WoodSpring Suites Brunswick

Had to be moved to another room where the toilet worked. Also, I specifically got a suite so that I could use the microwave, fridge, etc … but the property didn’t provide any dishes, silverware, pots or pans. Did they expect me to bring those items too? Luckily, I only needed to refrigerate my prepared food and then reheat it in the microwave. And yes, I DO travel with silverware.

The bed was really comfortable.

Simple but had everything a traveler needed, even a small kitchen with stov top micro and refrigirator. It ewas very slean and had a firm matress on the bed.

The property was good. Great locations! The representative was friendly. the phone didn't work. There was a beer bottle left in the window. The room needed more wash clothes. We only had 2. Since we had a double queen bed I thought we would have at least 3 of everything. Rooms has kitchen but no pots. We had a great time.

My only complaint would be no breakfast, but at least there was a coffee bar

charged my card for 50 and 9750...talked to peopleat hotel even though I cancelled they resold my reservation....very aggravated with Booking.com and hotel nothing

Our first room was nasty, we were told housekeeping only changed the bed “that had been slept in” and that alone should tell you the kind of staff they have. They moved us and we were told the room would be comped but after fighting them through booking they refused to comp the full amount. The floors felt gross, the ac stunk when turned on, and the hallways smelled like pot.

Laundry is a huge plus. In room full size fridge, and 2 eyes for cooking is great. No carpet so it’s easy to sweep up messes. Overall a good place to stay for a long term stay.

I wish we would have had a pot and silverware, but no big deal. We got the accessibility room and the bar in the bathtub was just set in the holes, so I fell when trying to get up out of the tub. That really needs to be fixed so someone does not get hurt.

Everything I needed was there. The kitchen was very nice with new appliances. I stayed several days and recommend everyone too stay there.

The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating, and kindly assisted us with processing the refund for the room. Our room had a dirty bed with clumps of hair and bugs. The staff kindly moved us to a different room, but the next one had a big cockroach on the pillow. Finally, they gave us a room without a visible cockroaches or bugs, but we requested a refund and left.

Not a 3 star hotel, more like 2. Not thoroughly cleaned- water spots on shower faucet & temperature control which made me think they had not been cleaned. A few hairs in sink, on towel, and in one bed. Tub had some stains and a poorly repaired safety grip. Otherwise the condition of the room was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not stay there again.

My mother is 93. We booked double rooms to accommodate her. I've stayed at Woodsprings before, so the return recommendation was a non-issue for me. We were all pleased. That location in VA. Office window closes at 10pm. Otherwise, I would only stay at the brand, up and down the road.

Great place to stay while on business

Hotel was nice. I liked the fact the doors lock and you have to have a key card to get in the doors. The only issue I had was the the smell of the room and hallway had a weird smell.

Solid stay for the price. Good staff, very helpful especially Bobbi-Jo. Laundry, gym and location all solid.

Overall a helpful and pleasant staff. The motel is close to the interstate and severally food places and gas stations.

I am more than happy to share my experience for this stay because I wanted to give a special thanks to Bobbie Jo who is front desk manager. She has gone that extra mile because I have a disability that has affected my voice for a few days which made it hard to communicate with any of the staff but she has shown a great amount of empathy which I'm very grateful for.

I've been staying here for a few weeks now. Waiting on an apartment. The staff and rooms are great, feels like home and I'm enjoying the experience. If I had one critical point, it would be that this location would greatly benefit from having a bilingual staff member to help correspond between guest and housekeeping staff.

The housekeeping staff only speak Spanish but they are able to commuinicate with a phone translator. They are all sweet ladies.

I'm putting Woodsprings as my go to hotel anytime. Very clean, great staff, the most comfortable beds and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival, the clerk at the front desk was both rude and unprofessional. After advising her that my stay had been adjusted to one day, she lied and stated she couldn’t check me in. I even showed her the verification. After I contacted hotels.com and had them to verify, she then allowed me to check in. This information was already on her screen and she was just giving me a hard time which was unacceptable.

Had roaches in the hallway roaches in the rooms found a couple silverfish on the floor. The remote to the TV hardly worked. The sink and the tub did not drain properly. The toilet didn’t wanna flush. But overall, the staff was really nice if they could speak English. The ones that did speak English were very nice.

The property manager and the staff understand my request during my visit. They not only help me achieve my request but they made me feel comfortable as well.

Grab bar fell out of bathtub wall, shower curtain swiveled loosely, entrydoors keys failed often, room was sprayed for insects while we were out for supper. Hall carpeting could use a shampoo. I won't be back.

When I arived to check in there was no one at the check in desk there was a note saying to call a number and someone would help you. After calling I had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up for me to check in!!

This was an overnight stay for business in the area. I was skeptical based on other reviews but the price couldn’t be beat so I changed it. I have no complaints. Great location with several stores & restaurants in the area. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. I’d stay there again.

Check in was nice great customer service. However on day 2 went out for the day when i returned my room was not clean had to go to front desk for towels and wash clothes he was very nice and gave me want i need.

Their were men standing around the door smoking while me and my kids were trying to enter the hotel. I didn't feel safe. People was throwing trash on the parking lot.

Beds are uncomfortable and they only provide two almost flat pillows on each bed(bring your own) and only 2 towels for 3 adults. They do not have maintenance or maid service on weekends. You were told at check-in if you need your beds changed or fresh towels you were to bring the old linens and towels to the front and they will replace them for you but you’re putting them on yourself. I think this is absurd and bad business. We did have a situation directly above us with banging loud music, the walls were shaking because of the jumping. Come to find out two grown women were doing TikTok all through the night into the day finally after numerous complaints the GM stepped in and they stopped. Other than that, it was fine.

We gathered a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel and our room. The walls were bare with no no carpeting. We slept upon, block-style pillows, scratchy bedsheets, and a concaved mattress. Quite dissatisfied with this property for the above mid-range price.

They make you take out your own trash for the money you pay to stay there. They ask you to bring towels down if you need clean ones. Housekeeping does not come clean your room or make your bed. They're beds are very uncomfortable.

The hotel was relatively new. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, every public area (corridors, lobby, elevator, stairwells, and outside) reeked of weed.

Room wasn't up to standards. No bath mat ice machine available nothing to put ice in cable going in and out couldn't get extra pillows. Cleanliness have been better.

The GM, Sheela is VERY rude. They did not have the room we rented ready and put us in a room with smaller beds and there were crumbs in one of the beds. Even the staff talked badly about the GM. When we complained about the room they tried to make us leave without refunding our money.

Check in clearly states 3. Showed up no rooms cleaned. Had to come back at 5 to check in, fire alarm went off all night, no one at the front desk ever. Phone in room didn’t work to call front desk
