The property was in a great location with the Mall of Georgia across the street. The hotel was clean and in great condition. The bed and pillows were comfortable and a great shower with good pressure. That we had to pay for parking.

The place was very nice and easy to find when traveling. Right in the middle of the town. We will definitely stay again.

I don't recall anything I asked upon check in for a late checkout.... they kept stalling to give me an answe... told me to ask the early a.m. of check out.. Then when that time came, They denied my request... ill never stay here again...probably won't stay at any more IHG affiliated for that matter

Clean room and friendly staff. Good location for what we needed. Bed not comfortable unless you like a very soft mattress. Ac unit loud and room kept going to very cold when running to warm when it shut off. Breakfast with minimal options.

the continental breakfast was sumptuous! Fresh waffles, hard-boiled eggs, decaf coffee etc. Breakfast was really good and so much better than I thought it would be. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was made promptly in the morning. The room amenities were also great. We will return when in the area!

Beds are comfortable! Staff is friendly!! There wasn't anything to use in the kitchenette, like plates or dish soap. Everything else was great!

Location Stayed 5 nights, and only twice did they provide what they called a “refresher,” which essentially meant just making the bed. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to request basic items like toilet paper, towels, and water. The room was not vacuumed at all during my stay. Very disappointing experience.

I like the fact that it had a kitchen sink and also I how the bathroom sink and mirror was separated from the actual bathroom. I didn't have to worry about nobody coming in trying to use the sink or mirror while I shower I can't say I didn't like it

The night shade would only come down half way and there were bright parking lot lights outside. Couldn't sleep well because of it.

The manager here is rude and completely unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her. If you mention anything about the room — like a broken phone — or complain because the fire alarm goes off (after the front-staff accidentally started a fire in the microwave out of negligence), she’ll start yelling, threaten to call the police, and tell you to get the **** out. I was absolutely shocked. I’ve stayed here many times and have never encountered a manager like this at any other hotel.

Breakfast was decent, but the service was just okay. Room was clean. Phone was completely yellow stained and outdated. Carpet throughout the hotel smelled musty and could use a deep cleaning and deodorizer. Shops close, however construction right next door on shared parking lot. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

I liked how convenient the hotel was placed near shopping centers and restaurants. The pillows weren’t the best but they did the job.

Check in was awful. Waited about 5 minutes for the gentleman to come from around the corner. Worker constantly tries to Talk over you. Was rude to a guest checking in before me because that guest didn’t know about the parking fee from his last visit. “Well since you’re familiar with the hotel as you said, I don’t need to tell you about breakfast or check out”. My First room smelled like mold almost before you even opened the doo, huge crack down the side of the shower, lights did not work, and when I picked up the phone to call the desk it did not work. Called on phone. Front desk worker said we could possibly switch as long as we didn’t touch anything for the next guests. Encouraged him to check room for issues before giving it to another person. Walk into 2nd room and the flat screen TV at the door is completely shattered. Called again to let him know and that we would be leaving. Got out of elevator and worker met me at the elevator with a third key asking us to stay. Said he knew the TV was broken which was why he was trying to give me the third room. When I asked why he gave me a room with a shattered TV at the door with young children with me (and the fact that I paid for a working hotel room…) he said he just forgot about it. Encouraged him to let the manager of the hotel know about the first room and the safety issue of the second. Again, constantly trying to speak over me to a point I was almost yelling. Just Left. Reaching out to Expedia as well.

The room was a little cold for me.

The hotel charged a separate fee for parking to my card the day after we left, and that was not disclosed upon check in or check out. They also charged a fee for vaping. Though a sign was at the front desk, there was no verbal mention of a fee

It was nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was kind to my son. Pool was nice. Location was great for food, etc. Roads are busy getting to the hotel, but parking was good. It's nice when you find a hotel that can accommodate a larger family like ours in one room. Breakfast was fantastic!

Mostly standard stay, nice room. Breakfast ok but not as solid as some other similar hotels. Big frustration was the pool opens at 10am, but they did not start cleanIng the pool until 10 am. Person cleaning interacted with us but did not tell us that pool would be unavailable until 11:30 am. Noon check out, so lost 45 minutes sitting by the pool waiting to swim before I asked the right question and cleaner finally gave me the actual pool ready time. After long drive needed a swim for joint soreness. Failure both in management planning and lack of clear communication from staff.

Comfortable room Breakfast was all carbs. For diabetics and people with wheat allergies, we were mostly out of luck. No way to eat eggs and bacon or sausage without their being wrapped up in wheat. Waffles don't help.

I very much enjoyed the variety of menus for the morning breakfast, the assistance offered by the front desk and ease of parking each time we returned. Loved the room setting. It was quiet and close to the mall. There was plenty of parking spots, which is one of the main thing I look at when booking hotels.

The property is close to shopping and food options. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast options were okay, but don’t expect many hot food items. The parking lot is small. If you arrive late, good luck finding a parking space.

Was not a terrible stay. The room was clean but was smaller than what the pictures showed. Maybe it’s just how it was pictured but overall not bad. The tv stopped working the last night of the stay seemed to be a connection issue with WiFi. Location was perfect though. Right across from the mall and around all wonderful restaurants and shopping.

Great room for my family. 2 queen beds and a couch bed with trundle. So the room could easily sleep 6. Beds were very very comfortable and clean. Heat/air worked great! Mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in the room were nice. Also had a large flatscreen tv able to connect to my Netflix for the kids. Room was very clean and quiet and the property was well maintained. Staff was also super nice. Breakfast buffet had juice, milk, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffle makers, yogurts, fresh fruit, oatmeal bar, and pastries. Lots of little extras. 10/10 for that! Only issue was they put us in an accessible room because my daughter uses a wheelchair - but the knobs to use the removable shower head were broken off. Not a huge deal for us since we just used the tub - but would be a problem for someone that needed to use the bench to shower.

I have a large family (5) and trying to find a room that keeps us together, that is comfortable, and that isn’t ridiculously priced is a challenge. This was laid out nice, it was clean, and though the breakfast isn’t 5 star…. It offered us extra savings and it was decent enough to be satisfactory. I’d stay here again. Cleanliness is also VERY important to us and this property was clean.

We loved this hotel but there was one thing we didn't like. All of the breakfast food we chose was lukewarm. The selections were good, but it would be better if there was a microwave at the breakfast bar so that food could be heated to a palatable temperature.

Everything was wonderful but if I wanted to pluck the proverbial melon, the breakfast served was basically sugar and carbs. Being on a strict diet for gestational diabetes, I'd have loved to have been able to choose from more than a tiny slice of meat on a premade breakfast sandwich or prepacked boiled eggs for protein. Sausage or bacon or anything else would have been lovely on it's own. Not a huge deal, there are restaurants all around.

Great condition overall, my bed and room was very clean. One front desk agent was not so friendly but another one was very friendly. The breakfast was there but the freshness was not. I paid $200 for a single king, one person, one night. I've enjoyed Springhill in other cities, probably go somewhere else next time.

The staff including Sandy and Jordan were wonderful I am a cancer patient on oxygen booked my room through Expedia. The musty smell was so bad in room 321 I was up all night with trouble breathing the hotel was full at the time. I had to start taking steroids just to function. I spoke to Tanya the day manager who informed me she checked those rooms all the time and never smelled anything like that. Well lungs don’t lie. She did offer me a “pure” room but because I booked through Expedia I would have to pay again for the room. Never mind that I needed to move so I could breathe. For that reason and her attitude I won’t recommend stay there again

This hotel has gone down hill. I've stayed here maybe 6-8 times previously. There's no housekeeping, it's over crowded and over priced. My room was next to the pool and they don't have pool hours so people are in there all night. I will look elsewhere for my next stay.
