The staff was very unattentive and was too busy into a cell phone call to conduct your business... the room has bed bugs and I checked out at in the middle of the night cause they was biting me all night... the clerk was sleep under a cover and I had to knock on window to get his attention.. I always gave yall a good rating but I will never go to a days inn again... bed bugs bed bugs

The room was clean and affordable. My room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bed made daily.

I took pictures so that I have proof when I reported this to Wyndham. This place was the worst hotel that I have stayed at.

waiting for too long to staff to come back and start the process. after also middle of the process staff went to do some his personal work and come back, and took so long to finish the process. room was ok but not like other places where i have been. may be i will return.

The first room was not what paid for. Next room not clean nd smelled really of smoke bed had no sheet. 3rd was ok clean fan bathroom loud nd had tape around it. Will not stay there again.

This is not the place to stay if you value feeling safe. Outdated is not strong enough to describe the place. I asked for non-smoking, and the shack I was put in reeked of smoke. Short of seeing a roach, the busted walls and decor screamed drug den. I hate to say this, because the staff is the nicest I’ve encountered in a great while, but this place was just not what I had expected. I went out after I checked in, and decided I couldn’t stay in that room so they put me in another one, which wasn’t any better. Still reeking of smoke, amenities busted. This is a no on all fronts. The bathtub was grimy. The sink was gross. Good thing I always carry slippers. I was so scared to spend the night, I left as early as I possibly could before I could go to my morning appointment.

Staff was good and supportive, and the place was clean. Breakfast was not good, there was only banana muffins for breakfast, which was not expected. Everyone was complaining about this. other locations have good breakfast options that are missing here.

The property was somewhat acceptable and certainly for the price it was worth it I thought We had a bad incident on the property. There was a man banging on the door had already contacted your company. The next day we ended up not staying in the hotel. We checked out the first night. We went in there due to the disturbance from outside influence, we have not been reimbursed and I'm very disappointed because I am a loyal customer. I'm not sure if there was a police report, but the police were informed at the time of the incident on the premises and we left the hotel because we felt uncomfortable and the police did help us leave because we felt unsafe in the hotel that is the reality of what happened and we are still waiting for our reimbursement. It was a very uncomfortable sad situation for my daughters and myself. Yes, I was so disappointed. We are still recovering from the incident because it was quite traumatic to us even though nobody else seems to think it was that important the fact that we had to leave the hotel the same day we checked in and never returned. We should be fully reimbursed. Our safety was a risk they even had cameras there, so I'm not sure why they didn't see this person that was running around banging on peoples doors at the end of the day we felt uncomfortable staying there. I'm sure you wouldn't understand this if it was you.

Front desk was nice when I left. And I did sleep okay There were numerous broken and damaged areas throughout the room. The bathroom door was broken, and there were holes in the walls and floorboards. The bed frame also appeared to be damaged, as it made concerning noises when I sat on the left side. The heater was pushing out cold air, and I had to turn it up to 85 degrees just to ensure the room temperature wouldn’t drop. The overall cleanliness was very poor. The walls were dirty, and the sheets at the bottom of the bed looked like they had been splattered with something and never properly washed. The ironing board had a white residue on it, and the cover clearly needs to be replaced. The iron itself also appears to be in need of replacement. The refrigerator looked damaged on the inside, and I was hesitant to store my food in it for the week. I also did not feel comfortable using the tap water to brush my teeth, as it had a very unpleasant taste. The shower looked unsafe and unclean, almost like something out of a horror film, and I chose not to use it at all. Additionally, the receptionist never mentioned the breakfast at check-in. Because of that, I did not go down for it, as I had brought my own food. However, I later heard it was very minimal. Based on the website, I was under the impression that breakfast would be more substantial, not just a continental offering. The only positive aspect of the room was the newer flooring. Overall, given the poor condition, lack of cleanliness, and broken amenities, I would have expected this location to be priced significantly lower. The condition of the room did not meet reasonable expectations for a comfortable or safe stay.

The Price The area is in a bad neighborhood,the heater inside the room was broken and did not have a dual tone whatsoever, the room had roaches and 2 mice, I stayed at the hotel from jan 27th-Feb 2nd from the 29th until the middle of the night before checkout I asked to be accommodated to another room, asked if maintenance can possibly be sent to fix the heater, because it was blowing out cold air full of dust and expressed how serious the dust was due to allergies and was told no and that they was full and there was no rooms available! Also the mice had several homes in the walls and ran over my feet!! I was told that the manager was going to be available in the morning and that was a lie

The room was warm; it had a TV, microwave, refrigerator, and appropriate bath linens. This is as good as it gets folks--Let's keep it 100! Checking in was really bad and super slow; There was a moldy smell in the lobby, and I had to wait about 15 minutes before and 4:00 to access my room, and there was only one person ahead of me in line!. When I saw where my room was, I quickly assessed the area which was not safe at all for a single female like me...The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear arguments, mattress thumping, and loud music in the middle of the night. There was a stain on the comforter/duvet as well. The description of a fitness room on this site and anywhere on the Internet for that matter is misleading because it was locked and not accessible for guests...When I asked about this I was told that it is being renovated! If that is true this should have been specified on the website! So, in a consumer's mind listing this as an amenity was just fluffy window dressing of an illusion... Let's talk about breakfast for a hot minute shall we? There is NO warm food...just muffins and juice--that's it folks! I will be totally honest by also sharing this area has no strong security presence...I was very afraid going and coming after sunset because the of the numerous traffic behind the building and the numbers of cars coming in and leaving this hotel. I personally don't think it is safe at all--It's one of those places where I am thankful I made it out of there alive in one piece and in my right mind at that! My mattress was not at all comfortable, but I did like the shower in the bathroom. I definitely would not ever recommend this place to an enemy. The decor in the room is very bland and the flooring was squeeky...I am so glad my stay is over and done with! Once and done folks! Never again in this life if this is the last hotel on earth!!! The cleanliness of the bathroom tile leaves a lot to be desired! Do a Google search folks! The pictures on the Internet appear and show way better than the real deal in person.

I booked this stay for an employee going to a convention in town, and they said there was no breakfast there. They had to go out and buy breakfast each day of the trip. Said he didn’t even see coffee out.

Took forever to reach the front desk about changing rooms. The person who booked my trip made a mistake and booked one night less than I needed and I didn’t know, so while I was at a work conference, the front desk called and actually yelled at me for not checking out of my room. I had to leave work and drive back to the hotel to book another night because they refused to resolve it by phone. I also needed to confirm that my belongings hadn’t been thrown out or left unsecured in my room because their unfriendly response left me wondering if they even cared about the safety of my belongings. The staff were rude, even after I made every effort to resolve the booking issue. Would have gone to a different hotel if I didn’t have to get back to work so fast. Will not be staying here ever again. Would not recommend. I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. The place just felt so degraded and unfriendly. It also looked nothing like the pictures I saw online when I booked it. They must be a decade old, or just plain fake. Super misleading. I still have one more night to stay here and I’d honestly rather sleep in the airport terminal, but I already paid for the room.

Overall, I knew what I was paying for. The room was sleepable but the mattress wasn’t comfortable and the bathroom wasn’t clean with chips in the tub. The only saving grace was the bus stop that was right across the street so I could get to the metro easy enough and the location seemed safe enough because you’re literally across the street from a government site I believe.

Staffs were very helpful. My kids found out the tv was having lines/strikes on tv screen when viewing. The next morning, a technician came in to fix it/replacing tv with another one from other room. Giving less stars because the breakfast selection was very minimal… only banana nut muffin or sweet danish pie were available. Too sweet to in the morning…

Was not clean, old hair and contact lens in the bathtub. The toilet was leaking and there was no handle on the door on the inside of the bathroom! Water stains on the bath and 1 power strip that only worked on 1 side.

Do not stay here. All outlets were damaged. Muffin, coffee. Juice all they had for breakfast. No place to sit in lobby. Surly front desk lady. Security glass set so low I hurt my hand trying to get my cards out of the tray. It was clean but that is the only thing good about it.

I had to pack up everything and go do what i needed to do. By the time i returned they had resolved the situation. I asked to speak to the manager for a rebate since i was inconvenienced but the manager has pretended she is not the manager all week. The property is infested with roaches. Eat your food quickly or else youll be sharing it with them. 8 thumbs down

This was a smoking prohibited property but my bedspread had two burn holes in it. The baseboards, backsplash, hair dryer and the shower curtain were dirty. There was an ironing board but no iron. The fridge was peeling and dirty and made such a noise we had to unplug it. Loud noise from the bathroom vent as well. Our room was directly in front of the trash and recycle bins which proved to be a congregation point for youths. I could go on, but I think I have said enough. Will not stay there again.

Quiet place and a decent space for the price paid. Of course, it should be expected that there will be some deterioration in the property. But it’s nothing not worth over looking, especially if you need it for a night or 2 and won’t be staying in the room that much.

The room has no microwave. The bed cover has a lot of blood-like stain. The air in the room is not nice. It smells like cigarettes!

I requested another room and it was clean, bed was comfortable, but the base of the bed made an irritating industrial drum noise when getting up or sitting on the bed (very loud)! Also, the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. The breakfast was disappointing (only 3 muffins available and coffee). Overall, I was not impressed! You are in a prime location and your hotel should represent the fact that you are across the street from Joint Andrews AFB.

I called on the phone what was said was no rooms available but people walking up getting rooms, the customer service at Days Inn really went down hill.

The beds were on metal platforms that made a really load bang like noise anytime you got on or off it. The shower had black mold on the ceiling. We asked for a non smoking room and she gives us a room with cigarette burn holes all over the comforter. The use of a plug extension on tv, refrigerator together is a hazrd. tub looked as if it had not been fully cleaned with stains in it. Bed linen had cigarette holes in it when i asked for a non smoking room as preference. wasnt given the bed i asked for when i paid online was changed upon arrival. would not recommend or stay again

They was so unprofessional only cared about the money roaches everywhere their so disrespectful never going back to expansive but the conditions is so poor

Upon arrival of our MOTEL , the room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom drain as well as the floor , there were wrappers left from the last visitor, the room key kept deactivating during our stay which was a major inconvenience , the front desk wasn't very much helpful due to language barrier which isn't no one fault but we had so many issues constantly back to back that I personally feel scammed . It wasn't worth the price !

There were roaches in our room. All the drawers in the dresser and night stand were screwed shut. There was a glob of hair in the floor of the bathroom, The picture in the online ad showed a hot breakfast, but all they had was small banana muffins and cold coffee in carafes. My family's stay was terrible.

The installation is old but the room it was pretty clean. The house keeping was amazing. The price was good.

This hotel has roaches everywhere mold in the bathroom wholea in the walls. Mold in the freezer and the refrigerator. This place really needs to be condemned. I'm going to request to get myoney back. My grandson was bit I was bit by bugs please stay away from this place.

THE ROOM WAS FULL OF ROACHES. I MEAN, THEY WERE EVERYWHERE, AND WHEN I SAW ONE CRAWL OVER THE BED, I WAS DONE! I usually never really had an issue with this hotel, but this time, I was SHOCKED at what I was seeing. And there was baby roaches too so that tells me they had been there for a while.

Checked in and within a few minutes, checked out. Room was not clean. No toilet paper in the bathroom, which wouldn't matter because when you turn on the bathroom light, you may have a heart attack from the noise and flashing lights. Roaches also on the walls. Booked for two nights, would only refund one even though the lady at the desk said they would both, but hotels.com would have to do so. Loud music at night which I could deal with, but the roaches, nope. Would not lay down here.

The tv didn't work. There was no iron. There's a big hole in the wall by the bed. There are roaches everywhere. I'd like a full refund!

Room is so bad smell. Fan is like jet engine. Never will come to place like this again. Breakfast is nothing. It should not be call meal. Shame on you.

The towels were dirty, there was what looked like blood on the pillowcase, we found 2 roaches in the bathroom, and every time we left in the morning when we came back the key wouldn’t work and we had to keep having the man at the desk reactivate it

I went to DC to catch a baseball game and to do some sightseeing so i needed a place to stay one night. My expectations was low to begin with but the second i got to my smelly room I got greeted by some roaches and a poorly cleaned place. I'm from NYC so the noise didn't bother me much but when you get some random person knock hard on your door at 5AM,,that was a little to much. You can forget about coffee and muffins in the morning, they were nonexistent. I asked the person at the desk and she gave me an excuse I did not understand so I kept it going. Dont stay here unless you totally have to.

Cabinets weren’t cleaned. Nonsmoking room was smelling terrible. Shower head was dirty got mold on it. Microwave was having mold in it. Overall it was a terrible experience would not recommend any one.

This hotel had a lot of issues. It was old and smelly. Even inside the fridge was rusty. If breakfast is your requirement stay away because what they call breakfast is only coffee and only one type of small cheap mufin. Also gym was closed.

Priced pretty good for what you get.

Place was not clean enough, roaches in the place. I have picture. I asked for extra towels but was told that they didn't have night staff so they could not leave the front desk. When i first got there the room i got smelled like smoke, i told the front desk so she left the desk to check other rooms to find me one that didn't smell like smoke. I will never go back there or recomend anyone to it at all.

The staff was very rude, apart from the fact that the room was very disgusting. The disgusting walls, stained towels and bedding burned when the room was non-smoking. Depressing everything was with a cigarette smell and other stuff dirty sheets, broken and super ugly pillow... the breakfast was coffee and muffins thats it.

This motel is very well located in terms of location, as it is very close to Washington, 15 minutes by car. On the other hand, as far as the neighborhood is concerned, then, if you will be in the minority, if you see what I mean.

I checked in Friday shower was broker went to front desk to tell man about it he told me he would send somebody to fix it. I went back to the front desk Saturday and told the guy the shower was still broke . I tried to get switched to a different room but was told all the rooms were booked up

Cons- beds makeba loud metal noise, my room had a weird smell, there is a lack of outlets, and the breakfast options were a muffin or danish, that is all. Not great, but not too bad.

There was what appeared to be black mold in the room. The tiles on the floor were creaking like they were going to come up. I have never had that type of experience in a Days Inn location before.

Urine stains on the walls. Dead roach, a fly frozen in the ice cubes, toilet not clean. Stains on walls that look like urine. I think people live here as they’re hanging out smoking weed and such. Kids screaming. Very loud fan in bathroom. TV barely works, some channels don’t. Front desk didn’t offer a new room.

Very rude staff...i booked for non-smoking room and got a smoking one. When contacted the front desk, they said its the only room available, although there are penlty of rooms available. All the lenins, bedsheets were dirty.

The ataff are the worse of the worse! The front desk "Lady" yelled at my daughter while i wasnt around, and put us out because we had service animals, that we even tried to show her our documentation for. Very nasty front desk workers, and housekeeping staff speaks ABSOLUTELY no english, so we never got the sheets and towels that we asked for. We are in between apartments, and choose this location because of the pricing and continental breakfasts. Trust me guys, its not worth it. Worst experience i ever had!

My stay was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. The service was professional and polite, which I greatly appreciate. I would recommend and return to stay again.

I booked an appointment online. I had questions about the check-in I tried calling for an hour and could not get anyone. I then drove to the location so that way I can ensure that my family coming in from out of town would not have a problem. When I got there I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes while the woman behind the counter did something on her computer until she finally asked if I needed help. She did allow me to pay $20 cash, for early checkin. When my family got there they were given 4 keys to pick the better room. They dropped off bags and went to a family function nearby. They got back to the hotel room to find roaches. Theygot there bags and left without sleeping. They were gone before 11pm.

It's a nice, price-friendly hotel for the most part. It's dated and in desperate need of a severe renovation. Even the smoke-free rooms smell like smoke, but i must mention that they seem to have replaced the carpet from my previous stay with laminate flooring. The area the hotel is in is a little shady, but It has a vast parking spot close to the beltway, across from the Andrew Airforce Base, and a few restaurants. You get what you pay for if you stay here for a night or two, and if you're not looking for an exquisite palace, this would be your place to stay.

Only complaint was room service went in my room and reset the room and my key didn’t work later. Nothing was stolen but I had to get a new key every night. The room was clean. There was cigarette holes in the main blanket. Had some decent movie channels. Air conditioning worked “okay” didn’t make it super cold but good enough to sleep without sweating. Distance was pretty far from everything. Also late night staff assigned a room that was occupied like how? Just one of the complaints I heard while getting my new key.

Peoele next to me were noisy and fighting. No hot water and hole in the wall in bathroom.

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my whole life!!! I had to change rooms twice, and the room I was in still wasn’t up to par. All three rooms that I was in smelt very bad of years of smoke. Refrigerator and microwave didn’t work in one. The second room the TV didn’t work right and they were dead roaches all behind the refrigerator and the room we stayed in the sink was stopped up and the shower was squirting water everywhere and it didn’t smell too cool the rooms and furniture needed to be updated. Very much overall, this is not a hotel that I would recommend to anyone. worst stay ever!!!

The room was clean but the night was horrible. There was a large space between the door and the frame and cold air from the outside was coming in all night long. I took my personal items and tried to stick them between the door..no help. You could tell this was not a new problem. The smoke detector was pulled out of the wall ..leaving a hole and exposed wires. No breakfast! Not impressed. Wont be visiting them again
