The bed was on the soft side which I prefer. The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The location is a little confusing, sort of at the back of a mall area, but the entrance never felt clear to us. The area around Hilton Head always had a ton of traffic while we were there.

The front desk staff were super funny and welcoming! Our room was clean and the beds are comfortable (not rock hard). Breakfast was so yummy, we could smell the food from the time to the elevator opened up!

The woman at check in was so wonderful, helpful, sweet and efficient. She made us laugh and feel right at home. Beds were pretty comfortable- pillows were extraordinary. Shower head pressure was phenomenal. Only thing I wish was we had a few more towels. Wonderful stay! Would stay again!!

Location was AWESOME, we didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but the beaches were near and easy to access ?. The breakfast is legit! They had BBAACCCOONNN! The damage fee was only 25$, which is great, because it usually 100$ or more! I will definitely stay here again, as long as it stay affordable??. There's not much to NOT like. Well I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but there was not a coffee pot in our room (fair warning). Hot chocolate I notice is never one of the choices in most hotels.

Rock eyes at the desk is the star of this property! She went above and beyond with her interactions with guests. Love the valentines decorations, hot chocolate bar, freshly made cookies and popcorn! Requested additional towels, housekeeping forgot. Housekeeping did not come at all next day (rockeyea brought us clean towels- housekeeping was gone for the day. No extra towels next day either

The rooms are not insulated well. We could hear all night the ice machine, people talking in the hallway and outside, what sounded like a ladder being moved at 5:00 in the morning.

We were impressed with how clean our room as well as the rest of the facilities were, and I see things most people don’t see. There weee many breakfast options, something for everyone, even a grab n go option. Fresh grind and brew coffee machine was a delightful option as well. Everything was great, we have no complaints. Definitely recommend at a reasonable price.

What was truly unbelievable was the timing—they started late in the evening and continued past 2 a.m.! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where guests are paying for rest and comfort. It was our last night before a long day of travel, and instead of a good night’s sleep, we had to endure hours of intolerable noise.am extremely upset. You cannot treat paying guests this way—it shows a complete lack of respect for your clients.

The minute I walked into the facility the concierge acknowledged my presence letting me know she will be right with me even though she was on the phone. The hotel looks immaculate and smells clean. The room was clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, supermarket. I recieved a text from the hotel shortly after checkin to ask if everything is ok with my room then recieved another text throughout my stay asking if they can do anything to make my stay better. I loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely be staying here whenever i visit Bluffton again.

The only reason I wouldn't stay at this property again is that the toilets were extremely low and as a senior I couldn't get off the toilet. I was finally able to grab the door knob to hold on to and that helped me lift my body up.

We stayed here for a quick weekend to see a show on Hilton Head Island and it was the perfect place. Very quiet, new and well maintained. Lots of close, easy dining and easy access to the island.

My stay here was pleasant. The rooms were very clean. There was no smell at all as far as funk or Smoke like you get in some motels. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I wasn’t a fan of the pancake maker that was kind of hit or miss and the only other thing I would say about breakfast was on Saturday there was a lot of people there and I think I waited in line for eggs for about 15 minutes. They probably should’ve prepped a little bit more so that it was coming out a little more consistently, but with that being said, it was well worth the wait. The bacon was phenomenal when they first came out with it so that in itself as a win, I would definitely come back to this motel and stay

Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Bluffton. The free parking, free breakfast, and free cookies for guests 😌 I also loved that the room had a refrigerator and microwave! Loved it so much I extended my stay a day past what I prebooked and has me eager to book with Holiday Inn Express whenever I’m traveling!
