We were given a room that wasn’t ready. Service was cleaning the room when we got to our room. Had to wait in the lobby until it was ready. Other than that, the stay was good. No problems

Could be better! While the staff was friendly and helpful, there was evidence of poor maintenance…elevator missing a button, wear and tear in hallways. We paid extra for two breakfasts and the staff upgraded us to three but when we tried to redeem (at the Starbucks) the waiter was unhelpful and many items were not included on the meager menu. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

The AC units are preset and locked so the temp in the room never went below 72 degrees. I have health issues and I was uncomfortable and didn't sleep well our entire stay. We asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay, and it was never done. We had to call down to the front desk for more towels (due to housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested). The elevators (both of them) went out of service on our second day there, and we were staying on the 3rd floor, which means we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, which was VERY inconvenient. The lack of overhead lighting in the room is disappointing. For the cost of the weekend stay, we expected a bit more complimentary amenities, such as a minimal breakfast (cereal, fruit, toast) or bottles of water...something. All in all, it was a mediocre stay and we will not be returning.

Very close to everything we needed and very adequate free self parking in a lot rather than a garage which I personally prefer. The breakfast was not included and was a bit pricey, but I believe there is a rate that includes the breakfast. The young man that checked us in, Henry I think, said he was in training but you wouldn't know it. SO professional and very, very courteous! The hotel is in an unusual location, but the way DFW loves to grow, I doubt that will be the case for long. It was perfect and less than 10 minutes from our concert at Covenant Church.

That explanation turned out to be completely false. After I pointed out that they were breaching the reservation agreement, the manager suddenly appeared and gave us a king-bed room—framing it as if they were doing us a favor by “upgrading” us. This clearly shows they had a king room available all along but simply chose not to honor the reservation until we pushed back. The lack of honesty and the dismissive attitude from the staff were extremely disappointing. If you book a specific room here, don’t assume they will actually honor it unless you challenge them. Very unprofessional and a terrible experience.

I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds, as I was traveling with my family and needed proper sleeping accommodations. However, upon check-in and entering the room, I discovered that the room provided had one king bed and one sofa bed, and the overall room size was much smaller than what I had booked. I immediately returned to the front desk to report the issue, believing that the wrong room had been assigned to me. At that point, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked, and that this was the only remaining room available. I was also told that there was another room I could look at, but that it had an air-conditioning problem and moisture on the floor, and I was asked to go see the room and decide for myself. This option was clearly unacceptable. What disappointed me further was being told that because I booked through a third-party platform, this inconvenience was “unavoidable,” and that I should have booked directly with the hotel to prevent such issues. I found this explanation irresponsible and unfair, as the responsibility to honor the confirmed reservation should lie with the hotel regardless of the booking channel. Left with no real alternative late at night, I had no choice but to return to the originally assigned room and manually set up the sofa bed for my daughter. Unfortunately, the sofa bed mattress was severely worn out

Love the location. We always stay here for the convenience of having all the stores/plazas right down the road. Didn't like that there was a conference of kids there. Lots of them were running up and down halls, making loud banging noises in their rooms, etc. Second time we've stayed here where that's happened, which is unfortunate because everything else is amazing.

All of the staff that we encountered throughout every area of the hotel were extremely friendly. They always greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed.

The staff was efficient and welcoming. The room was large, and extremely clean. The bistro's food was very good. The noise level in the room was low, and the view of the surrounding countryside was as good as possible, given the flat nature of the Texas landscape. It would be nice if the hotel had either a business center, or had a place where you could bring a thumbdrive and print out documents and photos. This is somewhat of a drawback, and the only issue that might make me likelier to use a different hotel.

I was visiting and was not familiar with the area, however I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment. It was very nice, the staff were welcoming and made check in process easy. I was also happy that in the room I had I did not hear anything and slept like a baby. I would recommend and if I am ever back in the area I will be staying here.

Beautifully designed and furnished. I especially liked the bar area. The a/c in our room would not cool down below 70. My partner and I are both very hot natured people and can’t sleep if it’s not cold in the room. Additionally, the pillows on the bed were too “weak” and flat instead of fluffy and full.

The room was very nice and comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. The Ruben sandwiche was anything but "enhanced." The rest of the menu was good. A restaurant is often judged by their Ruben Sandwich. This was ok, but not great. The meat appeared to be lunchmeat and not really sliced corn beef. If you can't do it great, don't do it.

One of the staff members was very rude and argumentative practically accused her of lying and after they told her she was being rude she said “Thank You” That response alone tells you she is used to getting away with her behavior. Also my coffee was terrible and to hot to drink I wasted $20 on drinks

Horrible customer service. Could only stay one night out of two due to the AC being broken and they had no rooms to move us. We were told we would not be charged for both nights and we were. Should not of been charged since they could not accommodate us in the hot summer. Will it be back and for sure won’t recommend.

Tiffany, the front desk clerk was amazing! I was visiting my son for Father’s Day and she helped get me settled in; providing a lot of suggestions about navigating the town. Also, the breakfast burritos are delish!

Hotel looked to be recently updated. Lobby was very nice & our room was clean. Our room kind of stayed hot & the unit kicked on & off all night & made a loud clicking noise whole time. Made it hard to sleep. The pull out & the bed were both pretty uncomfortable. But overall not a bad place to stay for 1 night.

The hotel was very nice, appears to be new. The rooms were great and beds very comfortable. The only downside was what they called a "Restaurant". I was more like a "drive-thru" and they had a very limited snack area. I would definitely stay there again.

I would like to have sugar and cream in my coffee on the second day of my stay. Coffee in the lobby would be appreciated as well. Although these items will not keep me from coming back!

We booked a room for four people for our business trip to Dallas, and the booking clearly stated that breakfast was included. However, when we went to inquire about breakfast, the front desk staff informed us that it was not included. After checking further, she confirmed that breakfast was only included for two people, not all four. This was very disappointing and inconvenient for us. We should have been notified about this limitation earlier, rather than finding out at the last minute.

Overall really nice property next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Right off the highway made it easy to get to. Interior was clean, modern and new. The only minor issues were the shower head was leaking a bit, and the pillows could have been more firm, but other than that everything was nice. I would stay here again.

Excellent location near multiple shopping centers and a Korean super shopping center with dozens of restaurants, stores, cafes, dessert places, bakeries, and a Hmart. Short drive to DFW airport and easy access to major highways to downtown Dallas. Clean room with comfortable beds, good water pressure, room has fridge and microwave, good lighting, and room was clean. We will definitely stay here again.
