Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms. However, the virtual check-in process is a common complaint, with many guests finding it impersonal and inefficient. The lack of staff at the front desk is also a frequent issue.

The room was clean, staff didn’t say might, we asked for pool towels but they didn’t give us any even though they had a really nice pool. BR was ok only hot items was waffles. WiFi was ok. My problem was no live person at front desk/ no hotel manager to check in with . It was all a person from India sitting at a screen waiting to talk to you. Lots of the check in and check out was on my cell phone texting. The man on the screen verified my info.I had to give them a copy of my drivers license and I had to step up to their web cam so they could verify it was me from my license photo I gave them via text. They printed off info about the hotel and we received 2 room keys that came from below the screen. Very impersonable. I was not impressed was a bit offended this hotel could not have a live in person manager to greet us.

However, every year we make the same suggestion: please upgrade breakfast options to healthier food. There is too much sugar and flour, versus fruit and protein. I suggest that you offer different types of fruit and a pan to prepare eggs as desired. Jam and cheese would definitely be a plus!!!

Location was perfect for us right off the main road. It was quiet, clean, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was ok. Pool area was nice. Liked that there was an area outside the bathroom that had a sink and a big vanity top so if someone was in the bathroom you had someplace to get ready. No staff on site! You checked in and out electronically. If you needed extra towels, etc.you were out of luck.

There is no one at the front desk. Instead, it’s a screen with someone from another country doing your check in since they don’t want to pay someone a living wage to work there. What if I need assistance from someone working there and they don’t know where anything is or at? Gave me a terrible vibe and would not book here again.

This is always the hotel we use as a family when visiting the west coast. Clean, friendly and provides everything we need. The price was amazing for our budget.

Room itself isn’t the greatest. TV was terrible and super outdated. Very few channels to watch. The bed itself does not have a comforter. The beed is cover with two sheets and a very light fleece blanket…again, no comforter, that was a first for me. Big AC in the room, no comforter. Breakfast is free but options are not the greatest at all. Probably won’t stay here again. Ohh and the flooring is terrible and can see tile planks coming off.

The Emergency Exit from floor 1 to floor 2 was LOCKED. I was doing laundry, and it was right below my room. But locked. Had to walk to the elevator and back just to get there. STUPID! TRIED TO REPORT IT AT THE KIOSK BUD NOBODY SEEMED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR. And promptly directed me to contact housekeeping. Nobody was able to fix the issue. In the morning , the best room near the breakfast area had no toilet paper. No pool towels available. YIKES!

Yes, the wifi didn’t work, the elevator had no floor. There was only automated staff and the wifi kept messing up. We ended up leaving at 10pm the same night we checked in because it was so bad.

The Baymont was a very good value for the price. The rooms are all being remodeled. They are transitioning to a virtual format which I hate. I was told that eventually pool towels, extra towels and supplies will be ordered virtually to lockers. We waited over an hour for pool towels because they couldn't find the key. Breakfast was more basic than most hotels but it was fine.

The room, location and cleanliness in this place is always great, I have been here every month for one week since January this year, I have no complains about it. It is an automated guest check in and aout and I got used to it. The put me in a room in the first floor, next door to a room that is being remodeling, The drilling and hammering and dust didn't allow me to work from the room, Since there is no manager on site or a receptionist, I had to come in to the room where the contractors were and ask them for breaks so I could finish my meetings.

Check in process was a nightmare. And I get many useless automated emails. TV channels selection was atrocious and TV quality was poor. No counter space in bathroom for my stuff. I so t be back or using other Wyndham hotels.
- 5/5
It was a great location
- 2/5
When checking in the lobby is now manned by 2 kiosks and not staff. The kiosk was easy to use but felt very unfriendly and that I didn't matter as a guest. I missed the personal contact by a front desk clerk. I was able to see someone when I moved to the other kiosk but it was on a screen and not easy to communicate through. The room itself needed new paint and updating. The bedding was not comfortable and the pillows were awful. The ac was very noisy but it did help to drown out the street noise. I would not stay there again. IF you are looking for an inexpensive room, this is it. I wish I had paid more for a different hotel.
- 3/5
Clean accommodations. Breakfast is all carbs. Would only stay again Sunday through Thursday as weekends are noisy and there doesn't seem to be any on-site staff.

The breakfast was pretty basic it was comprised of cereal or oatmeal waffles hard boiled eggs, juice, bread, bread I was very pleased with the help with the hotel and amenities. And a very large nice pool my only concern was I forgot to bring my bathing suit. I would’ve loved to go swimming in the pool.

don't understand why people have a problem with online check-in. it's only slow because customers are not very smart. if you do the pre check-in it takes 2 minutes to get your key. whether there's a live person or a monitor if you're not smart it's going to take you forever. hotel is fine it's clean comfortable and in a nice location.

This hotels location was convenient for us but amenities we ok. Breakfast did not have many options, fitness room was smaller in size. Did have an issue with room, one of the chairs in our room had a stable sticking out and it cut my leg. Room size was nice.
- 2/5
The room, hallway or whole building had mold in it somewhere. My wife and I have sensitive allergies to it and were sniffling and coughing the entire time we were there. Once we left the property, it stopped. The sink in the room was backed up, the curtain wasn’t long enough so a lot of light would leak in when they were closed, and the door wouldn’t always open with the key. It would flash green, then get stuck when the handle was turned down. We also requested a fist floor room weeks in advance, but that couldn’t be accommodated even though the hotel didn’t look nearly ‘full’.

Robot checkin was fine but then no one is around to talk to, pretty cold feeling. Pool area run down, no towels. Breakfast ends at 9:30 even on the weekend with a huge sign saying no taking food out with a big red stop sign, pretty unfriendly when I always bring stuff to my partner who sleeps in. Felt like cameras were watching me everywhere.

Location was great. Check-in was strange since we dealt with a kiosk screen and not a human. Rooms were clean and nice; only noticed a few small areas that had paint peeling. Did not affect the stay. Could not get the TV to work 😕
- 2/5
We had stayed here before and came back. Room had paint peeling off the walls, chairs had fabric peeling off, humidifier in the room had a giant pool of water that we had to call to get towels to get cleaned up. My husband became extremely ill the last day and we had to change our flight. Paid for the latest checkout and then went down to pay for another night as he was still too ill to fly. Staff wouldn’t even apply the late checkout fee we had paid towards the full price extra night we then paid for even under the circumstances. Won’t stay here or recommend to family or friends even though it’s the closest to our new home.

Be prepared to pay 100.00 refundable room deposit not mentioned on the website or anywhere I could find. Make sure you have the booking credit card otherwise you’ll have to make a whole new reservation. My mistake to not bring the cc I used to reserve but it was already paid for. The desk clerk is remote and everything is automated which in a perfect world is smooth.. I do like this chain so I’ll remember my part.. overall the clerks didn’t think we could hear the snickers and looks between them when I mentioned I can tell what their doing and joked about it they chilled and became more helpful. We traveled cross country on a motorcycle so we were tired and half hard of hearing! Check out was fine. Overall clean and breakfast good enough.

For the price point this hotel was extremely disappointing. I have never been contacted by a hotel ahead of time to inquire as to my arrival time. They ask you to check in on an app so it will make it easier once you get there. In that app they offer you the options for extending checkout with a graduated fee scale. When you arrive, there is essentially no lobby and you are greeted by someone on a computer monitor who checks you in through a kiosk. If you look down the hall through the dining area there is a conspicuously large sign indicating that no food is to leave the dining area- no exceptions. I found this to be very off putting, as there may be cases where a guest is under the weather and needs their partner to bring food to them. There are microwaves and fridges in the rooms, so food in the room is not the issue. The room itself was clean. The TV offered the lowest level of programming that I have ever seen in a hotel. Not all of the ports for charging electronics worked, and those that did took a very long time to charge. We felt like this was no better than a motel, so we didn’t even bother with the breakfast on either of the 2 mornings we were there. Then, you get an email at 8am asking when you are leaving. I would not recommend at all.

Room was fine. Very clean. Saw no staff to speak of - check in was with a face on a tablet. If you are nervous about security, then this place is problematic. The door at the end of the first floor corridor opens with your room key but whether you’re coming or going, the door doesn’t lock if you don’t stop and pull it closed. How many people do? Then beside the entrance to the pool from inside the hotel, you can access the pool from two gates off the parking lot - no key required. Added to that, the first floor rooms have glass sliders facing the unsecured pool area. As I was sitting on my patio, a man drove up on a bike ( the drive goes all around the motel and pool) and asks me if the pool is open? Yeah, if you’ve paid for a room. We luckily had a quiet peaceful stay but given the above circumstances I would no return. PS if you think you’re going to bake in the sun while hanging around the pool, forget it. The pool is in the shade ALL DAY. Who designed that?
- 3/5
The pool was ice cold like the heater wasn’t working and that was very disappointing cause that’s why I stayed there and I also don’t care for the virtual check-in. We have somebody on the screen that you’re talking to. That’s somewhere else there was nobody like on staff at front. I prefer to have somebody there that I can talk to.

- 4/5
Clean and efficient
- 2/5
Also no personal touches at front dedk, you were greeted by a staff member on a computer screen. I would not recommend.

The hotel, room staff were clean well dressed and helpful. The room very nice. Bed reasonably comfortable, lnincluding pillows

First thing we get there, there is no front desk attendant, it’s a computer with someone, who knows where they’re located. This guy is arguing with another customer, the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen. Then after 45 minutes of witnessing this I decide I don’t want any part of this or to stay there. I get my turn to talk to the computer and he basically won’t talk to me or anything because I booked through a third party- hotels.com. Which leads my to them, when you have an issue they will never back up their customers and will always side with the hotels a their policies. So be aware of both this shady place and booking through hotels.com. I know I never will again, this is not multiple times I’ve had issues with hotels.com

Broken patio chairs, missing shower drain plug, elevator with an operating permit that expired 6 months ago, with a broken ground floor button, hospitality was horrible, with kiosks that make you pay 100 dollar deposit on the room up front despite them having your card on file, beds hard as a rock, breakfast was sheerly pathetic with the two choices of waffles, waffles, or pastries, oh and also waffles. Room keys that expired before checkout locking us out of our rooms in the process of leaving an hour before checkout. They had no extra blankets available in a freezing cold building, they give you the equivalent of a paper towel thin sheet for a blanket, the phones were all broken in the whole building so we couldnt even contact the "front desk" which wasnt actually a front desk just two empty desks with a remote worker over video on a kiosk, the only people actually in the building are just housekeepers, all other members of staff are not present, only available via remote video at the kiosk. All of the luggage movers had flat tires, loose screws and were an inch from falling apart, ripped seats in the rooms, ripped up ceiling paint, felt like a really bad motel 6, just worse, and $500 more expensive. Don't come to this location, its more comfortable to sleep in the parking lot. Worst hotel experience of my life and ive stayed at a lot of bad hotels. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and the money.
- 1/5
No humans available. No front desk. Just a kiosk with a person that hardly speaks English.
- 5/5
Perfect room.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel for the price, great location

Nice clean quiet
- 2/5
It was dirty. There were no live people to help. The man on the screen was arguing with a gentleman that did not speak englisg and was holing up a phone . I couldn’. Tried the lobby phone dialed 0 and it said I dialed incorrectly. I would never ever stay there again !!!!!!!!!!
- 4/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very pleased. Room clean. Check in process easy.
- 4/5
Rooms are great and clean
- 4/5
All clean just would like to make up the beds everyday.
- 2/5
I've never stayed in a hotel where there was not a physical person at a front desk. Don't know if they are on the property or not.
- 4/5
Older hotel, but the room was clean and location was great.
- 5/5
Beautiful Hotel-- newly refurbished. Rooms were large/ hallways bright & stylish/ affordable rate; lots of free parking. Lovely Pool. A wonderful stay!
- 1/5
No on-site reception staff. Remote video receptionist knew nothing about the property. There’s zero information about hotel services, fitness room, swimming pool, TV channels, etc. The telephone in the room did not work, and the “help phone” in the lobby was out of service. The breakfast bar was horrible, watery coffee, stale Cheerios, inedible pastries. Housekeeper could not speak a single word of English, she did not even know the word “washcloth“. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Cheerios on the floor, hair in the shower, no hot water (no showers), pool couldn’t be used because crews were spraying paint on the buildings.
- 4/5
Everything was clean, the breakfast was good and variable.
- 2/5
Check in was by a computer. Asked too many questions, then the key to the room did not worked. You can't take the breakfest
- 1/5
Horrible no management
- 2/5
They stopped the key cards from working before the check out time of 11am. That is unacceptable. One guest complained about getting the wrong room keys and surprising the guests inside. WiFi is terrible and cell service is bad as well. Price and location are good, breakfast is acceptable but that's all I can say that's good. Room had old mold/water damage to the ceiling. TV service was terrible and the TV didn't accept alternate hdmi devices.
- 4/5
Just staying one night as a convenient place to stay instead of driving home after a work event. But it was a very comfortable cheap safe place nothing fancy.
- 4/5
Clean place no carpets vending style check-in does have a pool but most of the time it’s in the shade. Lots of parking location is ideal. Price is very reasonable. Breakfast was not to my liking very poor choice of food extremely basic.
- 4/5
Good location for surrounding activities, only 30 min from Miami airport. Decent for the price.
- 3/5
Well, it started off bad… They have some weird video check-in thing where a guy stands here and talks to you on the screen. Could barely speak English so I could barely understand him. Conveniently forgot that I had paid an extra 40 bucks to check in early and stay late. Then they were painting or something and I could not get my car around to park where I was supposed to without going the wrong way. The water pressure in the sinks were almost a drip… I won’t stay at that place again.
- 4/5
Good location , very close to Bonita Springs town .
- 5/5
Nice view of pool but too cold outside, nice room with fridge and microwave, good breakfast selection( adding sausage or bacon would be a plus) waffle maker was a plus, table with chairs in room was great for playing games. Beds were comfortable. Tv has limited channels but enough to entertain if needed.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Everything is fine. I extended for another two days.
- 5/5
Nice property. Clean rooms. Never get accustomed to remote desk. No live person is too weird. Stay was great if in area would stay again
- 4/5
The room was good, the bathroom was not too clean, it seemed a little bit dirty and it was for handicapped people.
- 2/5
Unsatisfactory check-in.
- 5/5
Overall, the rooms, cleanliness, and food experiences were good and worthwhile. I would have been happier if they had placed an in-person assistant at the check-in desk, because the staff member offered me an already reserved room and didn't seem to care about the guest while working. The guy was speaking with someone else, while working with me was more confused and looked a bit disrespected.
- 5/5
Was a good stay and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Yes great
- 1/5
Poor staffing
- 4/5
Pool not heated but was very clean staff was great and helpful
- 2/5
clean room, terrible breakfast
- 5/5
It’s a great value for the price. Clean room and property. Breakfast was great.
- 3/5
room was comfortable but we were disapointed that the pool is not heated and we got very limited towels for the bathroom.
- 4/5
My overall experience was good. My only issue is the cell signal and the Baymont wifi isn't the greatest.
- 4/5
Easy check in
- 3/5
Kiosk check in! No front desk staff, only a cleaner that cant speak English! Entry doors left unlocked. Also, they charge a $100 security deposit. Slow drains in bathrooms, very low water pressure. Old hotel with some new paint and flooring. Breakfast was subpar, cold hard boiled eggs and waffles, toast and pastries. I would have gladly paid $30 more a night for a nicer hotel.
- 5/5
Didnt have breakfast but it did look lacking. No clock in the room was weird
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It was a great location for where we needed to be.
- 5/5
Clean room. Efficient staff.

There are a lot of room for improvement. We saw the same trash in the hallway and stairway all 5 days we were there. The digital key thing is a joke. It just randomly changed what room it would unlock. Then it would take a good 30 seconds to actually open anything. The kiosk was a joke. The language barrier made it hard. He switched us to physical key cards. Then we got locked out because those weren't prgrammed correctly. Just a disaster from the front desk. We ended up not staying the full term and left early because it was tough to manage all the hishaps and only a kiosk to help.
- 1/5
There was no human at the desk. A virtual check-in, which we'll never do again. A guy on a screen. Our room door waa jammed - guess what, no human at the desk to help with that. Guests screaming at the pool and in the hallways long after the pool was closed - guess what - no human to do anything about it. Never again. Awful hotel!!! No humans = no actual customer service!!
- 2/5
The room was good. Service was poor. Other than housekeeping, the staff was not onsite. Check-in / Check-out was handled by a kiosk that connected to a remote concierge. I ended up being double-charged for my stay, which has since been corrected. Elevator operation and internet service were not consistent, which was inconvenient since I was there for a work assignment.
- 3/5
Room was fine. No staff to check in. Only 1 of 2 kiosks operating. 17 minute wait for my turn to check in with only 1 person in front of me in line. Sign in lobby states if you dial 0 from the room an employee will answer. Untrue upon 4 attempts on different days. Also attempted to call hotel from the road 3 times from the road. No answer. Frustrating.

Staff was amazing, room was spotless, they always made sure the rooms had fresh towels and bed sheets
- 3/5
Food, ice machines both broken, elevated broken, housekeeping only two times and one time we were given no towels
- 5/5
Super clean
- 4/5
Close to my parents. Room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
We normally have no problems with complimentary breakfasts at places like this as we aren't overly picky; however, we found rotten apples and stale cheerios. There was no filtered water dispenser, and the water in the pitcher was very warm and not tasty. I asked a staff person I managed to find if there was any honey, and she didnt seem to understand enough English to know what honey was. And, the breakfast area felt like a sauna despite the expected daily high temp to be 89. The door to our room didnt seem to open easily with the virtual key, and there was a broken chair on our balcony. On the positive side, the building and room were overall clean and updated. The parking lot was well-lit. The room was spacious and had double vanities.
- 2/5
It’s a shame that this hotel can’t pay a hard working American citizen to run the front desk, instead you are talking to someone on a screen who appears to be in another country and probably hasn’t even seen the hotel. I had issues with my “digital key” had to go get a physical key, that didn’t work so they had to give me a new room. As a solo traveler the lack of staff made me feel very unsafe especially being alone in the lobby having a man lurking over my shoulder while the man on the screen was asking me my information. Overall I was disappointed.
- 1/5
It was not as expected. There was no real person to help us. The front desk did not have a real person and no one was there to help us. Also the breakfast was not good and was very basic.
- 2/5
No business facility. Ice maker on 3rd floor didn't operate. No towels for pool. No fresh pastries for breakfast.
- 1/5
Most a horrible experience it’s sad to know the franchise owners worked the way they were overcharging last-minute fee when you get to the hotel not happy and I’ll never stay at one of those hotels again
- 5/5
Clean, Comfortable and well kept
- 4/5
very disappointed no one was there at check in just a machine to check in
- 1/5
I was misled by the false advertising for the "hot breakfast." There was no hot breakfast at all—only cold waffle batter that we had to make ourselves in a filthy, used waffle iron. Furthermore, all drinks, including coffee, were dispensed from a bag through a machine, which is completely unacceptable. The hotel was also stingy with towels and provided a confusing and inconsistent room cleaning schedule. This experience was far below what was promised.
- 5/5
Every thing was good but the only thing I didn’t like is there is no one at the front desk you talk to a person through a screen.
- 1/5
Place was clean and most of the staff was great. My cousin fell on the stairs and no one would take a report. I called customer service. They said they do not do this??! How do you have a guest fall and not make a report. I am sure this is a liability issue?? It was in the stairwell and there was a camera. Will be contacting corporate for them to review. Major issue.
- 5/5
Very nice pool
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and nice area.
- 5/5
Very nice budget hotel, better then most in the area, clean and some what updated.
- 4/5
Quiet lodging with free breakfast and coffee
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean and safe. It is about 13 miles from Naples and 15 miles from Fort Myer. The check in and check out is made remotely with the staff in a screen. It was quick and without problems. The breakfast is a little weak but the hotel condition compensate it.
- 5/5
Good option for a night’s sleep! Comfy and clean, pool, free breakfast, and amazing value!
- 5/5
Very comfortable rooms, clean and staff very nice.
- 5/5
The room and bathroom were nice and clean.
- 5/5
The price was right. It fit for what I was looking for!
- 5/5
I am very happy with this place. From the check in to the check out process, everything was great. Small hotel but the rooms are very spacious and clean. The microwave in the room a plus and the pool was the best part.. Really recommend.
- 3/5
The housekeeping staff was very friendly, but they only come in your room if you specifically request something, otherwise they don't come in for 3 days. We had 4 people staying in our room, and had to request more towels and the bedding for the pull-out sofa. The girls were hesitant to give us more than 2 towels, but got to know us over the week and helped us out whenever I asked them in the hallway. It was odd not to have any other hotel staff on site. There was a kiosk to chat with a live person who was situated on the other side of the world, literally. There was no one to call when you needed something ... you had to go to the kiosk. We even got locked out of the building one evening at the pool because they changed the key card entry to the building but didn't notify guests. The main issue was the hot water went out after the first day we arrived and was out for the entire week of our stay. It was incredibly frustrating.
- 5/5
peaceful
- 5/5
I had to ask for extra toilet paper because there was only one roll of toilet paper that was almost finished and there were only two towels, and there were four of us. We had to share towels the first night. But for me this is not a negative point, because for me the most important thing is cleanliness and a comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Nice place. Good price. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was polite. Breakfast was pretty good too. Eggs and bacon missing but otherwise everything was great.
- 4/5
I go to Bonita Springs quite often and yet, I believe this was the first time I stayed at this property and IT WILL NOT BE MY LAST. For my matters, the location is perfect, the fees were fair and the place was overall very nice.
- 3/5
The door lock beeped all night long, every night. When mentioned to the front desk, we were told that they were waiting for parts and there was nothing they could do.
- 4/5
Good value
- 5/5
The customer service was excellent. Room was clean. The pool was perfect.
- 5/5
It was cool, my 4 Star here
- 5/5
This is my go to place to stay when I am in Naples.
- 4/5
Nice quick breakfast and Convenientlocation
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Great place very central to all surrounding sights
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
The cleaning staff were kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Did not like that there wasn't a live human being present at the hotel as i had a pool view room on the 1st floor and both Saturday and Sunday night there was a loud party at the pool until around midnight. There was no hotel staff onsite for me to report this party to. I did not get any sleep
- 5/5
We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beach was just a 10-minute drive away, which made it super convenient. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Fine for 2 nights. Clean room, clean pool, breakfast was OK for this hotel category and for the price paid. The pool was empty so we had good swimming training there :-) hotel service was OK. Close to city beach, close to Lovers Key beach For the price paid and value received, I would stay again.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. Close to everything
- 5/5
I’ve stayed there many times and it is better than average. Safe location, very quiet and a convenient location.
- 5/5
Great hotel. I will come back.
- 2/5
The room was nice, but the property is lacklustre. The pool is in the parking lot. The breakfast was horrible.
- 5/5
Excellent place and very well located...the only thing I don't like is having to talk through a screen and not in person, that personal touch is always better than doing it with a machine...otherwise, everything was excellent
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at this location several times and I think it’s a very good value. The rooms are nice and clean and I think the staff, including the virtual staff are professional and helpful.
- 3/5
Free breakfast was very limited, hotel was located, next to busy hiway, check in was vitural. Hotel was clean, english wasnt the staffs first launguage. It was hard to communicate at times.
- 5/5
Good property and convenient.
- 3/5
It’s dated, but clean. Not many frills for the money.
- 5/5
The hotel was close to everything. The room was very clean and comfortable.

- 5/5
Great condition of the room.
- 2/5
Had a hard time checking Had to Che in via FaceTime. No live person was there. Did not like it.
- 4/5
Water pressure in the bathroom is subpar. Water doesn’t get very hot. The beds are a little too stiff/firm, and the staff doesn’t speak any English, and they act annoyed when you try to communicate with them. After asking room service (via telephone), for an extra blanket for my bed, The staff took an hour to get a blanket to me, and wanted to argue about how they could not provide more than one blanket. After spending $150 for one night just to sleep somewhere, you would expect better service.
- 3/5
Pool needed cleaning. Pool towels were hard to get. Decent breakfast. Good bed.

Also, your online attendant won't work if the internet goes down. You should make some provision for this because the internet was down several times. There's mold in the corners of the bathroom beside the tub. We have stayed here several times in the past few years, and the place has really gone downhill.
- 2/5
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one physically present; instead, there was only a person on a screen. Additionally, the included breakfast was not up to par and should be removed from the price. The room was clean, but the pool was cold.
- 5/5
Very reasonably priced. Very clean. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great as always!
- 5/5
The new system to check in / out
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
It got the job done for our stay. Nothing above and beyond. But no real complaints besides there not being a front desk person
- 3/5
A couple of loud trucks early in the morning that ran for ten minutes. Asked the maids to come by to leave my room towels and clean - never showed up. Decent hotel though for business trip
- 5/5
I had a good time and everything was very clean. It is a place where I would like to go again in the future.
- 4/5
BREAKFAST WAS BAD.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Disliked that the front desk person didn’t do anything. There was a man at a computer terminal who did all the work
- 3/5
They charge an early check in fee. They have a video representative at check in thats difficult to work with. Overall, the rooms and building need repairs.
- 5/5
The price and the property made this stay comfortable at a good price
- 2/5
Booked this hotel for a work trip. I showed up and everything was AI which was fine. I like having someone present for many reason including security. I had people on my floor all night slamming doors and being loud. I didn’t feel comfortable nor get good sleep.
- 5/5
There was a staff person at the front desk when we checked in but were directed to the kiosk for check in. Sometimes the person was difficult to understand. At check out (kiosk) I was told I would receive an emailed receipt but never received one.
- 3/5
Check in was awkward. There is a kiosk where you check in with a screen connection with the hotel concierge, not face to face. I guess I am just old fashioned, but it lacks warmth. The man (Dave?) was professional and courteous, it just would have felt more welcoming with a live person.
- 3/5
No rubber non slip mats in tub shower very slippery. No personal contact when checking in or out. Kios was available for checking in and out. I like knowing someone is on the property to handle any issues.
- 5/5
Need better tv selections
- 2/5
The housekeeping crew was fabulous, always working hard and happy to help. The virtual front desk check in was efficient, however the safety of building without staffing was questionable. We observed a group of men drinking from the back of their pickup throughout the evening and sex workers being dropped off and picked up, throughout our 4 night stay. As Wyndham rewards customers, we were very disappointed.
- 5/5
L’accueil est très bien et l’enregistrement numérique est très convivial.
- 5/5
I LIKE, BUT I WILL SUGEST BETTER BREAKFAST
- 5/5
First time experience a kiosk to check in or out. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Price point on room rate fair. I will search out other Baymont hotels in the future.
- 1/5
The breakfast was mediocre and the room was inundated with tiny ants.
- 4/5
The property may be a bit “tired,” but the rooms are very clean—housekeeping does a great job. If you can get past the offshore check-in kiosk—and I can—the hotel is just fine, and a super value in a resort town during a season when room rates are fairly expensive. Even includes free (continental) breakfast. I’ve stayed here several times and will probably continue to do so.
- 2/5
Wanted to charge extra $20 for one hour early check in House keeping was excellent Breakfast did NOT have much to choose from
- 4/5
The room was very clean and quite comfortable. In each of the two days I prepared my breakfast, the milk dispenser was empty with no staff attendant on hand. I had to activate the kiosk in order to talk remotely with an employee… to register my complaint. The motel was new and attractive. I had either misread the rate for two nights or was mislead to believe my total outdoor be $179 instead of what I was actually charged… $412.
- 5/5
I did not appreciate that there was no one in the office
- 3/5
No storage in bath, very little hangup storage. Plenty of room to add storage in both spaces. Do not care for no personal contact. Need your people at front desk. Cleaning staff did great at getting us everything we needed. Pool cold & not clean. No towels, had to go back & get them, again no one there to ask! Nice size room, good beds & pillows.
- 3/5
Clean rooms, but its had a pretty half baked cheapie makeover from whatever it was before this. There was also some funky chemical smell in the room - despite the Large free standing air cleaner (which makes you wonder why they needed the air cleaner?? mold? dunno). Checking in via with some dude in India on the lobby kiosk was interesting (despite the LIVE person behind the desk). At least it was a human and not AI, but strange. Overall, pretty friggan average..
- 1/5
The virtual interface is terrible as it is almost impossible to communicate due to accents, which results in errors in setting the key cards. In addition the breakfast room was not ready until closing time. The elevator smells like a cesspool. The expected price for the rooms did not include an estimate for tax which nearly every other motel did. it was impossible to find someone in charge. There is a great breakfast place next door which the motel could use if they would do a little work with them.
- 3/5
Disappointed. You check-in via a kiosk. No front desk staff. Nobody to ask questions. Would never stay there again because of it. Very clean. Cleaning staff very good. Breakfast basic. Overpriced for what you get
- 4/5
Breakfast was below average. Did not like the check in process talking to someone behind a screen. Wanted to check in early and could only do so by paying a fee.
- 4/5
The Inn was a decent place to stay and good room. Check in was by a remote person on a screen. Breakfast was OK but limited.

Friendly staff and very clean. Good breakfast too.

Please do not announce the room number out loud in your kiosk check in. I was traveling as a single woman - which was announced to the lobby- my room number and full name were stated out loud. There were men in the lobby who could hear all of this. There needs to be privacy for safety in this type check in.
