Not good smell bad would not go back for how much I paid to stay there

Corteous staff, friendly and helpful.

The front desk was very rude. My room did not have a working microwave, no ice bucket, and no towels in the bathroom.

Easy to get to. Although they overbooked. They were still able to accommodate us. The parking is tight and the lot is small.

We stayed in a handicapped room. It was very spacious for people who has wheelchair. We just wish they have a chair for handicapped in the bathroom. The staff was nice and their breakfast was good. My husband and I have been booking in different hotels for 2 months now. We are from DE, and he had PT &OT in DC once a week 2 days in a row. We liked this hotel since its very accessible, closer to DC and it fits our needs. This is our second time and in about 2 weeks , we will be coming back again. Thanks for friendly lady in the front desk.

It would help to dust the bathroom before guest arrive. Our bathroom shower was super dusty and there was food left behind in the mini fridge and a bitten apple under the chair

My stay was only for one night and it was okay. However the hotel needs some renovation. The room smelt like a smoker stayed there previously, a few of the bathroom floor tiles were loose and tub had a sinking feeling. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned.

Breakfast menu was great. The staff was amazing, and the parking accommodating.

The hotel is very dirty. Garbage through out the hall ways. Carpet is nasty, black with stains and dirt. Drinks spilled in elevator, and watched the cleaning lady and manager walk right out of the elevator with not 1 attempt to clean it. Stayed like that the whole day and night. 1st room that was given to us, wasn't even cleaned, and had to switch rooms. The bed was so old you instantly rolled to the middle. Coffee pots and area in the lobby wasn't cleaned all weekend. Mondays breakfeast that was put out looked like whatever was left over from the weekend was your choice. I would not stay here again. For the same price you can find a better, cleaner hotel in the same area.

The front desk clerk gave us a room on the 3rd floor. Within half-hour, my son was bitten by a bed bug. We informed the clerk and he moved us to a room on the same floor. There was a homeless person sleeping next to the room. I don't mind that she was in the hotel, just wonder how secure the hotel is. Then next morning we found out that there was no hair dryer available. We informed the clerk. He searched thru all the vacated rooms but no dryer was in any of the room. We let him know that we had to go to attend early mass at the Basilica and it would be horrible to have a wet head of hair but he said he couldn't do anything about it. He will let the manager know. We came back in the evening and checked with the front desk clerk, still there's no hair dryer. Again, he said he would contact the manager. In the morning, we came down to see the clerk but he said the manager did not say anything. I was so frustrated so I told the clerk that if there's no hair dryer by the time we get back, we will leave the hotel. So on the third day, the clerk came up and let us know that the manager had a hair dryer available. But if we did not continue asking for it, we would probably never get a hair dryer. I will never again book at this hotel.

If I could give this no stars I WOULD. There were cockroaches everywhere, no towels whatsoever, and the rooms were atrocious. I am absolutely appalled. This is not even acceptable with the price. The area itself was not safe, but there are cheaper better options in the area. I do not recommend staying here AT ALL.

Basically, I had a stay booked. Came a day late, and tried check in the next day. My reservation was still there on file. The woman at the desk refused to give me my reservation that they had not cancelled. She told me that even though I have a reservation, I could not get the room because she would not give me the room at the price it was booked under. So even though I'm a day late, and the hotel was no where near full capacity, and I still had a reservation. I was told to pay double for less nights. Will not be staying here again.

I was there for 5 day and My room never got cleaned.. Had to ask for towels and then to clean my room but they never did.. stayed they were short staff but nothing was corrected.. Their pool was closed :( It should of been made known before booking.. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10

At 8:00am there was no breakfast available, and none of the staff were refilling. I had to spend extra money going to have breakfast at IHOP.

The front desk was very help with all the requests we had. Thank you very much. And the breakfast is decent would have added few other items as well

The room had an oder, when we entered. The room smelled like it was mop with a dirty mop, it had cigarette smell and urine scent The bed was hard. There was shower curtain.

An hour after I checked in, I noticed a washcloth with blood on it and I let her know what the front desk and she told me that I must’ve done that. I explained that I just needed some washcloth and a towel and she told me to wait until the morning since I already use some. I told her that was unacceptable and I began raising my voice and getting upset and that’s when she told me that she would go into her sneaker stash to give me an extra wash bowl

Complimentary parking but the rest is in disrepair. Strongly misleading name Radisson. I do not recommend to book this place at all until full refurbishment will be made in future, including the replacement of windows to triple glazed.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice. I reserved the double king but when I got there was given double queen. When I told front desk I was told that's all they had due to renovations, but I was still charged the same price. The beds were extremely hard, the toilet had to be flushed several times to work. The neighbors were very noisy all night. I decided to check out much earlier than expected. I will not be staying there anymore.

I don't think the heat actually worked. The walls were paper thin, so we heard everything from the neighboring room. When the couple next door had an explosive fight that lasted hours, we talked to the front desk about it. They said they'd take care if it, but we're not sure if anything actually happened based on how long the fight continued to go after the complaint. Also the wifi barely worked.

Great location for going to a concert. Staff was friendly. Smelled like marijuana and was not the cleanest place. Hotel definitely needed repairs.

The room is outdated and dirty. A roach was in the room which made us checkout earlier than we were suppose to. It was loud so I barely slept. It smelled like weed.

When we arrived at the property at 10pm after a long flight that was delayed we were informed that they didn’t have any more rooms available because of a burst water pipe. No phone call to warn us. We then had to drive around and find another hotel to stay at. Very unprofessional.

Staff were nice, location is walkable to Commanders stadium, but otherwise it's very isolated. The biggest problem was disrepair and cleanliness. I doubt the owners will invest in revitalizing the hotel, so it'll likely only degrade. (Note: bring your own hairdryer and bars of soap in case they're all out )

And then we left really early in the morning (around 4:15am). There was a man standing right outside our door, we were so startled. He was asking us for money but we could hardly understand what he was saying. It was very unnerving and as we walked away he hid behind different walls and knocked on a door across the way. It was not ok and felt unsafe. We let the front desk know. Hopefully they did something about it. When one of our party returned after dropping us at the airport, the man was wandering around outside. It felt very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve stayed at several Country Inn and Suites and I’ve always enjoyed my stay, until this location. Needs to be updated, renovated, and the management is very stingy with towels and wash clothes. I don’t know what that’s about.

Of the 5 usb chargers they had sprinkled around the room, only 1 worked. Sigh. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was terrible. Clearly, the toilet and bathtub had been through some type of repairs. How do I know? - because the caulking finish was amateur and ugly. The toilet seat was loose and the toilet not properly secured to the flange. But the worst was a nightmare. On the tub curtain, the walls and some of that bad caulking, there was scary and notible blotches that appeared to me to be MOLD! Yes MOLD!! That is unacceptable. Even if it wasn't mold, and I think it was, it's a terrible thing for a guest tho witness. This "hotel" is hopeless.

The stay was horrible. The hallways smelled like spices and herbs. It’s was no AC in the hallways. The room didn’t have working lights/ lamps. The electric plugs in the restroom didn’t nor did the fan. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The hotel smelled horrible it made me sick in my stomach.

Rooms are in poor condition. First room shower wasn’t working. Changed Rooms then there were no towels in 2nd Room. 3rd day no Housekeeping. 4th day requested Housekeeping and still did not receive service. This Hotel isn’t worth the Price. For one I'm disabled and asked for accommodations...no shower bars ... inside tube had black hair my hair is blonde... and slippery . I had to keep the door open and hold on to the doorknob not to fall ... this hotel is a step up from Motel 6... very very disappointing for 125.00 for one night Also, there was only one person working when I arrived zz no one to carry the bags for me.

When entering the room, there were stains on the floor. I open the refrigerator to put something in and it was disgusting, it looked like a milk shake spilled inside. Breakfast eggs were cold the waffle maker was empty and the orange juice was watered down. The only thing good about the place was it was close to the stadium.

Overall a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The front staff was accommodating. Our only issue was that they ran out of food early on Sunday morning, they were not prepared for the full house during Cherry Blossom festival. But overall good stay. Thank you.

When i got the key to my first room the door was propped open and someone had pissed in the toilet and left trash on the counter. On top of that the room reeked of Marijuana. The mamagers only response was oh, illg et you a new room. And thw paint on the walls was peeling as well

I stayed at this hotel for just one night this past week. The Uber driver told me the location is not the best because of crime, etc. What was the worst is trying to take a shower yesterday morning. The moment I turned the shower on, the water line under the toilet tank burst and started shooting water against the wall, ceiling and floor. Turning the valve under the toilet did not help. I had to go down to the front desk to tell them about the water emergency. They then had to switch me to another room so that I could take a shower. After taking a shower in the new room, I realized there were no bath towels. Arrgh. What a way to start a morning! At checkout I suggested that my stay be comped because of my bad experience. I am still waiting to hear from someone.

I had to go down to the front desk to tell them about the water emergency. They then had to switch me to another room so that I could take a shower. After taking a shower in the new room, I realized there were no bath towels. Arrgh. What a way to start a morning! At checkout I suggested that my stay be comped because of my bad experience. I am still waiting to hear from someone.

The toilet had not been cleaned properly and urine noted to the seat that I can say with absolute certainty, was not from us. Stains on the carpet, unknown substance on the desk, curtains ripped and stained, bedding ripped and stained, walls dirty, bathroom door broken no lock or latch and it had to be propped with a roll of toilet paper in order to just keep it closed. Was promised follow up calls from management. Never done. Travelocity should consider NOT backing this hotel. There are multiple health and safety concerns.

The reception staff and manager were friendly, but the place, in itself, is in need of a major upgrade, from remodeling the rooms to the help.

Tub had rust in it and rusty water sat in the tub. Floors in the room wasn’t clean. The room was dated and had a smell. Hotel needs updating. Air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The phones was old & out dated. Had to request room cleanup & new towels. Best part was the employees were friendly.

I have been staying here for over a month now while waiting for our new place. It has been cleaner than most of the hotels in the area. However the internet only works in a few rooms on the bottom level and a couple of times we didn’t have Hot water. I think for as much as the stays add up to the hotel should be upgraded at minimum the internet service especially since that is a major amenity!

It was a not so pleasant stay. When i went to the front desk to notify them of a problem, there was a sign that read helping another resident will be back soon. When i came back i was falsely accused of being there three hours before notifyiing them of the problem and i had only been there an hour. I checked in at 8pm .

Staff amazing

When I first arrived I checked in went to my room and the keys didn’t work, I went down stairs twice for the front desk staff to change my room, once in the new room everything was going smooth. Later when I decided to go take a bath the hot water didn’t work, I called down to the front desk to notify them of what was going on he then told me he would call me back in a few a hour passes and I called the front desk back to be told they was still working on the problem because someone else called about not having hot water too. 15mins later the front desk guy showed up to the room and said the water should be working we checked still didn’t work, so he switched me to another room

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and staff kept it replenished. The only issue was the wifi connection. Annnd the bathroom could be upgraded. All in all I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is in severe disrepair. All fixtures and furniture are water damaged. The whole building needs a remodel very badly. Carpets are soiled, smells bad, large groups of people loitering around. There are places to eat within walking distance but friends from the area told us its not in a particularly safe place to walk around especially at night. We stayed two nights and could barely get an extra towel (two adults and a child in a room but only two towels provided). Front desk staff looked at me like I was crazy for needing an extra towel. Room was never serviced and we were not able to get any towels for our second night either. I have stayed in similar budget properties in the past but his was really bad, will not be back. There are other hotels in close proximity that we will try next time.

there seemed to be some homeless people hanging out around the hotel. they ran out of towels one evening and my husband went super early the next morning (5:30ish) and we were lucky to get the last two!! Our room had stains on the carpet and smelled funky. The people at the front desk were friendly.

Good room for the price, rooms need to be renovated. Paint chipping on walls, breakfast was awful and panhandlers hanging outside of the hotel entrance.

It took a long time for clerk to check us in. Almost like they didn’t know what they were doing. After check in was informed that the key machine was broken and the could not provide us with keys. The clerk walked us to our room and opened the door. Was told they would call when had our keys ready. We never got that call. Went to dinner and had to be walked to our room again for them to open the door. Walls very thin and could hear the occupants next door partying past midnight. There was a car playing loud music for about an hour outside our window. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

Bed made body itch... bathroom needed an update and paint job

Checked out 5 minutes after check in. The entire hotel smells so bad. The room has dirty blankets, human hair, bugs, trash, water damaged ceilings, spills all over the carpet. Not sanitary at all!

The only thing good about this hotel was the gentleman behind the counter was very nice. The room was disgusting and very very dirty. It was also molded and stains all over the carpet. It was horrible.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpets throughout the hotel are filthy. The sheets were stained. I woke up the next morning to find that my shower did not work. The person at the front desk wanted me to wait two hours for maintenance. I needed to leave. The shower head was filthy so even if it worked I would not want to use it. The originally said there were no other rooms to use for a shower. They sent the cleaning lady up to try to turn the shower on and she couldn’t. They finally let us use another room to shower in. While I was waiting for my son to shower I noticed a used bandaid hanging from the counter in the room where the microwave and fridge were. I took pictures of everything and told the front desk. They did not care and would not get the manager for me. They told me she would be in at 9 and then At 9 they said she would be in until Monday. They gave me her email address to use. I will be reaching out. We also spoke to another couple who had to move rooms 3 times before they got one they felt was clean enough to stay in. I do not recommend you waste your time or money on this hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in... this should not be associated with the raddison. Its basically a low budget motel. someone from raddsion copoprate dept should go under cover and stay the weekend and experience the things I experienced no wifi caulk every where in the rook masking water leaks from the ceiling, rusty old shower heads etc... Just horrible I will NEVER go back to that place again its not even worth being called a hotel seriously this place needs to be investigated for impressionation.

Property was very dirty, people sitting out front smoking marijuana. My first room had to be changed because it looked like housekeeping skipped right over it. Reserve the room and paid extra for the breakfast but after my experience, I wouldn’t drink a cup of water out of the breakfast area. Was looking for a hotel for a week but I checked out after two days. Will never stay there again.

HVAC and Mechanical Issues: The rooms had non-functioning air conditioning and ventilation, leaving them hot and uncomfortable. Electrical Malfunctions: Many electrical outlets were inoperable, affecting our ability to use essential devices. Plumbing Problems: Toilets, sinks, and bathtubs across multiple rooms were clogged or malfunctioning. Severe Cleanliness Concerns: Rooms were not cleaned properly, with dirty linens and even disturbing evidence of bodily fluids and used contraceptives. Despite our efforts to address these issues with hotel staff, they refused to let us speak with a manager and were unhelpful. These conditions posed a significant health and safety risk, especially considering we were traveling with minors. The misrepresentation of the property's condition at check-in was unacceptable, and we are currently seeking a full refund for our stay. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this hotel. It is poorly managed, in severe need of maintenance, and not suitable for any guests, let alone groups traveling with young people.

The place was dirty beyond expectations

The bathroom sink was stopped up. But overall the property was clean and convenient.

I was there for 3 nights and there was no housekeeper. I was also asked to drop dirty towels before i could get clean towels. I was shocked 😲 Breakfast was bad. Hallway smelled horrible.

Property staff doesn’t answer the phone, The management are very unorganized and they don’t honor the rules they have posted regarding their property. I would recommend everyone rethink and book elsewhere like we did.

Easy check in and parking, safe environment and clean room. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I had no complaints.

Saying that the property is dirty is an understatement. The carpet is all stained, the sheets are stained. The room smell like cigarettes or weed depending on which room you get. The pictures must be old because the property hasn't looked that nice in a long time. There are numerous homeless people wandering through the parking lots at night. If you're considering staying here, don't.
