Comfy beds, great pool, delicious breakfast, awesome water pressure in shower, and super friendly front desk staff. Room needs a light in middle area. Sitting on floor to play games with my granddaughter, it was hard to see even with all the available lights on. We almost moved the floor lamp to other side of sofa.

Highly recommend...the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was big and quiet, the breakfasts were great...overall a really nice place to stay!

Again a very nice hotel. However it was listed having a hot tub. When we arrived one did not exist. 2 times in 3 days we booked a hotel that was listed having a hot tub with one not at the hotel. Very disappointing. The rest of our stay was very nice.

Upon arrival. My check-in was seamless. I get to my room and notice there's no whirlpool tub as was describes in my reservation through Expedia. Premium channels were locked out (No HBO etc). There was streaming services but you have to put in your account info which I wasn't willing to do for security reasons. The Internet was free, but it's slow unless you're willing to pay 7.00 a night for high speed internet which isn't discussed up front. When I went on May 11th, the pool was closed until Memorial Day. There are concessions at the front desk but they're not special in any way and outrageously overpriced (4 modelos or 4 bud lights for 25.00, or 1 beer for 7.00). That's a hard sell with Outback steakhouse and a gas station in walking distance from the room. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly.

Hotel did not honor the reservation i paid for and placed a week in advance. They let a guest extend their stay instead. Initially downgraded from a King Suite w/ whirlpool to a queen dbl w/out tub and offered 20 in lobby food.

Everyone at the reception desk was helpful and lovely to work with.

The staff was exceptionally friendly especially the front desk. Coffee was always hot and the breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed.

Facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Location was ideal for our trip. After some very stressful days, having the Outback right there made it easy to get something to eat. Breakfast was the bare minimum. While the room was large a spacious, it lacked any privacy. There was no soda available in the market.

The only downsides were that the fridge in our room wasn’t very cold even on the max setting, and the free breakfast didn’t have a ton of variety in my opinion. Still, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I’d totally stay here again.

Door key cards kept failing, alarm clock went off in our room at 6 am and our daughter’s room at 4 am and 6 am! Extremely loud bar was a BIG problem and police had to be called.

I was disappointed when I asked if we could check in a little early, due to me driving 8 hours to attend a funeral that started at 3pm, check in time, it was 1115am. She said we were completely booked last night and I couldn't. The parking lot didn't seem packed, and she didn't seem to even try or care. We had to find someplace else to freshen up and change. Wasn't able to check in until late night, a waste of money. The next morning housekeeping was at the door at 930am, so when I arrived 1115am, no rooms available? The area wasn't bad, there was lots of places to eat or shop. The rooms were average, my towel had a long brunette hair on it that creeped me out. Luckily I bring my own. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was ok, the coffee was really good.

Microwave and refrigerator were handy and worked well, as did TV, charging ports, alarm clock/radio, and iron. Although I didn’t use them, the pool and gym looked well-maintained and inviting. Self-serve breakfast offered a tasty variety of the usual foods and their toppings: pre-made cheese omelets, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread for toast, bagels, scones, sweet rolls, oatmeal, dry cereals, yogurt, waffles, pancakes, fruit, milk, several juices. Coffee and teas were available around the clock in the lobby, where warm cookies were a nice surprise in the afternoon. All staff and workers were friendly, polite, helpful, clean, and busy at their work. Grassy areas and several “dog stations” equipped with bags and waste containers made walking my two dogs easy and convenient. Even though a few rude guests neglected to pick up after their pets, the grounds were clean and well maintained. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We have stayed here twice so far when visiting the area and we have no complaints. The location is convenient for everything we could need or want. The hotel itself is clean and standard. The breakfast is nothing exciting but it’s convenient and tasty enough. Will definitely stay here again. The staff are always friendly and personable and the rooms are clean. From our first step through the doors the woman who greeted us was absolutely incredible and kind. She went above and beyond to help us after a long car ride with our family. The room was extra large and super clean . We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the night. The women cleaning the rooms on our floor were the sweetest and we will definitely be planning our road trips around our future stays here in the future

They advertised there pool as an amenity, it was 90 plus degrees, when e got there from out of state the pool was closed apparently. They have a small refund, however that was the reason we chose the hotel. Very dissatisfied as we drove 14 hours to get there. Our kids were extremely disappointed. Would not go back there.

This was a good choice and overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very well situated to be within a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was served daily and while basic, was hot and tasty. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for inspection during our entire stay and that was not communicated as a possibility prior to booking or prior to arrival. Would have liked to have access to the pool as the weather was perfect pool weather.

Arrived for moms weekend for Elon. Outside of hotel looked like a war zone. Walked around the building trying to find a way in as front entrance looked unusable. There was a crane blocking the carport and yellow tape around parts of entrance. Not clearly marked how to enter hotel. When I entered the lady at the front desk was not very welcoming. Was told Fitness Center was closed. Room was clean, and they did have a decent hot breakfast in the morning.

Did not tel us the place was under construction (started a long time ago) and too late to make a change - pool and laundry out of order - which were 2 primary reasons for picking this property. Desk manager was eating a messy breakfast with personal computer in top of the work keyboard and a messy front desk.

Expedia you quoted me total fee inclusive of pet. Hotel charged me extra 75 taxes for pet. Unpleasant experience. Please advise on hw you can fix this.
