Nice and quiet older room. Nice breakfast.

The room was nice, we had two beds and and a sofa bed with a view of the water. The beds inside the room was full size. There is a table to eat on but only had two chairs. The bathroom was small and had no lock. The free breakfast was very good. You had the option to get a freshly made to order omelet. They had a lot of options to choose from. But be sure to get there early because when it is busy, a line forms and the dining room gets packed. There were a few issues when we stayed there. At night we called for more linens and pillows but did not received our request. They have nine floors, we stayed on the third floor. Conveniently there was a washer and dryer on our floor, but it was only one of each available. You are lucky to catch it when it is available to use. I checked the second and the fourth floor and I only saw an ice machine. The place is big, so I could be wrong, there might be more washing machines. Overall, I enjoyed staying there. I would recommend it.

The room was clean and had a lot of space to get around but the way it’s designed the AC vent does not go into the bedroom so it gets really warm. Also, the AC was not very strong. A few minor things in the room were broken/missing and the TVs are really bad. They have bad reception and no apps to watch Netflix or other streaming services, it is just poor reception cable. The breakfast in the morning was good and the trail outside by the Bay is really nice. I think it is worth it if you do not spend a lot of time in the room due to the great location and the trail being right there but the rooms are not very updated.

We stayed for one night. Most of the time it is great. This time the toilet would not fill with water. Therefore we could not even use the toilet and the sofa bed needs the mattress replaced.

Breakfast is great, parking can be an issue ($45 a day!). Good when not crowded.

June 10-12: I stayed for 3days and 2 nights. For me i got the best view. I was facing the bay. When i first entered the room, it was a little warm cause the sun was facing my room. Everything was clean and organized plus the room smells refreshing. So i closed the sliding door and closed the curtain to cool the room. First day i swam and relaxed. It was an indoor pool. I enjoyed the calmness of the pool area. Went back to the room but still warm as expected. My nephews said to just leave the sliding door open since we were on the higher level. And did that. For the staff they are knowledgeable and hospitable and kind. Breakfast was amazing.

The property is stunning. Small things that can be overlooked is the wind was terrible to the TV service but that was ok since the outdoors was beautiful. The shower head was a bit difficult to work with a little flooding in the tub. Again, small stuff easily overlooked since the property made up for all the beautiful views.

Everything thing was wonderful. Staff was amazing! The room was clean and had a beautiful view breakfast options were plenty. Only minor issue waa the window la in the hallway we’re not clean. I would definitely go back, beautiful atrium style.

First couple of hours in the room, I already noticed 4-5 bites on my son’s back. And when we checked out, he had a total of 10 bites. Please do some deep cleaning in each room. The rest of the staff were awesome as always.

The airport shuttle was very useful. On a couple occasions we asked for extra linens, only to never have them delivered, which was a pain. The hotel is also feeling a little tired. Some pretty significant wear in curtains and paint in public spaces, and the mattresses were some of the worst I've experienced in a Hilton property ever. They should have been replaced years ago.

I like the convenient location. It’s close to the airport. Shuttle is available. Waterfront view is nice.

The ac wasn’t fully functioning during our stay. We opened the balcony door to let the outside air and it is much better. The utilites are outdated like the ac unit but all in all this hotel is amazing and great stay always. Breakfast is also our favorite.

We enjoyed the pace of the suite and the view from the higher floor. The location was excellent and offered us easy access to the city, without 'city pricing'. The happy hour was 'cheesy', appetizers were mostly chips , but with mustard. Asked for salsa, but that was impossible, although LOTS of salsa was available for bfast. Happy hour was advertised until 6.30, but bartender shut down with a 'hard no' at 6.28. Little flexibility...

Cost to park was a disgrace - it would make me never come back. I couldn’t believe how expensive it was when you were already spending a lot to stay, and it wasn’t even especially secure

I found the staff to be exceptional on point and able to solve any issues with ease courteous greeted with smiles and assisted at every point how they recommend this hotel it's staff and personnel do an amazing job to make the stay an amazing stay

It's a beautiful property and the view was great. The airport is not overly loud and kind of cool to sit and watch. There were a lot of families with kids was it was still quiet enough to enjoy with my husband for a night out.

Very clean and nice property. I made a reservation for double beds and was not honored my reservation because the hotel overbooked there rooms. Where placed in a king size 1 bed only. Very disappointed!

The breakfast was really nice and perfect location to rest after a long international flight and a late arrival.

Good location for what we needed and fair price. The room view of the bay was beautiful. The bed seemed smaller than a queen and had stains on the sheets. The coffee pot didn’t work and neither did the AC so the room got very hot throughout the night.

The room was nice and comfortable but I booked two queen beds but they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch . Then we discovered that one of the tvs didn’t work.So I called the staff and they said they would send a technician but they never came. The breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no waffles. Overall it was a good stay and I think they just made a small mistake. So I would still recommend this hotel for most people.

There were way too many people at breakfast time (8:30) and there were several empty trays of breakfast items. Not enough sitting space for peole to sit and eat.

Hotel was hosting to conference ms this weekend and it was loud !!! Was unable to eat the breakfast lines were extremely long, music too loud , people screaming , long lines to elevators , unable to sit and enjoy the grounds and rude. I wish I would have known that they were hosting such large engagements I would have not reserved here . They played music all night unbelievable

This was a great place to stay with kids. The breakfast each morning was spot on, especially the omelettes. The lobby was itself an attraction, with the live trees, fish and water canals. Housekeepers were accommodating. When we needed extra time in the mornings, they actually came back later to straighten out the room. If you're looking to do activities in the city using public transportation as a main mode of travel, this may not be the place for you as one would not be able to walk to public transportation conveniently. Even so, overall our experience staying here was excellent and a perfect fit for my husband and our two kiddos.

this hotel's front desk staff yesterday (May 16, 2026) are totally incompetent and ignorant of their resposibility, I lined up at the front desk to check in, i booked for 2 rooms, (the 2nd room i paid extra for Lagoon view,) the first guys who we approached assisted us and checked us for 1 room, i was tired and tried to leave the front desk realized i need to be checked in for the second room, so i lined up again, another guy helped me and checked me in for the 2nd room, , when i enter my 2nd room, i found out the it is a regular room (not Lagoon view room) , i went down again , lined up at front desk and complain, and finally, got what I really booked and paid for. I'm a regular customer here, this time, I'm so disappointed , I will stay away from this hotel from now on.

The pool was murky and had an unpleasant smell, with hair and rubbish visible on the floor. There was nowhere to sit, and the area felt overcrowded. We asked staff for help managing a very disruptive group of teenagers and to check the water’s pH levels, but our concerns were dismissed. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children.

Inside is lavish and food is great. A good selection is prepared and you get a lot of options. Some freshly prepared live options are available.

I cancelled this reservation a week ahead of time and explained that due to a family situation, we would not be traveling to San Francisco. I was refused a refund.

It's a great hotel with amazing views. 5 minutes from the Airport and in South SF. My only complaints is not having a 24hr gym due to it being in the same area as the pool, but also charging for parking when a simple timed permit would do.

The pool needs to be updated as the small size is very evident when the hotel is packed with families. My children didn’t get a chance to swim as it was just way too crowded.

Our room had a stale cigarette smell so we pretty much kept the slider open for fresh air the whole time. The bathroom was dark and had a dingy feeling. We tried to order food at 930p, couldn’t figure out the menu and called front desk for help. She put us in touch with restaurant manager and he took our order and was amazing. The food was grossly over priced and good, just not great. The free breakfast made up for it and the selection was good. The $45 parking fee/night is outrageous and wasn’t advertised so we were surprised by the extra fee.

This property is uniquely located along the San Francisco Bay and once was the gem of the peninsula. In its hay day it was regarded as one of the finest hotels with extraordinary service, amenities, food, and views offered by any hotel conglomerate. However, due to a lack of maintenance and care it has started to become dilapidated. The faucets drip, the plumbing clangs, the doors slam, the bathroom tile is cracked, the hot tub is non-operational, the gym is sparce and the food is subpar. Thank goodness the view still hasn't changed. The staff is kind but that doesn't make up for the lack of amenities, poor and expensive cuisine, and the constant police response to the property for some unknown disturbance. The website shows photos of the property from an era that has long disappeared. This once exquisite property needs a refresh.

We always come to San Francisco and stay at the embassy suites; unfortunately the quality of the room we stayed was not great. The beds are horrible; we couldn’t sleep well, the AC was not working properly we had to get a portable heater to warm the room. The furniture on the room needs maintenance some chairs were faded and the suede or leather imitation was peeling. We went to the happy hour and we order a pizza that couldn’t eat because was all burned from the bottom. The only area that was great was the food at the breakfast time.

The standard charge for using the hotel car park (April 2026) is $45 which is absolutely ridiculous. This is not New York or central London, it's just a distant suburb of San Francisco. In a nation that cannot function without the car, increasing the cost of an overnight stay by a third just for parking is disproportionate and unacceptable.

The rooms had a bad smell, the walls had water damage, the tub was extremely dirty also the heater was off per management. The carpet was was extremely old and dirty The outside of the hotel looked better then the rooms inside

The staff and was very nice and very good Wonderful issue I had was the swimming pool. There’s no lifeguard there. Nobody monitoring those swimming pool and you have people diving and jumping in that can hurt someone if they man on when it says no diving, but they still do it.

First of all they went cashless did not know anything about that. Second of all they try to charge me $45 for parking the day I left … Nobody said anything I got a guest ticket to put in my car and they still try to charge me $45 I thought this was very dirty of them management trying to squeeze every penny they can and I won’t be coming back. I don’t see how you charge somebody for parking to staying at your property.

Location and view The bed Was very hard. The pillows were not cozy at all. Everybody had a hard time sleeping due to the hard beds. My son and my father and myself had little bites on our feet and neck. Not sure if it was bedbugs or spiders in the room. They allow pets at that hotel so hopefully the dogs coming in do not have fleas. But it’s possible.

If you have a car look into parking via spot here at Burlingame airport parking which is less than half of what the hotel charged and it is a nice little walk along the bay to get to the parking from the hotel.

Location is great - easy access to freeway. In house bar and dining was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom door opened directly into sleeping area vs hallway.

None of the staff members were smiling. The hot tub was dirty. While we were in the pool at 7am, there were no towels available. The maintenance guys left the side doors open causing the cold air to come in. When we asked where we can get towels, they didn’t even responded, and took out 5 towels. There were already 10 people in the room at this time. Carpet at 322 were stained. Same with the shower. Heater in the room was not working.

Everytime my husband and I stay in the Bay Area we stay at this hotel. We love it and the breakfast is fabulous.

Bait and switch, looks very nice online. Traveling with 5 people, The “suite” is two double beds that do not sleep two people each. One pullout couch and no option for a cot. The restaurant was bad. The pool is tiny and was packed with people to the point that my kids didn’t even want to get in. Paper thin walls so you’ll be up all night hearing other guests and the planes.

The room was not clean, pretty run down.. pull out bed had stains smeared along with crumbs, shower head sprayed on the ceiling and subsequently dropped on you, fooor was stained and gross. We, a family of 4, like the room layout and the breakfast was awesome. However, the room was very hot and there was no option to turn the AC on. We didn’t sleep quite well.

The front desk team truly stands out. They are consistently professional, caring, and responsive. During this stay, my mother (who has Alzheimer’s) misplaced a treasured cosmetic bag, and the front desk worked with housekeeping to safely return it to us. We were incredibly grateful. On a previous visit, they also kindly accommodated a late checkout when she wasn’t feeling well, which meant a lot to our family. The ADA room we booked this time was perfect for my senior parents—spacious, safe, and felt more updated than the standard queen room we stayed in before. The shower was especially nice. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room made everything very convenient. Despite the cold weather, the pool was warm and well-maintained. Breakfast was another highlight with great variety and efficient, friendly staff. We also loved the cocktail hour and relaxing koi pond atmosphere. Overall, this is our top choice for family staycations. The service, especially from the front desk, consistently makes us feel cared for and at home. We look forward to returning again.

The property is a bit worn in places — there are some paint chips, and parts of the shower floor were missing — but overall it was still a nice stay. My partner actually felt that some of the wear added to its charm.

Rooms was clean and the Buffett was amazing and well stocked.

The wait for the room was over and hour and a half. We arrived at 4pm check in time. The tv did not work it kept switching channels on its own. The room keys kept deactivating. There were no towels at the swimming pool area, no happy hour as we missed it waiting for a room. Tv was swapped out for a different tv that did not work.

At my check out they hotel over charged me more than 800 dollars and that cost me to get my CC blocked. I had to call them may times about it but they didn’t care. They hang up on me all the time. Finally 5 days later they sent me my money back but never called back to explain why they did it when I asked so many times.

The beds were uncomfortable. The climate would not go cooler in the room so we had to have the sluder door open all night and it was super nosey due to the airport. The toilet handle was also broken

We stayed two nights and were impressed by how thoughtful and welcoming the experience was. The warmly heated indoor pool is fantastic, even in winter, and the evening cocktail hour is a small touch that makes a big difference for guests. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with fresh made-to-order omelets and very efficient, attentive staff. Multiple guests we encountered shared how much they love returning here, whether for birthdays, anniversaries, or family getaways, and it’s easy to see why. The open seating areas feel more like a resort than a traditional airport hotel. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are very well soundproofed and quiet. The staff, especially at the front desk, were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Having stayed at many Bay Area hotels across Hyatt, Marriott, and local properties, this is easily one of our top choices for its convenient location, fair pricing, and family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back

There was a Spanish speaking cleaning lady who kept knocking on my door on 8th floor on Jan. 28th who interrupted my business meeting and after 5 minutes door knocking opened the door with her key and demanded to know when she could clean the room. When I said I don’t know when my meeting would end, she said she has to know otherwise she wouldn’t clean it. Sure enough the room was not cleaned when I got back after 8:00pm. Another Asian house-keeping lady also refused to help when I got locked out of my room. I am quite disappointed at the service level. There’s definitely room for improvement in staff training and services.

Breakfast selection was not as big as Huntsville nor the staff as attentive. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fabulous. I love Embassy suites and try to always book with them.

I stayed in room 902 the furniture and beds are tired ,the paint was peeling off of the tub when I came out of the shower there was paint chips stuck on the bottom of my feet , there was pink stains on the lip of the tub , the sheer curtains were torn , the area reps need to come in here and inspect this property it’s gone downhill

Was very pleased with our stay here. There are limited dining options I found when you are without transportation, but that’s a personal problem and not in the hotel. We found great food at Max’s which is within walking distance. The hotel was great! I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Maintenance supervisor or lead had lack of customer service, asked if someone had a jump started they just answer noboby has one and just kept walking not even stopping to see if there was another way to help.

Room was clean but I wish they would update their mattresses and pillows. You expect hotel quality fluffy pillows and good mattress which they lacked in both.

They upgraded my room without me understanding. The clerk barely spoke English and ended up charging me almost double. I should have prepaid with Hotels.com. Instead of at the hotel. Feel like I was victim of Bait and Switch.

Rooms feel neglected, super hot in the rooms with no way to control the temperature as it is centrally controlled.

The view of the bay is gorgeous and really nice to be able to open the door and get some fresh air in! My dogs enjoyed it but the puppy had a problem because she's never been in a hotel so it was challenging to get her in the elevator and to walk on the marble - she's learning so it's nice that they allow dogs. Parking fee: this is over the top, the parking lot is not secure and you self park but pay $45 per night. I thought it was included and was told different at check in, we were late and it sounded like they would comp a night but indeed they did not. The rooms could use a little updating but the atrium is gorgeous and so beautifully decorated during the holidays! Overall it was a nice stay just a bit expensive and parking should be a lot less and or included I mean come on there wasn't even security or a gate and no valet option!!!!

Breakfast is delicious and better than other Hotel.

The hotel is older but the rooms are huge and comfortable. The cons are the fact that we could not adjust the thermostat so we were very warm and were forced to keep the sliding door open throughout the night. Also the bathrooms are tiny and the water pressure is not the best in shower. Overall, we REALLY enjoyed our stay here and really loved the surrounding area.

Beds were uncomfortable so was the sofa bed. Pillows were flat. The rug looked dirty and old. There were signs of termites eating away at the bathroom door frame there was a hole.

Double beds are too small for 2 people. Pool had way too many chemicals in it. There were a lot of kids swimming with out adults present. The hotel is crowded and very busy. Breakfast lines were very long and the wait was over 20 minutes to get ready made omelets. Beautiful veiws and a nice location. Feont desk was helpful. Bartender was not the most people person type.

Great hotel the rooms need a little bit updating. The TVs are out of date, but the room are clean and comfortable. I only negative is parking is pretty expensive. I was charged $55 for overnight.

Embassy Suites By Hilton is always my Go To Stay. This was one of my first loves and itbstill holds up. We had a great time, all amenities we're avaliable the staff was exceptional and the View of the Bay and "The City" ( That's San Francisco for all you Out of Towners) is One of a Kind on this Planet!

Love the room with the bay view. Ambient may need some improvements. Room scent can be more refreshed. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Excellent for staycation or layover. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is a plus for water play and relaxation. Overall great place to be.

the heater in the room when turned on was incredibly loud an obnoxious, called front desk to report at 530 pm maintenance came as i was leaving for an event at 6pm let him in and i left the room for event. came back at 11pm to find the heater was not fixed and no note or communication. room was really cold and heater could not be used very unhappy.

It was almost impossible to sleep. Whatever party happening in the ballroom was going strong til after 11 pm and despite having to sign an agreement not to have a party the room either next to us or above us was raging loudly until after 4 am. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Heater in room didn’t work. If not for neck Thermacare and my own heating pad and your extra blanket would never have gotten to sleep which is already challenging due to chronic pain. Used hot tub hot tub but not real hot. And there were kids

The room was freezing cold and thd heat never came on . They had to bring up a portable heater to warm it up a little. Disappointed I have stayed in other embassy suites and they were fine. Also empty cocktail glasses were left in the hallway from the time we checked in until after we left. Poor housekeeping standards. And the staff cleaned the rooms next to where the glasses were in the floor.

Loved the free breakfast and complimentary drinks. This hotel is also a good location if you don't want to be in the city. It is close enough to San Francisco but feels safe. It was really nice to walk along the bay. Hotel is beautiful on the inside with a botanical garden feeling. Our room had some minor things like the shower head wasn't fully bolted on the wall and one of the cabinets was falling apart. Plus the water pressure sucks but that's expected with hotels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We also didn't have time to enjoy the pool or jacuzzi but it looked really nice!

- Rude front desk people. - Broken toilet in room not fixed until third call to front desk. We finally had to go down to the front desk to tell them to fix it. - Bathroom sink drained poorly and was not fixed. - This is the same Embassy Suites from the 1980's. Same furniture. - You don't get daily housekeeping -- including towel replacement automatically unless you beg. - The breakfast was OK but the tables were not bused and wiped. As a result, the tables quickly became a dirty, sticky mess. - The $45 daily fee for parking was a pure ripoff. The lot was unattended and overflowing. However the WORST issue was that on the last night of our stay there was a party in the Atrium. The hotel had rented out the space for the party. An electronically amplified five piece Mariachi band played until 11:00 resonating throughout the entire hotel. It was impossible to sleep. In the past I have stayed at the Embassy Suites many times. I will not do so again.

It was cold. There was a corner of the room that looked moldy, dirty, dusty. Not enough trash cans. Ran out of toilet paper and hand soap. On top of that my daughter either got bed bites or rash from the beds. The first morning she slowly had bumps on her legs, which eventually later appeared everywhere

Painter’s tape all around the bathroom walls where they meet the ceiling. Bathroom sink drain clogged. Shower head spraying water towards ceiling. Two chairs extremely worn out. When concerns were reported, front desk staff acted nonchalantly. Out of frustration, I did not pursue with hotel manager, who was not accessible.

I tried calling the front desk over the weekend and no one answered. When I finally reached someone on Saturday night, the receptionist said maintenance would come by, but they never showed up. Also, the smoking area shouldn’t be right in front of the lobby entrance. With that said, we still had fun and enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast was good, and there are definitely positive aspects to the property. With some updates and attention to service, this could be a great hotel.

The only thing we didn’t like was the sofa bed – if you need an extra sleeping place, the mattress is very hard and you can feel every bar underneath. The pillows also need to be replaced with firmer ones – next time we’ll probably bring our own. Still, this hotel is definitely recommended! The location is perfect, with parks, cafes, and everything you need just nearby.

The beds were really hard and "bouncy" and the pillows were flat. I did not sleep well. The pullout that my son slept on had a metal bar right through the middle which he felt in his back all night because of the very thin mattress. Other than that, it was okay. The breakfast was very standard, nothing special. We enjoyed the view of the bay and the walking path was nice for our dogs.

We had an issue with guests next to us being extremely noisy. I attempted to call the desk several times and it was ignored. Finally spoke to a manager but nothing came of it. They continued to be noisy the rest of the day and the second night we were there as well.

The SF Waterfront Embassy Suites was the best hotel experience I’ve had ever. The view of the San Francisco Bay was breathtaking, and the facilities and staff were top-notch.

Room was good. TV did not work. Restaurant staff is always good and so is the food. Still trying to figure out why I pay $45 to park in an unsecured lot and get to schlep my stuff from the car. What happened to bell service? Would have parked in front to unload but there were buses there with flight crews in the way.

Great Hotel, beautiful place, very clean, room comfortable. The only frustration was the only restaurant/bar at the Hotel, it closed at 6.30pm and there was no any food available to purchase. We had to go out to eat dinner, and when we came back it was not parking space available. Very inconvenient.

The room I got was large and very comfortable. Once your inside it is peaceful and quiet. The complimentary early breakfast was high quality and their large bar room is nice. But you must go out to the many restaurants in the neighborhood to find high-style dining.

Staff was great, room was nice and clean. A little odd for an embassy suites but there were children running up and down the isle for quite a while. Doesn’t seem as upper end as it used to be.

They offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was very crowded so we didn’t end up having it. They also provide complimentary drinks in the afternoon, but service ends at 5:30 pm, so we missed that as well. As a stopover hotel near the airport, it’s an excellent choice — convenient, comfortable, and overall a pleasant stay.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. While the rooms are generally clean, they are not well maintained. There is visible water damage, a musty smell of mildew, and very little ventilation in the space.

Staff was friendly the breakfast is good pool is usually crowded with kids so if your an adult don’t plan on getting in the pool. Rooms need an upgrade furniture is dirty to were you won’t want to sit on carpet is sticky don’t walk barefoot on it. The beds were clean and ocean view is good. Over all they need to upgrade the furniture can’t bring it back to life.

Comfortable room and good breakfast.

Upon arrival, the staff changed our room from two queen beds to one king bed. She also asked for a $200 deposit through our card. Parking was extra. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight and there was no one at the front desk. We never received an invoice/bill. We called the customer service about getting our invoice but the automated service kept on disconnecting us.

They could have the bar open a bit later for evenings or room service for it other than that my stay was very memorable

I have a list of things I was unhappy with this Embassy location. 1. I was given a card key that didn’t work at all and I was unable to get to my room let alone access the elevator. 2. I needed a hair dryer because there was no dryer in the room and I called the reception desk to ask for one when finally was provided the dryer didn’t work. I called front desk 3 times to ask for a replacement and the three times I was told someone in house keeping will be bringing a new dryer. That never happened I just got tired of asking I left it alone. 3. Parking!! Was terrible I never found parking right away I had to drive around at least for 20 minutes looking for parking.

The person that checked me in, was thoughtful, kind and genuinely cared that I was there, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. My room was on the bay side where the planes take off And landed. It was pretty quiet, appliances such as tv’s coffee maker were reasonably new, bed was soft and comfy although the pillows were a little too soft. My stay definitely exceeded my expectations, the $45.00 parking fee I believe should be reduced for disabled peoples such as I. But when I am in San Francisco next, I will make it my first choice to stay there.

I liked the hotel but the beds felt like we were trying to fall asleep on squishy cardboard. WE COULD NOT FALL ASLEEP the king size bed was so uncomfortable. Both of us tossing and turning. Think I finally fell asleep at 3am or so. I told the front desk they said sorry we will remodel next year. Never again until they remodel.

Ice machine too far for elderly parents. Snack kiosk out of order, washer/dryer on our floor out of order, unable to connect to wifi, unable to help event guest on another floor take decor to room as unable to reach floor by elevator.

The rooms were clean and the lobby was well maintained, but several issues made the overall stay disappointing. The mattresses were extremely worn, with springs that could be felt through them, making sleep uncomfortable. Staffing also appeared to be inadequate, as the tables in both the breakfast area and the outdoor patio were sticky and left uncleaned. The air conditioning system functioned only intermittently, adding to the discomfort. Breakfast service was also poorly managed, with an excessively long line at the omelette station. Opening a second counter would greatly improve speed and convenience for guests.

I stayed at this hotel twice, the first time there was a wedding so hotel was very crowded & loud. I thought I would give it second chance. The second time it was even worse. Walls are thin we could hear the loud people. Even though it is supposed to be non-smoking rooms, the people next to our room were smoking weed non-stop, the strong smell was coming to our room and to the entire hallway. It made us feel nauseous as non-smokers. cleanliness was average, a bit run down and outdated. Breakfast time is also overcrowded, no place to sit. I would not stay here again

Despite saying that the rooms had extensive soundproofing, I heard snoring the first night that I was there, and people talking quietly the second night. I would say that it's no better than any other room I've been in.

Pull up couch makes to much noise and is pretty uncomfortable, remote controls were not working properly and some items were disconnected.

Nice, clean, open layout, ample parking, well-maintained large suites, just 5 minutes south of the SFO airport, shuttle service, free bkrfst cooked to order, good value for the $ for a 4-star.

The Parking! $45 a night! We parked at the Double Tree down the road using SpotHero for less than half. The breakfast was good, and the bonus reception good. The cleaners do a great job cleaning the room every day.

That being said, the room itself could use some attention. The beds were noticeably sunken in from wear, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty on arrival. Small details like that make a big difference in comfort. Overall, the setting and amenities are great, but the room upkeep leaves something to be desired.

Our stay was magical! It was so cool to wake up to the view of the bay. In the morning, part of us would wake up early just so we could walk out by the bay and get photos of the sunrise. Breakfast was so good! I loved my custom omelettes. The atrium with the coy fish was gorgeous! The staff were super friendly. The only things I was initially taken off guard was the $100 deposit per room per night and the $45 nightly parking fees… only because we weren’t my expecting it… everything else, like I said was magical… such wonderful visit!!!

The bed was not great, and you have to pay for wifi. Come on, this is 2025, and its $45 per night to park in a parking lot that i already rented a room from. Other than that, it was good!

Location and view key factor. Breakfast could stand some improving.

This is a decent hotel, I liked the view of the airport and the planes taking off and landing, but the carpet is very off and I think this hotel needs a renovation, but I liked the breakfast and the location too

The AC is centrally controlled and it’s not the best! But other than that the hotel is a good one in terms of location and amenities!

Good hotel just parking super expensive

When I arrived to check in on my 2 day stay they informed me they had over booked my first night stay Aug 6, and offered me that they would send me to a different hotel…. I was so flustered because I booked and paid for both the Aug 6 and Aug 7 in advance that I ask for a full refund.. for people coming from a different state to San Francisco. It is not the easiest town to just navigate around for the hotels convenience of over booking their hotel. I was traveling alone with five kids. and to be put out of my room did I paid for in advance was very wrong.
