- Overpriced for the quality of the rooms

Hotel staff was very friendly. Awesome location and be sure to walk down to the park to see the bighorns. Breakfast was fine for continental style. Well stocked and basically grab n go snack foods. Overall excellent value and was a perfect location to stay before we visited the Hoover Dam.
- 5/5
This is a smallish hotel in a small city. During the day you can see Lake Mead in the distance. Front desk is helpful and friendly and has a little store, which was helpful. It is very near the Southern Nevada State Veteran's Hospital and Cemetary. My father loves the fully-loaded baked potato that you can get in town.
- 5/5
We stay here every time! We absolutely love the staff and the views are spectacular!
- 3.5/5
The view, the pool, but we stayed for one night, so didn’t use it We got a room, which was certainly not ready for a guest, the garbage all over the place( after we went back to registration, we got another number, it was ok, old, and the curtains certainly needs a replacement.

Stained carpet, clean bathroom, friendly staff, loud a/c unit.

Worst place to stay. The pictures that show it’s not what it is. It’s one of the worst hotels you can stay at. very old and smelly.
- 3/5
The room was dirty on the light switches and near the wall entry areas, we just took bleach wips too.
- 3/5
The property may be a little worn around the edges, but the outstanding staff, cleanliness, and unforgettable encounters with the rams more than made up for it.
- 5/5
Hotel room was clean and super spacious inside! Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in earlier than the check in time! 10/10

Was Nice for the Price and right down the street you got a nice park where you can enjoy seeing the big horn sheep walking around.

When I make reservations, I check to make sure they are refundable. In the fine print, it was non-refundable due to it being a holiday wkend. I reached out to Hotels.com who did all they could to help me. I then reached out directly to the hotel & a staff member told me that I shouldn't rely on a 3rd party site to make reservations & still refused to give me my $ back. My faith was gone in this property at that point so we decided not to stay there.

Clean, everyone was nice, clean pool just needs elevator for 3rd floor guests if disabled

This place was great! Clean rooms, coffee was good and loved the balcony that over looked the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Great front desk gentleman.

Breakfast could of been better
- 3/5
Old and rundown. Rooms ok and clean.
- 4/5
The hotel can definately invest in blackout curtains though. The light outside our room illuminated the entire room all night. The moment the sun rose, it just got worse. We were there just for sleeping, so that was a rough night.
- 4/5
Our room was clean and the AC worked great! Staff was nice and pool was clean. We'll definitely come back

Was told at 3 pm when we arrived for check in that our room wasn’t ready yet. When I went to ask what time it would be ready (because check in is at 3), I got cut off and ripped a new one. I was shown all of the room keys and told how busy they were. And of the 39 keys behind them that were ready for check in, the room I paid for was not ready and we would have to wait.
- 5/5
Está muy bueno
- 5/5
The property is pet-friendly; the rooms assigned as pet friendly are large and clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job! The staff responsible for checking customers in are amazing! They have been very accommodating in meeting our special requirements! We have been here going on 3 weeks now and I would stay here again! Thanks to all for a job well done!
- 4/5
The outside of the property looked OK and nice. You have an outside entrance into your room, which is kinda nice. The views are beautiful. We had two rooms, when walking in it reminded me of old school motels, kind of what you would expect back in the day a very basic room, that does not really impress. Things definitely need to be updated. The lamp sheets were damaged in the beds were very noisy, the pillows were lumpy, the bed was medium heart/soft it was not the most comfortable thing, but it wasn’t the worst. The other room when you went in the bathroom, it smelled bad, kind of like they had a sewer problem or like somebody had just gone to the bathroom and stunk it up. We told them we were going out to dinner and would come back and check, but it’s still kind of smell the same so they had found us another room to change into which was very nice of them to do. We were looking for a cheap price and I think we got what we paid for. So if you’re looking for a cheap price, it will be good enough, but it won’t be the best stay ever. They did have a fairly good breakfast for a small hotel so that was a nice surprise with several options of oatmeal/muffins/fruit/boiled eggs/yogurt. I rated it this way because it wasn’t an amazing stay, but it was OK and doable.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly, snacks in lobby were reasonably priced, and our room was big. Plenty of parking because there was really no one else there. The television had to get restarted/unplugged each day or it wouldn't work, It's also on "store mode", so you can't stream anything from your phone. Housekeeping NEVER came, we never saw them ever, but assumed that's who was leaving all vacant rooms wide open in the morning. Gave a rather unsettling feeling each morning. There were bugs in the room, specifically in the bathroom and near the door.

Pet room. Floor was filthy. We had to clean it and all towels came out dark gray to black. Curtains are old with holes, chairs in room were stained, outside door and chairs were dirty. Hot tub was clean but not hot, Luke warm at best. Swimming pool was clean. Small continental breakfast of pre wrapped muffins and fruit.
- 4/5
Very dog friendly, grass area walking close by.
- 5/5
Excellent all around. Great experience and close to Hoover dam. Bighorn sheep in the park across the street!

There was animal hair all over the floor and it just wasn’t that clean. one of the rooms we had reserved Had a lot of patching done by the balcony door. There were holes in the curtains, and the TVs in both rooms didn’t work. I don’t think we will be back
- 5/5
Staff are so accommodating; the hospitality staff was great; laundry room had 2 washers/2 dryers that worked nicely; rooms were large; overall pretty good stay (were there 2 weeks).
- 4/5
For the money it is a good, no frills motel. Bathroom was really small but bedroom was pretty big. Just understand what you are getting. It's not fancy, but it's a good affordable motel. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

The pool area was nice and clean, but the hot tub wasn't very hot and the pool is not heated. The location is fantastic and walking distance to the park. The room was clean and had nice views of the Lake. It is a little bright in the morning as the curtains don't completely make the room dark, that morning sun is very strong.
- 3/5
The building was clean but needs better maintenance. AC did not work, toilet ran constantly. There is a fan provided, first fan in a room for us, and luckily it was cooler and an AC was not needed. The breakfast was a couple bags of oatmeal, coffee and one apple.

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hot tub, although not technically in season was clean and warm. Would recommend to families.
- 4/5
This hotel is old. Some renovations have been attempted in the room I was in. Great hot water and strong shower. Mediocre bedding. Not great on cleanliness. Cooling was fine. The saving grace is the lake view and across the street routinely wild rams in the park. Nearby restaurant permanently closed.

Not what I expected from the photos. The listing seemed like a resort, not a motel. Good location though

Older buildings, well maintained. Balcony has an amazing view of Lake Mead however the unit next door’s air conditioner exhausts to our balcony. The furniture was basic but comfortable.

I could see Lake Mead from my balcony on the second floor, which was a nice bonus. Pretty nice, of course needs updates to carpeting and bathroom ceiling. But new vinyl on floor, and everything was clean
- 5/5
We stay here because it’s just down the street from my daughter. I’m always impressed by how clean and comfortable rooms are. They are a bit dated, but for the price and (for me) the location you really can’t beat it. Nice park right across the street and just down the road from grocery and food!

The pros - great location, quiet, big fridge & microwave, updated bathroom, nice balcony. The cons - really old furniture. The mattress especially was painful and I kept waking up all night long. The table & chairs in the room are on the verge of collapse. My room was considered "lake view" but you could hardly see the lake. Still it was a pretty view in general of the surrounding terrain.

We asked for a room with a view and the clerk was able to give us one for an extra $10! Totally worth it! He also told us about the Old Railroad Trail and it was fabulous! We would not have even known it existed!! AND the information in the hotel book told us Valley of Fire was near by, so we got to see that!! Our TV was not working properly and the clerk was able to fix it quickly!! We had a great experience here!!!

Given it was New Year's Eve, we were tremendously happy that the evening was quiet! We brought two golden retrievers who are extremely sensitive to fireworks. It was one wonderful night. The dog run on the side of the Inn had feces everywhere. How sad owners don't seem to be picking up their dog's poop, but it was difficult to even take two steps without stepping on poop. :-(

For how old the place is, it is very well kept. Both of the guys at the front are super nice, super cool. Loved the layout of the room and how the view. Got a couple must see from them. I'd stay again.

Worked well for what we needed, to sleep and leave in the AM. Room was clean and the staff were nice. The smell of years of cigarette smoke lingers in the rooms.

Leaving the private balcony door open to warm desert air, could lay on the bed and watch sun rise and set. Was pretty quiet for being in town. We loved our 3 day stay.

Didn't get room with hot tub because we had are dog. Which they should something about that. Parking was good.

- 4/5
It was fine, the room was clean. Very poor breakfast, we choose this hotel because the breakfast offer and at the end it was just coffee and muffins, not even a real breakfast. Just snacks. Also we had an incident with bed bugs in our room. What delayed all of our day changing rooms and we missed half of the trip day figuring out about it.
- 4/5
Tub had no anti slip or mat on the bottom, so I just about came out when I began to slip. Luckily I caught myself as I was ready to grab for the curtain on the way out. I moved the slippery when wet sign that was on the counter, to the tub. This was the hazard area, not the sink
- 2/5
Key did not work and had to take my 5 and 6 year old up (3) flights of stairs (3) times just to be told "Oh let me go over there and see if I could figure it out for you as is the host was going to make the red light magically turn off from the broken door lock. Finally, just got a new room on the (3rd floor again). No Drain plugs because well they only carry disposable ones and they were out. Not worth the money!
- 1/5
Then they gave me the keys to an OCCUPIED room. Vedy dangerous for a single women traveling at midnigbt witb my young daughter. Worse the manager acted like i was the problem and was extremely rude and upset with me, as if i wasnt just put in a dangerous situation by trying to enter an occupied room, or i should just be willing after a long day to shower in a tub overflowing with water. How dare I expect a draining shower and a safe unoccupied room. Dont stay here. Nof safe!
- 1/5
Construction nextdoor. Two doors down from us, a car had smashed through the front of the building (one of the rooms); it was boarded up when we arrived. The room floor has not been vacuumed or swept. Cigarette smell was emanating from the walls, and was attempted to be covered up by a pungent fragrance the “cleaners” used. The check-in office REEKED distinctly like vodka both when we arrived and checked out early (as we were not even able to spend the night).
- 5/5
Staff very accomodating
- 4/5
Nice location. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
The bathroom door needs to be planed. It sticks and has to be pushed or pulled very hard to open, making a loud scraping noise. The curtains do not block out the light. The heater/fan won't stay on continously. It’s very loud and it might be ok if it stayed on, but it wakes you up when it goes off and on. The hot tub was filled but the water was not heated. We had a dog with us and that's why we chose this hotel. It suited our needs as a place to sleep but it wasn't great.
- 4/5
Nice older hotel with views of Lake Mead. The room was clean and odor free. Our room was on 2nd floor with outside stairs (no elevator). Continental breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. Overall a good value.

Hoover Dam only 10 min away The lake only 5 min drive or couple minutes to reach the marina Hotel is little outdated but it was clean and I couldn’t find anything to give a bad report I loved the little city. I would definitely return and stay here again From Los Angeles, California I would stay here again
- 5/5
It was a nice comfortable stay and they gave a good discount for breakfast at the attached restaurant. I was very pleased.
- 4/5
The room was big and moistly clean and well maintained. Beautiful scenery with a view of lake Mead. Coffee in the lobby was good and the Continental breakfast was decent. My only big complaint is the bed was uncomfortable and very loud when you move around
- 5/5
The front desk clerk who checks me in was efficient, friendly and gave me a couple dining recommendations.

We arrived at night, pulled down the comforter and there was both dog and human hair all over the sheets. We had to walk down to the lobby to get new sheets which were significantly better. There was dog hair all over the bed frames and carpet. Also, our shower had a used washcloth hanging over the rod. Hair in the shower as well. Day 2 the AC unit broke and wouldn’t turn on. I would never stay here again.

We went in later on and wanted to get bottle of water and just charge it to our room which we could not. They also never took cc for bottle of water.Never had cash! So for a $1 bottle of water made it very inconvenient. Other wise I would of gave it a 5 star! In my opinion they should of gave us that $1 bottle of water and pay for it later!
- 5/5
Very nice room I loved it. Perfect view and Nicolas at the front desk was very helpful and cool
- 5/5
Air conditioning worked to cool the place down but never turns off. It’s a bit loud to run while sleeping. We were able to open patio for a breeze as our stay was not in summer. Room was massive. Sheets and towels very clean. Room could use an update but we didn’t care as it suited our overnight purpose. Hotel is a bit tired.

Room was clean, bed very comfy. Close enough to places to eat. Breakfast was forgettable; nothing warm. Rooms with a view cost more.

All good

Did not get the room that was booked and paid for. Had pet friendly in amenities criteria and choose room from website. Turns out the hotel will not allow pets in that particular room even though website said so. Had to take a lesser room and now having difficulty getting refunded the difference from hotels.com

Great hotel
- 5/5
We love to stay at this hotel every year when we are diving up to Utah. The hot tub is amazing!
- 5/5
One of my favorite places to stay, as the staff is always friendly and helpful, the place is clean and comfortable, with great views of Lake Mead.
- 5/5
The bed was comfy and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay! Staff is amazing, suggested to us many different places to check out in Boulder City.

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Our check-in was quick and seamless. We would like to especially thank Nicholas at the front desk. Our king-sized was exceptional. If we come back this way, we will stay at Lake Mead Inn!!!
- 5/5
Just stayed 2 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean and quiet. Did not use pool.
- 5/5
Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but it looks great!
- 3.5/5
It’s pretty beat up and tired but clean enough. We’ll stay there again.
- 4/5
We couldn't figure out how to use the tv either. The breakfast items were subpar so we just went to McDonald's.
- 3/5
Price reflects the condition. Friendly staff but rundown. Clean enough for one night and close to the airport.
- 5/5
Every things was fine.
- 5/5
Clean and enjoyable stay location in the Lake Mead outskirts!
- 1/5
The bed was terrible.
- 3/5
It was ok, rooms were fine and clean
- 5/5
The check in was great and I even booked a room for next week. Very good
- 5/5
The view was nice! Room was clean.
- 5/5
This place was amazing! The pool/hot tub was cleaned around 6:30-7am everyday. The room was very clean and they have a Keurig coffee maker in the room and they provide the pods and they have a couple ice machines. This area is very safe; beautiful and very expensive houses within a couple miles; a park across the street. The staff was super nice, if you need anything at all just ask. Price was excellent and it's about a 35 min drive to the airport. I attached a few pictures from the view right outside my room, of the pool and just from the parking lot. I was very happy with my stay here and I will definitely book here again next time I visit.

Ok property, old and tired

Awesome

Convient location. Pet friendly
- 5/5
Clean room and bathroom, great staff, right by lake mead, big tv and coffee maker. Would definitely recommend this place.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice, room was comfortable and clean but the carpet was coming up from floor right between the beds and created a tripping hazard. Breakfast was disappointing - fruit, prepacked muffins and oatmeal were only choices.
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice clean room stay was very friendly and check in was simple.

Fine for one night.

- 4/5
Close to Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Friendly Reception.
- 3/5
No light switch when you enter the room. The breakfast was quite minimal. The desk person said they stopped serving waffles after Covid. It’s been a while since that has been over.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and comfy vintage property in a cool town.
- 5/5
Clean room and very spacious
- 5/5
Nice room and great view
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Room was very nice with alot of coffee, tea and towels. Good value for money . I hope to return one day.
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful ❤️
- 5/5
Clean, nice room. Reasonably priced. Employee who checked us in was very friendly and recommended a great restaurant for breakfast (Coffee Cup). My wife and I both slept very well. Also, dog friendly.
- 5/5
Very nice and quiet place to stay. Seeing the lake and stars were amazing at nite especially. Great hosts!
- 5/5
My wife and I had a lovely stay at Lake Mead Inn. A great stop after a day in the desert. Cool down in the swimming pool and relax in a spacious room.
- 2/5
We got the room and it was EXTREMELY Hot! Got the AC to work and went to dinner. Because the AC had been off all day it was still warm when we returned. No circulation in bathroom so it remained hot. The fan could only function on High! Attempts to adjust fan caused the unit to shutdown. Very messed up.
- 4/5
Nice views, pool and hot tub. Close to the park where we saw mountain sheep..
- 4/5
Nice weather.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but it is an older hotel and room has older furnishings and has not been remodeled in a while. Great view of the lake from patio balcony. If you can get past the dated furnishings, a one night stay passing thru town is a value.
- 3/5
View of the lake
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. Loved the balcony and comfortable bed. Close to nature.
- 3/5
This time- hot tub was inoperable and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train coming through the room. Just not good.
- 5/5
Quiet, close to the lake.
- 0.5/5
I booked a room at this hotel specifically with a hot tub for therapy reasons. I also travel with a certified service animal, which is protected by federal law. Upon arrival, I was told that because of my service animal, I could not stay in the room type I reserved and paid for. Instead, they tried to move me into a completely different room that did not meet my needs. This is not only unfair, but likely a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires hotels to allow service animals in all areas where guests are normally allowed. I should not have had to fight for the room I reserved, or be forced to take a refund instead of receiving equal access. Also I’m still waiting on the refund! If you rely on a service animal, be aware that you may face discrimination here. Hotels need to understand that service animals are not pets, and refusing access to certain rooms because of one is unacceptable.
- 3/5
Air Conditioning didn't work. 103 degrees
- 4/5
Explains very well, all the check in, good service
- 3/5
The view was breathtaking in the mornings out on the balcony overlooking Lake Mead.
- 5/5
The beds are not too squishy. Nearby lake mead recreation area, willow creek beach, bighorn sheep frequent the park accross the street, supermarket and little restaurants nearby. No nasty ciggarette smell. The building is a little quirky but the owner has been remodeling and everytime we visit improvements are made. Prefer to stay here due to the comfort and the location.
- 5/5
Clean and cool rooms for a great price !
- 4/5
Good for 1 night stay
- 2/5
The hotel and booking.com book double non refundable reservations without the customer knowledge! The room smell like humidity and the ac didn’t work as expected. Other than that the pool/ spa and property was clean. I do not like the double bookings scam that I am still having to resolve with booking.com.and the hotel and after almost a month of phone calls over one hours at time to 12 hours with agents and managers and no investigations, they said they wouldn’t refund the reservation I didn’t authorize as they said the room wasn’t available. If you want to deal with hotels and booking.com false advertising of rooms availability and taking your funds without authorization and availability go ahead and book the property and on booking.com
- 5/5
We had a great stay.
- 1.5/5
The pool was decent....that's about it! The first room we were given was awful. The main entry door had a large gap allowing the 114° air to enter the room. The AC was turned on high and was not sufficient in cooling the room. There was dirt on the floor, assuming from the gap in the door. The front desk seemed surprised that the room was hot, however there was a fan in the room. We asked for another room, which we were given. This room did not have a fan in it and the AC was sufficient enough to at least make the room comfortable to be in. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, keep looking.
- 4/5
It’s a very old room with a wonky air conditioner and a bathroom door that couldn’t open because the toilet was in the way. However, the coffee and maker were great. Just an old motel with a great price and convenient location.
- 5/5
I really liked the room and the large space.
- 5/5
Awesome location, Good customer service
- 2/5
The room was clean. However, it was difficult to sleep at night because light from the parking lot flooded into the room. It would be helpful to have actual parking lines painted on the parking lot to know where each space is located. People were parked all over the parking lot and some cars took up more space than what they should have which took away parking from other vehicles coming into the lot.
- 5/5
We left the Grand Canyon not wanting to stay in busy Las Vegas we found this wonderful clean hotel excellent service
- 4.5/5
It was nice and clean and had two pools, indoor and outdoor. My keys wouldn’t open the door so I had to go clear back to the desk to get them done again, then they worked.

Great location right off the freeway. Clean rooms and beds were comfortable. Pool and Jacuzzi were working fine. Walking distance to a gas station if you need anything. Def would stay here again

What was supposed to be a simple one-night stay turned into one of the most revolting experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. The issues began with a large gap under the door that allowed hot air to pour into the room all night, rendering the AC nearly useless. But as it turns out, a poorly sealed door was the least of my concerns. When I woke up the next morning, I was horrified to discover rat droppings on my bed, just inches from my pillow. Let that sink in. A rodent had clearly been in my bed while I slept. I immediately documented everything with photos and brought it to the attention of the hotel staff. As I packed to leave, I found a dirty woman’s tank top stuffed behind the head of the bed, a clear indication that the bedding hadn’t even been changed from the previous guest. I was sleeping in someone else’s filth — a stranger’s skin cells, sweat, and God knows what else — under the illusion of “cleanliness.” I naturally requested a refund, as no one should be expected to pay for conditions that are both unhygienic and unsafe. The front desk coldly denied any reimbursement, showing zero accountability or concern. Adding insult to injury, the hotel has the gall to leave tipping envelopes in the room for housekeeping. Tipping? For a staff that doesn’t even perform the most basic aspect of their job — changing the sheets? This wasn’t just a bad stay. This was a health hazard, a violation of trust, and

Comfy beds quiet close to food options
- 5/5
We had an amazing time. Room was large and very clean. Staff was more than accommodating
- 5/5
We were desperate for a place to stay before it was dark and we didn't want to stay in Vegas. We were able to book a 2 bed room for under $100 right before we hit Vegas. The room was clean. It was pre cooled. It smelled nice. The man at the front counter was polite. The deposit was only $50 and we could have our pup. The pool was ready. The palm trees give a great atmosphere. Dominoes had our food delivered there in literally ten minutes. We had a spur of the moment crisis and it turned out to be one of the best stays we've ever had. They also had a little balcony with 2 chairs. We are so happy we stayed. Next time we come through we are staying there again.
- 4/5
The room is big enough , but air conditioner’s noise is too loud.
- 5/5
Wonderful costumer service , very clean room , well maintained... quiet place ...love it
- 4/5
Good location for visitors the Hoover Dam. Good size room and television was big too. All was.good
- 4/5
The website was kind of oddly over enthusiastic regarding the features of the property itself. There is no restaurant but it is very reasonably priced and the room is quite nice.
- 5/5
It’s plain. Pool and hot tub were nice — not too hot or cold. Room stayed too hot. AC not working well. There is a fan in the room also. Nice front desk.
- 4/5
Good value on a holiday weekend, across the street from Hemenway Park with seasonal Big Horn Sheep and a hike down to Lake Mead. 5 minutes to downtown Boulder City. Basic rooms but mini fridge and patios with chairs are a nice touch.
- 5/5
Prompt check-in. Great amenities

Nicely renovated

Was surprised to see a gratuity envelope for housekeeping.

It was quiet, clean and the staff was very nice.

Other than that everything was great
- 1/5
Staff was friendly..However..The room was awful..A/C barely worked in 100Degree weather..you could see the outside light around the A/C unit..The door could be opened with a hard wind..The room was filthy…The Bathroom was poorly ventilated and about 100 Degrees..sweating while using the restroom..and to top it off..we settle in to bed and the Cable did not work properly..We tried plugging in an air freshener for the smell..the outlets wouldn’t hold anything in..They refused to refund for our 2nd night we didn’t stay
- 5/5
Everything was smooth and everyone was so attentive thank you! The views are amazing the people are friendly
- 5/5
Away from the hustle ond bustle of Las Vegas.

Easy parking near unit, which was clean and comfortable bed. TV had TCM, which we loved.

a great time was had by all!
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly. They had designated pet area with grass! Had to bed tables!
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. The parking was well lit. Its a great location very close to the veterns home and right next to a park where you can see big horn rams.
- 4/5
I would certainly stay there again.
- 5/5
The bathroom door hits the toilet and won’t open fully. Lighting in bathroom and clothing area is extremely dark.
- 5/5
2 steps away from Lake Mead and Hemimway Park with big horn sheeps
- 4/5
Every thing is great, just need more 110 plugs for us old people who needs Cpap machines

We loved this Hotel as it's family owned. The manager and staff were absolutely amazing and caring and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We loved the pool as it was deep and so clean. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Such good and kind people. Thank you for having us.
- 4/5
Please note that this is a two story property. There is no elevator but the stairs are relatively short. But we had a great view of the lake from our room.
- 5/5
Staff was great housekeeping was awsome makeing sure we got what we needed would stay there again for sure
- 4/5
This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable beds.
- 2/5
The AC unit was ancient and so loud I had to turn it off. Then was too hot. The lights outside the pool were so bright all night that the room stayed light with curtains shut.
- 4/5
We really enjoyed this stay. It is an older place and could probably use a refurb but it was convenient and it is in a great location. The beds were a little bit...granite like. LOL We went and bought a thick comforter to help to make it comfortable. Overall...we had a great weekend.
- 4/5
The overall stay was okay. The staff were nice (really only the front desk person but did have a quick passing with maintenance) the room its self was just okay. Was not fully clean - there was food/something spilled on the wall by the trash cans that wasn't clean and kind of nasty right across from out bed and the jacuzzi wasn't fully cleaned. Other than those things it was nice and quiet and parking was convenient. Also I didn't go into the pool since there were things at the bottom (I did plan too but didn't seem like it was cleaned that day and I don't mean leaves - almost looked like a bunch of soggy tissue. )
- 5/5
Not necessarily the motels fault.
- 3/5
Didnt like the dirty floors
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 5/5
Front staff was very friendly , clean room
- 5/5
Property has an older style, but room was updated and clean.
- 2/5
Stayed in a recently refurbished room, I think, 118. Curtain had holes, exterior paint on the AC was peeling. My partner was subject to a shower of dust from the bathroom vent during her shower. Pillows were dated, linens were fine.
- 3/5
The property is old and dated.
- 5/5
Simple room. Its old but clean.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
- Non-smoking room stank of smoke. Had to go back to lobby to change rooms. Next room was fine. - Room cleanness and amenities were ok, but no more than ok. Ironing board was broken. Other than that, all was good
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the night
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved the view over the lake Mead. It was a little isolated from the rest of the city, so you need a car to access and go around. The room is wide and comfortable, and a lot of rooms have a balcony with Lake Mead views.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and our room was clean but showed some wear. I have to say the mattress and pillows were not comfotable. It was convenient to where we need to be the next morning.
- 5/5
Great motel in a great location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Price was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Lighting in the bathroom was not very good though, so I would recommend brighter lightbulbs for sure.
