It was close to our activity we had to attend. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything. I could hear people talking and walking while I was trying to sleep. Made it hard to rest Also, I paid for a King bed and we got 2 queens. I wasn't happy about that.

We found the property to be very clean and updated. The front staff was amazing and the room was perfect for what I needed prior to having surgery the next day. They provided a delicious breakfast for my person taking me to the hospital. I would highly recommend people staying here. There are several good restaurants around and parking was very easy.

The hostess at breakfast was attentive and accommodating. Jane at the front desk was kind and reported our shower door that wouldn't stay closed.

Everything and everyone were wonderful - super friendly professional. The room was very clean. Location was excellent- lots of restaurants close by. Very quiet and we were near the elevator! Just really good stay.

The walls and ceilings were very thin and could hear water running or flushing above us as well as every footstep of the unit above us the entire night and morning. Facility needs better sound proofing or a stricter curfew policy for noise/activities.

Check-in person was very nice. Breakfast frittata was good, and the woman in charge of the breakfast went out of her way to be nice and helpful. I’d say she was the best part of our stay. I reserved a king room, but there were only two queen beds available. No lotion, the hand soap had a cheap funky smell. Worst of all, the people who clean the bathroom really need lessons on how to properly clean. The bathroom sink, under the rim, was dirty. The shower had build-up black dirt on the edges of the built-in bench. I really didn’t want to inspect the commode and didn’t. The Welcome sign on the tv welcomed another guest which was disconcerting—did he get my king room?

This property was so clean. When you walked in you could smell the cleanliness of the property. The room was amazing and again it was very clean. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good!!

Only reason I gave staff a 4 was because when I checked out the clerk said she would email me a copy of my receipt and I never received it!!

Excellent stay. All of the staff was professional and we’re looking out for the guest experience. We ran into someone mopping the floors twice and both times there were very helpful in making sure we didn’t slip. The hotel was clean and well kept. So many times hotels quickly fall off from their new shine but you could tell they’re not letting it happen here. We will be back in a few weeks to see family again and plan on staying here again.

This was my second stay at this great hotel. I feel it's the cleanest ones around and the free breakfast has a larger variety than most places that I have stayed. Both times I've had to call on management for help for a problem that was completely my fault and they were quick to come to the rescue. I will definitely return to this one for my next stay in Canton.

Unfortunately, noise was a significant issue. I could hear footsteps and conversations in the hallway clearly, as well as loud music from cars in the parking lot. The sound insulation seemed inadequate, making it hard to relax or sleep.

Stay was great. Location was convenient. Place was clean and smelled wonderful. Personnel was awesome, especially Melissa and Alexis. It was a late checkin and Melissa was extra helpful upon checkin. If I have to go through Canton again, this is where I would stay.

Mattress was not comfortable at all! Very few toiletries provided in room (no soapdish, no shower cap, no lotion).

It's right off the highway and was very close to my family I was visiting for my family reunion. The was not it!!!!! Need a new menu!!!!!

Some of the clientele was a little riff raffy. Wouldn't recommend to someone else. thought for the price people staying at the hotel would be different. It was fine for me but i booked it after staying at one in Dayton Ohio and I was dissapointed.

This was very convenient to everything - food, shopping, gas and the hospital where my grandchild was just born at! Everyone there was so kind and helpful and sweet and personable. Especially Gavin.

This is a brand new hotel! It is so nice and clean, and esthetically pleasing! I can tell they were short staffed and quite busy due to weddings, but they handled it like Champs! The manager was all over the place helping in any way he could and I was impressed with that! The breakfast area was very busy and ran out of food items quickly, but the staff were working very hard to replenish everything! We would definitely book here again, but unfortunately will not have a need since we were only in town due to a birth of our grandbaby at Northside Hospital! But if for some reason we need to be in Canton again we would book it for sure!

Safe, quiet and NEW….. coming back to a baseball tournament at East Cobb and will stay here again!!!

I liked the property was very clean and safe.

I didnt get any room service and i feel like in my length of stay i should of gotten it at least every other day like they said they would but they did not.

We were most impressed with David at the front desk and his friendliness & helpfulness’s. Myra was so kind to us also. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

We stayed in this hotel for a wedding. It was clean and the rooms were a great size. The bathroom was big with a large shower, and we had a sitting area with a tv as well. We only stayed one night but had a great experience.
