    The staff was kind and helpful. But the property wasn’t in good condition. Apparently they are remodeling or about to remodel. Our room also wasn’t as clean as expected.

    There’s a roach problem but so do most places in Florida. If the rooms were cleaned better it would help in conjunction with treatment. So I go back here bc it’s convenient to my daughters apt for school. And I’ll keep staying here. But for some, the roaches would be way too much. The previous time I came it was not as bad as most recent.

    Our room was clean, but throughout the day we spotted several small ants and killed a large bug. The bathroom shower tile grout is moldy, falling out and insecure. Carpet felt very damp. Much of the motel is closed off for renovation. This part should be too. It is old and worn out. The courtyard outside the room is attractive & staff are pleasant. . Once the rooms are redone, we will try the motel again. Not going back until the rooms are all redone.

    Even though there is some construction underway, it is still the best place to stay in boca raton. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is amazing. Especially Alex and Naomi. The housekeeping staff is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

    The jacuzzi wasn’t working. I was told by staff that it hadn’t worked for weeks. There was a small batch of poop by the pool, which I assume was from a small dog.

    Clean rooms. Nice area right off Federal Hwy. Unfortunately, there were issues all weekend with the Comcast cable being out, and no one at the front desk most of the time, but there also was rentervations going on so I will definitely consider staying again to see what improvements done.

    Room smelled and was really muggy when we checked in. There were multiple areas of the room that were dirty as well including the shower which had some hair and dirt in the bottom. After the sheets were changed, they still felt dirty and grainy. The property was under renovations when we were there which included the roof above our room that started before 8 am in the morning. Breakfast was supposed to end at 9 in the morning and most of the food got cleared out by the staff before which left multiple people unable to grab any food.

    They were doing construction stripping off roof where i was parked. Started at 7am. Car was covered with roofing material dust and small particles. I got car washed and gave hotel receipt and so far not paided for it. I had no knowledge of construction happening here.

    The property was nice from the outside, it was under construction when I went there. I only stayed for 2 days and the TV only worked one of them, I was told that someone at 3 would know how to fix it but it never was. The room wasn’t the cleanest, the bath tub didn’t drain when I showered and there was left over hair from others in it. The towels didn’t look that clean either. The room looked run down but maybe that’s why they are redoing them.

    They were renovating the facilities, the halls were extremely dirty, they never clean the room or change the towels while we were there. One night we came to a closed lobby door with a notification that the hotel was over book that guest needs to contact Expedia or Booking. We had to look how to get in because there’s was no one at the front desk to open the door for us and they were not answering the phone. The lobby had a peculiar smell… the pool looks green. Resuming they have good facilities, the garden and pool area are really nice but they need to have it sparkle clean!!! And of course the customers services needs to improve!

    It was quiet and room was clean. Some construction was being done by the pool and it was quite noisy while I was trying to read. I had a do not distub sign on my door, but house keeping went in there anyway 1 of my days. I prefer no services for my stay as I have medications, shopping items, and money lying out. I have found in the past at other hotels that my luggage etc had been searched through, so thats why I dont need anyone going in my room when I have the sign on the door. I would stay there again if I am back in the area.

    Front desk personnel are five star golden. Renovations are noisy and impact the pool area, drywall dust pretty much on all outside flooring. Great breakfast! Comfortable room, the bed was just right and a quiet room to sleep in. The refrigerator was off when we arrived, turned on and sometime during night turned off. Good location and a super place for a birthday weekend.

The shower was not good, in that it had low water pressure... it was not possible to wash long hair after going to the beach. Also, the shower drain was partially clogged, so it drained very slowly.

There was water molds in the ceiling of the room and I caught a nasty respiratory infection.

    1) Check In says 3pm. We got there at 11am and requested early checkin. They couldn’t check us in til 430pm and there were 3 people in front of us to checkin and it literally took each party 15 minutes to checkin so we stood there for 45 minutes. I said u need to hire more checkin staff. 2) TV not working during beginning of Super Bowl. We called the front desk and they said it was a cable issue and they would get back to us in 10 min. After 20 min of no response we went to front desk and demanded someone fix our tv. Mgr said it was a remote control issue so he gave us new remote. We went back to room and it still didnt work. Mgr came up to room and realized tv was not working so he found another tv in the building and replaced ours but it was much smaller. We missed all of fist half of Super Bowl and halftime show. 3)the security door lock gate didn’t work with the key so we had to walk a far way sound to get to our room 4)the breakfast hrs are only 630-830 with is not slot of time frame and the selection was very limited 5)they told us if I request cleaning before 9am then you can get your room cleaned otherwise they just do it every 3 days. We requested cleaning before 9am on our second day but no one came. When event yo front desk to ask why the mgr said they only have 3 cleaning ladies do didn’t have time to get to our room. I said u need to hire more cleaning staff. 6) Pool not functioning.

    1) Check In says 3pm. We got there at 11am and requested early checkin. They couldn’t check us in til 430pm and there were 3 people in front of us to checkin and it literally took each party 15 minutes to checkin so we stood there for 45 minutes.     First, a 25 minute wait for the only employee working the desk at 3:51 pm to check-in two people ahead of me. Then, I paid for a room with a king-sized bed, but was put into one with two doubles. So back to the desk, carryimg my bags, and the clerk put me in a room much further away, AND OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALREADY STAYING IN MY NEW ROOM! So back to the desk again, but this time I am greeted by a sign that says the clerk will return "shortly." 25 more minutes later, and he did return, and he put me into an unoccupied room with a king bed. The coffee machine didn't work so I called down to see if I could come down for a replacement. To my surprise, the clerk said he would run one right up to me. 40-minutes later, I went to go back to the front desk, but ran into the clerk on my way. He was walking toward my room without a coffeemaker. He explained he was heading to fix someone else's TV, and he wasn't sure if I was coming to get the coffeemaker for myself. I told him that was obvious bull. He clearly said he would bring it to me, and 40 minutes later he is walking toward my room without it. ADDITIONALLY: THEY DO NOT CLEAN CLOTHE SHOWER CURTAINS BETWEEN GUESTS... MOLDY SCUM ON BOTTOM OF MINE. There is green scum growing around the holes on the shower nozzle. The Pool is "Closed" & Dangerous. The guest laundry is out of order. very bad!

Originally told yes had reservation but there were no rooms available. Eventually was able to get a room, Still very disturbing.

    The property (as of 2/5/24) was undergoing a major upgrade. Rooms being renovated. Pool pavers being replaced so pool off limits. Lots of other things that don’t work. But the room was clean, and the bed comfortable, so all in all, fine for what I needed - a place to sleep.
