It was fine for an overnight stay

I stopped for one night on my way home to Florida. The room was amazingly clean and the king size bed was sooo comfortable. I was put into a handicap accessible room as that was the only king room left (I booked online). I had two issues. Overnight, something kept waking me up. Every 6 or 7 minutes a noise would cycle on and off, almost like a semi was parked outside the room. It would die down, go away completely, then the cycle would start over again. It did that all night. Pipes? The outdoor ice machine? I don't know what it was but it was loud. Despite the comfortable bed, I didn't sleep well. When I went to shower in the morning, The fitting on the handheld shower head was degraded and it sprayed all over the place. I wasn't intending to wash my hair but had no choice after that. Overall, I was pleased with the comfortable room on a safe area, except for the unknown noise.

Very easy check in and agent was very responsive to my medical needs before I even asked. Just the little things makes the stay relaxing.

I was treated with such hostility by the front desk staff (Shannon) on arrival that I was shocked by her behavior. Though I only asked questions about their policies, she accused me of having an attitude. She screamed at me and followed me to the parking area, wagging her finger in my face. I threatened to call the police before she backed off. My husband heard her from inside our room and was afraid to stay there afterwards. We did stay and the morning staff could not have been nicer.

The location is perfect for getting around Middle Georgia. Just off I-75. Rooms were big and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I've stayed here on 4 separate occasions and on my next trip will book again. The only negative comment I have is the a/c in one of the rooms - it seemed like it needed a good clean as it smelled damp and musty. We had connecting rooms, so mitigated this by keeping the interior door opened and run the a/c from one room.

Room was very clean, and bed comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was a joke. 2 types of cereal, instant oatmeal and bread for toasting. Mouthwash sized cups for juice and very small cups for coffee. Also, no coffee maker in room.

Room needed painting, ceiling needed to be redone, cracking and peeling. Bathroom ceiling was collapsing. Wake by public parking behind unit talking and partying in car. They then began knocking on our door at 1:30 am and cops had to be called. Got no sleep. Will not stay here again

I use a lot properly. It’s laid-back quiet and comfortable bed. This day he put me in room 231. No kind of water pressure heater kept going out.

I asked for clean sheets and changed the bed. When returning the sheets the night desk clerk, after 11 pm seemd a little ditzy. Oh our dog rooms are on the other side of the building, someone must have snuck a dog in there. So what was she telling me? You all don,t wash and change the sheets between clients?

Breakfast was some little Debbie’s snacks, bread, cereal and spoiled milk. If you just need a clean bed for a night for a cheap price it will do but it’s not somewhere to stay for long!

The room was older but very clean, no bugs. The bed was comfortable. It is right beside a gas station so a lot of semi truck traffic noise but that's not their fault. Just making a note. The area seemed safe and was well lit. We will definitely consider them again if we're needing lodging in the area

Check in lady was super nice and helpful. The hotel itself was very average. Pool wasn't working, which was unfortunate. The room was fine but nothing modern. The bed was off the frame so when sat down the whole thing tipped. We were about to fix ourselves and find the comedy in it. Good hotel for a quick overnight stay.

Days zinnia, Byron, GA was clean and super helpful. Next time we will book directly with Days Inn. Dealing with Hotels.com was a nightmare, but the friendly folks at Days Inn worked that out so our trip was not a disaster.

Spilled water on floor; when I wiped up ; it was black. Was a non smoking facility , but my room smelled Smokey, staff super nice and green area nice, close to highway; super convenient.

The room was in desperate need of cleaning, the breakfast was cereal or bread, I called for a wake up call and was told they don’t do that, then was told to use my phone, which I explained was dead, she said plug it in there’s a usb port, but she couldn’t tell me where and at 2:30 in the morning I was beyond tired and simply hung up. Then I woke up to them using a leaf blower DIRECTLY outside my room which was before check out time and mind you I was the only room that had a car out front so clearly they were aware that they still had a guest. Not to mention when I opened the door the guy looked at me and said what? I said can you do that ELSEWHERE? and he laughed and continued. I will not be back.

There doesn't seem to be enough parking especially if the guests have large vehicles. One truck took 4 spaces and I had to park on the opposite side of the building from my room and walk everything back.

I went to the lobby and I explained what I see and the hostess give me another room , the room had cocaroches and the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. This hotel should take out of your list. It was disgusting and I need a refund.

The door to our room didn't close properly. The non-smoking room reeked of old smoke. The bathroom was disgusting. The exhaust fan was burning plastic. The AC was functioning, but so loud it disturbed sleep. The "complimentary breakfast" was practically non-existent. Would not recommend.

The lady at front desk was amazing and super friendly!! Our room smelled like dogs had peed all over it. We didn’t have a pet with us. We just stopped to get 4 hours of sleep so didn’t have time to ask for another room. The room also did not have soap in it.

I didn't like the fact that we stayed for 5 days and my room wasn't cleaned everyday!! Trash was overflowing, sheets needed changed and wasn't. Pool was out of service!!

Out of the six hotels we stayed in during our trip, this was the most disappointing. Although it was the least expensive, the employee upon check in was too busy. Chit-chatting then to wait on me. The room was run down and unkept. The area was not great. People were wandering around at all times of the night. It was gross. I would not recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here a few times for the convenience of the location..off & on the highway when heading south. Really appreciate the improvements being made from the really comfortable new beds to the flooring.

Check in was unpleasant. Night attendant was very unfriendly. We had been assured by a manager several days before our arrival that we would have a room with a walk- in shower. Upon arrival at 10 pm the night attendant said that room was not available. When I told her we had been assured of having the handicap room she became very loud and unapologetic. Even when I tried to settle her down she continued being almost combative. She should be briefed on how to handle a customer with a valid complaint. Otherwise or stay was fine. My handicaped wife just waited until we got home to take a shower.

Check in was unpleasant. Night attendant was very unfriendly. We had been assured by a manager several days before our arrival that we would have a room with a walk- in shower. Upon arrival at 10 pm the night attendant said that room was not available. When I told her we had been assured of having the handicap room she became very loud and unapologetic. Even when I tried to settle her down she continued being almost combative. She should be briefed on how to handle a customer with a valid complaint. Otherwise or stay was fine. My handicaped wife just waited until we got home to take a shower.

Front office staff were really nice. Free breakfast was worth every penny we paid. The only health option was Raisin Bran. Only hot options were instant oatmeal and toaster waffles. In comparison, the price was great.

The towels in the room were absolutely filthy. I exchanged them at the front desk for less filthy. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. I felt very dirty staying there and would have left if I wasn’t completely exhausted from traveling. After I exchanged the towels I found there was no toilet paper… zero…zilch and no tissue. Called down and the said they’d bring it right up. After 10 minutes I went down to get some and was told ‘my guy never came to bring it up’. I guess there was only one ‘guy’ working there?? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was preparing to check out and noticed I had bite marks all over my arms shoulders neck and face. This was from the night as these marks were not present before checked in. Bugs in the bed is unacceptable. Especially when it causes physical damage.

We stopped overnight while on a trip to Florida. It was nothing fancy, but it suited our needs.

Was very upset when we got kicked out of our room in middle of night and took for ever with a crying child for someone to unlock our door. There needs to be a master regular key on site at all times.

The pictures for this property need to be updated, I almost thought we had pulled up to the wrong hotel! The exterior is a dark gray, not tan. The lobby and the room we stayed in had also been renovated and don't match up to the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The room was clean and pleasing to the eye. The bespd was also comfortable. Great for a two night stay and close enough to Macon for a day trip. The only downside was the pool is no longer open annd there aren't mantpy mom and pop restaurants in the area.

Exactly what we needed after 11 hours on the road driving through heavy rain. Didn't appear to be much of a breakfast, but we weren't hungry anyway

Much cleaner than the last time we stayed. The floors were not as clean as they should be. Needs to not use same water for all rooms. Front desk clerk very nice and explained Wyndham rewards.

Needed a clean, safe comfortable and reasonably priced place to sleep while visiting family in the area. This was it for us. Check in lady was great - told her I had recently had hip surgery and she gave us a lower floor room with parking right out front! Coffee, fruit & pastry was good in am. Will stay here the next time we visit family in Byron, Ga.

No heat or air. House keeping came into the room while we were at breakfast. My daughter had to brush her teeth after breakfast and went back to the room and the house keeping guy was rude to her. He pissed me off and is lucky to be able to walk, I will never stay here again.

Room was clean and perfect for the night on the drive down to our vacation destination.

we checked in late ..they put me in a handicap access room which was everything but. You couldn't access the bathroom if you were handicap because the bed blocks the door where you have to pull the door hard to get it past the mattress. The bathroom curtain was broken and the curtain and metal rod fell on my 6 yr old grandson. We were just sleeping there and leaving early to get back home. I wouldn't recommend this place. The only thing I felt was nice there was the staff. The night staff felt concerned for my safety and kept me close to the office for my stay.

Janice, working the night desk tried to refuse us a room after I suggested she take care of customers before taking repeated, long phone calls while customers stand waiting. Management doesn’t care. Avoid, better hotels at same exit.

The only good thing i can say is the beds were comfortable. Have stayed here 3 to 4 times but will not come back. This WAS going to be our stopping point coming home from Florida. Now we will find another place. When i told front desk personnel how the room was he acted so surprised in a fake kind of way.

Lady that checked us in was nice, friendly & quickly got our reservation up. Room was clean, quiet.

I thought it was clean, after readiing some reviews i thought it would be a nightmare, but it was clean, bed was very comfortable , no bugs, clean bathroom and overall good enough that i felt comfortable to sleep there, and im very fussy.

It was only for one night but it was good! Good service! Noce comfortable room and beds! AC worked great! Hot shower with good water pressure!

Quite property, but need to work on housekeeping. First room they gave us had furballs and pet hair on floor. Changed to another room, mirrors streaky and unclean.

Some things hard to accept: a former..big hole on the bathroom door horribly patched up (at first from afar looked like vomit) see pic to believe. AC unit extremely dirty, you can tell has not been cleaned in years and spossibly moldy no to mention really really noisy. Bed skirt has to be the original from back of the days. Generally the room has been recently painted but the door lock and the entry door looks terrible. The room was however generally clean.

Very friendly. Breakfast included was coffee and a wrapped donut finger. Went to Wendy's instead. Otherwise met expectations. Cheers!
