The employees were very friendly and helpful. I was always greeted by the front desk staff. The newly updated rooms are great and just what I was looking for. There is even a kitchenette in each room. There were a couple of issues with neighbors and the shower that were attended to within a few hours. I will stay there again. Good location right next to the Turnpike!

The hotel is perfect for families traveling with children (spacious, big swimming pool, breakfast included). It's not walkable and it requires driving anywhere the traveler needs to go.

My family had a great time here. The room and pool was perfect and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great every day and my kids got fresh Mickey Mouse pancakes that they were very happy about.

I had a very late check in and staff was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and shower was extra clean and water temp perfect. Entire staff that I encountered were all highly professional and friendly.

Plenty of parking spaces. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean. You get hot options for breakfast with no extra costs. Definitely will return to this hotel if staying in the area again.

The hotel itself was spotless — one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and relaxing. The balcony view was amazing and made the experience even more special. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with great options every morning, and the breakfast staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. You can really tell the personnel care about their guests and work hard to create a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you to the entire team for such an outstanding stay — truly a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome stay!!! The facility was very immaculate. The staff were very friendly except for the chef by the breakfast grill. He was very grumpy and not friendly. Otherwise, the entire staff made us feel exceptionally welcome! I will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, I really enjoyed the cook to order meals. I didn't like that I called and requested an iron and ironing board and was told by staff that a steamer was in the bathroom under the sink. So they never brought either item to the room. Nor did I like that a ticket was given for complimentary free drinks and was told they had to be alcoholic drinks. No juice was available for the Non drinker. Especially for the price of the room.

Great hotel but the alarm clock was so bright it requires unplugging to sleep! Couldn’t figure out how to dim it so we unplugged it. Only one button on the clock so while it might have been me I’m not so sure. This is not a good reason to provide a negative review but who uses a hotel clock anymore?! Really?!

Fabulous breakfast, huge spread. Happy Hour is a fun place to meet others. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Large units to spread out in.

My husband and I just came back our stay at the hotel and it was extremely disappointing. The hotel was going through renovations and there was dust everywhere, the place looked like it was abandoned. I can understand that when you have renovations things are not going to look great, however, when we booked there was nothing on their site indicating that these were the conditions. They still charge the regular rate as well. Definitely not the best experience.

Unfortunately, they were renovating. Banging, drilling and circular saws going most of the day. Kept me awake most of the evening. Replacing carpeting molding outside my door. Several ice machines inoperable. Nice gym. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Sadly would not recommend.

The balcony in our room was a highlight with a beautiful view of the fountains and lake. The pool was lovely and well mantained. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. The hotel was spotless and well kept. Check in was easy and the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The location, although very pretty, was not withing walking distance to the nearest plaza.

The window did not have blackout curtains. The shade allow very bright light from the hallway into the living room. This created a very unrested night of sleep.

Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction.

The room was very nice and clean. However, the walls are very thin. I could hear the people next to me like they are in my room. They were talking and yelling until 4:30 in the morning. It wasn’t a good experience.

The hotel is still under construction but it did not affect any of the stay. The rooms are clean, the pool is great, the free breakfast is excellent. I am very glad we chose to stay here.

i loved the breakfast it was great and very filling. room was nice a little dirty. was very dusty in the king bedroom and carpet was not very clean. location was not my ideal loved to be by the water mostly. but for a value price it was not bad. at least i had a view of the lake. got to watch the fountain and the ducks. attorneys office is a little much to look at while your on vacay. staff was very friendly and accommodating. and pool was great had all to ourselves until the rain. well hallways and lobbies were a little run down. but i did notice that they were in the process of sprucing things up so that is a plus. and again location not ideal attorneys office a bit much to look at when your relaxing on the balcony. But all in all it was very relaxing

The breakfast was amazing! Our family enjoyed our mornings together and the entire staff during our stay went over and above. Friendly and helpful atmosphere! They were doing construction but we were not disturbed in the least! I plan on staying there again.

Having said that, the hotel is undergoing major renovations, so maybe the rooms will be as good as the rest of the hotel deserves. (But if you're going while it's under renovation, the drilling and hammering start at 8:30 a.m. so if that's going to be a problem for you, be sure to ask for a room away from the renovations being done.)

The room they first put us in smelled like mildew and there was someones sock left behind. Also was a hair in the bathtub. After sleeping that night I informed the staff and they immediately apologised and put us in a much better room. The breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly.

Pros: Room and bath seemed clean, if shabby. lots of towels. Bed was comfy enough. Convenient kitchenette between bedroom and sitting room, with sink, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker. I only used the fridge to keep a few snacks, but it was functional for a longer stay. You could have guests in the sitting room and offer them refreshment. Staff were courteous and quick to accommodate. I was allowed to check in early. Public areas seem well kept, looked nice. Pool looked good, though I didn’t use it. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe, whether parking at night (no valet) or inside the hotel. Staff seemed minimal but the people who are there, are courteous and attentive. I probably won’t stay at this particular Hilton again until reno is complete. I have no plans to return to Boca again soon. I was only there for a family matter. This hotel was a good location for me.

The only disappointment and one of the best things about this hotel is we happened to stay on one of the 2 days that the hot breakfast was unavailable. But nevertheless we will be back!

I found my stay very relaxing & comfortable. The breakfasts were great. The hostess at breakfast were wonderful. Daniel, at the front desk was kind & very concerned about my well being. Unfortunately, I was unable to participate in the free happy bar times!

The room we stayed in definitely needed updating, the gym was really nice and the pool area was great. The food for breakfast was excellent. But the main reason we will stay in this hotel again when we come down to visit our family is because all the workers from the front desk, to Heather in the bar, to Louis and his helper who made my excellent omelets and to our favorite lady from Hungary( and of course we forgot her name) who worked in the restaurant and had coffee ready for us and everyone every morning. Always had a kind thing to say. I cant thank enough. They all made our stay the best ever! Hopefully all these folks will be there the next time we visit.

The hotels is definitely dated and could use some paint. It was an interesting layout too, all of the rooms opened to an open air, covered atrium. It was so quirky that we actually liked it, much different than anywhere we've stayed before. The suite was very clean and spacious. We had a balcony off the back overlooking a lake. It was so quiet and relaxing. The hotel offered a free cocktail hour which we really enjoyed and a free hot breakfast with made to order omelets and pancakes. We also had a server bringing drinks and clearing our plates. It was an amazing breakfast buffet. For dinner, we walked to the City Fish restaurant which is right next door. The food was amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was so nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

I stay here frequently. Was a bit disappointed with room service. We only requested service once out of 5 days. Only 1 out of 2 beds were completely made, trash was not removed, no soap in shower dispenser or lotion in dispenser.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the accommodations themselves were fine, I felt very uncomfortable during breakfast. Unlike other guests, I was not greeted by the staff, and I felt as though I was being watched in a way that made me feel unwelcome—as if I didn’t belong there. It was an isolating and disappointing experience that overshadowed the rest of my stay. Hospitality should feel warm and inclusive, and unfortunately, that was not the case for me here.

The rooms need a desperate make over furniture was in poor shape. Needed a coat of paint and the rm smelled like mold and the patio was beat up.

Very nice people at the front desk and a great location

I appreciated the wooded environment and pond in the middle… That made for a nice tranquil atmosphere outside. I will probably look for a different property next time that has more services.

So so stay. Staff were not rude but not friendly. Room was not the cleanest.

Everything is great! The location is excellent—walkable to dining and close to everything. The room is spacious, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the room could be cleaner.

The hotel is very dated and needs much work. The drawers smelled musty even after a wipe down and spray with disinfectant. Toilet ran at night. Room was not cleaned one day, no hot water for several hours another… the bright spot is the staff, who were friendly.

It was super quiet. And ver clean. The wifi was weak so i had to use my data. But overall it was good

Arrived at 735 just in time to miss the complimentary open bar. room was decorated fancy but they gave me a ground floor. it was lake view but it wasn't the balcony as shown in the pictures. the tub was painted refinished and chipped very ugly. the living room table was dirty. the tv GUID had pay per view movies at 20$ each mixed in with the regular tv listings. accidently press the wrong thing and oops that's 20$ please. the mad to order breakfast was too a long a line to participate. the breakfast staff was weird, like ultra fake polite, not friendly weird. not bad but creepy. the outside was too dark, it was a very nice park, but i couldnt see anything after arriving.

Hilton Suites is in a greeat location....short drive to beach and many dining options....property has a great pool ...staff is outstanding.

Two lights by bed worked then both failed. You fixed them and they worked for a day and failed again the next

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, but the actual building is very old and not very well maintained. It was mildly disappointing to see the hotel and room conditions.

Convenient, clean, comfortable

My first room had a balcony door that won’t stay shut. I was switched to another room and that room had a funky smell and the shower water was brownish. We had to abandon the hotel and find a new place to sleep. Very disappointing

Clean but not inspiring.

The property is very dated snd tired. Needs a complete renovation. Honestly, the hotel should be demolished and rebuilt from scratch.

Hilton really understands the business and hospitality of family and business stays…thank you for the great accommodations.

The property in general was very nice. The breakfast was very good, but the bathroom was terrible. Needs to be redone.

Conveniently located, daily breakfast and happy hour are part of the deal. The breakfast staff were awesome.
