All the staff we met were great. From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!

The hard boiled eggs were overcooked and rubbery. They were also hard to peel.

The breakfast lacked healthy foods I eat: alternative milk (soy), egg whites, whole wheat bread, greek plain yogurt, peanuts only peanut butter, jam without high fructose corn syrup, and non-salty oatmeal. I liked having fresh fruit, coffee, nuts and dried fruit for the oatmeal. I liked having the option of hard boiled eggs rather than only fried. The hard boiled eggs were overcooked and rubbery. They were also hard to peel.

When we arrived we were greeted by Julie. She was so nice and welcoming. It was an easy check in and Julie made sure we were aware of the Happy Hour. The next morning the breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend!!

Hampton is very sound proof. We did not hear others. We love Hampton Inn

Julie, your front desk person was fantastic, helpful, patient, kind and I could go on. She was a lifesaver. The day before our stay (6 of us- in 6 different rooms), I learned our reservations (made through a third party) had been cancelled. I did not cancel them and the still showed as reserved and paid for on the third parties website. I contacted this hotel directly and right from the start, Julie was such a great help. She researched and found that the hotel had not received the reservation made and paid for in November of 2025. She immediately booked the remaining 4 rooms at the hotel and helped me find a nearby hotel to book the remaining 2 rooms. We were there for a Disaster Relief Training and without her help and assistance, our instructors and event staff may not have had a place to stay! Julie went above and beyond and we are thankful for her!

The breakfast are great. The staff is superb. They go out of their way to help their customers. And this was a bad weather weekend and they accommodated everybody who needed their facilities.

Had entered elevator with guest with two large dogs. She was on her phone unaware that one of her dogs were peeing in the elevator. She did not inform housekeeping nor front desk since she was not aware of the dog peeing. Was told that dogs were allowed and rooms were deep cleaned afterwards. Being told that all rooms were available to dog owners and that they were "deep cleaned" afterwards did not impress us. We have stayed at this hotel several times and never had such an incident Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe you should limit animals to certain rooms. I am aware of other hotels that does such a thing.

Food was tasty and the breakfast attendant was friendly. Sugar free yogurt, low carb bread option.

Night clerk was great. We stayed for a short night. He checked us in around 9pm and out at 5am. Very personable. Enjoyed talking with him. The only negative I can say is there isn’t a lot of parking. But we found a spot so it wasn’t an issue.

I booked three rooms for myself and family members who were travelling to Canton for my husband's interment at the National Cemetery. The property was modern and fresh, as though it had just been built. Our rooms were spacious and well furnished - linens, beds, coffee service, refrigerator, etc. I was surprised to see a large flat screen tv as many hotels still feature small screens. The bathrooms were immaculate and well equipped. I am sensitive to smells and everywhere I went, it smelled fresh and clean. The one room I booked for handicapped access was amazing - everything had been thought out from the wide open spaces to the electronically operated blackout shades. I can't say enough about the staff - so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and offered many options - even prepared take-out bags for those who didn't have time for a sit-down meal. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the Canton area. Nothing!

I am very picky with my hotel stays. This met all expectations for this style of hotel. Very pleased. I would definitely stay @ this particular hotel again & I would highly recommend. I can’t comment on the pool, we didn’t go there. The breakfast was good overall.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. We had come in town for attending a concert there by the brewery there in town on saturday night. I am familiar with the property and its location. Very clean! Looks recently remodeled. There was a pool that was open and not busy like you’d expect for 90 degree days. Location was nice, near everything (Walmart, gas station, restaurants and grocery stores) very close to 575. Parking was great! The staff was phenomenal and Monday they had happy hour! One of the side doors key card station was busted resulting in having to lug babies in after car was parked, but nothing serious.

An hour before check out, we pulled the sheets all of the way down to the end of the bed to discover someone else’s clothing at the foot of the bed. How disgusting it was to discover the sheets had not been changed. Room 306. Check in 6/7 check out 6/9. Do not recommend this hotel.

You had to be careful to pull the door shut when leaving otherwise it would not latch shut which is a security issue. The first attendant I spoke to said they didn’t have firmer pillows though another said they did and found some marginally firmer than what was on the bed. They were excessively soft so there was no neck support.

We came here for a one night stay because my husband was having surgery early the next morning at the hospital in Canton Ga and we live two hours away. I reserved one of the handicap accessible rooms.the room I chose in my reservation said it had a roll in shower. May husband had an infection in his knee joint and was in a wheelchair. When I went to check in, I was told a room with a roll in shower was not available, only one with a bathtub but was still considered handicap accessible. This was not what I had asked for but we decided to make the best of it. Upon arriving in the room, my husband went to use the restroom, and grabbed the grab bar to help transfer himself onto the toilet and the grab bar fell off the wall, causing my husband to fall hard onto the toilet. He was not injured but could have been if he had fallen to the floor. He was already in his pain and it just made his pain worse. The bar was obviously not anchored into a stud. We went downstairs to complain about the incident. The clerk said there was an identical room available he could move us to. We went and looked at the room and the bar on this room seemed sturdy so we stayed in that room. He listened to me and said he understood why I was upset but he never once apologized to my husband, asked if he was ok or even acknowledge him really. Also the tub had no bench, so I don’t see how most handicapped people could use it. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. room was at least clean

Room was clean and fresh as well. You can tell it was updated recently. I was very impressed with the breakfast too. Great options for everyone! I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit.

We travel to this hotel every other weekend when we go for scary medical treatment. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh. The coffee is GREAT! Hot breakfast always appetizing. Rooms are large and clean. Lots of fluffy towels. Desk and service staff are friendly and make things feel like home.

The room were spotless, but mine had a missing thermostat control, and the direct control on the ac unit was non-responsive. My son noted the TV was stuck on one channel. Then, while sitting he was dropped on from the ceiling (there had been torrential rain all night/day. I called the front desk, and the very kind gent working the evening shift came right up. He took one look, apologized sincerely, and asked us to give him just a few minutes to make arrangements. He then put us in a perfect room on the other side of our adjoining room. He also let us have complimentary snacks/drinks, and a gift card to Krispie Kreme. This was just exceptional customer service, which we truly appreciate and will show that appreciation by choosing a Hampton for our next hotel stay. Thank you very much!

The lock was broken on the end where my room was and the night shift supervisor was unaware. I had to walk around the building twice in the rain and was furious since every other Hampton inn that I stay in has working keycard entry locks

Front desk and food service personnel were excellent.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful from beginning to end. My room was clean and well cared for. I had a pet with me and they were super sweet with my pet as well. The location was also convenient to many restaurants and to the interstate. I will remember this Hampton Inn for future travels for sure!

The lady that was working at the breakfast station on January 8, 2023 was amazing. She was friendly, very helpful and kept the area spotless...she should be rewarded.

In spite of renovations that were underway and the fact I had a ground floor room immediately adjacent to an entry door from the parking lot, I heard scarcely a sound the entire time I was there. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
