The lobby reaked of cigarettes. After driving 18 hours and just wanted to sleep. When i went to check in i was told the day shift rented all the rooms out. So whats the point of a reservation? I ended up paying twice the price at another hotel. Very disappointed in Expedia with working with such a horrible hotel.

Place is adjacent to a truck station with a number of interesting characters moving around the place. Children in the second floor were making noise until late.

This is not a road-trip crash pad. It's a residence. And its denizens work from "home." I've stayed in places that made my wife cry; my standards for a simple overnight stay are not high. This place took ME less than 14 seconds in the parking lot to just nope the heck outta there.

Do not stay here! I have stayed in some low quality places before. This is the worst, got a refund and slept in my truck. To many horrible things to mention.

When I arrived, the clerk acted shocked that I thought I had a reservation. He was rather rude and said the only room not rented didn't have heat or AC. I was actually relieved that they did not have any rooms left because the place looked really rough.

Property is dirty and in this repair. Parking lot is park marked with giant potholes that make navigation challenging and dangerous. Owner of hotel is unethical. I had a pre-booked prepaid reservation three days in advance and it was not honored. I would warn people to stay away from this property.

First of all I didn't get to stay at the traveler inn. I booked my stay at the traveler inn online with hotel.com. When I arrived at the hotel the manager which was very rude and smart mouth ask"What did I want" when I told him I had a room booked he smart off telling me he didn't have any rooms and I would have to go somewhere else and told me they didn't have any rooms with hotels.com. So I ended up late for work due to the inconvenience of having to find another room. And I tried to get in touch with hotels.com an that also was a failure. So to me neither place is good for business and I wouldn't recommend either place to anyone

The Expedia booking I made wasn’t in their computer due to loss of WiFi from the hurricane. Leaving myself and 6 children figuring out where to sleep at 11 pm. The one room we were able to get was one king bed in a room that had recently been painted and was dirty. I am completely dissatisfied with both Expedia and the travelers inn

When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. I advised I had a confirmation, rude “desk clerk” did not get out of his chair in the lobby, but told me even with a confirmation, they were full and to take it up with Orbitz.

I called Expedia telling them I was candy stay and that this was thee most horrific dirty filthy place I’ve ever seen!!! That they should take them off of there site. We booked it because we had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton when arriving after 9 hour drive they said we would have to pay cash that the web site always over books them and that the room was missing a mattress that would have to be replaced!

No sheets, no pillowcases, pillows stained, bedspread was shredded, carpet stained, room smelled like cat p1ss, pubic hair in tub, moldy fridge, A USED NEEDLE AND SYRINGE BEHIND A NIGHT STAND!!! People in next room were smoking crack and i could smell it in my room. Owner refused a refund after i checked out early, had my bank take care of it. People were living there, kids in diapers playing in the truck stop that shares a parking lot, no adults anywhere. I'm beyond appealed at this trash. The owner should be in jail. TRAVELOCITY, REMOVE THIS EFFING PLACE FROM YOUR SITE!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone needs to do contact me regarding this.

The price is great. The stay is not. Front desk was really nice. The place needs deep cleaning, roaches everywhere. I didn't even undo the bed. Slept ontop of the comforter. Ac and heater worked so that's good. But the place was dirty and infested with bugs. I understand that you get what you pay. But at the least, they should get an exterminator to come in and kill all the bugs. No one wants to see that. Just a really dirty place. I don't recommend you stay here if you are afraid of bugs. Either than that, you get a bed and shelter to sleep in for a night. Nothing special.

Ok i wanted to get an inxpensive 3 nite stay as i was on a hunting trip only needing a shower and a bed. I payed 32 per nite should have been 2$ per mangament explained he is remodling (should have been using a crain and wrecking ball ) i could keep going on and on but i keep getting sick oh did i mention the cockroaches

There was no one at the desk when I came in & finally my husband asked the maintenance guy outside where someone was & he helped us. This place definitely needs to be remodeled. The first room they put us in had a bullet hole in the window, only had one lamp for lighting & the room smelled awful. I went back to the desk (had to find someone again) & asked for a different room. He gave us a different room which was better, but there are people who live in this hotel. I don't have a problem with people living there, but I would recommend putting all the people who does in one section of the hotel & putting visitors away from them. The second room they put us in was next to a man who lived there & spent half the night yelling at someone on the phone. I need not feel very safe, but we had protection measures & it was ok for the quick trip we made. I definitely wouldn't stay here again or as a vacation spot.

Did not stay because the FSU football game I attended ended at midnight in Tallahassee. The property has an early 10:30 pm check/in time cutoff which should be shown right with the price not in fine print. I lost 43 dollars and had to drive home to Clearwater in the middle of the night.

This hotel shouldn’t be operating. Facility is terrible. Noisy. Air conditioner was falling apart. No towels, soap, sheets or even trash can. Do not stay.

I was not expecting a perfect place to stay. I did not pay for that. However, I did expect it to be clean and pest free. Walking into the room the first thing you see is nasty carpet. The air did not work very well. The tv only had a few channels that worked and you had to find them by punching in one number at a time. There was no wifi at all (but was advertised as having it). We had several cockroachs running around. They gave us 1 towel and no wash cloth to share. Had to go buy some so we could shower. I booked a king room and they didnt have any. I got 2 full size instead. One of which had dirty dog prints still on the bed. It was gross! There was no safety latch on the door so you just prayed no one tried to come in. I will never stay there again. If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have found somewhere else to go.

Since this person didn't identify themselves I felt it unsafe to open the door. I ignored him and went back to bed. In less than 15 minutes the same person knocked again. I thought it was another hotel customer at this point and opened the door. This was a risk since there wasn't a typical door chain lock to keep the door locked in my room. Without identifying himself, he said, "Are you going to pay?" I said "if you mean the room, I already paid online through Expedia." He still didn't identify himself and only said, "well you need to pay if you are going to stay." I said I plan to checkout before 11. I still dont know why he had to tell me "I had to pay." First time staying here. The ceiling panels were falling off, roaches and ants climbed the walls, they didn’t replace the toilet paper from the previous guests and there were finger prints and stains all over the towels. Didn’t even both getting a shower due to how unclean everything was. The carpet was soaked and we had to wear our shoes the entire time. There were no lights in the main room, only the bathroom. The fridge was broke and the curtains were hanging on to a wire with paper clips.

Place had roaches, extremely weak wifi, 15 tv channels, staff was nice and helpful. ALL the other guests were drunked or on something. People randomly trying to open our door. We heard screaming and yelling and fighting for 5 straight hours. A female screamed help and it genuinely sound like she needed help. I jumped out of bed in my underwear to help her and told front desk (while in my underwear) to call the cops. We left right after. Do not recommend unless you absolutely need a place to stay

Place had roaches, extremely weak wifi, 15 tv channels, staff was nice and helpful. ALL the other guests were drunked or on something. People randomly trying to open our door. We heard screaming and yelling and fighting for 5 straight hours. A female screamed help and it genuinely sound like she needed help. I jumped out of bed in my underwear to help her and told front desk (while in my underwear) to call the cops. We left right after. Do not recommend unless you absolutely need a place to stay

11/12/22 at 3pm I arrived at & paid at the front desk, went to the room and the bottom of the front door was busted, inside the rug was the dirtiest rug I have ever seen, the bed sheet on my bed had blood on it and hairs, I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and no hot water. I looked up towards the ceiling and someone had thrown toilet paper with feces on it and it stuck in the ceiling. 10 minutes later I walked down to the main desk and checked out having spend approx. $79.00 with some change and did not stay there.

The area is nice small but lots available close the airport and a few places to eat just off the I75 so makes for easy stop and get going

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my lifetime and I’m 64 years old, this property should be condemned and demolished, it’s almost indescribable bad, no problem with the checkin person and price was cheap, but o my god, you had to see the condition of this room to even believe it.

Have no idea as when we arrived they were overbooked and arranged for us to stay 20 miles away at a partner hotel which was also terrible. The reason for booking here was because it was close to a show we were going to. Very disappointed to have to travel 20 miles further late at night to their sister hotel.

I will never stay here again the first king size room rented the bed was not mad toilet was broken. Then placed me in a double gueen room air disnt work handles on tub was broke so had to use pliers to shower crackheads hanging around my room door never again will i go here

It was awful. Dirty sheets were still in the room, we had to put the 'new' ones on. TV and most outlets didn't work. The shower didn't have a curtain. People begging for money everytime we walked to the car. Rooms with doors open were completely trashed. We put a chair in front of the door when we slept. Potholes in the parking lot you could sink your car into. Terrible.

Only good for a cheap very basic nights stay. Beside a busy truck stop. Facility needs major investment to bring it up to minimal motel standards. Surprised this motel would even be listed by Expedia. Staff did their best to assist.

The environment was unsafe and noisy all night. There were beer cans on the ceiling and the wiring for the key card was poorly done. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

I just needed a cheap place to get a few hours of sleep after driving to pick up a puppy. I knew I would not make it home so I looked for a place as close to home as I could get. I wish I had just spent a little more money and went to the next place. The bathroom had a puddle when I got there from what looked like the bathroom above. I know you get what you pay for so I was not expecting much. But I did not want bedbugs! I woke up to bugs on me. The people in the room above me would not be quiet. I checked in on my way up but it was almost midnight when I got back to get a few hours sleep. I was awakened at about 3 am with the people above me. Then felt a bug on me. So I packed up and checked out. I was so affraid I would bring them home that I put anything I could in the bed of my truck so I did not get bugs in my truck. I washed all my clothes the minute I got home and showered. I put everything else in bags in my shed. My poor puppy is itchy but does not have fleas, so they bit him too. This place needs a bug man. Save your money and sleep in your car or spend a few more bucks somewhere else. This place reminded me of the rent by the hour motel I had the unfortunate luck to stay at.

Good for a quick overnight get some sleep while driving to somewhere else. Not the worst I ever stayed at. Could use a deep cleaning. It was cheap and quiet. A solid 5.
