Our room (728) was amazing. We had a room that faced the ICW with a perfect line of sight to the beach and beach club across the way. It was the perfect place to watch sunrise with a cup of coffee.

The registration staff was excellent. I was placed in arguably the nicest suite in the facility. Two balconies overlooking the ocean was definitely a relaxing experience. My only complaint was that there was no glassware available. It would have been nice to have the option of enjoying a late-night cocktail while sitting on the balcony.

The hotel is located in a unique area. Beautiful views of the water. Seaspray has great drinks and yummy food.

Bartender who to-took care of us for Not enough self parking, employees where rude front desk where very snobby, paid for a upscale hotel but got holiday inn service, ask for late check out and was told that it would be $150 extra, for 2 hour crazy not even when I stayed in New York I paid that much. I stayed for three nights first night room service closed at 9 pm on a Friday I didn’t understand why so early, I paid extra for breakfast and I was told that I was supposed to eat out side because the (New Zealand soccer team had the only restaurant reserved for them selfs.i would not stay here again

Unfortunately, the guest rooms did not live up to the standards suggested by the public areas. The rooms feel dated and could benefit from significant maintenance and renovation. Our biggest issue was the noise. We were assigned a room facing the road, and traffic noise continued throughout the night. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. When choosing a hotel, some of the most basic expectations are cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's sleep. While the property delivered on location and amenities, it fell short on the sleep experience. Considering the price, we did not feel the room quality justified the cost, especially since there are several better-value hotel options available in Boca Raton. That said, I would absolutely recommend visiting the property for its restaurants, pool area, and overall ambiance. Just be aware that the guest room experience may not match the quality of the hotel's public spaces.

I can’t believe I found a roach in my room!!!! Not what I expected from all the good reviews. Small pool and they gave me double bedroom instead one king bet that I asked for. Horrible experience!!!!! I called the service desk he just asked do you need help with the roach or you can take care of it !!!!!! Not quite at all you hear cars sounds all night long.

The property was ok. No soda or drinks available on site. Valet parking left our windows down and seats were wet. Pool was very small! Resort may be the wrong word to use here.

Outlet for coffee maker behind fridge, very hard to reach. Just 2 little creamers but 4 coffe filter packs. No hooks for robe, towels or toiletry bag. No counter space in bathroom, just enough for a toothbrush. Broken EV charger. One nightstand lamp, could reach it only from one bed. Not what you expect for $350 a night.

The hotel has a boat rental on the property. Where you can either pay for a captain or take it out on your own. I used the captain and the views was amazing. Captain Bellinger made sure we felt safe and seen every important part of being on the water. The hotel was really nice money well spent

The balcony was the perfect place to watch boat traffic and water activities. We had to ride the bikes, which were a great amenity, if we wanted to go to the local Publix grocery store or a restaurant off property. It’s not really within walking distance of shops, restaurants, or anything really. We often had to Uber.

Location was beautiful, our room overlooked the Boca Raton waterway. Hotel was very nice and modern. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Self parking is challenging, be prepared for valet parking. There were no self laundry facilities for guests. The two restaurants have outdoor seating that are close to the water which makes the dining experience very scenic. I rate this hotel 3 out of 5.

Excellent location and a beautiful view from the bedroom! The only downside was the mattress, which sank in the middle and wasn't very comfortable. If they replace the bed, I’d highly recommend this hotel. They have umbrellas and chairs to go to the beach which it is very close walking distance.

Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels but the room certainly looking tired in places. We had a really enjoyable stay however and Anthony on reception in particular very very nice and attentive. Quite noisy from the road even on the 8th floor but a great view of the inlet and ocean. Nice sunny pool with plenty of loungers. The hotel is in a wonderful location and we would definitely stay again

The staff is very nice. The bar and restaurants good. The room could be a little cleaner and upgraded.

The rooms are clean, bed was a little soft, nice pillows, staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little stark in decor but maintained well. The restaurant choices are slim. Sushi which I eat but husband doesn’t and the poolside restaurant had a fair variety to choose from but the hamburgers didn’t taste like anything at all. So food was a bit difficult and not much close by to walk to. Expect to Uber or drive a bit.

Calling the Waterstone a resort is a stretch. It’s a hotel with a small pool, patio on the water and access to watercraft that is near the beach. Just location doesn’t make it a resort in my opinion. It’s just a regular hotel that is like any other Hilton. True it’s significantly less expensive than the Boca Raton but you get what you pay for. There are only 6 floors of guest rooms making it small which is nice. There are only 2 elevators so if one is out and the hotel is full it will be a long time to get to your room. Rooms are fine, nothing special but it does have a small balcony which is nice. The restaurants were good. Kasumi was actually exceptionally good. The seafood fresh, service was quick and attentive. I only had breakfast at the other, more casual, restaurant and it was fine. The in the end I was satisfied and maybe it should be a 3.5 rating.

My room key was disabled without warning after parking fees brought my bill for incidentals above the pre-approved amount. This was completely unacceptable. It would not have been difficult to call or email to notify me that I needed to re-swipe my card, rather than removing access with neither notification nor explanation.

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet could not hear the maids or doors closing. Location and views were great! Restaurant had great ambiance! The room had a slight odor may just be the laundry detergent they use. We could hear some traffic even 10 floors up but we got use to it.

The hotel is nicely situated with views of the Boca Raton Inlet and Boca Raton Lake depending on the side you are on. Every room has a balcony, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and updated. The food at the pool bar and Kasumi is great and well priced. We arrived 3 hours before check in and were assured a room would be available soon. At 4:00 which is regular check-in time, still wasn’t ready. I find one staff member at the front desk inadequate for a busy hotel of this size. I wasn’t aware that you had to request housekeeping the day prior. The rooms are a bit tired - old carpeting, worn furniture, holes in the blinds and a struggle to get them up and down. I enjoyed my stay but feel updates are necessary in the near future.

My first room the bedding was not clean, the window shade did not work and the lamp on the desk had no light. The second room I was given a few doors down was fine.

The ladies at the front desk were rude and never made eye contact and were very sharp and impersonal when speaking to us. Will never go back or recommend this so called resort to anyone

The service wasn't great. Housekeeping didn't show up a few day so we had to keep asking for towels then had a huge pile of towel in our room. They didn't refill coffee or creamers so had to keep calling down to ask for things. Just annoying and not what I would expect for a Curio hotel. Not sure I would stay here again.

The location and the view is great beautiful sunset sunrise overlooking the channel. It was incredible. Love this place. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for it was worth it. I loved staying there and will stay there again and have stayed there

Love to see carpet removed- but I bring “indoor” slides for such occasions! Staff was kind and best of all Killer views!!! Breakfast isn’t served till 7:30 so I drove off site as I get up at 5:00! Would have preferred to eat at the hotel with an earlier option! No complaints- but if needing earlier eats this won’t work!

A special thanks to Anthony at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a suite at a great discounted rate. Both Anthony and Darlene went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable! The suite featured a king bed with soft blankets, plush pillows, and very comfortable bedding. The bathroom included both a stand-up shower and a bathtub and was spotless—housekeeping did a fantastic job. My only feedback is that the room could benefit from some general maintenance. The furniture, particularly the couch and accent chairs, showed signs of wear and tear. The leather on the chairs was chipped, and there were rust stains in the bathroom along with caulking that needed replacement. Aside from that, the location is excellent! The beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, whether you’re exploring Downtown Boca on foot or taking a short drive. Overall, a great experience!!

I had the best time at Waterstone Resort! Amazing staff, great food, and the option to ride jet skis or rent a boat made the experience even better. My room was very comfortable, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking. Definitely one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had in my life. 5 stars for sure!

We got Married on 7/5 . Waited over 15 minutes at the Front Desk before someone showed up to check us in. The next morning while attempting to take a shower, the water temp kept fluctuating from warm to scalding hot. Needless to say my Bride was NOT HAPPY!!

I was on the 6th floor facing the inlet. I watched boat traffic come in/out and watched the draw bridge open several times. From my balcony I could see the open ocean and I sat outside after dark and relaxed. Parking is an issue at times.

Great place to stay, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. My only complaint was the water temperate was bipolar. It didn’t know to be cool or scalding hot. Get a room facing east, thank me later.

Property is nice. Most of the staff is great. Reception was nice and friendly. Housekeeping supervisor is pushy and wants you out of the room even before our agreed checkout time knocking on the door even with a dnd tag on the door. Could really use new glass on the balcony door & window. Landscapers 9 floors down sounded like they were on the balcony.

The property seemed clean and appeared nice. However, there was an overwhelming smell in the hotel and especially in the room which ruined the experience for us. There was something sticky on the floor in the bathroom that my feet stuck to, and I had to actually clean the floor myself and lay down towels so we could walk in the bathroom. It may be advisable to change cleaning products. I suspect it has something to do with the cleaning solutions used on the floor. The smell gave me a headache and I had to open the door to the outside. I have traveled many places and never had to do that and for around $600 for one night in a suite with additional fees, I was not impressed. I will be sending Hilton a direct review on this property. It is a shame because the property has incredible potential to be a great hotel. When I discussed the matter, the response was a shrug and I was basically ignored and the property response was-you don't like the smell we pipe in. Also, I received a text about my stay and received no response either as if it was just ignored. Why send a how is your stay and you send a response and get no comment?

The food was amazing, owning a catering business for 30 years, we were beyond impressed. From the moment we entered the property up until the moment we left ( which was hard) someone was there to greet us or accommodate whatever it was we asked for. The ambiance and overall cleanliness was 5 star. Already looking at dates for our next trip!

Around the property the common areas were clean and kept. Beautiful view of the water. Nice pool area and bar. But the rooms were in poor condition, things were broken and in bad need of repairs and updates. For over $300/nite I expected the rooms to be in better condition.

Beautiful location. Japanese restaurant was wonderful and the sea spray grill has really nice food. Close walking distance to the Boca Inlet and beach. I prefer rooms on the lake Boca side.

Limited food options, not even extra fruit for residents - no milk for tea/coffee in the rooms - a small glass cabinet with a few 'essential' items in the lobby. The staff we encountered were all lovely, but run off their feet.

This property was filthy, the staff is unresponsive when you’re trying to commute with them. Horrible experience.

Quaint. Good linen and towels but the beds could be better

I think the hotel room furnishings looked tired. No bathrobe or slipperswhich is ridiculous for the prices charged. Room service food choices extremely limited. The lobby looked great but halls and rooms did not.

Nice location in Boca, nice views

The location is PERFECT. Absolutely rely Beautiful area, so close to the beach. Loved that you could get beach chairs/umbrellas from hotel to bring to beach. Valet parking was convenient and since it’s the same price to self park, you may as well valet! Room was as described/pictured except we didn’t get a bathtub (shower only). Also was disappointing not to have a microwave for leftovers. ALL the food we had at the resorts restaurants was great. A bit pricey, but convenient and good food. Would definitely stay here again!

stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. The parking situation is terrible, not enough parking spots and the valet needs additional staffing. The hotel itself feels very used and in need of upgrades. The alarm system went off multiple times while we stayed at the hotel, very unusual. The hotel is kept entirely too cold and the room climate system didn’t work well. Overall, not a terrible hotel but not sure I’d stay here again.

Very professional

This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views of the canal and ocean! There are two restaurants located at the property. I highly recommend the prime burger at the Seaspray restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

Last point we felt that there was a lot of hidden charges that wasn't explained to customers for example whether we use the valet or not the charges are the same with the self park. Only learned this fact upon checking out. When we voiced out our feedback to the front desk (David) he was indifferent to our concern. Hope it should be ezplained to the customers in the future. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

We had one elevator down our stay and shower hot water was scalding.

It seemed that Restaurants are outsourced. Food and Beverage staff was not very polite and they were not welcoming . Everything seems to be too difficult for them. Other than breakfast staff Milo. He was very helpful. After checking into my room there was drilling noise coming from next door or above me. I did not bother with it because after check in I went out . I can came back after 5 pm and there was still drilling noise I called the reception told him about the noise. 15 minutes later noise stopped. Next morning different type of noise started again around 9 am .

What an incredible stay Kiendra was very helpful as well as the reat if the staff. Chase at the bar outside was an incredible host as well. Cant wait to come back!

The water flow from the shower head was so slow. It took me 15 mins to rinse throughly. The bath gel and lotion pump doesn’t work.

Property was nice unfortunately at 8 AM. They had jackhammers going in the parking lot or garage so that was annoying but other than that it was good.

Lobby is fine, floors have buckling carpet, were dirty and not well maintained. Rooms were clean and decent space but should be redone. Parking is overcrowded- there were events there. People were cleaning ongoing but could not keep up with food in halls etc. Hotel needs a refresh

Staff is very accommodating. They seem to genuinely care. Tim is a great role model. However the hotel needs work. It is showing signs of wear. Our room had ants everywhere. I even had them in my bed.

Except for loud renovations and a flooded parking lot, our experience was quite enjoyable, given the location and the courteous and helpful staff. Big plus was the newly opened Kasumi Japanese restaurant and the outdoor seating

Nice view but to be sold an upgraded room, it wasn’t worth it. Musty wet smell in room, mold in shower. Not a very comfortable bed and pillows that have no loft whatsoever. Slow service at the patio bar as well.

A must stay property. Will definitely be returning

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were placed in a room with an adjoining door which was fine the 1st night of our stay. However, the 2nd night there was a large party with a lot of yelling and partying into the late hours in the room next door. The front desk did go talk to the other group to keep the volume down at twice when I called and the office offered to move us if it continued to be an issue. Shortly after midnight the group quieted down. We've stayed in many different hotels and never heard a peep from the other side of adjoining rooms. This hotel did not have the quality of doors I have come to expect and we heard everything from next door. Would not be my first choice for a quiet getaway.

Couldn't get the King Room with Intercoastal and Ocean view that I reserved, in March, because of hotel renovations being done. The noise from it was loud and annoying. I had no car and the restaurant was closed for remodeling. A very limited lunch/dinner menu was offered by a cook, in the bar area. About 5 items were on it, nothing of which was appealing. I was not about to pay to have food delivered. This is advertised as a high-end resort and said they had shuttle to their beach, they don't. This was supposed to be an R&R vacation, after having gone through Chemo for cancer last year. I saved up money and I was near tears over this whole disappointing stay. I am a 76 year old widow and I asked the hotel for some kind of discount off my bill. I do not want a free stay or room offer. I'll see what happens.
