If you do better...do better...don't stay at this one.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, the staff member responded unprofessionally and seemed annoyed by my concerns. I requested a different room, but after waiting in the lobby for more than 15 minutes, we were given a second room that was in even worse condition than the first. I was then informed that I could not receive a refund directly from the property because I had booked through Expedia. As a result, I contacted Expedia and explained the situation. They advised me that they would need to reach out to the property manager regarding my refund request, but unfortunately, the property never responded to their attempts to make contact. The condition of the rooms was so unacceptable that my family and I left immediately. The experience was upsetting, and it even frightened my children. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone and would never stay here again.

I paid extra for an upgrade to get fridge and oven, but fridge was not working, i told the front desk but nothing. I usually take my drinks and food with me and due to fridge not working everything got bad.

The room was dirty. There were insects everywhere. The bed sheets and towels had hair on them so clearly they weren’t washed. The sink didn’t have cold water. The door didn’t close so it needed to be deadbolted to lock. Didn’t feel safe, don’t recommend.

Parking was good, the room wasn't in the best condition, and the front desk attendant was extremely rude!

I had to re-do my key every day.. Room was clean but curtains were old and decrepit been here before , definitely not as clean and maintained as before .. front desk woman neve smiled

The only thing I can say was the place was clean. And it had been freshly renovated. No refrigerator, no shampoo in the bathroom. I just happened to have a bottle with me. The receptionist needed to go to a class on proper customer service. Borderline rudeness when checking in with her street attitude.

The evening staff was ok. Nothing else, absolutely nothing. The bathroom water was cold. The overnight staff person, causcasion, either stole my debit card or misplaced it. I only went from the office to the room and could not find it AT ALL. The morning crew, the staff that released her, told me I was absolutely wrong, when they weren't even there. I am going corporate and after that if nothing happens I will take it a step further. I could but have access to my money without my card. I had to send money to another account in order to get money. My daughter loaned me the funds to book the stay until Sunday. The beds you could feel the springs. The pillows weren't even pillows. The microwave was filthy. We left there and went to another hotel for the same price or less, beautiful and the staff was absolutely a delight. The staff there need to be replaced or retrained. Most of the rooms are empty. There is such a negative aura there. I would NEVER recommend that place at 5701 Allentown Rd..

The room was dirty with stains on the sheets, couldnt breathe do to all the smoke. The water from the faucet wasn't clear, it was brown. I didn't enjoy my stay I left early after a couple hours. It was a waste of time.

I checked in late after a day of work so I was just reserved to settling in. Easy Calm environment! A definite plus to the Climate Control. It was user friendly and very circulitory in getting the room to the desired temperature effectively before My Guest arrived.

Secure property with fencing. Grounds are ok. Rooms are moderate. No place to walk to for dining. Told many rooms were booked for the weekend, but didn't see cars to validate this claim. I think many rooms were taken for residents or repair.

Location Everything me and my sister first friend the floors were sticky or oily, but we were so tired. We just dealt with The and clean the room ourselves.. the next weekend we book a room it had finance coming through our door attacking us, smacking us crawling on us going in our food. We had to throw out our food away and we asked for bug spray. We asked if we changed your room. The front desk would not help them to retaliate they put me on the do not book list because I asked for a refund nicely

This place has really changed since my stays there in the early 2000's. The family that rooms the place runs it enough to stay open. Onlybreason I stayed there was because my dogs were woth use pn this trip. This place is a real dump compared to the people that to run it when ItWas Clean. I believe the cleaning crew lives on property along with the owner who I know live there.

I thought I was getting a deal with the price and proximity to Andrews, but nah, this spot is the projects. I felt like crimes are comitted here daily. I know for sure people are living out of their hotel rooms (why you just hanging out on the stairwell). Was pretty sure I saw a few prostitutes collecting their belongings and leaving. The room did not look as advertised (they are old and run down). I just didn't feel safe, so I didn't stay. Found another hotel that was close by, a tad more expensive, but a world of difference.

The room was old and worn out the fridge and microwave were old trash the A/front was broken in a few spots you could not read the dail for cool or heat ,holes in the wall the room was clean but looked like a drug users room i didn't feel comfortable rhere at all the tv was good staff was very friendly and gave me a refund when i asked for it i would not recommend staying there

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I’ve never had problems with the Motel 6 chain before, but this property should not be part of it! All was good as expected. The controlled access to the parking lot made fill safe. But... the sheets had cigarette burns all over, and the room smelled "funny". It was tolerable for me, but for my wife it wasn't. Will I stop in again? Maybe, if I need a one night stand only; but for my wife is a serious no.

I had to struggle like 20 min for first room to get into but keys wasnt fucntional.when I went back .. receptionist gave me another key. Which again dint work then they gave me another room where again lockz did not open up. Finally after 45 min or so in 30• f struggling in cold I got into one room which was smelly and roach infested.. had no option so somehow adjusted for night.. absolute horror

But besides that, not good. When I book a cheap motel in Canada and most parts of the US I expect it to be kind of ugly and to run into some dishevelled guests. In this case there was a lot of questionable milling about and there was a roach crawling right across the floor when I came in. I returned the key and went somewhere else. I will try to get a refund. I Googled the place and found old reviews about bedbugs. I would have been willing to disregard the old reviews if not for the roach.

We didn't have cups to drink the whole 5 days we were there. Housekeeping didn't supply any. Neither did the front office . It was hot , had ice but no cups. Also low water pressure at sink. Room 135. Bathroom was fine. Staff was nice.

Had a booking when they i reached the hotel they say they did not see booking i had to pay them cash. now when its time for the cash back they say i did not stay there

Are room was not clean we had spiders and there was rat droppings in the room I try to get the room moved but they were sold out

The Toliet was unclean, the sheets has holes, and the service was terrible.

The bedsheets and towels were stained. The floor was dirty. There was actual snot/boogers on the wall. there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. All night people were screaming and fighting in the parking lot and the staff did nothing to stop it or contact the police to stop it.

The room was basic at best, no microwave, no refrigerator, no charging outlets. The TV randomly turns off and restarts. The mattress was in no way attached to the bedframe and would slide all over. The sheets had burn holes and stains. Outside: noisy! Some stupid kid was bouncing a basketball back and forth by my room for hours. In the parking lot some guy was repairing his car, like serious repairs! Leaving early as I'm never going to sleep here!!!

Rooms Stinks. I Mistakenly Booked A Smoking Room. I'm Highly Allergic To Odors and Asked for A Non Smoking Room The Receptionist Refused. I Was Given Another Room Which Stunk More than the First Room. My Nose Was Stuffed Up Within 3mins of Being in the room My Eyes Watering. I was Sick Sick. I Went Back to the Receptionist and Was Told Nothing Can Be Done. Highly Unsatisfied!

Heat was not working in my room took about 6-7 hours for them to switch me to a different room

The bed no clean is very bad , i pay my money for sleep , I’m not free, I leave the rooms now I need my money back, the room is very bad.

The fact that the cops were there all weekend for various reasons.

The hotel room was dirty holes in the bed bathroom door at the bottom mess up it smell like all cigarettes I understand it’s a motel but damn can y’all at least make the room like something y’all would want to sleep in like that just terrible for 100$ never again would I come back I been to nicer motels 6 then this one this was the worst one I ever been to I hated it

They could have updated the whole room even the beds an frames with new linen. Showers and the shower head new to be fully new as well

It was dirty, no pillows, no towels and smell disgusting smell of cigarettes

I discovered two dead bugs on the floor near the sink/vanity. The TV had no remote. I tried to call but the phone was dead. I had to go back to the office to get another. The wall and ceiling coating was bubbling in the bathroom. The parking lot is not trailer friendly! I took up three spaces....luckily, it was not busy.

Cops were there until the early morning hours. Other people staying there were screaming, and the cops were not doing anything to quiet them or arrest them. The woman at the front desk was the only great thing about this hotel. The rooms were filthy and I will never stay here again.

Everything was perfect outside the fact that my room smelled like a old ash tray there burns in the blanket and the sheets the sheets had stains and the bed was not made right the area with the laundry machine and ice machine smelled like mildew other then that everything else was great

Terrible service, cigarette burns in sheets, dirty towels delivered as clean, phone in room did not work, key card repeatedly went out. Rude staffers act like they’re doing you a favor doing their job. Disgusting experience top to bottom

Did not receive any linen after turning in dirty linen only one wash cloth for 2 people no one came to change the bedding during the few days stayed

Property is convenient to travelers

The young lady at the front desk is absolutely adorable. Check in was fast and painless.
