    We got another hotel for the week, and this hotel despite much notice, did not provide any refund. Our reservation was for 5 days - we spent 1 night then left. The staff was friendly.

    The hotel is in a desperate need of remodeling. Room had 2 doors uneven so closing or opening them was a hassle. Our room had a shower and the door didn’t close completely. Bathroom faucet spins. 1 ice machine in the first floor, we had to go down the stairs to get some ice. The staff was nice and polite.

    Rooms were small for a suite. Cigarette butt was under the cushen of the sleeper sofa. Ice machines were broken. The tub was moldy. The microwave didn't work and the pool was dirty with debris. Corridorescwere filthy it was a dump.

    The location was awesome! I was in town for work for a couple of days, so it was very convenient to navigate the area. The staff were also very nice. The facilities seem a bit dated. However, it did seem like they invested some time in ensuring the place was painted and generally clean. I did discover that the cups and lid by the coffee lid had collected dust due to misuse, so maybe those and the appliances should be checked more often for cleanliness.

    This is not the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was ok for the one night stay we needed before catching our flight home but was old and needed a thorough bathroom cleaning. There was mold on the shower walls and floor. We also saw a roach climbing on the table. I probably will avoid staying here again.

    Was not greeted at anytime we stayed there (4 days). Needed towels and ironing board and it took 4 hours and two phone calls to make it happen. Water took 10 minutes to warm up in both shower and sink. Sports bar/restaurant never opened the whole time. Supposedly hours were 4-9 pm Thursday through Sunday. The AC unit never cooled down the room. Had to go buy a fan at Walmart to make it livable. Had to buy air freshener to eliminate the musty order of the room. Weed smells all over the property. Will not stay at again.

    Everything during my stay was fine. BUT 3 weeks later I have a charge from the hotel for the $50 hold and am getting the run around getting it back. I have my itinerary number, but the hotel will only recognize my reservation number....not the same thing.

    The property has so much potential it just need some major TLC. I feel like the staff is doing what they can with what they have, you can see that the rooms are clean but because of wear and tear it doesn't feel great. The service was fantastic, I'm pretty sure his name was Kevin(working front desk at night) really went above and beyond, I appreciate the his efforts. Long story short this place is fine it just needs some updating.

    Old outdated property. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. Not up to par. Went to front desk 5 mins after check in and requested a refund and left to another hotel. I booked through hotels.com and they said I needed to call them. I called and they said they need to speak with property. Still waiting on my refund.

    The hotel is very dated in need of a renovation, the shower tiles need to be deep cleaned there was quite some build up from a lack of cleaning. The customer service for the check in was smooth and welcoming, I never stopped by the desk to check. I had only two staff members greet me during my entire stay one was a grounds keeper & 1 was a room attendant I feel like there is room for improvement it’s free to say hello and good morning quite disappointed in the customer service.

    Another annoyance was a barking dog that a guest ignored. My final complaint is it is a suite hotel, but the room with the couch did not have a TV. So, to watch TV, you had to go into the bedroom and sit on the bed.

    This is a 1 star hotel & the General Manager Brandon Philpart made it worst. My stay was for 1 week. Large loose piece of wood hanging over the bed, over my head (i have video), the large hole in the bed, wouldn’t clean the room, leak under the sink (we had to use sheets to contain), toilet didn’t work properly, laundry room out of service, no iron, no hair dryer. And still the manager didn’t think all this was a big deal.

    I waited over an hour to check-in, the room looked pieced together, negative energy, I appreciate pet-friendly hotels, but my pet wouldn't sleep, therefore, I didn’t sleep. It looked like blood by the toilet, but it was fingernail polish. The desk staff, only one was extremely polite, because several guests were ridiculously rude to her. NO! I would recommend this hotel.

    During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While the staff was superficially pleasant, any request for support in light of escalating problems was ignored. This was by far one of my worst stays for me, my wife and my 93 year old mother.

    The check-in staff was understaffed and they became rude. I was told to sit down and they would call me up. A line of people formed and they were served before me. The room smelled. There was shabby. we had to go it sheets for the hide a bed. They didn’t even have a blanket. We will not be staying with Holliday Inn again. I expected much more for what we paid.

    I was given a room after standing in the lobby among people who were obviously very strung out on God knows what. When I went to my room, I attempted to open the door, but the chain was latched. There was a rather large guy without a shirt on sitting on the couch, drinking a beer. I apologized and shut the door. I went back to the front desk and asked if it was normal for me to have been given a room that someone was already in. I got a shrug and an apology. She crossed out the room number and wrote a new one on the sleeve. At that point, I decided I would be better off just leaving and finding another hotel. I wasted a bunch of time and money finding a place that night.

    It smelled like mildew and had stains and a literal whole in the wall. I wish this wasnt the case because we booked it for our production team and they had to leave and find a place after a very long day. But the staff was immediate and offered a refund. I appreciate that they were understanding and did not put up a fight for it. Really very much appreciated.

The key card lock also did not work, so they told me to go to the desk every time I needed to get in. We would have left, but there were no other options for the night and were forced to stay overnight. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a Holiday Inn and will not be choosing these as an option on future trips.

    I booked my reservation several weeks in advance while traveling from Maryland to Boca Raton for an incredibly special occasion — my son’s college senior night!This was not a casual trip. It was a milestone moment for my family. I landed late Tuesday night, February 24, 2026, at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and called the hotel to let them know I would arrive in about 20 minutes. I was left on hold for over 27 minutes — so long that I was still on hold when I physically arrived at the property. That is when I was informed — without apology, without prior notice, and without any reasonable solution — that the hotel had overbooked and no longer had a room available for me. Let that sink in. I had a confirmed reservation. I was traveling from out of state. I arrived late at night in a city I am unfamiliar with. And no one had the basic decency or professionalism to call, email, or notify me in advance that I would be left without accommodations. To make matters significantly worse, one female employee displayed an appalling attitude from the moment I approached the desk. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to resolve the situation, her demeanor was dismissive, hostile, and shockingly unprofessional. Once you get bast the lobby, the hotel is filthy, none of the gates lock, my door key took about 5 tries to work and there was litter all around the hallways. But the breakfast, which was $16, was even worse. It was abysmal! The NHL can use the sausage for practice pucks, I didn’t even recognize the French toast strips - I thought they were some form of bacon. It was SO bad, I didn’t bother going back the 2nd morning even though I’d prepaid. The room was fine, I’ll give it that.

    When we got to the hotel, there were no rooms available. So unfortunately, we were not able to stay at the hotel because apparently they don’t understand what a reservation is. They can take reservations, but they can’t reserve reserve. So we were forced to spend one night in a car and then find a different location. To say that I’m upset would be not nearly enough information. I’m very upset with the process. I’m not happy with your website or that hotel but especially the hotel. That’s yours.

    The room weasd not very clean. There were stains on the carpet in the bedroom, visible dust on the lampshades, cracked and peeling paint throughout, stains and tears on sofa bed in front room and every other room we walked past on our way to ours had 2 TV's. Our room had 1. Front desk said there were no spare TV's to be had and no available room to switch us to because the were fully booked.

    The hotel was a little run down. Breakfast was poor and was out of coffee. The odd thing, all the lamps were unplugged. I had to use my phone to come into the dark room and turn on the bathroom light and than plug in the lamp in the first room.

    I like the price of the property and the convenience it was to Wilton Manor (20min drive), Miami (35min drive), and FAU stadium (10min drive). The bathroom shower pan is what I disliked. I understood that the property was old and slowly getting renovations but the shower pan could have been replaced. Looking at it you’d think it’s dirty and haven’t been cleaned.

The door to separate the living space from the bedroom couldn't even close. It was too big and drug on the floor. There was no breakfast that we could find. No one was at the desk to ask. We needed a pillow for our son who was sleeping on the pull out couch and were told they didn't have any.

    Not the worst but definitely not the best!!! breakfast is continental, so basically the bare minimum. As far as my experience goes, my beds were clean but the rest of the room wasn’t. The building is so old there’s dust and broken things all over. the hallways and other areas of the room were very dusty. Tiles were damaged and floors are dirty. Had to switch rooms at arrival cause the first room the AC wasn’t working the room was dirty and the room had a musty old smell. The second room the AC was good but the faucet had been broken off and just not clean. All in all is a cheap affordable hotel that was rebranded under the holiday inn brand but not what were used to with the holiday inn name.

We had no hot water, cool with seconds of like warm, just enough to take an uncomfortable shower. Room was very dirty, i don't recommend walking around with white socks.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE! This hotel must be on the verge of closing. The bar/restaurant is closed which was the reason I booked here. Got there and was displeased with conditions. Figured I'd give it a night and book elsewhere since the night was paid for. Went to the room and immediately went back and checked out. I lost the $110, but it was worth it to switch hotels. Everything was dirty and nasty. It looks like it is a transient hotel. Bars on all doors, police signs everywhere. This hotel is a one star at best. Read and trust the reviews please!

    On the third night of our stay at the hotel, rats came into the room and ate the bananas I had on the table, an unopened bag of snacks, and even a piece of cardboard. You could see their bite marks and footprints on the table, and it looked like they came out through the air vent located next to the TV at the bottom of the wall. We had to ask to be moved from the “aviation” floor to another one.

    Three main issues. The toilet stopped up and even after they came to fix it it still drained really slow after flushing. Secondly, the curation didn’t cover the window entirely so there was light in it took all night from the parking lot lights. Third, when the air confining ran it triggered our allergies. The bed want really comfortable either. We’re both had a terrible nights sleep and wouldn’t visit this property Shaun

    The AGM Andre told me I could not take my breakfast to go. I stay here once a month. And I do this every time. I take my breakfast to my office. Keep in mind I had breakfast for 2 included with my room and I am one person. He told me it was policy. I asked another person that works there and they said that is not a policy. They have to go containers for a reason. He was unprofessional and I will never be back here!!! He should be more worried about the screaming people in the pool or the person smoking pot in the room that billows into the hallways. Just not a classy place to begin with but I guess it starts at the top. Thankfully no one else that works there got their training from him cause they are pleasant.

    This hotel was incredibly noisy. People who stay here are truly disrespectful of other guests. Blast music, loud talking, yelling in parking lot and by the pool area. Rooms are fine and the hotel seems understaffed. They addressed the noise issue at 2am when I gave up and called the front desk, but should have signs about respecting other guests and close the pool at a reasonable hour.

    Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton North. booked then left because of mold and bugs. Flies coming up through the drain. I was told by front desk staff that they were aware of the mold/bugs and the new management is handling it, yet are still renting out rooms affected.

    This property looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80s. Outdated and randomly furnished room. Was pretty affordable so I'll chalk this up to "you get what you pay for". Property photos are very misleading, it doesn't look as good in person as it does in the photos.

    It's worth noting that we paid $15 more than a nearby establishment, which offered superior amenities including complimentary breakfast and parking. As someone who travels extensively, spending 3-4 weeks a month in hotels, I must say this property fell far short of expectations. The condition of the hotel was subpar, with an unidentifiable substance present on the bathroom wall and pervasive unpleasant odors in both the guest rooms and elevators. The issue of ice availability was also frustrating. Despite a sign indicating ice on our floor, none was found. When we inquired at the front desk, we were simply directed to the first and third floors with no offer of assistance or a more convenient alternative. This lack of attentiveness was quite disheartening.

    Checked in good, Expedia website shows free onsite parking which is false, you have to pay $15 per night, called Expedia for verification, the person was not happy concerning my queries, put me on hold and then hang up on me, I am very disappointed to be treated like this, will not be using Expedia any longer, period.

    This hotel is very dated and in need of new beds etc. The king bed was broken and sloped on the side I slept (tried to sleep on). Horrible. Not worth $200 for sure!

    On website it says free parking and it used to be free parking but had to pay $15 plus fees that’s not what it says on their website. when I paid for my stay here was not expecting this was very disappointed.

    Great staff! Donovan and the lady bartender were excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The pool and area was very nice but the hot tub was not working. Helpful staff who addressed our concern about a loud air conditioner and moved us to another room. They gave great advice about local beaches to visit too.

    Started off by going to the front desk and asking for pillows and bed sheets since there wasn’t any in the room for the pull-out couch. I was told 15 minutes and they would bring them up to our room. Over an hour goes by and nothing. It was now close to midnight with a crying 3 year old that wanted to go to bed but had to wait for the bed sheets. I went back down to the front desk to ask what’s going on and I was told that they had no supervisors/managers that day and it was chaos all day. They were out of pillows but the employee was able to find me bed sheets. Next issue was the bathroom. The light in the bathroom was dangling and not secured to the ceiling. We told the front desk but nothing was done to fix it. Exposed wires and right above the shower is not safe at all. Next issue was the AC. There was no AC in our room. We told the front desk a couple times and nothing was done to fix it so we had to deal with a room that was over 75 degrees. I read the bad reviews before booking but still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. My family will definitely not be coming back here. Very outdated and clearly they do not have the right management.

    Lack of stores or any amenities within walking distance of the hotel. Guess most guests have their own car, hence not an issue. Thankfully the onsite restaurant and bar is available.

    Well a fairly decent stay for the most part. Bed was super comfortable but the room was dated. You probably wouldn’t want to have company over if you know what I mean. Despite that I guess it was ok for the price but wouldn’t hurry back.

    We arrived to the property after midnight and the staff was very accommodatingto our late arrival.. Upon entering our room, we did notice a musty smell, but we were so exhausted that we just went to sleep. We woke up to a very cold room and discovered that the heater in the room did not work. We turn it all the way up to 78 still no heat. The mattress was extremely old and very uncomfortable. We were supposed to stay through Saturday night but with very limited sleep and no resolve, we opted to leave and check in at a different property to rest and be sharp for our Saturday plans. We tried to talk to management to get a refund, but they were not present. We still have not heard from them to get a refund for the poor accommodation.

    after a furtrating long wait they found the reservation. My husband is an IGH member and asked if they can look up and enter his reward number, she said she could NOT and charged them $30 per room for an early (2hours) ( IGH member gets a discounted charge) checkin so they can get ready for the wedding. They are both still waiting to make sure their $50 hold on their cards are dropped.

    The lady at the front desk at check in was amazing. The room ceiling look as though the ceiling caved in and was just repainted looking a little dingy the bathroom shower Curtain was nasty and when you shower the water is not draining properly so it backs up in the shower looks as if the drain is clogged with hair or something I was to tired to go to the front desk so no just went to sleep to avoid the interaction but other than that everything was fair will I stay here again absolutely not

    check-in was very easy and the staff at 1 AM was most helpful. We had a sliding glass door that did not open to a balcony, but the door would not shut or lock. The room was clean, but the entire hotel needs to be updated.

    The smoke alarm went off night one and night the smoke alarm and fire alarm went off. Bathroom door was hard to open/close. Side exit door by stairwell was broken and had it been a real fire we would not have had an easy way out of the hotel. Air conditioner access vent was broken.
