Superb

Facility was cleaned and staff was superior I did not know the hotel was been remodeled. I was a little shocked when I arrived. I would like to been told when room was booked. Work was done right outside my room windows. With all this stated, there were no problems, no noise, no interruptions in my staff. I really enjoyed my stay and thanked front desk upon leaving. I have recommended this same location for a big event in Nov. 2026.

The staff were pleasant and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults. The only negative is that I chose this location for several reasons, including the hot tube amenity, which was on, but not working.

The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The woman at the bar even opened my bottle of wine I brought when I realized I didn't have my wine key. Hot water in the shower took a loooong time to warm up.

The hotel room was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they’re doing renovations so you can’t utilize the amenities and they don’t let you know that before you’re booking, other than that the hotel was wonderful.

Even though the hotel is currently under renovation, we had a great experience overall. The walking trail right in front of the hotel was especially nice—it was quiet, perfect for a peaceful morning walk, and offered beautiful scenery. Although the trail isn’t fully completed yet, it was more than adequate for a relaxing 20–30 minute stroll.

The breakfast was not free, though when I made the reservation it showed breakfast included, I needed that since my husband is diabetic. We had to pay for the breakfast. Also our room was not cleaned.

We had 2 rooms, one on the 2nd floor the other on the 3rd floor. The bathrooms were not in the greatest shape (example: no shower door, shower curtain too short, water goes all over the floor) and in the 2nd floor room the outlets by the beds did not work. The room is quite dark… The tv’s are VERY small, looked like a 32in tv and it’s hard to find a channel without scrolling through each and every channel. Also you had to pay for breakfast! The front desk person that checked us in was so nice and personable.

It was very comfortable and super affordable and close to a lot of fun things to do! Like the Cheesecake Factory which was super delicious! Mmmmmm yum! There were a lot of ants in our room, ants ants everywhere! My wife and I woke up with bite marks on our feet and ants crawling on us! But other than it it was a delightful stay!

The hotel appears when you arrive that it is going to be beautiful you walk in and there's a beautiful bar to the left and then your check-in is to the right, super friendly staff members. Once you walk down the hallway to go to your rooms or the elevator, the floors are dirty, the bedrooms are super dated with super small TVs that barely work, the hot tub was like sitting in a lukewarm bathtub. I would stay here again if I had to, but I would not choose to stay here again. Once again though, the staff were extremely nice

Loved the property. I signed up for the rewards however, you can only use the rewards when you book directly through the hotel and not expedia and when you book directly through the hotel it is almost 200 dollars more for booking a 150 room that is insane. The property itself was amazing but I will only book through expedia from now on.

Sheets were worn out and were so thin it was like covering up with Kleenex. Was charged $40 over total bill for incidentals, was informed only after I inquired, no previous notification. No housekeeping for second night, discovered only when I inquired why there was no clean towels in the room. NOT a great experience.TV did not have any local stations, just cable channels?

Great location, spacious rooms, access to a bar in the lobby and great customer while checking in. The only downfall was that I found an used dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod and hair around the edge of the bathtub upon arriving in the room. Luckily I bring my own cleaning supplies just in case but this was somewhat of a disappointment.

I didnt like that my room was not ready. They give me a free breakfast due to the room wasn't ready and extra hour. The cost for one night i think the room need to be updated better lighting. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

We arrived with our dog to find out that the property was not pet friendly. This is the second time we have received incorrect info on pet friendly hotels from this site and it is always a Marriott property. Thank goodness the manager gave us a break since it was an overnight stay.

The service was great, but all the rooms weren’t up-to-date. A lot of rooms does not have the smart TV and the ones with the smart TV are very difficult to navigate because you have to use your own phone connect to TV. No free breakfast very expensive breakfast

Gentlemen who checked us in was friendly, but the women the next day was standoffish and didn't even acknowledge us. I have to commend the staff because the hotel lost power at 4:30am due to Hurricane Helene and they still worked through having breakfast, coffee, provided bottled water.

I am rating my stay a 2 because I googled “hotel with indoor pool near me,” and I chose this hotel. That was my overall desire besides cleanliness. During the check-in process, it was never revealed that their pool and whirlpool were not in operation. I was very dissatisfied to find this out after checking in. I could have chosen another nearby property. They are charging the full rate for the rooms, when all of their advertised amenities are not available. Also, there are no USB ports to allow you to charge your phone in the rooms. This convenience is now available in many hotels, but not here. Very disappointing.

Not even a free drip coffee in the lobby in the morning. Very limited service. Just forces us to pay for the expensive Starbucks.

Decision was made to not open the Bistro because “we don’t have enough people staying”. That is simply not my problem. I would have booked a less expensive hotel without a restaurant.

Front desk staff Monie was very polite, professional and helpful.. we were there to attend a wedding.. we arrived the hotel very early and was allowed to check in . That was fantastic because the wedding was at 5:00. Again fantastic Staff’n thank you Monie!!!!

The pool and spa were both dirty and did not have any towels . Our toilet was running endlessly, husband shut off valve, fridge noisy, window drape broken

This particular location was a great place to visit and get away from the world for a few days. I loved my time there and cannot wait to return.

The lady at the counter was excellent. she made the entire day better after we had fought with Atlanta traffic for over 3 hours. she gave us tickets to the baseball game plus directions. she made me smile

Started rough - I'd been on the road for 3 hours coming from Atlanta and there was a line to check in - and this was at 7:00 at night. I was confused and did not understand why there was a line and why management was not addressing this - but then they did address it and blew me away with the recovery aspect. It really ended up great and the folks remembered my name and addressed me politely and very friendly.

Our mattress was worn years beyond it experiation date. Our shower curtain rod was hanging in for dear life. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. Front desk staff was rarely present. No towels at pool.

My reason for staying there was for an indoor poor and whirlpool but we’re closed no desert in Bistro. Was very disappointing
