The property was surprisingly nice for the price. There was some strange people that were lingering around. It did however feel safe.

Their room could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the bottom of the bathtub, it looks like a man had shaved some of his shaving was behind the sink. Other than that everything else was great

The staff here is always so helpful. I feel very safe knowing they diligently watch the cameras and are willing to let guests know if they see anything in question. I had one of two things to report to maintenance and those issues got resolved in a timely manner. The location is very convenient because it’s so close to highway 95. Also, as noisy as it tends to get off 341 this hotel has enough distance that you never hear any of the normal sounds you might consider a nuisance or a hindrance to a good nights rest.

Two downsides: 1. No hot water for shower 2. Lots of sketchy people loitering, walking around. Had to sign a sheet saying I understood no fighting, no drugs, must be dressed if outside room. This was a pit stop for me on my way home. Great value. I would stay there again, especially if they get their hot water issue resolved.

I was happy with my stay. It’s a great location. Also, it feels very safe.

The room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, dirty floors, trash under the bed, brown stained tub. But it was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. We were helped quickly when we needed it, and left alone when we didn’t, and I was able to bring my puppy. The new kitchenette in the rooms are a nice addition to the remodel.

Room was clean and desk staff very nice. Ice machine didn't work. Heard a beeping fire alarm all night and slamming doors throughout night, so not a good night of sleep.

For the price you can’t beat it. Friendly staff and when things are broken or not working they fix it. Just wish the ice machine and more of the washer and dryers were working

We did not check in. Several guests were in the lobby. One had mental health.issues and apparently was staying there long term. Another guy appeared homeless and was arguing with the clerk. Another homeless looking guy was carrying a bicycle up the stairs. We did not feel safe and booked a room in a different hotel. I think you should evaluate.this hotel rating.

Please do not book here the pictures are nothing like the rooms and the place was very dirty the staff were clueless. And nun the less the charges for 2 missing bath towels that were not there when we arrived. The room was dirty, the bedding was stained and the door didn't shut all the way to lock properly. The bathroom had trash left in the floor, no remote for tv, the fridge made some strange noises.

The room was visually clean but had an aggressive smoke smell. Tequila came in and offered to refresh the room and cut the smell. Again she was outstanding.

Room was very dark. It turned out that it was missing 2 light bulbs in a lamp and 1 in the restroom. After asking the receptionist for the light bulbs, they came to deliver them and we realized the lamp was missing the outlet prongs; therefore, it didn’t work. The room was decent and comfortable but the location is not the best. I also didn’t like the fact that many people are hanging out outside their rooms in chairs, smoking, drinking or just being loud. This hotel has potential to be better but management needs to step up their efforts. I departed very early in the morning and the office was closed, I was not able to return my key because they didn’t have a drop off box either.

I didn’t get in. I booked a room through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM — only to find the lobby locked ? and no staff anywhere. The posted number went straight to voicemail ?, and the number listed on the site was someone’s personal cell ? who told me I had the wrong number. I cannot make this up. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I don’t know if the blame falls on the booking company or the hotel, but either way — they took my money ?, left me stranded late at night ?, and never answered the phone. Luckily, the hotel adjacent had vacant rooms ? for the same cost — otherwise I would’ve really been stuck. Do not book here. This was a complete scam ? and terrible customer service.

Nothing Rude staff . Pulled up ten minutes before check in time and was told nothing was ready to come back later but wanted me to pay an additional $100 to hold my reservation . The grass was knee deep and crack heads all over the property

Everything. I stayed 2 weeks because that was my cheapest option. My room was never cleaned once. There was water dripping from the ceiling and creating a pool of water in my room. Neighbors there was the only good thing there.

There were no towels, wash clothes, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper, or ice bucket. This was not advertised as an extended stay hotel, but is definitely was.

After I booked it I called him to make sure they had a downstairs room because I'm handicapped so I talked to the girl at the desk for like 10 minutes when we got there my husband went in with my ID because I'm handicapped my leg is like a balloon and that I had to go get out and go in anyway and then she tells me that everyone that's in that room has got to have a picture ID. My husband and daughter lost their IDs and a house fire in New York I tried to explain that to the girl nothing doing no ID no staying which she could have told me that on the phone when I talked to her a couple hours before that would have given me plenty of time to book another room. As it was I had to pay $80 for a room and I really upset me so my opinion of them is not very high. Everything

Price I was ok with the cash deposit, and I did get it back, however the fact I had to wait till office to open at 8:30 am to get my cash back instead of an early check out is wrong, and why I won't stay here again

Ladies at front desk are very rude! Gave me a room with someone already in it, would’ve confirm refund. Never even got to stay! Smh

Our room was never cleaned or the sheets changed while we were there. We had to take out our own trash and put it in the dumpster. The office was closed when I when we went to check out around 8 a.m. As there was nowhere to leave the keycard I went back to the room and left it on the desk. EVERYTHING!!!
