugged in a different outlet ; that's how I discovered the mess behind the cabinet ,I figured they'd replace the microwave issue when I was gone at least , but they didn't ... I felt she was so short with me but she seemed so attentive to the male guest every time I saw her .By far was it like any other Marriott experience i've ever encountered .

We were very comfortable, bed was great. Breakfast was really great, I loved that some items were available every day and there was one item that seemed to be a rotation, one day it was breakfast sandwiches, another day cheesy muffins and another day little mini quiches. Nicely done Fairfield!

This place is old and very dated. My first room had no bathroom light (the only bulb was out) and the TV would not turn on. They moved us to a new room and this TV was on “100” on volume and I could barely hear it. Stay at Courtyard Marriott Cartersville. 😵‍💫

I was traveling in Uhaul truck and could not park on the lot. There was concern because all of my belongings were in the truck.

The property looked well maintained. Our shower in the room needs a little attention, we had a difficult time turning the shower on, but the bathroom was very clean. I am hoping the breakfast is delicious tomorrow.

They let us check in and in the morning the manager said for me to pay again or they where calling police .I tried to book on Marriot app but it wasn’t working either . Manager at this location did not answer phone when staff tried call to help . This same manager that was calling police . She said she has to kids more important then customers lobby full of people and she wanted to not try and fix issues . I am a Marriot vacation owner smh . Manager was the problem . Apparently they tried to wake me up to deal with this after midnight . This stay was on my why back from my mom funeral and I had to leave in a.m for local work . This should have not happened this way .

Stevie, at check in was a delight. Cindi, at check out was delightful as well. Enjoyed the cozy room. However, no USB charger slots in the room. The construction dumpster was a mess, in and around. Over-all the stay was very restful and pleasant.

Initial price that was going to be charged was $30 more than what I reserved and was quoted on Travelocity. Front desk person was able to rectify the pricing discrepancy and all went well.

When I explained that Covid is over the staff member got really short with me and told me she'll put my request for service in. When I arrived back that evening, towels we're changed, lights were left on, and bed was left unmade and no replenished coffee. In addition, the hot breakfast included with the room was left empty with many folks coming for breakfast and leaving disappointed, myself included.

Erica and the staff were very nice and helpful. They accommodated me with a planned early check in and were flexible when my travel made me late. While this is not a “fancy” hotel, it’s near immaculate. The only semi-negative was the breakfast was a bit funky. However I did come down late so it had been sitting for a while. On a positive note, the fact they had a hot breakfast selection at all was a huge plus. Thank you.

My husband and grandson had to switch rooms because of the condition of the sofa bed mattress with very big visible stains, crumbs and or dirt present. The room that they were moved to wasn't prepared either, dirty linen was left on the bed.

I have stayed at many fairfields before and this was the worst I ever stayed at. When I checked out and told the manager of my issues and was told "we are having help problems and I am new sorry". I will never stay at this one again and have second thoughts of stay at any others.

My room was also marked and my daughter had to change it herself. The tv stopped working and I was told to unplug it for 5 minutes and try again because they don’t have maintenance on the weekend. We asked about housekeeping they said they only service the room every three days. We asked for more trash bags since they weren’t coming to clean. That was around 10 am. At 10 pm, still no trash bags. I called front desk again and she asked me if I minded coming to get them. I said. “Yes, because we had requested them this morning.” She copped an attitude and brought me extra large black industrial size “body bags” trash bags, just to be funny. Mr Tom McGee was very polite and attempted to listen to my complaints. However, sadly, he was trying to do everything, late night check in, morning breakfast, restocking requests, and front desk. I asked for a room credit.

The room could have been cleaner. Mainly the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. The shower curtain smelled AWFUL. The bathroom floor was sticky. And there was mold in the upper corner of the bathroom. I have pictures if you need them.

We were only there one night and didn't use anything extra outside of the room. I did like that they had waffles for breakfast and that the other items were individually bagged so I could grab and eat on the go.

During check-in it took 3 attempts to get us a room that didnt already have a family already sleeping in it. The following morning for breakfast, there was mold on the bagels and bread. There was also throw-up outside of the elevators all morning that did not get cleaned up. Outside of these problems, we had a great stay and the rooms were beautiful. The staff that worked with us were very helpful and fast at fixing the problems we had. Outside of the problems it would have a fantastic review.

Toilet took two days to fix. Breakfast ran out of syrup from day one, cold coffee.

Compared to stays at other properties recently, this one is in need of an update. The room was quite small and there was no in-room coffee maker. Some lights were burned out.

Room maintenance!!! Drywall tape falling off on the shower ceiling and toilet water run every five minutes.

Staff was friendly, but after a 2 day long drive was couldn't wait to stay here and shower and sleep for the night. Unfortunatly, the water was shut off and our whole family couldnt shower or get cleaned at all. We had to share a toilet that wouldn't flush. Just overall a terrible experience.

Hotel clerk gave me great directions where to eat. Very friendly.

Good location and safe area. Mattress did not have cover. Travelers like myself like to see mattress covers due to bed bugs.

Convenient location. Very clean. Staff was excellent.
