My Stay here started alright my room pretty clean and has the essentials. With the exception of the doors to the outside not being secure. I booked two nights great price.. I requested a non-smoking room because cigarette smoke to me is repulsive. NonSmoking is smoke free I thought but unfortunately not the case here with no other rooms available I had to leave. The front desk could offer me no relief not a credit not refund nothing so basically I stayed in the room for 1 night for the paid of 2. I had to still make arrangements for another night at another hotel entirely. Sad I didn’t even know people still smoked inside establishments.

I had no parties or people over just worked and slept no reason to be rude to me, wouldn't go back

Very clean facilities and very nice staff. The location is great since you are literally just minutes away from FtWorth. The lightning was dark in the places like in front of the mirror.

Room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the countertop had something disgusting on it. The bedding was burnt and stained. When we approached the staff they were rude and refused to help. I asked for extra pillows and was denied. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and bedding for myself. They refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere. I’ll never stay there again…

I have a double room but people complain about my service when they was loud I didn't like the double the room at I would have like single room with jacuzzi

Wasn’t terrible but the people staying next to me played movie super loud at 2:30 am and people think it’s a good idea to put all their trash outside their door. I guess that’s the type of people that get a cheap hotel.

The staff blames guests for their key cards not working but the technology is older than me. The place smells awful and is full of drug users and smokers. Staff says you can’t put the key card near your phone or wallet and they never work regardless. Gr

Lots of places close by to eat and shop. Hotel could stand to be remodeled. It's a bit dated compared to the other hotels in the area.

Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Clean room, extra of anything we needed was available. Nothing we can think of.

I like that was close to my family members we were visiting. I completed the stay in the App only to get ti location and privileged complete it again. It appears booking.com & the hotel were not on the same page. We didn't feel safe with the back door being unlocked the entire stay.

I chose the location for convenience. I chose the location for my birthday. The room was noisy. The ceiling looked disgusting.

The host was rude and told me not to rebook when he gave me the wrong room and blamed me for it

My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it had a cigarette smoke smell present and then as I went to lay down more smoke came from the air vents. Possibly meaning the “smoking rooms” are too close to non-smoking hotel rooms! It was terrible!

The customer service was rude and I was charged for my entire state even though I refused to sleep there.

It was dirty, the beds were not comfortable, we took our small dog (who never barks and is very well behaved) I was told to not bring her through the lobby and to take the side door in and out. The said door didn't have a working key entry and was unlocked for anyone to just open. There was MOLD in the air-condition visible in the vents. In the parking lot was a syringe and needle. There were no vending machines. Just a really bad stay all around!

Shower didn’t work. Room smelled like chemicals. Stains on the bed sheets. There were ants both alive and dead. Walls were thin. Neighbors in adjacent room sounded like they were murdering one another.

The hotel was promising at first. Check in was great. There was a strong, but pleasant smell in the lobby. It was hot when we were there and the A/C was perfect! Our room maintained very cold temperatures. The smell in the lobby carried throughout the hallways and became overpowering and caused a headache. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The walls were dirty, the toilet seat was dirty, the floor was dirty. It looked like every time the wall got dirty, they just slapped a new coat of paint on them. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, so you couldn't close it all the way to take a shower. There were pincher bugs in the shower and someone else's long dark hair. There were dead bugs in the hallways. The exterior doors did not lock so anyone could get in. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel is in need of major updates. There is no elevator. There is no pool as indicated on the website.

I had asked for a pet friendly room on the ground floor due to a disabled child with a service dog. I ended up sleeping in my car with the service animal and child as they put us on the 2nd floor by a stairwell. There was no elevator. My sister slept in the room with my other children and she woke up covered in bedbug bites. The front desk claimed there was no bedbugs, but her whole lower half was covered in bites.

It was the worst room I ever stayed in. It was the most uncomfortable and restless night I've ever had. I have pictures of the disrepair but unfortunately I can not take pics of odor. Something needs to be done. I had high hopes with the Wyndham name but was sorely let down. Thank you.

First, there are pool hours posted on doors and a directional sign for pool in Lobby. Per manager, no pool for several years. There was an odor of mold in my room. There were chips of paint missing off walls. There was puckering of paint near shower in bathroom. A large piece of ceiling had peeled off. There were brown stains on the walls (in my room and in hallway). I asked for a cot for my bonus grandson. I was told that they didn’t have one (it was offered to me for him 3 weeks earlier). The next morning, I saw one in the early morning hours in the laundry room (where they wash towels). I slept in a chair that night. I moved the chair so I could use my CPAP and found food on the floor. The shower had grab bars all over the place but nothing to keep from slipping on the floor of the tub. I have some bruises from the grab bars from slipping in the tub. My last night, the person who had the other half of my suite (a person I didn’t know) kept me up most of the night coughing. They took a bad trip (I was in town for my granddaughter’s funeral) and made it worse.

The front desk staff was nice but it was very odd having a lady and man that works there just standing outside in the parking lot staring at you like you did something wrong. Who does that?? The railing on the stairs in the back was unsteady I almost fell so if you stay there be careful going down those stairs

Well, the coffee was almost clear. Could not drink it so I poured it out and got a juice. Same thing, lightly colored water no flavor. There was a gallon jug of milk with about a half cup of milk in it. So, just went down the road to eat!

We only had 1 night in the family suite. But it was very roomy and clean. We were very impressed with the room and wish we'd had more time to spend there. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and all through the day and night there was the most loud construction going on in all of the rooms around us. Asked them to move us away from it and they just simply said no. We were kept up all hours of the night with banging and loud talking from construction workers. Will never recommend this place

Due to renovations, the room itself wasn't too bad, but the property smelled bad as soon as you walked in as if they were trying to mask an undesirable smell. Pool was not open and apparently hadn't been in a while. The breakfast wasn't very impressive. The staff was not very helpful or friendly either.

Terrible experience, false advertising. No pool, rock hard beds, hide a bed mattress with springs ready to break through the vinyl top. And sleeping on the cushions was no better. What a waist. Not even a 6/10. More like a 1/10.

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke and dirty feet, our room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, door didn’t lock properly, back and side doors didn’t lock so anyone could come in, people standing at back entrance smoking pot, dirty condoms laying around outside, housekeeping staff knocking on your door early and if you didn’t respond the first knock they try to let them selves in, and then after saying no thank you I’m good they still try to come in and try to change and clean things

Room obviously wasn't clean, pool has apparently ben closed for 2 years and they blamed it on the previous owner. Spoke with the front desk about my dissatisfaction and they blamed it on the previous owner and Expedia. How does that make any sense?! They obviously do not clean between bookings.

The whole place was horrible looking and misinterpret the real looks of property. Room flooded in the middle of the niight and no one came until check out time. Ruid all my clothes and everything. Then no refund and blamed me when i was asleep. I got a law suite thanks to my pictures. Do not recommend going there ever again.

Reservation was paid for and supposed to be Pet Friendly. When arrived charged $45.00 per day for pet fee. Not listed before or after reservation made and paid for. No place safe for pets to use the bathroom Clerk stated to use grass at the Hotel next door for pet

Good room. 2 good beds. Breakfast with oatmeal and Hostess donuts. Ground floor, but no outside entrance to room, so safer!

Gentlemen who checked me in wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant. Big sign at the desk warning customers to not use illegal drugs there. Strong smells in hallways, sometimes a cigarette smell. No elevator yet I was put upstairs despite checking in early evening with hardly any cars in the lot. Hair left in the shower from former customers. Basic room with microwave and small fridge, which was okay. Bed wasn't the worst I've ever slept on, but my back hurts after sleeping on it for a couple of days. No bed bugs found. Room was quiet, motel location is convenient, however it's right next to an airport so occasional noise from there. Not the worst experience, but there are better options for the same price right nearby.

Room had a strong smell of smoke. Room had stains all over room. Lastly I was kept up all night from noise from the room on the second floor.

The room was nice, clean. No way to turn the shower on. Very strange. Bed was a little to firm. Overall nice place to stay.

They had no hot breakfast. Just continental. I wish they’d said that in the app. Also, most of the front desk personnel need to work on speaking abs understanding English.

It's was comfortable nobody in the parking lot

Honestly i did have a great experience with the costumer service. He was very apologetic in circumstances which cut him off from giving us attention. Very attentive and solved our needs. I thought it was going to be more expensive, considering holidays, but we got way below budget. No issues were found. Couldve been a cleaner bathroom but i went to dollar store to get me cleaning stuff and taking care of the problems.

A good place to stay that's medium priced. However. I stayed in a nonsmoking room and had smoke smells coming in from the room below me. Wish smoking rooms were on the second floor.

The room itself was very nice. One bench could use more cleaning, however everything else was very presentable and clean. I enjoyed a comfortable King size bed along with stainless sheets and blankets. The lobby area was also clean, yet I did not try their breakfast bar. My focus was more on sleep and relaxing, which was accomplished. I would stay here again and recommend to others. The parking lot did not have sketchy people and there was no smell of marijuana in the air compared to other places. My stay here was comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn't ask for more!

Amazing energy

If you expect this to be a Marriot property and quality - don’t. It’s very sketchy; hallway and room reek of stale cigarette smoke; office equipment doesn’t work properly; requested several times to run my card again because it didn’t work, although I paid in advance through Expedia And never gave them my card. Clerk kept my ID card for nearly 30 minutes, trying to check me in - finally made a copy of it and gave it back to me. No elevator, only stairs. Air conditioner condenser coils sitting out in hallway. Key to room didn’t work - had to go back downstairs to get assistance. The door is loose and must be held flush to the frame in order to get key to activate (very tricky and janky). Sign at desk says this is some other hotel company operating under an agreement with Super 8 by Marriot. Pass this one by - it’s not worth the discount.

As hotel its about everything you'd expect it to be, does its job well enough for the price your getting. Hotel staff is verry friendly and helpfull though! I'd suggest having a car available to you, cause outside of a nearby mcdonalds and a few assorted stores, there's little nearby in walking distance. Overall, a verry nice stay. Though one caveat, it was tough communicating with room-service/cleaning staff. They were friendly enough, of course, but unless if you spoke spanish your mostly down to miming what you intended to say.
