Derek at the front desk was extremely helpful to us. He deserves 5 Stars! We had a good stay at this motel. The beds were on the soft side, which I need.

As soon as I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. He made my stay 1000% times better! The room was very clean and the cleaning staffed did a marvelous job keeping the room spotless. I will definitely book here again!

Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with biscuits and gravy, omelets, sausage and pancakes. Checkout was super easy too!

The receptionist was particularly helpful getting additional decaf coffee for our room, the room was very well designed with a chaise lounge couch and very comfy bed, and the breakfast was particularly good with many choices. We plan on coming back when we travel south on art 95.

Clean room, comfy bed, good coffee, friendly staff. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of everything 90 min before it was over. Bacon was barely cooked, no plates, not much selection.

I will continue to stay at the Holiday Inns as long as they keep the coffee machines in the rooms Wasn’t a fan of the coffee machine at the breakfast room, just like having it ready to pour in a cup.

Breakfast should be til 10a. When you are traveling its tiring and I don't want to wake up early to eat breakfast .and need more fruit options.

It was like eating in a budget class 3 diner. What a let down from an otherwise very nice facility. Breakfast!

Noisy!! Sounded like someone running, dancing, jumping up and down on the floor above us. Also, what was that piece of furniture that should have been a couch. Terribly uncomfortable, leaving no place to sit other than on the bed. That was a poor attempt at a "suite."

The breakfast was a plus the area was quiet and not far from everything staff was very friendly and helpful only draw back was we paid for a room with a tub but wasnt ready and available at check so agreed to a shower rm.

I had forgotten my motel tax exempt form but the clerk who checked me in told me that I could email it to him and he would print it out. When I got to the front desk to check out and get my receipt she was borderline rude about the tax exempt form. She told me the computers were down. Also rooms need some much needed updates like new curtains, doors, tubs, etc.

I came in to check in after driving 2 and 1/2 hours, and was told my reservation was canceled. No explanation, or anything. I didn't received a phone call, email, or anything. They blamed it on expedia, but expedia still had my reservation active. After they called the hotel to speak on my behalf the clerk had no empathy. He didn't even try to help me, he just stated that expedia would refund you your money.

Everything was very satisfying at this facility. Other than I had to request cleanup as soon as I checked in b/c of excessive hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was ok but the grits was so UNDER cooked. Overall my experience was good. I would consider another stay here.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel enroute to Florida. Exceptionally nice staff, both day and evening. Pet friendly establishment for our dog. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Morning breakfast did the trick. Our room this time looked a little tired and not as clean as last time. But certainly not dirty. Good value and a quick, easy spot to stay.

Very nice place, but AWESOME BREAKFAST!!! Eggs were actually good, and there was bacon every day, perfectly cooked. One of the breakfast staff told me that they try really hard to excel in that area. Only time ever that I have looked forward to a hotel breakfast!!

Cette fois, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par la présence animale dans l’hôtel. Nous étions à la chambre 218 et un chien a jappé pendant plus d’une heure dans une chambre voisine. Quel dérangement ! Et puis, on ne comprend pas pourquoi vous n’offrez pas de chambres aux clients qui ne veulent pas dormir là où des animaux ont séjourné. Sur notre tapis il y avait des taches inexpliquées… dégâts de chien ? On ne le saura jamais. S’il n’y avait pas eu présence d’animaux dans l hôtel notre séjour aurait été fantastique car tout était à notre goût. Dommage car il n’est pas certain que nous retournerons y dormir. Assurément pas dans celui-ci !

The initial room I recieved had an odd smell, (musty) and I requested another room. I received quick assistance and it was not an issue.

This was our first time staying here. Was not that impressed. The room seem a bit tired. The A/C was noisy and the toilet ran all night. The Breakfast staff was a wee bit grumpy at 8am she still did not have all the breakfast out, the pancake machine was broken. Outside the lawns were full of dog poop. We have a dog & ALWAYS poop & scoop. they need to post a sign. For the price we paid, I would not pick this hotel again. The only good thing was the check in staff- kind & sweet.

For a relatively new property this place is going downhill quick. Room was not as clean as past stays. Toilet was loose, almost no water pressure in shower. RM 117. Lobby floor near elavator was dirty 2 days in a row. Someone pulled fire alarm at 4 a.m. causing all occupants to vacate to the parking lot. There was no fire a deranged person pulled the alarm. No compnsation offered by the management unless you asked, they gave you $20 off your stay that night. It should have been at least 50 if not 100% of the rate that night.

Although the breakfast was delicious, the serving area was not properly cleaned-crumbs, spills etc not cleaned up well. Every morning, they ran out of coffee, cups, plates & silverware. When asked for more, I was made to feel like I was asking for too much. The bed was very comfortable however, there was mold in the shower and the blinds were so broken that they could not be broken. I told the front desk but again, they were clearly not interested. Location was great. And even being pet friendly, it was very quiet.

The hotel was fine. The staff did their best to accommodate. I was most disappointed w hotels.com. I requested a room with 2 queen beds and while I understand that was subject to availability… the actual details sent to the hotel by Hotels.com said I requested a King room so that is what they reserved for me - 1 king bed - even tho my confirmation clearly showed I requested 2 queen beds. This was not convenient or desirable as we preferred not to share a bed - obviously.

Overall, the room was clean, bed is pretty comfortable but the comforter on the bed is too heavy. Needs an in between lightweight blanket. Shade was broken so it couldn't be pulled all the way down and people would be able to see in and the light from the parking lot would shine in so I had to block it off with pillows and bags that I had with me. Otherwise it was a pretty decent place to stay
