Hallway, carpet throughout building, tub, all need to be upgraded. Hallway appearance looked bad and carpet smelled bad. Tub in my room needs to be replaced. It had been painted over many times. Toilet out dated and would barely flush. Breakfast was minimal. Had to keep asking for staff to replenish the food.

Nothing stood out. The hallways and room carpets were old and dingy. Needs updating. I was told the pet fee was $100, which was almost the price of the room. When I told the front desk agent I’d never seen a pet charge over $50 he gave me a discount but told me this rate was Comfort Inn policy. Since I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and never been charged such a high pet fee, I have to wonder. If this is true, I will be avoiding Comfort Inns.

The hotel is old and well maintenance. It’s outdated and doesn’t have a pleasant smell. There seems to be people living at the hotel with many people going in and out. I did not feel safe.

There was no shower liner (which I did not notice under I got in said shower). Needless to say, the was water all over the floor when I was done. Naturally, I slipped and hurt my hip.

You don't expect to pay $154 per night with an additional $50 caution fee held to regret a leisure booking. No value for money.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the hotel is outdated. A lot of the amenities are old. The building is old. The price also doesn’t match the value at all.

I liked the cleanliness and quietness. I didn't like the fact that the caution fee was not given to me

Other than the proximity to where I needed to be this hotel was not it! The room was very run down. The chair had holes in it. The mattress felt like springs. The drawers on both the night stand and dresser unit were broken. The bathroom door couldn’t close because it was spackled together where the hand is. The over all hotel felt dingy and dirty! I wish I had an option to add pictures because it was bad!

It needs an upgrade. Lumpy chairs in the adjunct breakfast area, leaks, mold, altogether it just needs an upgrade. All in all neater and cleaner and then the place will equal the great staff it has.

That being said, the rooms we ended up in were always clean and had appropriate supplies and clean linens. It was nice that they offer a breakfast - it was very basic. Cereal, yogurt, a variety of muffins and breads, oatmeal, waffle station, coffee, tea, juice, scrambled egg patties, and sausage (incredibly spicy). There was not much for someone with a gluten allergy, but to be fair, there rarely is.

We liked it. Great value for the money. The breakfast was served in a side room that was a bit too tight with a TV blaring CNN headline news. Last thing you want to think about before coffee is all of that ill. It was a surprising choice because they had a nice dining area, but it as dark and apparently closed. Otherwise fine.

It was not a very pleasant experience, cleanliness at the parking facility due to some glass break was not cleaned. Bathroom wa with very old things which were fixed just by painting with the wall colors. Shower was not proper , breakfast is not good , cleanliness not maintained. Staff is good overall.

My sheets I’m sure weren’t changed as they were filled with crumbs. I slept in the other bed with my daughter. Nothing was vacuumed. Room was supposed to be smoke free and smelled of smoke so much that my daughter needed bed asthma meds upon arrival. Will never return.

This hotel is tired. As soon as we entered the lobby I could tell the pictures online were not recent. Everything is quite worn. As we entered our first room on night one, immeddietly grossed out. Awful smell of must carpet and furnishings covered in stains. Holes in the walls, smoke detector was literally brown. The bathroom looked like it had a case of caulk smeared everywhere in an attempt to seal it. Mattress increadily uncomfortable. Desk chair and sitting chair were both covered in paint and nail polish. We are clean people and it was difficult to not feel disgusting in this room. The next morning i went to the front, staff was understanding i will give them that. They did get us another room on the fourth floor which was slightly better. It looked as if it had been used much less. Smelled okay everything wasnt as beaten and stained and the beds were slightly more comfortable. BUT not only did the fridge and TV not work i was unable to unplud the fridge and it just made obnoxiously loud noises the rest of our stay. I had to get a replacement key card three times because i was unable to get into our room. Honestly nothing about this stay was enjoyable. I would not reccomend anybody stay there.

Due to the light from the smoke detector and other electronics in the room, I personally had a hard time going to sleep but that was me. Bed was comfy. Was only one night and I've stayed here multiple times and would do so in future

The staff was great! The complimentary breakfast was verynice, however, Pillows were very small and tv reception was awful, bathtub needs refinishing, bathroom sink was clogged until maintenance came, the door lock did not work until you swioed 4 or 5 times

I stayed for only 1 night before traveling home. The check in was easy, room was clean and free parking. The breakfast was served in a side conference room and I had to wander around to figure it out. I then had an issue with my room key in the morning. Overall it was a good stay, a 3-4 star hotel.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. It was clean, staff was nice. Plus i enjoyed the hot breakfast which was better than i expected. For the price it cant be beat. Will stay here again next time.

The pictures online don’t match the inn. The lobby was updated and that was it. I did not feel safe there either! Several random cars in the parking lot with people loitering. My room door was kicked in at the bottom right corner. Smelled like smoke inside. I got out of there so fast and ended up staying else where. I should have taken pictures but I just wanted to get out of there

If not from the area, might not seem like the greatest. rooms inside are better than what the hallways and exterior look like. worth the price if it were set rate- it increasing on certain days is not worth the quality.

Good hotel, in a good location. Convenient fridge and microwave. The bed was comfy, though I noticed a few small stains on the sheet. The shower/bathtub was kinda dingy and needed a deep clean and maybe a new shower head. Standard choice hotels breakfast. I always opt for the waffles. Overall, I like this brand of hotels. I’d stay again and hope I’d get a cleaner room.

The front desk, The girls in the evening dinning, The girls in the morning dining, Even the maintainer are so friendly and attentive. Feels like home here. Thanks everyone .

The bed was decent, glad to have a mini fridge in the room. Everything except the lobby was outdated and the breakfast could have been a lot better.

The staff are friendly .

Great value for the price. Room are very clean.

The rooms are very clean. Very affordable, great value for the price.

The staff was nice, but the hotel was not so great. The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced..Also there was a catering hall outside of the front door. I found out by accident that it was OK for me to park there. It should be a part of the opening welcome. I thought it was private parking. The fitness room was freezing.
