If we had more time I’m sure we would use the pool and exercise room. This past visit we used the well stocked mini store for snacks and sundries which was so convenient. In all, it was a pleasure to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The pool was also great and very enjoyable. The only reasons I’m not giving it a perfect 5-star review are that the gym was quite limited and the elevators took a long time to arrive. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Property was easy to find and well maintained. Hotel was kept very clean. Ample parking. All staff we interacted with were very welcoming and friendly. Room was nice and a little more spacious than a typical hotel room. Housekeeping came daily to clean and refresh the room, which was not expected but definitely appreciated! Complimentary breakfast was well stocked with a decent variety of options. Breakfast seating area was spacious. Highly recommend this place especially for families.

The stay was short but overall good experience staff was good until night time she seemed mad I was wanting extra pillows and towels she did end up getting me towels they didn’t have pillows but everything else was great. We got to do a late check out also which helped me a lot. Pool was clean and breakfast was good.

Our stay here was nice, the property was cleaned the guy that checked us in on May 22nd 2026 almost close to evening gave us a smooth process and was helpful.. our room was spacious and clean we’d definitely stay here again & very quiet

We travel to Boca often and this is where we will be staying. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean. I also like all of the seating for breakfast, it’s convenient especially if you arrive before check in time.

Staff was unhelpful and contradictory. The property was not well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was not good. Checkout process was confusing as they said contradictory things and then would not be able to help you. They did not have a good working relationship with Expedia and had no knowledge of how to respond to those bookings.

Older hotel that has been renovated recently. Nice upgrades. Pool only. No hot tub. No onsite restaurant. Bed was very comfortable.

The night front desk was not friendly and acted annoyed when our key card would not open front door because she did not program card properly. She has to get up to let us in front door and made it known she was annoyed.

The room was fantastic. Lots of light, the beds were comfortable, and white clean sheets. The breakfast was ok. I have had better. Lots of choices, and we ate something different every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. Always smiling. Renovations. No mention of this on their site, and the hammering until 6pm was a bit annoying. I think they should definitely let the customers know or offer a reduction in price.

Location Not properly maintained hotel rooms. The bathroom door and handle were broken. Housekeeping left my room unlocked for hours. I came back to find my room open.

Yeah, always rooms were comfortable clean. Everybody was really nice. I only complaint was we were there for two breakfast and both times we had sausage but no bacon. No big deal but I love bacon.

This is our third time at this hotel. It has been totally renovated and beautifully done. The staff is great. Breakfast was amazing. I love this place. I’ll continue to come back. As a matter fact, we’re going back in two weeks.

I was surprised that there was no fresh fruit at breakfast. Every other complementary breakfast at every other restaurant I’ve ever been to (which has been a lot) has had at minimum bananas and apples.

The juice machine was broken 2 days and nothing for kids to drink. They were always out of everything. They didn’t provide any fruits. They had oranges one day and then nothing else any other day.

The management suggested I had an animal in the room (which I did not). There were no rooms available to move to, so we left. The manager refused to refund the one night. I would never stay at the hotel again. Do not be caught off guard by this hotel!!

The only issued we had was the beds. They weren't very comfortable, It was a hole in the middle. But we understand that you are under renovation and you will take care of this. We are planning to come back to this hotel because the stuff were very nice.

Check in was great. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections. But I asked for a wake up call twice, once at the desk, and once we called from the room. Never got the call. Thankful that we had figured out how to set the alarm clock. Also the toilet in the room would not fill up in the tank, had to keep removing the top and jiggle the contraption to get the tank to fill. All in all, very nice and roomy room. Would stay here again.

It is very comfortable and clean, the people at the Frondesk are very friendly. The big problem is that the carpets in the rooms are very dirty and the furniture is already worn out.

The stay was ok, the first room had hair on the bed and had a horrible smell of poop, the lady at the front desk (not very friendly), just sent someone to put some liquid in the toilet, which didn't work, but the night girl (Zhanna), did everything to make our stay pleasant, she gave us another room where we were finally able to relax. Thank you very much Zhanna!

I was impressed by the great breakfast that included gluten-free and lactose-free options. The pool is lovely and definitely worth checking out! However, I was not prepared to hear the train rumbling by each night - and was grateful it didn’t blow a whistle. Also, we had the hardest time requesting a late checkout. Each day a different employee told us to speak to another employee the next day. Please don’t advertise it as an option of it is not actually available.

Room was shabby. Hotel is nestled up against railroad tracks and trains rumbling by throughout the day and night are very loud. Two positives: front desk staff were wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow, with unhelpful and inattentive front desk staff. After a long trip, the last thing anyone wants is to deal with poor customer service. To make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues—most notably, a clogged drain that made using the bathroom unpleasant. For the price paid, I expected much better. There are more affordable alternatives that likely offer superior service. I do not recommend staying here.

The room was large and commodius. The breakfast had extensive options and the staff did an exceptional job of keeping things stocked, even with loads of people eating at a time.

Hotel needs to be updated. Old Elevators, carpet. Rusted lamp on room. Bathrooms old. My sink had crack in it. Curtains had stains on it. Toilet runs for at least 5 minutes.

Marriott should remove their designation. Thankfully Expedia got us a full refund and their service was excellent.

We had a trailer with a car on it and we had plenty of room to park the trailer and remove the car. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and funny. Will definitely be back!

Also, for a $200 a night room, I would expect at least some lotion and 2-ply toilet paper.

advertised a pull out couch which the reality of it was an old small vinyl chair that did pull out to a dirty thin mattress. No one would ever be able to sleep on this.

I stay at marriotts often but was disappointed by this Spring Hill. We had two small blood stains on our carpet in front of the sink, the sink dripped even if you tried to maneuver the lever, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were extremely small. Our bathroom was cleaned on day 2 and yellow was on the floor so we re cleaned it since it looked like pee or cleaning solution left behind which was gross. Also, the front desk person was not friendly. The room we had wss also on the train side so the whole room shook. The only positive was the girl working the breakfast station each day was so friendly.

This hotel is in a good location very close to 95 and convenient for visiting family in Boca Raton. Safe area, easy parking, quiet, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast is free with standard menu. Suites have everything you need - mini kitchen, seating, table and chair, TV(s) and clean bathroom. Highly recommend.

The facility needs major renovations

The place was nice, but there were issues with the elevator. The man at the counter was not friendly at all, the ladies were though. The room was spacious, loved the bathroom area. Breakfast was delicious!

It's an old property but renovated (cheap renovation), lifts are dirty and old. Bathrooms are fittings are too old. Breakfast was served in cheap thin foam plates and none is there to help.They did a great job in the Room which is spacious and beds and mattresses are great.

Unexplained charges, dirty towels, staff that seemed unhappy and right next to the train tracks so pretty noisy.

The property appears to be old. The shower took several minutes to get hot, and still had to be turned all the way to the hot end of the handle to be just warm enough to shower, and the sink water never got hot. They switched us to another room after the first night. The shower was better but the hot water in the sink was still an issue and there were ants in the room. I don't think we would stay here again.

Perfect stay

Second stay in 3 months. Close to college for parents weekend. Everyone is very nice. Breakfast saves time and money. Didn’t give higher rating because a couple of the front desk were a bit cold.

The property was a bit outdated but it had everything we needed

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in needs to be refurbished. The beds are sunken and there were roaches in the bathroom. Other than that, we felt safe and it was conveniently located.

Good customer service

I liked it. Nice & attentive staff.

Jhanna who was at the desk the day of my check in, was very discriminating against me. She shared that my room wasn’t ready and I would have to wait till 4 pm or past 4 to check in. While another supervisor came and advised that she could’ve checked me in because the room was ready before that. I ended up staying at the lobby for 2-3 hours.

The hotel was slightly above average. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, breakfast was decent. I felt safe. My room did have hair in the bathroom. 4/5

Absolutely terrible. Tons of ants occupying the windowsill, stains everywhere, rude staff. I would never return here.
