I appreciate the service of having some coffee made before we went to sleep.

Location was good to I-95 and across street from Cracker Barrel. Bathroom had run down appearance. Corroded shower controls scratches in wall paint. Breakfast was continental seems they only put out a few things to be able to advertise breakfast. Walls think someone sneezed in another room at 4 am that was so loud it woke me up.

Quiet and bed was awesome No water pressure. Patches on the walls. Key card kept not working. Toilet was dirty.

The lobby was beautiful—but very misleading!!! When I complained about the shower knob falling off and I had no hot water, the manager said I broke it and when I defended myself he called Me a liar. We made sure to save all the pieces that fell off including the regulator. There was ladies underwater (bra) in my dresser which I was told that it was my responsibility to check every thing. Don’t they clean the rooms? The carpet felt sticky and filled with chemicals The air conditioner was not removing the humidity, there was quite a bit of stickiness in the air. To mention the room conditions there was a bent vent cover, a crack in the wall and it had an odor. There wasn’t a single bulb in any light fixture. When we went down for the breakfast we were surprised to find unwrapped bread laid out and absolutely nothing hot, which was offered the night before. This in itself is completely unacceptable. I spoke with the lady in the room next to me and her shower and bathroom Fixtures were mounted backwards and she had no hot water as well. We asked at the front desk what we could do to get a hot shower and they immediately turned the whole scenario back us. Also they said they were going to booking.com and get $250 for damages. Really? All we did was turn the shower on.

The room I was asigned to was not to be desire. The bathtub was not clean the floorboards in the bedroom, where the cable is supposed to be connected was hanging out from the wall. The room was just disgusting. The smell of it smelled like mole. I just cannot stand the sleep in the room and felt like something was just crawling over me. however, I did call to be moved to another room and I did get another room the next morning seem like that one was a little better but when I looked behind the door, you can tell the room was not swept our vacuum because there was a cigarette wrapper behind the door and immediately I just said this is it. I can’t take this anymore so I just checked myself out. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was way overrated. I used the rating as a guide to choose and I was severely disappointed. The desk provided was some old thrift store table not well suited as a desk. It had a drawer that sprinkled ball bearings on the floor from the drawer slide. The only outlet near the desk (to plug in my laptop) was overful with four appliance plugged in. I would have had to get on my knees and unplug something to plug in my lap to. Overall lighting was poor to the point that I could not read in bed. Maintenance was poor with gaps on paint on inside of bathroom door. Breakfast was one of the worst that I have encountered lately on facilities near intersate. I would not stay there again and would not reccomend to anyone.

It was close to places to eat! It wasn’t clean at all it smelled and rust everywhere never again.

The young man behind the desk was incredibly nice!! Where do I start?!? The rooms were dirty, smelly, mould growing in every corner, bed and pillows awful. We even asked to change rooms and the second one was no better. The walls and windows were paper thin and we could hear everything. We kept all our clothes on and didn’t even open our suitcases incase bugs took residence. We stayed 3 hours then left because there was no way we could sleep.

The bar is an unusual feature for a property of this level The room is in urgent need of refurbishment. Rotted out baseboard and floors. Bathroom old and dysfunctional. The front desk advised that the lower floor has day trade and the upper two floors are improved. Then why were we on the lower floor.

Just the location The room was disgusting. The shower curtain didn’t fit/work there was paint chipping and stains. One of my worst hotel stays ever. The front desk guy was nice but other than that I’d give it a 0 stars

This was a great place considering the price I paid. The room was a little out dated but very clean. As I understand it, the owners recently purchased it and have been making upgrades as they are able. I would definitely stay there again. ?? The breakfast bar had a lot of choices but they were all crabs. I mentioned to the front desk clerk that even though the bar had a good variety of food, they should add some protein. Maybe hard boiled eggs, yogurt, or the egg and sausage sandwich people can warm up themselves.

The staff was very very rude everytime we spoke with them. As we checked in for a 6 night stay we was unaware that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned which is okay. We cleaned up after ourselves but we did ask for new towels and each time they rolled their eyes and was rude. The room also smelt bad as of mildew or mold maybe. The bed sheet mattress protecter also had black spots all over it.

The check-in process was seamless and the room was generously stocked with toiletries. I only wish that cleaning staff wouldn't knock on your door an hour and a half before checkout to ask if you are leaving or staying. It makes you feel you are being rushed out the door. A better practice would be to print the checkout information from the computer and hand it to the cleaning staff.

The pictures made this place look better than what it really was. It was updated but very little surface improvements the overall wasn't worth the stay. Multiple marijuana smokers even with cameras, didn't stop people from doing in pool area and property grounds.

Phenomenally low rates for the economy the way it is right now. The room is cleaner than the lobby, no strange odors hahaha. You never know how a room is going to be based on the price! This was a pleasant surprise

We are in the newly renovated part of the hotel. These rooms have been redone and are like a Holiday inn Express or Hampton inn. New flooring, new bathroom, new furniture, new AC/heating

Its a budget hotel in a convenient location. Wish there had been breakfast. It was stated on their website that there was breakfast, but the hotels com reservation did not include breakfast so its my fault for not seeing that. The room was clean enough but the mattress was worn out and way too soft for my liking. There was a Starbucks and Cracker Barrel near by within a short walk. I would consider another one night stay here because of the convenience and hope for a more comfortable bed next time.

Staff accommodated my family being I was their staying for my birthday to be closer to them with all the festivities we were going to. Instead of having to drive way back cross town for them to get home they were able to get rooms near mine and we all had a great time!!!

Hotel.com is not aware of this rule they have, and they will simply tell you to go elsewhere. We used to stay there when it was Jameson Inn. Years ago it was a nice place not now, The TV remote was taped together with scotch tape to hold batteries in , and reception was snowy . Only coffee in the morning and not a good one either. That is our last stay there. Find another place this is not good.

I can’t afford to wait 3-7 business days for my money to be out back on my card - we wouldn’t have been able to afford to pay for another room somewhere else. However, I called our booking agent, hotels.com, and they were able to find us another room at a better hotel, and used the money we had already paid. Did not cost one penny more, and we loved our new hotel!

The hotel was renovating many rooms in the section where we stayed. Our room had not been renovated . The room had a tub/shower that didn’t drain well. The air vent above the shower had fallen off in the tub. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast fair. Walk to restaurant across from hotel. No other rooms were available in the area so we stayed.

Despite walking past at least 6 King Bed empty rooms on the ground level, we were put in the Last room on the 2nd floor, furthest from the Lobby. The place was clean overall for the price point. The staff were friendly and overall helpful. However, we had a three night stay and our room card was deactivated each day. That was a huge inconvenience and imagine not being properly dressed assuming you can reenter your room and you have to take a trip to the lobby. The room contained only a single roll of tissue. There was no backup so be prepared to take a trip to the lobby for an additional roll.

Disgusting. There was a roach in the desk. I told the front desk and they said “oh they just sprayed, that’s why it probably came out”…… ummmmm GROSS! They also had a sign saying free breakfast. That was part of the reason I picked this one.

Where do I start? This was absolutely the WORST place I've ever stayed. The pool was out of order. Waited 2 hours for our room to be "cleaned". Once entered, we were choking on the smell of bleach that filled the toilet. The floor was dirty and pubic hair in the bathroom. There were no towels, no toiletries like soap or shampoo. Granted, there were unusual circumstances, but I had to wait 2-1/2 hours for my room (since The first room they gave me was out of order), and it wasn’t even cleaned when I finally got in there. I tried explaining that this is the 4th of July weekend and they couldnt do this, its their responsibility and the rude manager hung up on me. The desk clerk told my wife that he had no reservation for us. She told him that we had a confirmation number and he hung up on her. She called again and talked to another female clerk, wo said our credit card had been refused, so our reservation was canceled. She did then say we could make another reservation using another card, but the new reservation would be an additional $20.00.. We accepted the offer because at that time of day on a holiday weekend it would have bee very hard to find another hotel room. Upon arrival the desk clerk heard our story and let us have a room for the original agreed on price. "This is a third rate hotel at best"

This hotel was not a desirable place to stay. In the room, there were extension cords for the electronics to work all over the place. There were couples outside the hotel fighting. While I was there the cops were called for 2 different instances. It was not a comfortable place to reside during my trip. WIll never stay there again.

The overall stay was fine, the room was a little dirty (bits of food under the bed). The bathroom was in terrible shape, dark marks all over the shower interior. We booked a king sized bed but received a queen. It’s a budget hotel but some things should just be basic to any hotel.

Toilet paper holder had been puttied into the wall but looked like it could fall out if it got bumped very hard. There were holes in the shower wall where soap holders or something once hung. There was a small gap between the air-conditioner & the wall through which you could see outside. You get what you pay for I guess. On the plus side Cracker Barrel was just across the street so we walked. Breakfast was included: make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, juice, coffee, milk. The fitness room had a treadmill, very few dumbbells (it looked liked some may have been stolen, although I don't know why someone would want to steal one of a set) and a couple other pieces of equipment, it was very hard to work out because it felt like there was no air flow even though there is an air-conditioner unit in the room.

The first room assigned to us was still not cleaned and a panel on the bathroom cabinet was off; assigned to another room—the tissue dispenser was coming off; the pool was green so the children couldn’t use and that was one of the reasons using this site; there was trash overflowing out around the pool area—utterly filthy; would not recommend this site; also there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway!

We didn’t end up staying and had to get a refund.

Roaches, hair in the bath tub. Only two towels. Tv would not work. Room stated it would accommodate five. Small beds. Full size to be exact. The only plus about this stay was the staff was nice.

Location iff I95, but a musty Smell and the TV did not work. We wanted to watch the playoff Football games after driving 9 hours, but the TV didn’t work. The Staff tried their best, and were very friendly, but couldn’t resolve the situation. We ended up checking out and they gave us a full refund and were very kind and understanding.

The rooms smelled, there was some type of yellow liquid on table and phone, room didn't seem clean, the beds were hard, no real blankets, the lamp was broken and flickering and the tv did not work.The pool was the only part we enjoyed. To be fair they did swap our room after we complained about the TV not working. I would not stay at this hotel a second time.

When we arrived the clerk was very friendly and helpful. Then it went sown hill. Every day we where there we had to go have the key programed , it wld lick us out. On our second to last day we had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door because we had valuables in the toom. A house keeper went in anyways and ALL of our things where moved around. Brpught it to the cler, inspector attention. The inspector brought the house keeper in our room. That was ridiculous. Then she went to get GM. He didnt think it was important enough tonleave his desk so he called the room.

This is a horrible company with no concern for the trouble they caused my wife an I; senior citizen diabetics in a strange state and at that time of night! At 2AM, we found an EconoLodge 40 miles away; on I-95 but not as far as Savannah.

Restroom dirty

Dirty washcloth left in bathroom. TV did not get any main stations except Fox and MSNBC. Breakfast was OK.

The room was not clean. Pubic hair all behind bathroom door, fingernail clipping under a table, a rouge q-tip on the floor, makeup on a pillow, poop stains on toilet and dust all over the night stands and lamps. The room had hardwood floors and a big tv and the breakfast seemed decent but the dirtiness of the room ruined the entire trip. We had a baby with us that needed to be fed and sleep immediately so that hindered any actionable solutions to our stay once we noticed how unclean it was. Oh and the checkout person gave us a receipt for a lower price so we saw how little of a deal we actually got via hotels.com.

First, there was no remote in our room. After calling the front desk, the desk manager said I could come to the lobby and get another one. They gave me an unopened remote and said I could try to program it. Second, the refrigerator didn’t work. Third, we stayed two nights and they did not clean our room after the first night. I returned to the front desk and let the desk manager know that the refrigerator didn’t work, we didn’t get our room cleaned, so I would need fresh towels and a trash bag for our one track can, which was full. Instead of apologizing or seeking to fix any of these issues, the ladies response was “is that it. The staff could care less that we were at the property.

Could use more comfy bedding and better furniture in the rooms. Also on second day saw a roach in the room
