We stayed there for our universal studios trip and the place was amazing. Also breakfast was delicious. Will be staying there again next time.

Loved my huge ADA mobility room and layout. I could live there. Everything was clean and modern. The free breakfast area could use more seating at times. My only negative is that no one is available to assist with luggage to room if desired. Checking in and out was challenging for me but I use a cane and was traveling solo. Staff were okay.

This hotel was amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Just make sure if you’re going to arrive after midnight you call and let them know so that they can hold your room for you.

1. There was a sock in the sheet set for the pull out bed. 2. I found a big bottle of cream by the window sill when i moved the curtain. 3. They told me someone would come clean the room every other day, but no one ever came.

Our stay couldn't have been better! All the staff was extremely helpful respectful and so kind. Everything was clean and made our stay worry free will absolutely be coming back to this location in the future.

The hotel itself was clean. If you stay 2 days they don’t clean the room. When we asked housekeeping to at least throw the garbage away, the guy that came up was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again; next time we’re staying at Hilton!

Great location close to Universal Studios and Hollywood walk of fame. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very noisy, windows do nothing to block road noise, aircon units are on the floor so can hear a constant humming from rooms above. I prepaid for the room and was charged again on arrival. No one told us they were charging us the full room rate just asked us for a card to put on file which we assumed was for incidentals. Queried this with the reception staff and provided proof that we had paid and they insisted we needed to sort it with booking.com. Upon speaking with booking.com they said the money is there and the hotel need to request it. This was verified by a hotel manager who apologised an hour before we checked out for their error after us chasing for 2 nights. Last 2 days of our holiday in the US and had £650 frozen in our account, not ideal! On the morning of check out we thought breakfast ended at 9:30, not 9. Admittedly our error but no one informed us of the breakfast times at check in so we looked online and google incorrectly told us 9:30. Whilst I appreciate this is our error I think it is disgusting that the hotel wouldn’t even offer our 3 young children (4, 6 and 8 years old) even a piece of fruit. When we explained to the reception staff that we got the time wrong and that we were travelling back to the UK today (10 hour flight) and what could we do with breakfast for the children (didn’t even want anything for ourselves just the kids) the lady SHRUGGED and said there’s nothing she can do breakfast is closed. I have never been to any hospitality venue that has refused young children some food for the sake of 10 minutes, I understand no hot food but fruit and cereal was just sitting there on the other side of the door. Very disappointed overall with our experience which is a shame as the room itself was lovely and the hotel is clean and in a great location. The manager who we finally spoke to who sorted the billing error and apologised for the mistake was lovely, but the rest of the reception staff were unhelpful and left us to sort everything.

The room was nice. The only issue I saw was that the sofa needs a little TLC.

The room smelled weird BUT the whole stay itself was great. The front desk receptionist were very informative and helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area, they have bikes you can take out as well and enjoy the day with. They also have a nice outside area where we got to play checkers and connect 4. The free breakfast was also good. Would stay here again. Side note parking is $25 but there’s also parking outside and the area is safe.

During the night, our toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom and some of the bedroom, which required us to change rooms in the middle of the night. While the staff handled the room change promptly and were polite and professional, the situation itself was disruptive and stressful. Both rooms showed clear signs of poor upkeep. The carpets appeared dirty, with visible stains, and the couches and lamp shades were also stained. Additionally, the rooms had an unpleasant, musty odor that made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfast; however, the breakfast area is very small and crowded. It was difficult to move around to get food, and finding available seating afterward was challenging. As for the food itself, some items were acceptable, while others tasted unpleasant and were below expected quality. The staff deserves credit for being courteous and helpful, but the property itself is clearly lacking proper maintenance, deep cleaning, and overall upkeep. This hotel has potential, but it needs significant attention to meet the standards expected of this brand. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property until these issues are addressed.

Very roomy, clean, nice clean gym, games out by the pool for your family. Nice fire place, and a good free breakfast. Good customer service and good parking for the price I paid.

The noise. It was as if there was absolutely no sound proof. We let the front desk know- but it was just really hard to sleep given the echo chamber in that room

I stayed 4 days my room was cleaned only once and I was out of tissues and hand soap and they never replaced the towels

If you are going to Disneyland area pre plan your ride. Peak evening hours can cost $250-$300 for an Uber 1 way. I would easily stay here again and would recommend to others. Not sure if other amenities in the area. That’s not what we came for.

To start, the pillows were extremely flat, and the sheets were neither warm nor comfortable, they felt stiff, almost like cardboard. The sink became clogged unexpectedly, which was puzzling since we were only at the hotel to sleep and spent minimal time using the facilities. My little sister slept on the couch, which was already uncomfortable, and woke up with bed bug bites. (You can refer to the Google review for photos.) We were told by the front desk that room service wouldn't be available until Sunday, which was the day we were checking out. However, on Sunday room service came in unannounced at 8 AM, opening the door while we were still asleep, completely disregarding our privacy. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised online. I hope management takes these issues seriously to prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Erica the bartender is a favorite, and Isaac was excellent as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the a/c in our room, but the staff was extremely responsive and made sure that it was promptly repaired. We will definitely return to Spring Hill Suites the next time we visit Burbank.

I loved that the hotel was a short-walking distance from a variety of restaurants and bars. Additionally, the pool at the hotel was warm and clean and the rooms were spacious and clean. 10/10. I think I found my new favorite hotel 15-mns away from Universal Studios.

10 min drive to Universal Studios. Great free breakfast, very friendly staff, quiet rooms (ours hosted 5 guests), good pool and hot tub, enjoyed the fire pit. There are restaurants a couple blocks away.

Great front staff and facilities. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Parking was convenient. While the closet was larger than expected, it smelled like old moth balls. Also, please give the showers a lower handheld option especially for older and shorter guests. My mother could not reach the shower head to adjust it away from wetting her hair.

They also thought it was appropriate to play loud music by the pool quite late even though they said it was quiet time after 10pm..

The front office staff was wonderful. We decided to stay an additional night & were accommodated immediately. We were able to transition quickly. Enjoyed the stay and personal touches the team gave in our arrival welcome. Thank you.

I did find a wash cloth that looked like it hadn’t been changed or washed properly. Other than that amazing place to stay and the staff was awesome. Super helpful inviting and respectful. From the front desk at check in and out and even during my stay to ask questions and Arica at the bar being extremely friendly and attentive.

The positive: The hotel was in a perfect location close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and the pool was nice. The Negative: We are a family of 5 and reserved a room that accommodates 5 people, 2 queens and a sofa bed, they did NOT have a blanket for the sofa bed and when we asked they said they didn’t have any more in the hotel. We asked twice at different times. They should have enough blankets to cover all rooms that are listed as having a sofa beds. Unacceptable!

We have stayed at the Springhill Suites several times over the past few years since our son moved to Burbank. We have never had a bad experience, in fact it’s the only place we go. At different times during our visits one thing or another is being updated, so actually it’s nicer each time we’ve stayed. It’s a short walk or drive to an amazing downtown area with a lot of shop and delicious restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

However the in between and the checkout process was not so great. In the middle of the night someone was trying to get into our room and the door handle kept jiggling. We finally said "wrong room!" We were leaving for Universal Studios the next morning and we had asked the front desk for towels to be sent to our room. When we came back that evening our room keys was not working. We attempted a few times and also verified we had the correct room number. We went downstairs to see what the issue was. The front desk said "oh that floor had all the locks changed so I need to give you new keys" we were never notified that there was going to be a change. We also addressed someone trying to get in our room late last night. He said "hmmm I don't think that would happen" and completely dismissed it. We got our new room keys and as soon as we walked in, there was a thick layer of wood dust ALL OVER our belongings near the front door! It was a complete mess. It was only all over the bar area with the microwave and fridge which we had food items. My boyfriend went downstairs to address it and again it was dismissed like it was nothing. No apologies, nothing. Poor customer service during our stay. Will not stay again.

The even wemt as far as to hand ojt a gift on mothers day which was very sweet. We booked with this hotel chain for our next trip already

They didn’t have gluten free breakfast options, the restaurant inside hotel indicated they did but had none.

The room was clean and roomy, as with other Springhill Suites we have stayed at. A few minor things needed to be fixed: the lighted mirror (the bulb was burned out) and the toilet paper hanger, which was loose.

Pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms and the condition of the hotel.

When we originally got into our room i always check around and make sure it’s clean and safe to stay in. After lifting up sheets and comforters our mattress was heavily stained on majority of the mattress. Also the property and inside is very small. Not the greatest layout.

Tv remote didn’t work asked for new one and it didn’t work either. WiFi didn’t work. Refrigerator didn’t work it froze all our food and drinks.

I have never been to this hotel. Staff was short and Not welcoming.I had to ask about where to park and how to get to my room.

Paid for two nights, when we arrived they did not have room, they sent us to different hotel one night, when asked they said they will cancel the whole booking. Had to deal with hassle of going to other hotel with 3 kids and checkout in the morning and then check-in again. The whole experience was not good.

The front desk was super awesome and helpful. Our rooms air conditioner was not working and they were so kind and found us a new room. They were so accommodating and nice. They rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool and spa were amazing and loved the outdoor checkers and firepit.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay this time is it was very noisy. There were kids running up and down the halls and it sounded like they were stomping above me.

Beautiful large room for my family of 5, they even provided a roll away crib for the baby. Breakfast daily for my family included!

Everything was excellent! Comfortable bed and loved the handicapped accessible room. The grab bars were placed just right. Appreciate the hotel accomodating handicapped. May want a few more tables in dining area for guests.

The property is located in downtown Burbank, which is near restaurants and shopping malls. The only downside is that if you get a room by the main street, you can hear the traffic while you're trying to relax. Other than that, the staff is professional and attentive to guests' needs.

Asked twice for room service for a 4 night stay and no room service was provided (although front desk said it will be taken care of). Both times we requested before lunch.

The staff was friendly. Rooms and facility were clean. Parking was easy to figure out and plenty of spaces in the garage. My only complaint is that the pool & hot tub were closed the first day we arrived and closed for half the day on our 2nd day. We chose this specifically for the pool and hot tub so that was disappointing to the kids.

We took our kids as a Christmas present to Universal Studios. Our stay was over the New Years Holiday. Everything was fun and comfortable. My only complaint was breakfast, it was overcrowded and not orderly. Food was okay but there was no order to the lines or stations so it was difficult to get me and my family fed properly. I understand the Rose Bowl was in town and the hotel was crowded, but I believe some guidance and direction could’ve made the experience better for all.

Breakfast was only ok, it could be much better. The sofa bed was the worst. Wires were out and hurting we couldn’t sleep on it, mattress was very dirty and old. Bathroom counter was excessively small, no space to put staff down for 5 people

Very loud hotel. People seem to forget that they don’t live in a single family home when they stay in hotels. And the loud, pounding footsteps of your neighbors are heard at all hours. Not recommended.

It has a decent exercise room. I used it twice and was satisfied as a substitute. We had some trouble with the t.v. that really never got resolved but it worked out o k in the end.

Friendly, helpful and inviting staff. Breakfast was your typical continental one, although this time around there were no waffles which are usually a hit with my family. This is my second time staying at the property. We were however, extremely disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not available, which wasn’t disclosed when booking. This was one of the reasons I chose this property again, and to not be able to use it was upsetting and messed with some of our plans for the trip.

Hotel is located in a great location. Surrounding area is clean and walkable with mountain views. Parking is in an on-site parking garage. It is a short drive from most of the tourist destinations we wanted to see in LA. Cleanliness is immaculate and property is well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful especially Deanna who convinced us to stay an extra night. My only complaint was the food options for the free breakfast. Cereal and bagels, only scrambled eggs sausage and turkey bacon for hot items. I discovered Yum Yum Donuts about 2 blocks away with excellent breakfast options. I found everything was as advertised including the mountain views. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience. I had to get my card key fix couple of times because it won’t work. AC was ridiculously loud, cannot sleep. Breakfast was gone at 8AM? Inconvenience to have the waffle separately.

Had an excellent stay from beginning to end. Front desk was so friendly and polite. Got us into our rooms quickly. Room was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The pool was heated so our kids were excited to be able to swim in the middle of November. Only 15min. to Universal. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Great Hotel and Location!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Close to Burbank airport. Rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The free breakfast is quite good and the amenities are very fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only negative was how cold the pool was.

There was an open used razor in the shower and the staff gave me 5,000 points after paying almost $400 for the night. I wasn’t asking for my money back, I was asking to at least give me what I had paid for and I have yet to hear back from a manager and I keep getting the same run around answer. The fact that they over booked me, which now i believe was to get the reservation and for the hotel to later use the “we are acccomedating you by putting you in a bigger room and a higher floor” is just a bunch of bs and then get to my room which is for handicap guest which I feel nothing is wrong but using the whole “bigger room” okay and then the razor in the shower; my 8 year old daughter was with me; just to add. And the wood paneling under the sink was falling; I took pictures to show proof. And again, I have been very patient and like I said I wasn’t asking for any money back just to give us another stay, one which we can enjoy and nothing.

The property was nice and the room spacious. However on put first night we pulled back the sheets to find three short black curly hairs in the bed - not pleasant at all and very concerning regarding whether the sheets were changed between customers? . When we informed the staff they did send someone up to change the sheets but unfortunately the damage had already been done .

The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was good. We had no problems with the area. Unfortunately we did have one of our rooms not available or ready, but while we were out they were able to prepare it so I can’t complain about anything!

Once arrived, there was a gum stuck to the center table and blankets/sheets full of hair. Not worth the money we paid for. Customer service was great.

The stay was good, the only issue was the elevator, they only had one working elevator and even the one working was an issue, you had to constantly push the button or the elevator will not stop at your floor so hopefully they fix the problem. It was in a nice area walking distance to the mall and other eateries. Breakfast was good and they had a nice pool and work out area, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.
