Couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay there!

The property and amenities were great! Several choices of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself felt a bit dated, which is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, but it was good enough, given the convenience of having so many amenities right there on the property. I would stay there again! It is a great spot for families. The pool and pool bar were fun.

This truly is a Resort. I thought it was just in the name, and was simply a hotel by the water, but the grounds were beautiful, multiple pools, sauna, 2 gyms, restaurants and bars, and right along the marina with a nice walk to more restaurants. If I'm back in the area, 10/10 would stay here again.

The room was clean. There’s a complimentary shuttle to the beach, which is very convenient. My husband and I came to have a relaxing weekend after much stress. This hotel delivered. The food at the restaurant was great. Also, there’s other restaurants within walking distance.

Quiet getaway with great amenities within, really enjoyed the high tide social house restaurant by the Marina and they deliver to the hotel which was great. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

They could’t have put us in a worse room . Across from a freight elevator as far from the actual elevator that we could be. 8:30 am our doorbell is ringing. “ Are you checking out today ?” Really? You have to know at 8:30? Don’t you have a list of rooms that are checking out ? Our least favorite Westin stay and we’ve stayed here before . Paying for parking plus the resort fees is just abusive . Tho the girl at the desk at night was exemplary. Helpful and professional.

Very beautiful property with several heated pools and jacuzzis. Promenade walk along docks, restaurants and boutiques. Easy to park, big spacious rooms with balconies.

The bell staff was kind and helpful, assisting us with our bags, and every staff member we encountered throughout the weekend was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our dinner at the Nauti Mermaid was absolutely fabulous. The live music created the perfect atmosphere, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, and we especially appreciated the sweet gesture of providing a puppy bed for my service animal. That level of care truly stood out to us. One of the highlights of the trip was the sunset dolphin cruise offered through the resort such a memorable and relaxing experience. On Sunday, we rented a cabana by the pool, which was another wonderful experience. Having a cooler stocked with ice water and a fresh fruit tray delivered was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch, especially for Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, our stay was truly wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you to the entire staff for all the kind and thoughtful gestures that made our weekend feel special, relaxing, and full of care.

Only one outlet worked for charging laptops and phones and it wasn't by the desk or the bed. It was over in a corner. This is a necessity these days. You can do better.

Extremely nice property! I knew our room would be good sized but it was an entire condo…complete with a washer/dryer! I would definitely stay there again.

The entire resort was a 5star. From the hotel, hotel staff and all the connecting restaurants I would highly suggest visiting.

Restaurant food was amazing, nice location with much entertainment nearby. One bedroom suite with King bedroom was very well laid out and comfortable. Found some hairs on the shower walls and floors, -which is why I did not give them 5 stars.

We were originally planning on staying 2 nights but ended up staying 1 night due to the condition of the property. The property needs to be renovated. The room wasn't clean and needs to be renovated.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and were sad to leave. The views are stunning from our balcony especially at night. The pool was beautiful and VERY well kept. The entire facility was well kept. Marina location in a residential area. Easy drive from Ft Myers. A car is a must .Restaurants on premises as well as nearby. All rooms have lanais and lovely water views. Staff is generous and helpful with plenty of towels and bottled water. There are three pools on the property, one of which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was crowded with many noisy children and toddlers who didn’t contribute to a peaceful, relaxing environment you would anticipate. With the exception of the noisy pool, it is a very nice facility in all regards.

Our family spent 5 nights at this resort. Room service didn't clean our room one day leaving us without shampoo or coffee/creamer. In the days they cleaned room, they didn’t pay attention to items needing to be replenished and left us with no conditioner one day. We made reservation for the sunset cruise for Sunday, March 29, but the cruise was canceled without notice. We waited 30 minutes for the cruise crew to show up, but no one came. Eventually a hotel employee came and let us know that the cruise was cancelled. Front desk staff couldn’t not put our names on a later cruise because they were fully booked. We were told by the front desk that they were going to discuss with management and contact us with a remedy for this mishap, but we didn’t hear back from anyone. Overall, disappointing experience.

Good sized double bed room. Why no bed clock? A/C didn't work and front desk got it fixed immediately. Minibar in room would have been ideal. Very quiet and comfortable. Bed comfortable. The hotel is lovely & the rooms are nice, but the pool is way too small . There wasn’t any seating available at 3 pm. We went to an on-site resistor dinner & it took almost 11/2 hours to get our main course. The food was ok, but not worth the wait.

The hotel staff were wonderful. The wait staff at the 49 restaurant were very curt and not attentive. When seeking a table at the hostess stand, we’re were rudely told 30 minutes without even looking at us. I know how things get busy. I was a waitress in my younger days. This was plain rude.

But important to my wife and me was the outstanding staff that bent over backward to help us. They remembered our names throughout our stay and were so friendly. One of the bests stays we've had in all our travels!

Large closet area. Two bathroom prep areas. Large mirrored doors in outer bathroom area. Nice screened-in lanai area. Adequately stocked kitchen. Pretty quiet and soundproof late at night. Housekeeping rang doorbell and woke us up first day at 9:30 a.m. and second day at 8:30 a.m. Bedroom TV stopped working first night. We watched living room tv for next two days. Told front desk on 3rd day and they had Maintenance fix it immediately. No robes. No garbage cans in bathroom areas except water closet. Very light water pressure in shower. Only three large towels and two wash cloths per day. Had a one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen but no dish cloths, dish towels, regular or dishwasher soaps. When we asked at front desk, it was sent up in a plastic bag and hanging on our outer door when we returned to hotel. Still no kitchen linens. Wanted to use pool, but as it was the holidays and hotel was pretty full, if you didn’t get to the area by about 8:30 a.m. each day there were no lounge chairs available. Told front desk staff when leaving, and they told us if we saw a towel on a chair for more than 20 minutes without an occupant, staff would have removed it and we could have used it. We were on 7th floor and pool noise during day was quite loud, even with sliding glass door shut. But to be expected. All in all, a good experience.

Alexandra in the front is top notch. She explaons everything as it should be. Even try8ng to sell me on upgrade was great. Im in customer service and sale and shes got it. Had i beenstaying longer i would have upgraded.

The hotel is so beautiful and luxurious .Super clean and spacious. It was my favorite place during my stay in Cape Coral. The view from the room was spectacular.The hotel staff treated us extremely well and recommended places to eat or go to the beach, with free transportation. I truly loved that place.

Visually impressive from a distance and up close. The marina is conveniently located. Vicinity to bird preserve creates idyllic relaxation. Staff was very friendly and looked like they enjoy working in hospitality.

Carpets were duty and stained, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blankets and best of all, room service. Room service came in a paper bag, incomplete and with no condiments. What happened to Class! Your check-in desk left an uncomfortable feeling: no pleasant greeting or advise on what your hotel was offering that evening in the way of entertainment or pointing out direction of restaurant, pool etc. If they could not speak perhaps a pamphlet would be nice. It sometimes looked like a work area. All cluttered around the desk speaking with each other. A "Good Morning, how can we help", would be nice. Most valuable part of our stay was a tall Mexican valet who was most pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to give directions and most of all smiled. Loved the Social restaurant and the music. Pool was way too crowded and noisy. Shops were limited. Beautiful location and setting.

Construction every morning couldn’t enjoy our deck or the pool to relax

The shower filled with water due to the drain being clogged. BUT we had a towel laying flat over the tile floor to avoid slipping. After drying off I picked up the towel and found black dirt lines from the grout. This was our first night of a three night stay. The group was so dirty it made me very uncomfortable. People are able to come and go from the property by just waving at the old guy sitting at the gate not even stopping or giving a name, just wave as you drive by. People down there are for the most part unhinged. Remember the town where the resort is located has only 4 police officers for the whole town of Cape Coral on call at one time. It’s more like the Wild West of the east but they like it that way. Very overpriced food and run from the buffet, the scrambled egg were burnt and brown, food is Golden Corral level but at Naples prices.

My husband and I swim laps everyday, and absolutely loved the lap swimming pool in this property. It is a 75 feet pool, super clean, with water temp of 84-86 degrees. We absolutely loved, loved, loved the pool. We had a fantastic stay at Cape Coral because of this property and especially the pool.

Valet never asked or offered assistance with...#1 our bags, #2 opening or closing the automobile door for the Mrs.. I know this sounds trivial, but little things like this will set you apart from others and set you on a higher level of customer service.

Spacious and offers good sport and Lea sure facilities We asked multiple times to have our soap and shampoo replenished in the bathroom however for four nights they only brought shower gel. I do not think is normal in 4 star hotel to not be able to have shampoo and shower properly!!!!!

Desk clerk put in wrong date and since it was for hurricane Milton did not get confirmation until hurricane was over and when we showed up for the reservation you were closed.

Resort was beautifully located along the Marina. Buyer beware of multiple hidden fees in the fine print.

Absolutely a nice resort. Never left the property. Restaurants and dining options were excellent. Food was excellent. The front desk people were exceptional. The valet was service was the only thing that was not spectacular. Waited 10-15 mins for valet service. Multiple employees in the hotel had to find the valet for us. Otherwise, the hotel/resort was a great experience and plan on going back there. I highly recommended it to my friends and family.

Wonderful resort

We have stayed here many times in the past but this stay we found the rooms need some updating. Room had a funky smell and the pool was closed. Also found out the have a pontoon cruise that is included in your stay, was never told this before but when we made to make reservations there was no availability.

Good beds, guard rude at entry/exit “ you’ll understand when you get hit by a car” address incorrect in computer, requested change several times, remains incorrect. Hidden daily fee 35 dollars use of property and parking $20 per day. Water brown in tub. Reported chais lounge broke while sitting in it, “yeah that happens” chair remained poolside for days. Main pool closed. Lots of noisy construction ongoing. Good food. Great views of river and mangroves.

2 weeks after Hurricane Milton and the property is in great condition a couple minor issues on the property but the staff and amenities more than made up for it

Great location. All the shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Free Dolphin cruise was included with our stay. There is a water taxi to Fort Myers Beach.

The hotel has amazing views. Disappointed that the master bathroom didn’t have a soaking tub like the pics showed for our room choice. Beds were super comfy and it was very spacious.

Could have been cleaner. Per concierge facility was only 30pacity. Pillowcase had mascara (I don’t wear makeup) and pillow had bloodstain. Floors and living room rug needed cleaning as well as couch arm. Overall property was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay. Staff was excellent and the restaurants were wonderful. The suites are large and accommodate large families.

Limited seating at main pool. Pool bar not consistently open. Not greeted at cabana. Had to ask for our waters and fruit tray. Had to request dish soap, forks, wash clothes as there were none in our suite. Patio floor and screen very dirty

Amazing hotel. Balcony with view, great pools, jacuzzi etc etc. just the one old employee at the pool near fitness room was wishy washy with the closing hours of pool.

My shower was disgusting. There was goopy orange stuff sprayed all the way across the tub look like somebody went to the bathroom in the tub and tried to wash it down and nobody wiped it off. I got in late and did not discover this till six in the morning, when I was supposed to leave, I could not even get in the shower. I informed the hotel manager, who said she was going to credit me. I still have not seen that credit.

From the moment we walked in Annemarie at the front desk was so friendly, polite & helpful with our questions & needs. Christine at Nauti-Mermaid was truly vibrant, extremely helpful, and such a joy to speak with. We will be coming back soon.

The rooms are horribly dated. I'm sure they were amazing in the late '80s, but the smoke-stained walls, leaking A/C, and gold-trim floor-length mirrors could use an update. We will never stay at any Westin again after this.
