Burbank Inn and Suites

The room was very basic but nice and clean, as was the bathroom.

From the outside, though clean and well maintained, it appeared to be old and therefore I thought the interior of the rooms would also be old. However, I was surprised to find a delightful room that had been updated and was sparkling clean with a warm and cozy decor. It will be my go to hotel whenever I travel to Burbank!

There is No Breakfast as advertised, however, there is Free parking. The room was clean: the bed was soft, the sofa was so old & worn, & soft that I couldn't get up off of it. No clocks, no microwave. The towels were rough and had holes in them. The shower head was not only difficult to turn on (the toggle is on the actual showerhead) and it is a mist, not a regular shower spray. The pool/spa was paved over, so I can't imagine anyone wanting to sit out there and it is a bare cement patio w/ a few chairs & a table. So, this was affordable and clean, but not for more than 1 night

The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious.

The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked.

The location is great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This was the second time I've stayed here and both times were great. I will stay here again when I'm in the area. The staff is great too.

Staff were available and friendly. Very accommodating. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises Highly suggest checking out Corner Cottage for breakfast burritos and Blink Fitness for the gym, both are close by.

It was a few months ago, but the hotel was great. I found this place on short notice because another hotel had terminated my reservation with only 3 hours' notice.

We showed up early and was sent away, difficult to understand the young woman at the glass where we are to check in. Told her I had difficulty hearing, she did not adjust. Made my friends and I feel uncomfortable. I felt like they were watching us. Will not stay there again.

The beds were lumpy, my back ached every morning. We had to always ask for extra towels, the last day the towels were so small trying to dry off was hard to cover your body.

When we arrived to the hotel we approached the staff and were given attitude as the fact that we were there too early for check-in. When we just wanted to ask a question. When we finally got checked in we notice that the current was dirty and the part of the door where you place the key card was burnt. When we got into the hotel we notice that the door was missing the extra security latch. We felt uncomfortable and asked front desk if we could change rooms to what the lady said, “this is a safe area, and we are too busy to change your room” overall it felt unsafe. We could understand that they may have been busy but they could have understood our concerns.

I revised my trip in the expedia app to add a day, which created a 2nd reservation & the person checking me in did not know which one to use. She was telling me i needed to cancel one.

This was actually a better property than I expected. The room was clean and had tiny but nice soaps shampoos lotion and conditioner. It’s very near a freeway on-ramp which caused me concern. It it was easy to get in and out and the easy freeway access meant everything was nearby. I would stay here again especially considering the place I used to stay was more than twice as much.

Very very clean rooms with new updated decor in an older motel/hotel building. Attentive management and staff. Noise levels were a bit high because of traffic outside and it being near freeway but once we turned on the room heater it was not too bad. Close to all the things we needed to see and the price was ok for our budget.

Ignore the pictures of the lobby. Checking in at 6PM on a Saturday evening you have to do it through the bullet proof glass side window. This is not an "Inn and Suites". It's a motel, and a cheap one at that. They claim a pool, it's about the size of a large hot tub, and next to a very busy street. The most unwelcome I've ever felt checking into a motel. It was the type of encounter where they slip paperwork to you through the slit at the bottom fo the bullet proof glass, vaguely point and tell you to fill it out. There is a $100 security deposit, that part, they don't have any trouble communicating. They gave us one key, even though there were two of us checking in. When we asked for another key, it was provided in silence, in a way that they made sure you understood what a huge imposition it was. With our keys in hand, we walked to our room. Somehow an open air hallway had a stench of stale garlic. The room itself is okay-ish. It was clean enough, but dated in design. The toilet did leak however. We tossed some towels on the floor. (water was from tank and not bowel, otherwise we would have left) The neighborhood: Getting there from the freeway, both residences and businesses had bars on the windows. We serioulsy talked about abandoning a reservation that it was too late to get a refund, and then find a different hotel last minute, which is always expensive. So much to say, but review limited to 1500 chars

This is a hidden gem. We stayed here for Dodgers Opening Day. The parking lot wasn’t jam packed. Parking spaces were a good size. The outdoor hallway was clean and the room was the cleanest I’ve seen. Easy on quick access to the 5 north. Everything was great, nothing to complain about. I have stayed in at least a dozen hotels in the LA area this one is definitely a hidden gem. Simple and clean. The staff was great! Will definitely return next month. This customer was completely satisfied.

Customer Service leaves MUCH to be desired. When I checked in, the manager was less than friendly. He told me there was an additional $100 deposit, although I had pre-paid for my entire stay. The refrigerator wasn't working. The front desk woman sent the housekeeper, a lovely woman, who got it to work. The cable TV wasn't working on my second morning. The fd woman said I'd have to wait until 3pm because the mgr "was at a wedding and she couldn't disturb him." I inquired about calling Direct TV and she said she didn't know how to do that. My last morning I asked for late checkout. FD woman said I could checkout no later than noon, "because the maid has to go." Mgr stops by my room at 1136, asks why I haven't checked out. I say fd woman said I could check out by noon. He huffs away. 11:45am: I pack my car, turn in my key and wait for my deposit back from fd woman. Mgr walks over and says I am a liar, fd woman never told me I could checkout at noon. I ask fd woman to confirm our agreement to mgr. FD woman finally does. I ask for apology from mgr. Mgr aggressively yells at me and screams "Get Out" multiple times. I continued to try and reason with them (I don't know why) and eventually got an apology from them both. I won't be patronizing this place again.

I say fd woman said I could check out by noon. He huffs away. 11:45am: I pack my car, turn in my key and wait for my deposit back from fd woman. Mgr walks over and says I am a liar, fd woman never told me I could checkout at noon. I ask fd woman to confirm our agreement to mgr. FD woman finally does. I ask for apology from mgr. Mgr aggressively yells at me and screams "Get Out" multiple times. I continued to try and reason with them (I don't know why) and eventually got an apology from them both. I won't be patronizing this place again.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even though it's close to a freeway, the noise level was pretty low. Would stay there again.

I did not like the people on top of us had a kid they ran back and forth for 4 hours it didn’t stop till 11.30 at night but I like this place because it’s close we’re I go when I came to town
