For the most part the room was completely clean. The shower just needed to be cleaned better which I also left a note about. It looked like someone that worked outside had taken a shower and there was still dirt on the floor

All of the staff was extremely friendly, our room was spotless and well maintained. The amenities were fantastic! Everything needed for any length of stay, we were very impressed.

Our room was located on the first floor next to the washer and dryers and had to listen to them spinning in the morning and evening. Other then that we loved the hotel.

The property was very nice. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. The only negative was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Everything got steamy and you had to leave the door open so the mirror wouldn't fog, but that made the while room wet, warm, and stuffy. However, that wouldn't deter us from staying there again.

There were certain areas of room where attention was not paid when cleaned. There were tenants of purple shampoo or something on bathroom doors. Noisey area being on ground floor, loud music coming from parking area after midnight for extended period and had to call front desk and it started again within 30 mins. Pricing is high in comparison to other hotels in my opinion. Husband and I both had breakfast in lobby area and did experience some stomach issues the rest of the day

I stayed a week The breakfast staff stared you down from leaning on the trash station in the corner like a prison cafeteria each day.. not warm or welcoming at all. The housekeeping staff negotiated every day what you wanted done.

Everything was fine, however, we were never able to connect to wifi for our entire trip. Also, we checked out a day early to beat hurricane Debby and was still charged for the extra night.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom. Very roomy, had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable except towels. We did have to ask for towels. Location was great for Canton, Waleska, Talking Rock, Ellijay and even Blue Ridge. We flew into Atlanta and it was an easy drive. Will stay here again for sure!
