    I requested an early check in as I was jet lagged due to a long flight. Rebecca made every effort to accommodate my request. I was able to check in early and get some much needed sleep. The man serving the breakfast on request carried a very poor customer service manner; it was bordering on inpolite.

    The pool was nice as was breakfast. Getting housekeeping staff to do all of their job was a hassle. Had to keep asking for clean towels( we were.there for 5 days 3 adults 2 kids). Had to ask for trash removal more than one day. Left early in the day and came back later in the day to.find housekeeping hadn't been in at all. Had to ask for shampoo and toilet paper by going down to the front desk in person. Front desk person who was nice to me refused to give my 21 yr old son pool towels wo a grownup. Hes in the army and has a wedding ring on his finger. A manager stepped in and ASKED him his age and gave him towels. Also our ceiling leaked. Bathroom sink was clogged and remained so during our stay. My grandkids came and had their own room w mom for 2 nights and loved the pool. Reception snack is nice for the free drink but snack was chips amd salsa( I cant eat chips) every night except one night they had veggies and dip. Overall next year we will stay at embassy in WPB . Saving a few hundred dollars and being closer to the kids was not worth it. Btw..ask for a room not next to the train tracks. Wakes you up at night.

    I loved the location, the staff was great & very helpful, I liked the complimentary breakfast included, as well as the complimentary drink ticks for the stay. The resort is old and out dated, you can tell it needs some renovation & furniture updates, out closet door in the living suite was falling off track nd hard to close or open, the room was very tight with the twin beds, not much space for our party size that it states it accommodate, the partial balcony, no good channels to watch on the TV.

    First of all only reason not 5 stars is the motel is being remodeled. I understand that you don't put a lot into maintenance if you're going to replace. Everything in room needed to be replaced. The toilet back was loose and this toilet was on the ground...lol. Shortest toilet I have ever seen. Room was clean, carpet had stains on it. Would I stay here again yes. Breakfast is second to none, fantastic selection. The specials for dinner were food and reasonably priced. Staff always polite, courteous and pleasure to deal with. Only thing that concerned me was dogs. Some guests had large dogs, German shepherds, Dalmatians etc.

    The room was relatively clean there was a dark spot in the bathroom from the dripping pipe. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The breakfast was worth it they had all that I liked and I really enjoyed the eggs. The staff didn’t tell us the breakfast started late when we checked in due to Memorial Day so that was a surprise. You must communicate with the guests to maintain experience. They couldn’t keep things clean fast enough from the elevators to the hallways. For the first time in my life I needed a business center and they didn’t have one but the front desk person printed out what we needed. Unfortunately not color ink but what can I expect from companies trying to save every penny they can. All in all I would stay here again but would look at other options first. It’s not a bad hotel it’s actually good but not a great experience.

    Almost everything at the hotel itself was good. Minus they wouldn't let us into the breakfast area for a 2nd time for fruits and vegetables. We had an early breakfast because we couldn't swim the day before because HOTELS.COM had the WRONG check-in time(Hotels.com had a later check-in time and when we checked-in it was late because HOTELS.COM had the INCORRECT TIME and it started to rain so the day was ruined(in Florida an hour makes a big difference when the weather comes into play. Alos, on HOTELS.COM I requested a late check-out which would have given us more time to check out the amenities but the front desk said they didn't see any request. They only gave me 2 drink coupons for me and my son and not the 3rd person because they said on their side that its only showing two( my reservation with HOTELS.com showed 3 but they wouldn't accept it.( they actually told me that if its a problem at the managers reception to come to the front desk)(dont know why she wouldn't give me what my party was for) SO in conclusion HOTELS.COM messed up the trip with incorrect information. Totally not okay and quite frankly it sucks

    had a very pleasant experienc I stayed at Embassy Suites Boca Raton from March 20th to March 22nd and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient and clean, making the stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The only downside was the lack of reliable internet accessibility for guests, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Boca Raton.

    On first impression upon arrival we loved it. Lots of free parking, lobby/bar/restaurant area and the pool/gym were very nice. What was not nice was the room... I felt like I was in a completely different hotel from what the 1st floor looked and felt like. Rooms are VERY outdated and not the cleanest. If anyone so much as has the thought of using the pullout couch.. DON'T!! Mold under the mattress if you even want to call it a mattress. I was there in May of 2026 for a week. In the hotel's defense though, there are signs everywhere saying the rooms will all be renovated starting I believe June 2026 so once that is done, then maybe yes I would return. For the breakfast, the food was the same everyday they have the person making omelettes there. They seem to hate their job and take it out on us guests especially the guy on the weekend. The omelette tastes like rubber and is so watery as it's all ready in liquid form. for egg, doing a sunny side up style will force them to actually crack you a fresh real egg. Bacon/sausage was hidden behind the egg station and you had to ask for it and they give you a small controlled amount. In the buffet part they had pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs and a potato mix in addition to the usual cereals and toasts etc. pool was nice no complaints there.. overall, I wouldn't say to not stay there but I wouldn't tell you to stay there either. I give my time there as simply "ok". Location is very nice, clean and quiet.

    Pool was dirty, we had to mention it to staff and request for it to get cleaned so we can use it. The available laundry room on site was terrible. One machine was broken and the other one was soooo weak you had to do multiple sessions of drying to get your clothes dry. There were roaches in dining area. And roaches in some of the rooms. I would not stay there again. Nor recommend it to any one. It was disappointing.

    The spa jets were not working. Our room was not cleaned thoroughly, shampoo dispenser was empty and missing body wash dispenser. There were not any additional toilet paper rolls, only 1/2 a roll that was left on the ring. We called the front desk and housekeeping brought us 3 little soap bars. The breakfast was good and the bar/lobby is very nice. The rooms need to be updated.

    I checked out of my room and had over an hour wait for my ride to pick me up. I was coughing as I had allergies, but my medicine was all packed away in my suitcase. Lou could hear the distress in my cough, brought me an antihistamine, and then went in the back and made me a cup of hot tea with lemon. I felt so much better and was much perkier when my friend picked me up. Lou was so nice and went well beyond the call of duty for one of your hotel guests…me! Thank you so much, Lou!     The reason i specifically booked the embassy was because of the ambiance and their breakfast selection. The receptionist was excited to know it was going to be a fast check out. That was tasteless of her. My husband was so mad turkey bacon or turkey sausage was not an option. He does not eat pork. The cook was so overwhelmed that my omlet was not done properly. I was highly disappointed especially when i came to town for a funeral.

    My room was dirty and overtly old and dated, everything was old and rusted. The rooms needs an upgrade badly. The sheets were thin and old. The bathroom had broken fixtures and my room had no soap, I asked twice for soap and never received it. I had to use body wash to wash my hands. I pool was nice and the Breakfast was nice as well.

    We were disappointed at check-in - we knew we were early but the initial greeting at front desk was not pleasant. He said check-in was at 4:00. We asked if we could be texted or called when a room was available. He said no and initially told us there was no space to store our bags. We have stayed at embassy suites numerous times and always enjoyed friendly greetings. Not sure if we will do Embassy Suites again.

    I booked this hotel for the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. The hot tub was not working which was a huge disappointment!! the food was good and the staff was nice. The rooms were old and needed to be renovated. One of the doors was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

    Room was not ready at 5:30pm. I was asked if I could wait then was given an ADA room when asked how long it would be. Room was dirty and smelled like mold. Mold in shower, no countertop, sink was askew and hanging on by caulk. Mattress was blown out and no spare linens. Fixtures fall off the wall. No overhead light in bedrooms. Hot tub and elevator did not work.

    The room had all the drawers opened, closet door open, and cushion off sofa when we went in. The sliding was broken and not able to lock, the bathroom sink had over an inch of clue to hold to the wall. No water pressure for shower. Roller for toilet paper just hanging onto wall with one screw. The beds dipped in the middle. The lamp in the bedroom had one light bulb broken and the other hanging out of the socket. No pillows, sheets, or blanket for bed in couch. Not a good night stay!!!

    Staff was very friendly. The room was filthy. There were small curly hairs throughout the room, water stains with mold on the ceiling and we were joined by a cockroach before breakfast. We would recommend you find another hotel.

    The mattress had exposed springs poking through, making it not only uncomfortable but potentially dangerous to sleep on. The sink was barely attached to the wall and looked like it could come off entirely with the slightest use. Most disturbing of all, the carpet had visible blood stains - which raises serious questions about the hotel’s cleaning and sanitation practices. On top of all of that, the entire room had a foul, persistent odor that made it impossible to relax. I paid $400 for this room expecting a basic standard of comfort and cleanliness. What I received was far below anything that should be offered to a paying guest, or frankly, anyone at all. This is not a matter of minor inconveniences - these are health and safety concerns that need to be addressed immediately. I would strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere until significant improvements are made. Management needs to take a serious look at the condition of their rooms before continuing to charge guests premium rates.

We asked and the only thing done was new towels and removed old trash no cleaning or organizing of the rooms. There was an old moldy smell throughout the room.

    My check in was at 4pm. I reserved a two bed room. I called the location to let them know I will be checking in late. When I get there at 8pm, I was given a one bed room. When I went back down stairs to the concierge, I told him of the error. He told me that all has left for two bed room was accessible.     Upon turning on the bathroom light in Room 212, I immediately saw roaches. I killed two of them. I did notify the front desk, and the clerk documented the issue and said it would be shared with management. While I appreciate the prompt acknowledgment, roaches are a dealbreaker. Cleanliness and pest control are non-negotiable, regardless of circumstances. The hotel is clearly overdue for renovation, and several other issues compounded the experience: • Loud shower noise that began as soon as the lever was turned on and continued until it was turned off • Worn, tired furniture that needs replacement • An old refrigerator that hummed loudly throughout the stay • Heavily stained carpeting in both rooms, including a large bright red stain in the bedroom • Second-floor common hallway that was visibly dirty, with litter along the path to the ice machine and in need of vacuuming I understand the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation, but renovation does not excuse issues related to cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. Seeing roaches in the room made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable during the stay. I wanted to share this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions and so management understands the urgency of addressing these issues.

The carpet was stained. There were so many ants my daughter ended up with them in her mouth. My mother in laws room smelled like vomit. The front desk did not care about our concerns.     Rooms in very poor condition! We had torn carpet, walls were badly patched, room smelled like mildew, and ants! The furniture and phones had buildup of dust! Staff was not friendly from the front desk to the maid service, to the breakfast attendant! The older gentleman at the omelette station is beyond rude and clearly hates his job! The jacuzzi literally had caution tape surrounding it. We paid nearly $200 per night to stay in a trash hotel with rude service! Never, EVER again! HUGE let down!!

    This is the best hotel in the area hands down. I’ve been to tons of high end hotels but the service and quality of the stay here is unmatched. We stayed for a few days after our wedding. When it was delivered it looked old and not very clean. Happy hour at the hotel is a nice perk, but you had to stand in line for an hour to get a drink. The bartender left the area three times to get supplies.

    I’m a true Embassy Suites fan but this one was a disappointment. The gym looks great on the surface, but most of equipment is broken. The main reason I selected this particular hotel was that the website indicated a shuttle to the beach only to find out that the shuttle hasn’t been operable since Covid. Also, you couldn’t take a bath because the stopper was missing. It was also missing in the sink. The rooms are dated but it appears that room updates are planned for 2026. On a positive note, the staff is awesome and the food was pretty good

    My wife have allergy from pets. I told them I do not want pets room , but still they gave me pets room. I believer the room was not clean after previous check out. It was smelling bad.     I'm only here for one night, I will say it's clean and easy to get to. So now the negative the room I am in is incredibly tired and it looks like it was updated in the late 90s. The beds were supposed to be queen sized it's more like a twin. I think the technical term would be a double so it's not even a full. The parking here is atrocious. There were also cars in the parking lot that was smashed windows. I would not stay here again.

    It smelled like smoke. The staff was rude and we have stayed there many many times. We actually always use hotels.com but honestly they treat you terribly-gave us a hard time about using their wheel chair - we went there because they gave one but the people aside from a sweet girl at the bar w braids we honestly horrible.

    This property needs an all over make offer. We had problems getting into our room had to go to reception twice to advise and they looked at us as if we had two heads on. On the third time going down to them they sent a maintenance guy up who had to replace a battery for entrance and he was so rude like it was our fault. Next we get into the room. It smelt so moldy muskie and dirty, like barely cleaned. The bed sheets did not have that fresh smell or feel and the bed was so uncomfortable as well as the well used pillows. Front desk could not help us with this as they were sold out for the UGP event that we too were there to support our family member and I believe we were supposed to of gotten a discount and that was not given either for the stay. I was really shocked to witness these conditions especially in Boca Raton. Now for the bathroom! shower pressure next to none, and the shower tile full of black mold I felt more dirty leaving this hotel than i did arriving to it. Other than this check in staff member was polite, bar tender on duty was very friendly and check out staff member was miserable and not helpful at all when i asked about our discount and hopefully you can fix this for us. Sorry i have to write this review but my oh my i was shocked. Thank you! I will look forward to your follow up.

    We like the location of the hotel and the fact that we have more room with this option as opposed to others nearby. That said, the bed is old and saggy, the carpet is old and needs replacing. Fortunately, a total renovation is planned for the next few months - all new carpet, furniture, mattress, etc - so we will likely return after the work has been done.

    Hot breakfast with healthy items offered and plenty of breakfast options. Friendly staff and warm welcome. The lighting was very dim so it was darker than usual indoors and in common areas. The pool was clean, but work is currently being done to hot tub and outer pool areas.

    All staff were helpful and very friendly. Morning breakfast was enjoyable and very pleasant. The only con was the outdated furniture and television. We were not able to watch any streaming services or even hook up a gaming console to the tv in order to do so. Overall I’d rate my stay an 8/10.

    Work on making the carts more accessible, I had to carry 3 large boxes on 2 occasions during my stay. The carts should be returned after use and kept in the lobby for other guests to use when needed. Apparently the guests use the carts and keep them in their rooms and none of the staff members can assist with this. I was disappointed but everything else was fine.

    Great front desk help and service. Real polite and caring. Amazingly fresh breakfast and selection. The room had fleas or bed bugs. Hole in the wall under the thermostat.     My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had to switch rooms four times due to serious maintenance and health concerns. The first room had mold on the bathroom ceiling and a broken shower handle.I scraped my foot on broken tiles in that bathroom as well. The 2nd and 3rd rooms also had strong mold aroma and very poor air quality, making them nearly impossible to breathe in upon entering. They hit you hard once entering the room . Each time I was moved, I had to carry all my luggage from floor to floor and back to the lobby—wasting over an hour dealing with these issues. No one should have to go through that during their stay. To make matters worse, in the final room, the guest next door was chain-smoking, and all the smoke came directly into my room. It was disgusting and made it impossible to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, the thermostat kept shutting off and restarting throughout the night, making the room temperature unbearable. This was truly a nightmare of a stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have allergies, asthma, or any sensitivity to mold or smoke. The conditions were not only unacceptable—they were a potential health hazard.

    The hotel is in horrible shape. There is no maintenance, the room was super dirty. There were bugs in the bed and I was travelling with an infant and you would expect a clean room for the price you pay. Felt like staying in a $50 motel. I will never come back, so disappointed with Embassy Suites as we have stayed in others in the country.

    The stay was ok. I love the atmosphere at all ES and this one was no different. The rooms need some brightness, the showers are dated and not that great and worst of all is the mattress. No excuse for this, absolutely horrible beds, its like they went out of their way to make sure the comfort was almost zero in that bed. Shame on ES for this ridiculous level of cheapness.     The breakfast was very good and there were many options available, however, they ran out of fresh eggs three out of the nine days we patronized it. The pool and patio area was very rundown. There were seven visible patches on the pool floor and several tiles missing around the coping. Also mold and mildew all around the patio area and furniture in need of repair. The advertisement for the property boasts of a shuttle to the beach and train station, but when we inquired about this service, we were informed that it was discontinued around a year ago.

    Hotel lobby and atrium is beautiful, rooms are in poor condition, but the hotel will undergo renovations this Fall. We booked here because the Embassy offers a really nice breakfast complimentary. However, this stay there was no protein served. Eggs, cold potatoes, pancakes, waffles, bagels, fruit. They do offer an omelet station, however we like to eat and go. No creamer in the dispenser for coffee. Definitely not the breakfast we have enjoyed in the last stays.

    From the moment we walked in my kids said WOW!! This is nice!! It was an easy check in. $50 refundable deposit. Clean rooms. Cleans bathrooms. Great non toxic products to use in the showers. No bad smells in the hallways and the room. Rooms get cold. Beds were very comfortable. Hubby approved-Hubby even wanted to know where the sheets were from. Our king suite was spacious for our family of four. Kids said the pull out couch was fine. Breakfast was great! Each adult is given a breakfast ticket. The cook is super quick on the grill to make eggs your way. There are TOO many options so you definitely will get your belly full and be able to feed the picky eaters! This hotel was overall excellent! From the ambiance to the food to the overall stay! we left feeling like we balled on a budget! Thank you Embassy Suites Boca! My family will be back again!

    Ive stayed Embassy Suite prior but stopped a few years back. I love the new design and renovation being done to the hotel. My check in process was good and quick for my partner and myself, went to the room and realize an issue with the tv so maintenance come check and said we would need to get another room because the issue shouldnt be resolve at that time. Got another room which wasnt as nice but didnt compain because i didnt feel like moving ago due to medical issue. Had to call maintenance the next day again because when i took a shower the night prior, the drain was clog and water took long to drain out. We met the hot water turned off in the face wash sink due to it leaking which we found out after turning it back on and getting loud vibration after using so the entire stay we couldnt use hot water in the sink. Housekeeping only came the next day from check in and thats all. I called front desk for new towels and was told someone would bring them up, which never happened. Due to me not feeling to well i just couldnt bother. Breakfast was okay and i only eat there 2 days of my stay because the second day the guy who was making the omelette seems a bit confused and was making mistakes with the order so i just went out and purchase breakfast for the rest of the stay. I will maybe check this hotel back in a few years

    I reserved and paid for a king bed when we got there I was told there was no king and the only room available was a double bed. The clerk had no empathy an told me that because we booked through a third party there was nothing she could do. The room smelled terrible. The room was musty, dirty carpet, smelled terrible and it looks so old. The stains on the lamp tells it all.

    I have been a guest at this hotel several times since 1994. I am not sure if they are in the beginning stages of a major renovation or if they just let this once beautiful hotel fall apart. There were hardly any guests staying at the hotel, all of the planters around the perimeter of every floor were empty, the finishes in the rooms were extremely worn and outdated. They advertised a pool and it was closed during our entire stay. They offered points for the equivalent value of our stay that we never received. The breakfast and the cocktail hour were the only things that didn't make this the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will sadly never go back.

    Overall, it is a great hotel. It was located close to FAU, which was our purpose for being there, so that was very convenient.     Initial attempt to use room key failed. Returned to front desk and work order immediately went to maintenance who promptly came to room and discovered that lock had dead batteries. Replaced! In room, went to turn on TV but TV not plugged into wall outlet...which was hidden behind large armor. Once again resolved by maintenance. Poor start to our visit...but staff was immediately helpful.

    On our first night, we noticed one roach on the wall. My husband and I didn’t want to overreact—it was just one, so we let it go. However, the following night, I found another inside one of the drawers, and then yet another on the floor, which we had to kill. At that point, I called the front desk to report the issue. They responded promptly and offered to move us to another room, which we appreciated. However, by then the damage was already done. Our kids were scared and couldn’t sleep, worried that something might crawl on them during the night. It was not the peaceful, relaxing experience we had hoped for. The second room was clean, and thankfully we didn’t see any more roaches. Still, the initial experience was disturbing and unacceptable. To make matters worse, we were also unable to use the pool because it was closed on Saturday morning, which was very disappointing for our family. Due to these issues, we are requesting a refund. While there were some positives, the overall experience left us uncomfortable, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

    Check in woman was wonderful, then the night shift people came and literally ignored us while laughijg watching videos on their phone. The bathroom sink fixture was barely attached and the entire thing moved when turning water on and off. Toilet was clogged when we came. Bathroom outlets didnt work. No bedding in the room for the couch. We went down at 945 to ask for some and was told they will send it up. After an hour still nothing. Then called and they said they have it downstairs if we want to come get it. These were the night shift workers. Again, day shift checkin was fabulous. Wish i could remember her name. Breakfast ran out of items early. No muffins. We were there at 930. Worst embassey suites weve been to.

Other then that the staff was nice and the actual hotel was decent they have to do something about the roaches they are the small little ones too which tells me it’s an infestation.
