    The walkin shower was great for me. I liked the dispensers on the wal for shampoo, conditioner, etc. And the breakfast was great with juices avalable.i left my yeti in my room. I texted them. My yeti was waiting for me when I got back from my golf tournament.

    Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again.

    I enjoyed the breakfast. My only disappointment was when I was ready to eat the cereal. There was no more milk and the worker didn’t offer to refill the milk carton. Everything else was great. I was only there for one night. Everything was good.

    When we went to check in, staff said he didn’t see my reservation even after I showed the reservation and confirmation #. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said they did t have one to talk with. Even another staff there told him to just make the correction in the system that it was a simple gliche in the computer. There was also NO hot water either night to which the reply was sorry. We can move you to a room if we find one…. I will make a note… nothing ever came available.

    This is a very nice Hampton Inn! The staff is very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. It is close enough to St. Simons Island to drive over to the island for dinner, which we did during our stay.

    I was staying in this hotel with my family and my mother-in-law came out with a lot of welts that look like bedbug bites, she has them everywhere, even on her face. I am worry because I was with her in the same room and I’m pregnant and I have a toddler with some bites too.

However, we had a King bed suite for 3 people and there were no sheets or pillowcases for the couch bed in the room and the telephone in the room didn’t work, so we had to down from the 4th floor to the check-in desk to get them. Also there was no TV guide in the room and had to get that at the check- in desk.

    Staff was excellent. Hotel is run down a bit. Room 419 --- bathroom light above sink is inoperable, Bathtub faucet drips, tea is all caffeine downstairs. Not nearly as nice as most Hamptons/Hiltons in our travels. But ,the staff was excellent.

    Did not like: the limited amount of food in the breakfast menu, the hot food was cold most of the time, like the sausage, eggs and potatoes Coffee and water for tea were cold, I went to go have breakfast and I had to wait for the hotel staff to finish serving themselves, because they were all gathered in the food area. The first day it was good, they’re were two ladies that were working hard to make sure everything was available, that was morning of 10/17/25 the two ladies working in that area were very attentive, and kept the area clean. The morning of 10/18 and 10/19 the food was very cold and they were not replacing what needed, like I said the staff gathered in the food area to eat and I had to wait for them to finish serving themselves The room was horrible dirty, I have pictures I was looking for something that felt under the bed and that’s how I discovered trash under the bed and the carpet was filthy, I believe there’s mold on the side of the ac unit, the walls and everything else, the bed covers were stained The fridge and all around was disgusting dirty Front desk staff were very nice, Maintenance staff knocked on my door for no reason and I felt very unsafe He said that my phone was not working and to let him in, I said NO my phone works perfect then I called the front desk to ask if they had sent someone to my room and they said NO

    The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem was that the air conditioning was so loud we had to change rooms in the middle of the night which was no problem.Staff was very accommodating. The cleaning lady was also very nice and understanding.

    We have traveled the country using Hampton Inns and this hotel was definitely the worst we’ve stayed in. The carpet in the halls is very unattractive and we felt looks cheap! The breakfast was wonderful and the staff members were polite, courteous and professional!

    This Hampton Inn was located very close to I95 exit and walkable to the Ale House restaurant. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not fluffy. Overall i would recommend the Hampton Inn in Brunswick.

    Our room : finish coat of paint is half complete leaving obvious differences in texture and color between the lower and upper halves of all walls. Paint on trim work was not cleaned. Doors were quite badly nicked at the bottom. Otherwise, the whole hotel gave the impression of a new build, but someone was in a hurry to finish.

    I booked the stay then called the hotel directly to make sure they were aware we would be checking in really late. I mentioned 1:30-2 am. We arrived at the hotel at 3am. I was told by the lady that she had run her report and she couldn't do anything. I informed her that I had called to make sure my room was going to be available since it was going to be late. I told her that a gentleman told me we would be in room xx. She said they didn't have a room xx. She put me in xxx I believe. But when we got to the room there was a do not disturb tag on the door knob. I went back down and told her. She ended up putting us in the room xx that she said they didn't have. She could not make us a room key. She went up to the room and let us in. I work at a hotel so none of this made any kind of sense.

    This was my first truly bad experience. My two young children and I showed up after hours. No luggage carts were available, so we had to carry everything. The keys to the room did not work and we were told to call down if they didn’t. The phone didn’t work in the hall, so we came down and couldn’t find the attendant who ended up being outside in her car. She told us someone would have to let us in and out of our room since the keys wouldn’t work. Nothing was offered to us for the inconvenience. Will never go back to that hotel! Sad, because we’ve always had great experiences with the Hampton hotels.

    On the bad side, the pool area was a disaster. The hot tub was closed and boarded up, there was poo in the pool and another pile outside the pool that was stepped in. The hallways were filthy, and our room was worn out and gross. We were not allowed a refund and I got the run around when I tried to complain. I'd recommend staying almost anywhere else.

    The floor was not vacuumed in the first room we went in also the second - found debris and a sewing needle on the floor. Breakfast was lousy also compared to other Hamptons we’ve been in.
