The ladies at the front desk was fantastic and her customer service was 10/10. The rooms were so dirty and grimy. The lobby smelled like marijuana. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Trash was on the floors and in the fridge from previous guests.

The whole room was disgusting, the lamp had stains and mold on it. The tub was dirty, the window seal was broken so I could hear everything outside. The elevator and hallways smelt like cigarettes and mildew. Also found a roach in the bathroom and in the sink in the room. Also stains on the walls, if it wasn't so late at night I wouldn't have even slept in the room but I had no choice considering I payed online,I'm not one to complain but I would never stay there again.

I liked that it was a place to stay for the night at a very reasonable rate. My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to sleep. It was a comfortable night stay with no frills. Not anything really

The first room we were given was completely dirty and had a bad smell, so we had to complain and request a room change. After that, everything was fine and the rest of the stay went well.

This hotel is so awful after checking in and looking at the room, we left! We asked for a refund due to the conditions and were told no. Yes, it was so bad that we ended up paying for a different hotel that night on top of what we were charged for this dump. The beds belong in a homeless shelter. They don't even have bed frames or box springs. It's also in bad neighborhood and we didn't feel safe walking to/from our car, much less leaving it parked outside at night. The building was covered in mold. This hotel shouldn't even be listed as available to book! Go somewhere else.

Location to airport is great, but they don't even offer shuttle service. The place was exceptionally dirty, floors never cleaned. Broken doors, cock roaches, you name it. Not a good experience, most poorly managed facility I've stayed at in a long time.

The lady that checked us in was VERY polite and professional. The lobby was also very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the room smelled of VERY strong deodorizer, almost too strong to stand. There was stuff on the floor when we walked in and looked like maybe it hadn’t been mopped in a very long time. The worst part was the bathroom. I’m 32, I know what pubes look like, there was pubes in the shower. I over looked this and rinsed it off, when I turned the shower on. Then the shower would’ve drain. It was clogged. So we turned it off and as we were doing that, a roach popped out the side of the shower. We had then encountered 3 more roaches after that. We packed up and left within 10 min. Great staff, not so great room. We won’t be coming back here.

The price was good compared to other hotels in the area; however, you get what you pay for. The room had roaches which I did not see until the last night. I did not sleep and sat in the middle of the bed all night fearing a roach would get on me when the automatic lights went off. The way the building looked as I arrived should have been a hint.

So I had to ...just pay again for a hotel room serious search at ungodly hours:(. ... Never ever again will I book here !! I paid for 250.00 hotel around 2am. Finally got services and sleep few hours. Never ever stay there. Alison

The property was clean, the young lady behind the desk was extremely nice and she was very informative. Our room was clean and adequate to meet our needs. The only issue that we really noticed was an odor in the entrance corridor and the hallway to our room. If I had a choice to stay here again, I would definitely stay as it was inexpensive and met our needs for the evening.

No front desk OR ANY SERVICE after 10pm. Our tv wasn't working and no offer to switch rooms or anything. Not one cup or ANYTHING, although there's a stove....? Wouldn't recommend. Especially for the price.

The room was damp, the chair in the room was ripped with all of the leather pulled off. The bedding was barely more than a sheet. This was supposed to offer a kitchenette, but you had to pay extra for any utensils or pots and pans. It seems like most of the other guests staying there lived there full time and many doors were left open in the halls, dogs barking everywhere. It felt more like a low rent apartment building. My fault for not doing more research. Staying there as a solo female, I was a little nervous and don’t think I’d suggest staying here to other women traveling alone.

I just wanted a place close to the airport for one night since we had a late arrival and I’d never been to Orlando before. It was close to the airport, I’ll give it that. The worst room I’ve ever stayed. I wanted to be near the airport for an early flight and I regret my decision. I’ve stayed in cheap hotels before but they were at least clean. This was dirty. There was a real bad odor of smoke throughout the entire hotel including my room . Sheets smelled gross , shower was filthy and you could not turn the knob for hot water. No curtains so the parking lot lights would glare into the room .

The front desk was nice and got us checked in quickly. Even though hotel was sold out, didn’t encounter a lot of noise or issues during the night. Quick drive to the airport.

The front desk was nice and got us checked in quickly. Even though hotel was sold out, didn’t encounter a lot of noise or issues during the night. Quick drive to the airport.

Room stunk strongly if fried food and cloying artificial maple syrup odor. Upon opening the door and turning the lights on, at least a dozen small roaches scuttled under the cabinets. Cockroach powder lay in little clumps around the perimeter of the room, along with a large amount of human hair and dust. It was nothing short of stomach turning. We left immediately made our complaint, and the girl at the desk gave us a refund with only the slightest pretence of being surprised.

Its smelled the hallway carpets were disgusting, the room was tiny. Worst of all, I have never stayed at a hotel where I couldnt get a cup of coffee, even in the lobby. It took me til 930, when the front desk opened, to find out there were no hairndryers offered. It wasnandisgrace

Next: the entire second floor was filled with smoke from marijuana users. I also mentioned this to her Front desk person did write that down as a to do list. I also noticed that there was no room service daily, not sure if that’s a thing. So make sure if you stay there you ask. Next: I was moved to the first floor and it was better except I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom. First and last. Not sure how it got in there…it’s also Florida. So not sure. Lastly, the bed frame is dusty and the bathroom seemed as if they were sprayed down but dried up spray drips which means that it was not rub or wiped down. Also, at night if you are in the bathroom there is pot smoke coming in through the vents which made it a hotbox. So yeah. The sheets clean and white. Floors clean. Fridge and counters clean. A/C works well in the room. I also noticed there were no closets, open organizer plan. And no curtains. Pets are welcome, which could be reason for limited rug and curtains. No breakfast. But they do have two vending machines in the laundry room one for drinks and one for snacks Lobby is modern and clean. No pool. No gym. A little sketchy with some unsavory characters at night.

The second room stinks and the bed frame was filthy. I felt very unsafe here. The bathtub is dirty . I’m afraid to take a shower in the tub because I don’t want to get a disease. I hope and pray that I don’t get bugs in my luggage. If I could have checked into another hotel, I would have. I wish I would have stayed the night at the airport, it would have been cleaner.

I saw the reviews, and some were good and some very bad. Here is my take on this hotel. First, Check-in was good. As other reviews stated the staff are trying their best. But that is it on the plus side. The room was very sparce. 1 bed so I had to use the bathroom counter to open my suitcase. No stand was available. The pictures show a comfortable chair to watch TV, but that did not exist. A small area for hanging cloths up was there, not a closet, and they provided 1 hanger. (really) but it goes on. If you want the use of anything, plates, it will cost you extra, pots and pans, it will cost you extra. Now get this, if you want shampoo, you have to go to the front desk and actually ask permission to get a fricking little shampoo. If you want actual internet, it will cost you. If you want anything, it will cost you. But that is not the bad part. As other's have reported, the hallway's stink. In the morning, I walked past STRONG cigar fumes, so I guess no control on the no smoking building. They demand a $100 deposit. This is charged at once and then what they don't ding you for is returned. I have yet to see this. I was on the second floor so I was hoping that if the bug reports were accurate, they did not make it up to the upper floors. WRONG!! I had a bite in the middle of the night that was nasty. Actually blead onto the sheets. In the morning, I saw bugs on the bed and a cockroach in the bathroom. I took some photo's of the room.

We found cockrouches, and other insects. Everything was dirty. The bathroom you can see the dirt on the glass door, the toilet was black in inside from dirt. The floor was dirty too and cabinets. I reserved the room for two nights and i left the next day. I could not sleep with the constant noise. Worst place i have ever been.

Bugs. Wouldn’t recommend. Booked online for one full bed and a pullout couch but when I got there, they didn’t even offer that type of room. Fortunately, the Leyse lady at the front did upgrade us to two full-size beds. If it hadn’t been 1 AM when we checked in with an early flight that morning, we would not have stayed.

The overall stay was ok (front desk woman was quick with the check in process, things worked fine in the room), but the thing that got me was the fact that after a long day, I needed to go to bed early to catch an early flight the next day. When I was just falling asleep and ridding the headache I'd been fighting, the door suddenly opens (but stops because I had the gold stop over the door) and I hear, "Hello? Hello?" When I answered "What," he did shut the door, say he was front desk, but left. I don't know why he'd need to enter, but the intrusion was uncalled for and unwelcome.

Both rooms smelled really bad. Saw cockroach in bathroom floor. Chairs in both rooms were in disrepair. Hallway carpet very stained and dirty.

Probably the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. Only supplies was one small bar of soap no shampoo or anything else.

Property is very quiet and well kept. Staff was curious and professional.

Very noisy, the room smelled CBD . The dogs barked all day and night. With my 2 kids it was a terrible experience.

There was no hot water, the shower was dripping and the air conditioner was making an awful noise.

The furniture was old , scratched. The hotel smelled like mold . It was very hot in the elevator and to the room.

Convenient location to the airport. Rather simple hotel but ample. Despite a great number of people staying there, it was quiet. They paid particular attention to security. You need your key to go anywhere in the hotel, even past the lobby. The only draw back was that there was only one person handling everything. We had to wait about 20 minutes for her to arrive at the reception desk. But she was pleasant when she got there. Later that evening we met in the the elevator with a mop and bucket in hand. Give that girl a raise!

I would never stay here again is dirty, people smoking and drinking outside. Feels unsafe, horrible. Im checking out before and yesterday didn’t even sleep there

It was clean but very outdated and beat up, run down. Needs updating. The whole hotel smelled of disinfectant. The WI-FI and TV did not work but we got in late so just went to sleep. Very easy auto check out for our early flight.

The room and the hotel was cleaner than I expected. The room was very nice and quiet. It was easy to get where I needed to go. THANKS, will stat again if I need to be back in Orlando,

Close to airport for early morning pickup

No remote for Tv. There was a bug on the cabinet. No USB ports built into the walls or lamps, to charge phones and other devices. No front desk people at the window after a certain time. No breakfast. Not many places to eat nearby.

Late check in, girl was friendly and accomodting. The hotel smells, not so clean. Just good for overnight.

I found mold under the sink and there were several live roaches running around the room. Would have rather slept in my car!
