Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. It was also spacious. Complimentary breakfast was very nice indeed, with a variety of hot and cold foods in good quantity. I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was ok. We only ate Saturday, but it was good and fresh. The property was clean and staff were very friendly and pleasant. Our room was comfy and clean. No pests seen. Parking was easy and plentiful! I would stay here again!

Breakfast was a little more limited than other hotels we had just been to (no pot of oatmeal, just instant), but still offered scrambled eggs and ham and other things. This hotel is pretty close to a major freeway so noise is definitely a factor to consider if you're a light sleeper.

I was disappointed that the hot tub is not kept heated. You have to request use of it at least 30 minutes in advance because that’s how long it takes to warm up the water. They only heat the whirlpool upon request. Also, the whirlpool water looked dirty.

Room has a diesel mechanic smell to it and I was woken up by front desk at 7am after checking in late the night before because the signature pad didn’t capture my signature. Not staying here again for sure .

Prefect stay everything was clean and organized.

Parking is full but I would say that just shows how great this place is! Pool was clean and ready to use it’s indoor but not heated. The suite was clean with no issues. The breakfast area was very well stocked and clean. We stay here every time we are in town and will continue to do so. Staff is nice and will greet you as soon as you walk in 😃

This hotel is spotless and the staff was 100/10 wonderful. The guy that checked us in was super friendly and welcoming. Also, My husband lost his AirPod at the pool. I asked the desk if anyone turned it in. The lady at the desk said no but that she would be closing the pool soon and she would look for it. Well, she found it in the jacuzzi and called us that night to return it. Very grateful that she went the extra mile for us. Fantastic customer service all around. We will be back for the next gymnastics competition.

Room and a terrible smell. The bathroom smelled worse. After a few minutes in the shower, you were standing in water. By the end of a ten minute (or less) shower, the tub was nearly full of water.

Location is near the different destinations on my itinerary. Breakfast was average, the waffles are always good, the eggs were good, more morning/breakfast pastries would be nice, most were gone before breakfast hours were over. The ham served on a few of the mornings was lacking in flavor. Snacks and soft drink selections are limited.

The manager is grumpy and talks to you as if you were 2yrs old. We also requested a wheelchair accesible room and my wheelchair did not fit past the door. Overall I need a refund for the first week and subpar for the. Second week.

Beautiful, clean hardwood floors. Huge full size mirror in closet door made it more spacious and excellent to have for getting ready! Nice breakfast all fresh and better than most. Friendly staff that made you feel welcome.

Room was very clean. We arrived late at night and booked it last minute. The lady at the desk was friendly and informative. At breakfast the food was exactly as expected for free breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I was passing through.

Overall, my stay was decent. 3 things rhat were bothersome. Layjng in bed watching a TV and spotted a june bug crawling on the comforter. No worries, I rehomed it. There is definitely mold on the showerhead (Room 311). Lastly, the body wash was leaking from the bottle attached to the wall, so I nearly slipped on the body wash puddle that had formed .But customer service was good, nice aized room and the mattress and pillows were comfortsble.

The lady at the front desk(i'm so upset i forgot to ask her name) helped us tremendously. My elderly mom booked rooms but i thought she didn't (shame on me) so i booked the same rooms before going inside. I was driving. This lady actually took the extra effort to get in touch with the GM(its company policy) to ask if i contacted the 3rd party booking company they would approve the refund. Mind you, we DID and WERE staying there. But my booking was a better deal(room choices). It took some work on my side, more than theirs but they did do what they said. They approved her refund. Again, it was a double booking situation. I wouldn't have expected that if we didn't stay. That was our 1st night on a 6 night trip. We learned our lesson and because of her and that GM, we will talk about this hotel for years to come. Excellent staff. Rooms were also great. But customer service is a big deal to someone who works in customer service and know this could have went a different way and rightfully so. It was after all, my mistake. But i'm so glad we stayed there. Its a fantastic place! Zero complaints! Thank you!!

This morning at 7:45 am the carbon monoxide alarm started chirping in my room and startled me. I called the front desk and it took them 20 minutes to come to my room 4 doors down the hall to change out the alarm. There was no sense of urgency to correct the problem.

Clean beds, clean bathrooms, clean lobby. Not much to complain about . The only thing is that breakfasts were seriously lacking. There didn’t seem to be anyone to keep food available till 9:00am. There also didn’t seem to be anyone to wipe down the tables. Not sure why but they may just have been short staffed.

We enjoy the proximity of this hotel to family, the size of the rooms are large. I did have to ask for additional towels for a two day stay. When we checked out, after searching for 30 minutes for a luggage cart we had to make multiple trips down to the ground floor and to our vehicle because other guests had taken the carts to their rooms and didn’t return them. The front desk and cleaning staff had no clue where or how long they had been gone or if they would be available. We traveled floor to floor looking, it was annoying. We’ve stayed here at least 4 times and it may be time to try the other hotels next door.

planned a bday party for my daughter 1 adult 5 girls staying 9 girls in total 4 of the girls were not staying the night only there to do cake and gifts then we’re leaving after b day activities. the manager approached me and told me that it was a hazard and only 6 people could be in the room at any given time i would have to ask some to leave. i couldn’t do that i would have felt horrible picking and choosing . i told her they were all not staying just celebrating for a few hours she did not car and proceeded to call her boss. it was very embarrassing i offered to book an additional room yo maybe split everyone up but she said i would have to book two new rooms since we already were in this room . we packed everyone up and moved them back to the house . super sad had been planning this for a few eeeks have had multiple bday parties this way bc they could swim and enjoy themselves. i knew the manager was not so nice from the minute i checked in. way to go and ruin a kids b day party but a creepy guy could wander around with open containers of beer. she said nothing. the floors were so dirty the girls feet were black in that short amount of time . this will be the last time we book here

I did see a fresh paint sign on the wall but it smelled horrible like old wet carpet. Someone wasted pretzels in the hallway and stepped over them so there was a a mess in the hallway. The bed was comfortable and room was ok.

Just the usual older hotel. Nothing special. Yet the fee for ONE night was over $160. This hotel should cost no more than $100, and that is pushing it. Way overpriced. Better to drive a little further to find more reasonable prices. Will not be staying here again due to overpricing.

We were attending a wedding in Burleson and chose this motel due to location. We were pleased with the staff and the atmosphere at this motel. Would stay here again.

I thought I booked a 2 queen bed suite and they said I didn't. Your customer service was not helpful and I stayed on the phone for over an hour to not get a resolution. I don't think I'm booking through you all again.

We enjoyed our stay at the BW Burleson. The rooms was clean and maid service great. The breakfast opptions were good: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. The pool and hot tub could have been warmer but were clean and not overly crowded. I'd suggest asking for a room on the back-side of the hotel to minimize the trafic noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Pros: In unit fill fridge and stove top, dishwasher and microwave. There is a free laundry room for guests. The breakfast is much better than most hotels. Pet friendly and non smoking. There is at least one fireplace in the common area and and outside place for a fire. The hotel staff is friendly and the cleaning and cook staff go above and beyond. Very clean. You do feel that they care about your stay. Cons: The kitchen is so compact that the microwave door would not open all the way, it hits the refrigerator, and the fridge is already as far over as it can go. The outside of the property should be picked ip daily. No doggie bags in the doggie bag dispensers. Staff smokes near outside doors. More expensive than similar hotels. As usual, if you have pets it is harder to get the room ckeaned.

Leslie at the front desk was excellent!! There was another night staff member who had quite an attitude which was frustrating. The hot tub definitely needed to be more hot. The fitness room was way too hot, it was cooler in the hallway! A fan in front of the treadmill would have been nice or being able to put the AC up just when I was in the room would have been a good idea. Overall a good hotel for the price.

Very uncomfortable. She said there were Complaints about the door being slammed But the outside exit door at the end of the hallway was the one we were also hearing We use to stay here often , so I was disappointed

Awesome experience. In town for a family member funeral. The way we were treated and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms made it much easier to bear.

One of the best hotel stays and experiences we've had and I have to say the breakfast options were the best we've seen.

I will add that there was a massive black stain of some sort on our bedsheets and even the pillow slips. Maybe replace those next time instead of throwing the comforter on top of them. Also, the person that checked me in informed me that they can and will raise people's incedental fee from $100 to $250 based on your appearance or how you smell before even entering the room so that was interesting. Lastly while I was checking out, the person who I assume was the manager walked off and made me stand there while he "checked the room." I've stayed in many hotels and never had that happen before. Hotel management seems very mistrusting which made me nervous I'd get blamed for the sheet stain but luckily all was well. You probably won't have any issues staying here on your way through Burleson, but it might be the kind of place you'd want to take pictures of any pre-existing room damage before checking out.

Staff friendly and clean. Just wish they would replace toilet paper in bathroom when there is just a half of a roll. There should always be 2 rolls, you never know if you’re going to need it. I had to go to store and buy some because it wasn’t getting replaced. I really don’t want to have to pack it. Otherwise love the place.

Noisy - very slippery floor in handicapped bathroom. Less than ideal breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel twice previously and it was always amazing. When we checked in yesterday the front desk staff actually remembered us and was Super friendly, efficient and helpful. I am mildly disabled and I always stay at a property where I can soak in a hot tub after traveling and was excited to arrive. Sadly, the jets were broken on the hot tub, the sink water didn't get hot at all and Jessica, at the front desk told my husband the wrong time for breakfast. When we arrived to eat, we were told that breakfast was already over. When I asked Jessica why she gave us the wrong time she threw an adult tantrum. She became defensive, argumentative, and downright rude. Rather than providing adequate customer service, she chose to bicker with me denying that she told my husband the incorrect time. We were considering staying another night, but this sealed the deal for us. Kudos to the staff on Wednesday afternoon though!

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly. Continental breakfast could have been better. It was available from 6:30-9:30 and when we went down at 8 am it looked like we missed it and very few things were stocked well. It's still a nice place to stay.
