Convenient location, right off the interstate. Easy check-in and check out. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. The pool looked lovely, but I did not have opportunity to use it. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was disgusting. Old and run down which isn’t necessarily unexpected but the roaches and dead bugs and hairs in the bed were definitely not expected. We didn’t stay and left immediately.

There was a palmetto bug in the room which I had yo kill. There were many outside the room always trying to get in when u opened the door- the bathroom was dirty, in the corners dust and hair. No where on the website did it say the pool and hot tub were closed. Not a nice hotel at all. The woman who checked us in was lovely but everything else was terrible.

Nothing. Everything was awful. The management is rude and condescending. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and disappointing. They were smelly, sheets were stained with urine and feces. After being given two rooms that were nasty they told us to change our own sheets. When we took the sheets off the bed there was blood stains on the mattress. They called us liars and told us we had to leave. They claimed to have issued a refund but it never deposited back into our account and they will not discuss it with us. I would recommend a tent under a bridge before ever staying at this place.

We asked the deskclerk for an urgent care facility due to me falling in the room. A bed throw tripped me. Clerk didn’t know nor would help We called 911 instead.

Though aging, the Facility is not being Neglected. Very comfortable King Suite. Mattress medium-firm, provided excellent level of Rest. Travelling on Business - tough to rest 'away' from Home. Chose this location as it offered carpeted Suite. Freezing temp and high wind overnight? No Worries...

The room is not matching the standard of quality inn. Its says breakfast is included hot breakfast. And in the name of breakfast there is only wafel. No even a bread was there.

When we first got there, there was an older gentleman ahead of us who proceeded to tell us to watch the guy at the desk because he was going to try and charge us double. He in fact did try to charge us again when we reserved and did everything online already that started the whole issue. Then we get to our room we open the door and our greeted by the worst smelling musty. I’m not even sure what it was smell coming from the room when we walked in we immediately checked the bed. It was dirty. There was dirt all over the sheets. We had to sleep on top of the blankets that night in our clothing without anything touching it. The way everything was handled was completely unsatisfactory, and I will be making sure to let everybody know not to ever book this hotel for any reason for anything for any wants or need this is absolutely ridiculous.

Came down from Valdosta to the fair, stayed at the Quality Inn, it was pretty clean, also it’s pretty old too, good place for one night.

It was at best a average hotel . Desk man was less than enthusiastic, not rude but not into his job at all. Room seemed clean.

When I entered the room it seemed to be ok. But when I placed my bag on the first bed I saw a few tobacco looking stuff. When I went to the bathroom, the vent had tissue stuffed in it. Why I dont know. The guest book was stained with coffee

After traveling almost 4 hours, we arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival I asked the clerk to do a room inspection to ensure it was up to par and she agreed we could. My husband and I entered the room and I was met by a German roach hanging on the refrigerator near the microwave area. We immediately pulled back the covers and saw multiple hairs on both beds, stains, and burn marks on the sheets. There was also unclean surfaces and grime on the microwave and on top of the refrigerator/ handles. Needless to say you both agreed that we were not staying anywhere like that with our family and went back to the clerk and showed her the pictures we took and asked for a refund. She did try to offer us a new room, but we felt like if they couldn’t get the room, we reserved three days prior clean incorrect a new room will not also be up to our standards. I believe she was speaking to the manager while we were there because she said that my payment did not go through and I had to show her verification that my payment did go through or else she would’ve charged me twice for a room that we were not going to stay in; granted she did say it was a mistake on her end. The manager told her that we could not receive our refund then and we would have to go through the booking agency being Expedia to receive our refund. It’s been almost a week and I called to speak with the manager, but he was not in, I left a message and he hasn’t returned my phone call to resolve.

Walked un the room and a god awful smell slapped me in the face. The room looked like it hadnt been clean in months. The table and night stand had ashes all over it. And there were roaches crawling on the floor.

Front desk staff very professional, but cordial. Room is clean, but bathroom could use an update; not much space for toiletries. Close to a highway so a bit noisy.

Nothing The front desk in the morning is being ridiculous. She complained that I was at the breakfast room 4 times as if there were so many options for breakfast when there was barely anything, and I was there just to grab cheap cereal for my 4 kids. Just pay 10-20 dollars more for decent hotel, and you will thank me later. The lady at night front desk was good and more welcoming however.

the bed was very hard and uncomfortable...I left my medication in the fridge...was unable to find it. i know for a fact it was left there..ver expensive medication....

We had an accessible room so the bathroom was quite large, but had a tub which i found odd for being an accessible room. Also bathroom could be viewed from outside if curtain left open. Room overall was good and the clerk was really nice. Breakfast was decent with a waffel option. Bucees was close by as well

Nothing The roon reeked of stale cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room and it was what I would consider dirty. We left after one night even though we paid upon arrival for two.The furniture was very old and looked like a child had tried to paint it to make it look better. It didn’t. It was worth the loss to not have to stay there any longer.

It was filthy but we were being evacuated from Florida and needed a place to stay in route. Dirty, no parking, too many to list.

The door has a see-through space up the door jam. The closest queen bed to the door was Very noisy when you moved at all. The pillows were just OK. The towels were soft and linens were clean. The room size was alright. It had a small table and 2 chairs. I said it above as my general review.

This must have been their attempt to save money on utilities. I had to lay on top of the bed sweating until the A/C finally caught up. My bedding had cigarette burns through sheet. Would have hated to see what a black light would have revealed. Stay clear of this place.

Before I made it to the pool we had to wait 15 mins to unblock the parking spots cause they had a domestic at one of the room . Walked in to the room and other than the TV everything was from the 90s lamps where old carpet was so dirty you got black feet walking around the room the shower didn't work hardly at all . I'm very disappointed in this location as it has such a high rating this should be a 3.8 not a 7+ hotel for 20 bucks more I could have gotten a clean room with a pool and a hot tub less than a half a mile down the road . So to sum it up if you just need a place to sleep sure this is for you . But I do not recommend this place if you want clean , updated rooms

Loud squeaking while shower was running, bathtub drain was rusty and dirty, roach in bathroom, breakfast was very poor. (Yogurt was curdled, waffles were under done).

Room was old, stains on sheets and towels, Shower wall had a hole in it. Sink was clogged and would not drain. The room smelled very strong of carpet fresh. To the point I propped my door open for some time to air the room out.

For $90 - you get what you pay for. Pillows are small. Includes 3 with a kind size bed, the pillow sizes looked to be fhe size for a baby crib. Shower had zero water pressure. But for a quick stay off the interstate for a few hours sleep, this was good.

They provided breakfast as water bottle, one snack bar and a pastry! Really? The biggest item and grab and go bag is water bottle ! Remove the picture of breakfast, explicitly mention that are you going to provide so customers can really understand what are you going to provide

Remove the picture of breakfast, explicitly mention that are you going to provide so customers can really understand what are you going to provide

Hotel was clean, "quiet", safe. (We use a sound machine to block out traffic noise. This hotel does sit next to the interstate. But otherwise, location and guests were quiet.) Tub liner was cracked but otherwise room was clean and in good condition and king bed was very comfortable. Fine for overnighting on our way thru GA. Staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in and knowledgeable about local restaurant locations. Would stay here again.

Plumbing issues, non-smoking room reeked of smoke, advertised hot breakfast ( bag instead, water, no juice}

The carpets were dirty. Do not walk barefoot you feet will be black. The bathroom smelled really bad.

the pool was unavailable . A car had crashed into the pool but when I booked it , it did not mentioned that . We had 2 young grandsons who were disappointed in not being able to use the pool . The breakfast was a joke.They said they would give us a breakfast bag . In it was a cold water bottle, peanut butter crackers and multigrain bar !!! I cannot eat any of those due to my digestive issues. We had to go to Cracker Barrel.

This was a nasty hotel. I paid for 2 rooms and both were filthy. There were black hand prints all over both door frames in the both rooms. Dead bugs in floors. Lamp shades were nasty. Ugly ppl in the lobby. The tv was on in "dining" area so we got coffee and sat in a chair only to be yelled at for sitting. They claim "breakfast" which is a brown bag with two packs of crackers, granola bar, and a bottle of water. What the heck breakfast is that??? Every hotel We've stayed at in Georgia for the past couple of years have been dirty. Why can't you do better?

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean.

Terrible experience, once arrive the hotel charge me room twice (for mistake) when open the room smells cigarette, we notice that the pool was close (with no water) in the next morning no breakfast available

Extremely clean hotel inside and out. Friendly service at check in and out. Very good one night stay.

Could not close the door to the Bathroom until we physically moved one of the beds an inch. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, my daughter was locked in for several minutes. Bathroom had dog food on floor from previous guest. Pool was still closed. Not enough towels for 3 guests.

It's exactly what you'd expect for the price. An older property, but reasonably well maintained. They had a great outdoor area for the dogs to do their business, which was kept relatively clean. Lobby was still closed for Covid, so can't comment on breakfast, etc.

Felt safe with two small kids. Showers were great. Wondefful pressure and as hot as I could want it. AC worked wonderful. Beds were comfortable although I could have enjoyed a thicker blanket.

At the end of the Quality Inn is just a bad brand this particular one was bad please save yourself some aches and don't stay there

The stay was great the room was clean and nice no smell of cigarettes but need menus to show the channels and the free breakfast in the mornings was crappy you got a small honey bun a bottle of water some crackers and a granola bar you could have put a muffin sandwich banana and apple you know you're given breakfast out

It was pretty good... fridge wasn't (isn't) working, I'd say anything as I didn't need it. Also, the front desk was unable to explain the "taxes" on the bill... it is 13% in GA with a $5 per night occupancy tax, or 21% of the bill. SHOCKING that the government likely makes more on the room than the owner. The front office agent was a bit rude when she could not answer my question about the taxes.

Accessible room was very accessible and my 87 year old mother was thrilled. Made it much easier for her

Place was pretty clean the rooms were clean AC works great just wish they had the breakfast and pool open but due to Covid they had it closed other than that no complaints and price was good
