You get what you pay for ….most of the time. Pool was dirty. Their continental breakfast is cereal and pancakes. Zero protein. I asked for a receipt after checking out and the front desk(who can barely speak English ) wouldn’t give me one and said I can print one off from my email. How cheap can you get ? This is what happens when you let certain cultures run businesses. They don’t care.

There were vagrants everywhere, food on the floor in the hallways, and a terrible smell. If we hadn’t been the middle of the night after driving many hours, we definitely would’ve went elsewhere.

cleaning girl was nice. that bathroom had leftover hair from previous guest. the carpets smelled either from carpet cleaner or mold and there was a strong mold odor in the hallways and room. there was also a strong odor trying to cover up the mold. very disappointing to pay premium price not be comfortable from mold.

The telephone kept ringing at 2am and 3am the first night/morning. I answered and got a dial tone. The second night/morning at 4am the telephone started ringing and had to unplug/disconnected the telephone. I mentioned at check out, said they were having telephone problems.

Holiday and will always be my favorite place to go because it's always clean fresh my room is always nice cold AC with a beautiful pool that overlooks downtown Cape Coral if you get a room from the fifth floor you can see the ocean from your room if you get the quiet side opposite of the street side either way it's comfortable quiet and that's why I always go back and MJ front desk lady is so sweet she is very nice always has a smile to greet me thank you so much I'll definitely be back as always thank you

Staff was nice,check in took entirely too long as there was only 1 staff member doing the check in. Room cleanliness by housekeeping could have been better but all in all not a terrible hotel.

Clean room: pet friendly; friendly staff (Molly made my check in so wonderful). Ohh, and an ACTUAL CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST! great assortment of food (and actual eggs and bacon) among other things. Very well worth the cost (which I find affordable for the value).

The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great experience. The staff were great at problem solving , there was a problem with their network and check in. Just a word of caution. If you travel with a pet the room we were in was overwhelming with the smell of urine. The carpets should be removed and replace with tile . The stench was awful. Room 106

I liked the location fairly central to the areas restaurants and nightlife I didn’t like the fact that there was not coffee pots in the rooms and the two coffee machines you have took so long. There was a line to wait for coffee and people staying. There were cranky and rude about it.

A huge included breakfast which is rare these days. The coffee is freshly ground for each cup. This property is clean and well maintained. We have stayed many times. The hotel is close to everything on Cape Coral Parkway. The manager and staff were all friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed at location on 4/13/26 to 4/15/26. Convenient parking. The room was clean and fresh. The complimentary breakfast was very good and fresh. They had something of everyone, from yogart, cereal, fruit, pastries, pancakes sausage, bacon, and oatmeal. I definitely recommend a visit.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location seemed good but we did not explore, but maybe we will next time. We only stayed for 1 night, but my wife had stayed with her sister there a year or 2 ago and that is how we selected this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the pillows were nice too. We loved the balcony, it allowed us to enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was better than expected, with hot item such as omelets, potatoes and sausage. Fresh coffee was also available all day, which was a nice addition. The location was close to the small downtown area of Cape Coral, and walkable to many locations. It was very clean, but when entering the room, the cleaning product used was very strong, enough to burn my eyes. So we had to open up the room for a bit. It wasn't a big deal, but wanted to share. Next time we'd like to stay on the other side of the hotel, as the traffic on the main road we were facing was a bit noisy.

Very clean property and grounds, which you will see are attended to by a wonderful friendly maintenance staff. The breakfast Senoras are wonderful and the place is very clean. You will not easily locate a cleaner property. Nice balcony area, actually clean and useful. Beautiful pool area where the Peruvian gentleman cleans the tables. Beautiful water. Hotel was very nice. Our only complaint would be in the afternoon the building itself covered all the sun for the pool. Pool area was big with a bunch of nice chairs. Breakfast was great. Our room had a balcony and it was lovely.

This place was fantastic in all categories. The only critique I could possibly make is it would be nice if they had a second elevator, but again, I’m trying here. We stayed at 4 other hotels in Fort Myers, Florida City, and the Keys, and even if their locations were slightly better (near or on water) not one had a decent, fully-clean and functioning bathroom, nor was comparable in any other aspect. I regret not staying here the other night we were in Fort Myers. I wish they had a similar location somewhere in the Keys.

The front desk manager Mallory was very rude and unprofessional my whole stay there for 5 days and I won’t be coming back based on this but besides that it was a very clean and nice hotel

PROS: - extremely comfortable beds; curtains made the room very dark and AC provided some white noise in the background; we slept very well! - covered patio was nice - pool was lovely, as were the chairs/loungers around the pool - excellent breakfast with lots of variety; potatoes were especially delicious - plenty of hot water for a bath CONS: - internet was very slow on the 4th floor; tried to download the IHG app and it took 8 minutes to download (it was speedy in the breakfast lounge, though) - smell of marijuana on the patio on two of the three nights - vending machine ate my coins and gave no change - the phone in our room had no cord, so we couldn't use it - water has a strong chlorine smell to it; tried to fill up a water bottle with water from the tap, but it was unpleasant to drink

The check-in person should NOT have terms such as "honey, sweetie" etc... when a guest is older than she is! It was so obnoxious. The hotel is older and it felt it. Very average, but we were looking for a lower cost per night for a weekend visit. The room, especially the bathroom needs updating. Probably would not stay here again.

She stayed in constant contact with us throughout our stay. We were on mini vaca do we didn't really need the work space however it came in handy to.place gifts on. I am not a fan of hotel breakfasts for the crowd; however, this was probably the most passable one I have had. Therefore, don't take my review as a bad one; if I ate anything there it was a compliment. The only good thing was the pre-prepared "veggie omelet" - and the sausage links. The room was clean and the staff 110% excellent. I enjoy staying at this Hilton Express in Cape Coral. Thank you.

Fantastic beds and pillows! Clean, great breakfast. Dog owners BEWARE: Called ahead to verify pet policy. Was told 80 lb weight limit and $30 per stay. Upon arrival was told 30 lb weight limit and $30 per night! Ugh!! we were allowed to stay with our 80 lb dog but were charged the nightly fee for 2 nights. Then we discovered that there is NO green space around the hotel to bring the dog outside to do her duty. And very loud outside.

The receptionist was accommodating; gave us a top floor room. Traffic is constant and the balcony which was a plus was very noisy. Breakfast staff was nice! Mr. Zimmerman ran copies for me that were blocked; I appreciated the computer and printer for work as well as free wi fi. A nicer lounge area would be nice; it is busy. It the price was great. Didn’t know you don’t receive IHG points unless you book directly. Overall a good hotel for a very fair price.

In terms of value for money, this is probably the best hotel i stayed in. Breakfast is good, with many options (even for people that eat gluten free, like i do). The pool was really nice and clean.

I was in an adjacent room and the people in the other room were very loud and woke me up at 5:00 AM. That went on all morning and I don’t understand why people are rude. I never want an adjacent room again.

The front desk clerk was extremely hospitable and accommodating at check-in and the room was clean and in excellent repair, unlike some other hotels I have used.

The only thing that we disliked was that our tub was plugged up since the first moment we turned on the water, we noticed the water did not drain, and my partner cannot take a shower since he refused to get in the dirty water after I showered myself and the next day he showered, and I did not.

Wouldn’t upgrade my room to a king bed without a fee. This is not the first time I stayed here. I had mate check out and manager knocked on my door at 8:30am asking why I was still there. They were doing construction at 730am hammering and drilling. Very bad experience and I am very disappointed. Will not be back.

Everything was ok except fire alarm at 2am - it ruined my next day and front desk didnt seem to care.

Booked this b/c it received 9.2 or Exceptional reviews. It was a bit run down. The staff was excellent and breakfast was really nice. The hotel itself was a bit rundown looking.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the breakfast. There was not much to choose from and the eggs were like chewing rubber. Other than that, this hotel is clean, friendly and safe.

A bar of soap would be nice in the shower. The body wash doesn't cut it......

Breakfast was great! Made my own pancakes and the bacon was crisp. They had juices, coffee, even egg white omelets.

I enjoyed my stay here , the room was clean , staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing . My only complaint was the bed was a little too soft for me , I personally like a little firmer mattress . But all in all for the price I would definitely stay here again .

I stay here was a pleasant one and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Our only issue was that we had to get new keys on multiple nights because they would not work when we got all the way up to our room.

My room was by the ice machine - very noisy. The area is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and social places (bars). The parking is plentiful and fenced (not gated). I felt very comfortable walking in the evening alone.

The cleanliness was awesome and the attention was so great! The only thing that I can mention: the hotel should offer more variety of breakfast.
